Aw, it's not that you're outcasted. The minor gods just weren't captured so they don't need to start panicking and running in circles/join a meeting. You'll still get your chance.

Hun, I am completely confused on what you are complaining about. What have we done to upset you? You don't even know is coming up for the children of the minor gods, because they are Key players in this just as much as the Olympians children.
