Apparently, after signing in, all I can see in the site are all the general discussion stuff, community and hosted and archived rps. Is this part of the 10-post restriction? If it is, it sucks...

Okay, now suddenly I see everything. This is a little odd...

It could have been something to do with the recent update regarding setting up your RP preferences (that lil' blue + symbol next to your username). If you happened to select to not view threads you have no interest in based off those preferences, they would all vanish.
The only things connected with the 10 posts is being able to send out PM and post on profiles. :3 That hasn't changed.
