Personality: Captain Loren Soth, leader of The Teeth, is a serious and guarded man. No soft feelings of warmth and happiness could ever help anyone survive the harshness of the Freyar Isles. He is cold and cunning, only using brute force when necessary, which covers a lot of things actually... He won't flinch at the act of killing and not much could phase him. To those few who have heard him laugh he's an incredible drinking buddy who pays for your drinks as long as you don't mention it to anyone. To his (former) crew he was a cold hearted bastard who wouldn't think twice at throwing someone overboard if they didn't follow his orders the first time.
His stony visage and experience makes it difficult to set him off or trick him easily. If there's anything to gain from something he'd make sure that his life isn't at risk, or at least he has several meatshields to use. However the strangest thing about him is his moral code. He doesn't kill women or children, unless they look like they're going to hit first (Valkyries always look like they're going to hit first.).
Bio: Years ago, a vessel carrying passengers and precious cargo had been caught in a violent storm. Those who witnessed it never saw anything quite like it. The vessel capsized and the survivors scattered across the sea. One raft in particular, drifted into Hastir, the smallest island on the Freyar Archipelago. Inside was a freshly deceased woman in fancy white clothing and a baby wrapped carefully in a blanket. There began the life of Loren Soth, Scrubber of Ships.
Loren quickly matured due to the presence of criminal elements. His first few years were being cared for by a hostess and when he could read and write he was sent onto a ship as payment for said hostess' debt where he worked as a cabin boy. The ship called Pissbucket (aptly named) was his school for the next few years. He learned to fight, cheat, sail, and more. He even managed to snag a few items here and there. When at last he wanted more, he thanked the captain, literally kicked him off the ship with the help of the rest of the crew and sailed the ship into another, causing both to sink. There began the life of Captain Loren Soth, Leader of The Teeth.
By the age of 25 he had managed to get a ship, gather a crew by sailing around the oceans and encountering individuals, and sail into infamy and fortune. His crew was scared of him because he sometime took being a pirate way too seriously but they also knew that if they did a good job and worked enough they got rewarded and retired, it'd happened to a few already. 6 years later though, they were caught in a freak storm and his ship, The Overruner, sank into the depths and his crew scattered, leaving him shipless and crewless as he drifted into the mainland. Resolute, he swore to the heavens aove as he raised his blade and guns that he would sail again.

The bayonet attachment is actually a large chunk of sword tip, shattered out of someone else's hand and attached smoothly to the front. The sigil for the teeth, a simple engraving of a shark's jaw is scratched onto the hilt.
Scumhunter: His big rifle with a big bayonet attachment. A rifle made of polished driftwood and black iron, so
Bob: Bob is one of his treasures. Bob is a scarily sharp magic weapon that he managed to snag off of one of his escapades. Whenever its trigger is pulled, Bob creates a small focused explosion in the direction its tip is pointing. This function has only been used a couple times throughout his ownership of Bob and maintains a decent amount of fuel left.
Gear: Themal Resistant Armored cloak, can withstand a stab at most, and hold up agains 130 degrees.
Reinforced Travelling Bag: Contains ammo, money, random machine bits, a few tools, whetstone, general repair manual, and a few sticks of dynamite and a couple of lighters.
