"Fear not, my child. Soon God will reach his grasp upon those that have belittled you, outcasted you, spat on you for being different and then with his mighty hands, he'll take their last dying breath." ~ Caligula
(Artist depiction of Caligula comforting a child that had been plagued with a skin deformity, blessing him with his hand.)

Name:
Caligula O. Keller

Alias/Title/Nickname(s):
The (Un)Holy Father (Those that are devotees label him as their ‘holy’ father but those that have been stricken by sorrow at the fates which were caused by Caligula’s actions have a tendency to call him the ‘unholy’ father.)

Completely unrevealed, presumed to be 36. (August, 21, ????) Leo

Heterosexual

N/A.

Mr_Keller.jpg
Mr_Keller_2.jpg
(Height: 5’11’ 170lbs.)
Notable Features: Half-face mask, presumably donned after an accident that caused a portion of his face to become hideously disfigured at a very young age. Caligula’s cardinal eyes are an infamous feature that distinguish his presence quite notably.)

Occupation:
Self-employed Preacher/Reaper.
Caligula’s existence in Hell City has proven to become a nuisance to the residence as his aberrant religious ideology has contracted several twisted devotes, wishing to be blessed by his consecrated words of wisdom that’ll redeem their own souls from the tainted corruption caused by humanity’s diabolical exploits that have caused this world to become a pockmark in “God’s” all-seeing eye.

Social Class:
{Exceptionally Wealthy}
{As a Preacher whom is corrupted by extremist ideology, he makes a living by manipulating his followers into believing that his word is essentially God's law and that the only way to seek redemption from this world's natural exposure to its perversion is through following his command, often money is donated to him.}

Affiliation:
{Association of Reapers}
{Devicto Mortis}

Rank:
N/A {Unknown.}

Likes:
~ Flawed beings. (Those whom are disfigured or are substandard to the majority of individuals are considered to be praised as God’s creations, Caligula believes that these beings should solely inhabit this world as opposed to the normality.)
~ Ravens. (Symbolic in nature, representation of Death. They pick, scratch, and gnaw at the decimation of life! Truly different from other birds and are seen as the epitome of unloved as a few will only grant them any kind of affection.)
~ Manipulation. (Ultimately, I will not force those to believe what I have to say but providing them the path to enlightenment is guaranteed to assist my endeavors.)
~ Bernkastel (Eh, she’s family so I suppose she’s fine.)

Dislikes:
~ Corrupted beings. (Ordinary life-forms are flaws, designed by the dysfunctional cogs of this world’s corruption.)
~ Worldly optimism. (Nothing, absolutely nothing will save this world. We are all destined to for annihilation unless the imperfections of our society rise against the abominations that have outcasted them for their uncontrolled conditions)
~ Awkward materialistic objects. (W-why are those blinds crooked?!)
~ Blasphemy! (You dare insult my creator? Your fate is sealed.)

Fears:
{OCD} ~ Undoubtedly this being apart of Caligula is rather ironic, being obsessed with imperfections and believing that they’re key to creating beautiful world is mainly his whole agenda but upon observing something such as a crooked picture-frame or something that’s tilted in an odd-fashion will make him shudder in absolute repulsion as he’s natural fixated on correcting those visual ‘mistakes’. Side-effects of undergoing such an end result will conclude in excessive nausea, dizziness, and anxiety. Although, Caligula has to see multiple instances of imperfect furniture or oddly-fashioned decorative materials for him to go a bit nutty.

Personality:
Caligula, a difficult individual to describe all-together. Few know what goes on inside that head of his but plainly it’s clear to see that it’s nothing anyone would want to see in a physical manifestation. Mister Keller is what you’d consider to be a high-class individual just from his attire alone and the way he introduces himself in public areas, speaking with a slightly progressive tone that makes him seem rather pristine but few know about the true-self aside from his family members including Bernkastel. Caligula’s opinion on life couldn’t be anymore sour, as his cynical views are usually outstretched into his wicked agenda, feeling normality is the true bane of existence that should be eradicated like a swarm of ants being fed poison. Generally despite all this hatred building up inside of him, he rarely becomes indignant with his tone, often speaking with a cool, collected voice that often makes ordinary folk get the wrong perception of him, making him even more dangerous than he already is.

Even when absolutely irked he keeps it hidden, even a heart-warming smile can have deadly intentions but overall Caligula is someone who doesn’t enjoy getting his hands dirty as it’d be ‘too easy’ in his opinion, sending radical devotees to unsuspecting victims is much more entertaining and helps further his goals. His wavering notions on God are complicated, Caligula believes that he’s the right-hand desciple of him and that he’s doing his work as a reaper to banish these unworthy souls from the realm of the living but has his thoughts upon why he’d create such twisted normalities, ones that are sickening, rotten to the core. For the most part, he’s marginally a pessimist to some degree as observing the world be ‘mangled’ apart by those that he deems inferior makes him lose confidence but also bolsters his morale, giving him more determination to wipe them off the face of the globe.

Surprisingly enough, Caligula does have a soft-heart beneath his wicked morality. Feeling pity for those that have been brought into this world only to be looked down upon by the average human-beings. Labeled as 'freaks' and 'monsters'. Sometimes he'll take in children that are abandoned and give them a place to stay, shelter them, feed them, and even sometimes treat them as if they were his own flesh and blood but of course they end up being his devotes sadly.

