Help Changing Tab Color?

Is there a simple way to change the color of tabs? I wanted to change the default color to match this gif. And the hover color to teal. I get something close in dark theme but I was wondering if there was a way to change it in light theme as well?

If you are talking about the basic BBCode tabs the answer would be no. You would have to use the BBCode+ tabs and stylize them. You can also use Alteras 's Resource - BBCode Tab Generator
