So, I wonder. I'm planning a game that involves just one other player, but it is a strict solo D&D session. Same rules, same everything, just a solo adventure for a hero.
Should it go to 1x1 or to Dice section?

If it's just you and another player, the 1x1 section would be the best spot. Just choose the setting that best fits for the prefix.

Okay. I'm pretty much equally unfamiliar with all editions; I played one round of 3.5e irl, and I'm an avid fan of Baldur's Gate, which runs on 2e, though you don't do the calculations yourself so I'm not entirely sure how 2e works either. I hope you're okay with walking me through the basics (assuming your player wants a partner)
