Here's what we're asking:
Name: Pretty self-explanatory. State your character's name.
Age: How old is your character? Keep in mind Weavers cannot be below the age of 15.
Gender: Male, Female, or other?
Physical Appearance: Describe your character, or use a picture. Or both, your choice. As far as pictures go, you can use any style (face claim, semi-realistic art, anime) we're open to whatever you throw at us! (Just please go easy on us, don't throw borderline-hentai pictures at us. We need to retain our purity.)
Personality: Describe your character's personality. This can be short and sweet or long and detailed.
Mental State: Include any mental illnesses your character may have. Keep in mind if your character is a transferred Weaver that their Core may have had an effect on their brain's chemical balance. If sane, you can remove this or just mention they're without mental impairments. If you're thinking of giving your character a mental illness or disorder but don't really know too much about it, be sure to do some research on the subject. Mental disorders and illnesses can often be very misleading with how it is represented by society, the most mistaken about being the popular ones such as schizophrenia and depression.
If you tend to have trouble researching these sorts of things or don't know what sources to trust, here's a link to one that should have most of the information you should need.
Background: Let us know where your character came from, how their family life was, but most importantly how they were affected by the Reapers. Doesn't have to be a whole novel, you can give us just the essentials.
Quirks or Special Traits: Include anything that might make your character stick out. This includes nervous ticks, habits, etc. (This helps give your character some dimension, but it's not necessary.)
Weapon(s) of Choice: Go ahead and include what weapon(s) your character is most comfortable with. If it is a new Weaver with no experience with weapons, mention what weapon they'd like to be trained with.
Requested Core: Tell us what Thread Type you'd like, include your Project name (if you've already brought this up with one of the GMs) and your Core Level. If you're confused, which we won't blame you if you are, don't hesitate to ask us some questions!
Requested Rank: What Rank do you think your character deserves? Remember that currently the strongest Weaver in the world currently would be ranked around a 6 or slightly higher. We prefer you choose a lower ranking if you don't exactly understand how Thread work, this way we can teach you the ropes within the roleplay.
Requested Squad: Tell us what Squad you'd like to be a part of. If you want to be a Squad Leader, here's the place to say so. Also, know that Squad Leaders are essentially the trainers for new recruits within their Squads. Also, they get stuck with a lot of paperwork at times. If your character is transferred from another of the many bases around the world, we're down with that, just mention it so we know.
Combat Experience: Does your character know how to fight? If not, just tell us. If so, again - just tell us. Though, please don't say your character is a master at every martial art there is in existence. Let's keep this realistic. Recruit? Probably won't know as much as an experienced Squad Leader would.