Backstory:
Alike Wilhelmina, not much is known about Caligula and rarely is he mentioned by her, either because she doesn’t enjoy his presence because of how he’ll usually tease her by stating her real name or due to the fact that he’s been gone for such a prolonged time, journeying about Bernkastel-Kues which had been both their place of origin that was within the heart of Germany. The populace of Bernkastel-Kues was quite compact for such an upbringing but it was never a ghost-town as you’d usually see the townsfolk busily strolling about the sidewalk to the convenient store or one of the few recreational centers, hard-working men and women buzz back and forth in their automobiles going to work to provide their family with a roof over their heads, which one of those individuals happened to be none other than Caligula’s father whom lived within the house of the Keller estate, rich with fabulous vineyard that was snug but lovely nonetheless. Technically his niece Wilhelmina’s grandparents would be his father and mother, both of which lived in the estate as of course it was most likely their own to begin with but never did decide on moving as they wanted to see their child flourish into adulthood and start up a family which their wish had been ultimately granted but not before having a child of their own by the name of Caligula who had been blessed with lovely locks of crimson-hued hair that shined wonderfully in the sunlight. Growing up in the village of Bernkastel-Kues could’ve been better to say the least, even with all the support from his parents as bullying was quite common in school, especially after being born with a birthmark that covered a good portion of his own face but even with that his own flesh and blood loved him unconditionally and even a priest had took an interest in the boy, even feeling as if he was a miracle child.

Showing him that even imperfections are God’s ways of showing how perfect someone truly is. This was where his devotion to the ‘lord’ had originated and although his own parents had only minor beliefs in the religion they still allowed him to participate in the sunday-schooling where he gained a certain happiness that shined within but even in the brightest of days there are still silhouettes that are consumed in darkness, lingering within the boy’s own pulsating heart lurked a cruel side that was beginning to produce a hatred that made him seek out redemption against other boys and girls who misjudged him. But this only resulted in minor confrontations with the neighborhood kids, sometimes with traded fists but never did he resort to anything worse until in the near future. As Caligula’s older brother grew up he found an enchanting woman, both of them managed to somehow hit it off and soon both of them became inseparable and one thing led to another and that’s when two little adorable children had been born into the world. One boy by the name of Frederich jr, the other Wilhelmina both relatives of Caligula whom were both rather average tikes, except for when Wilhelmina begun hanging out with that one creep who hung out a few blocks across the street, a mortician by the name of Lutz Corlohz, who’d offered Wilhemina to inspect the corpses he’d receive, even Caligula knew this man was a freak of nature just by the offer alone, no child should be exposed to such a thing but before he could even speak to Wilhemina it was too late, she became obsessed with it, how could he stop her? At-least she was happy, but all that happened to be a big mistake when the signs became relevant, Caligula would often see her with the door to her room wide-open with her completely staring into space, almost as if she had been talking to someone or watching something, she never was that talkative anymore aside from when someone made her mad, that flare in her eyes was something he’d never forget. Soon after the bodies popped up but, it couldn’t of been her, he thought shrugging it off but one day a house fire consumed the entirety of the Keller estate with him inside, he was choking on the fumes of his family-members and the smoke of the flames clogging his lungs, there was only one thing he could do and that was to climb through out the window and down the vines, leaving the estate in a panic and eventually being taken in by the pastor after the freak accident.

Caligula became disturbed after this event and felt that all of this had been caused by the children that had wronged him, even if Wilhelmina was guilty of committing the crime, she was led by it by the one man who started to change her, Lutz that man didn’t fear God, of course. But soon he would, days had past. Plotting, formulating, until Lutz slipped up, Caligula figured that it was a holy sign! After slipping into the crematory, he grabbed a few of the tools necessary to complete his mission and placed himself into one of the empty body bags on the operating tables. Lutz being none the wiser was going to perform an autopsy but to his surprise he received one of his own after being stabbed in the neck after unzipping the bag. Alive and well, he was torn open until he passed away, Caligula felt no remorse for this man, and soon felt that it was necessary to continue his duties as God’s messenger, soon after he became a vindictive preacher inside of Bernkastel-Kue, spreading the twisted word of man until he received a message that Miss Wilhelmina had actually survived the blaze

Gear/Weapons:
Hands - Caligula can literally punch a hole center-mass through someone’s body if need-be, despite having no actual combative fighting style aside from striking random parts of the body. Using anything aside from his own bare-hands he’d consider to be ‘cheating’, toying with live prey like a feline pawing at a near-deceased mouse is something that he enjoys thoroughly, giving multiple opportunities for his victims to escape death so he can track them down. (Usually walks to his adversaries instead of sprinting because of his understanding of his capability.)

Strengths:
~ Caligula’s presence is almost enough to bring aggressive confrontations to a complete standstill. Being fearful without even so much as making an utterance from his lips~
~ Ridiculously stalwart, always losing hours of sleep to complete his own agenda. Rarely will he ever need to sleep because of his status as a reaper. ~
~ Awareness is one of his known traits, attempting to sneak up on Caligula will always result in failure but that does not mean he is able to be surprised by specific mishaps. ~
~ Devilishly handsome ~

Weaknesses:
~ Arrogance, Caligula’s pride is overwhelming. As shown by previous confrontations, he’ll always intend on having his enemy live to fight another day until they’re to the point of exhaustion, and wishing to have their own life ended.
~ Distractions, mainly from his OCD that creates quite the temperament from him. He’ll clean, fix, and dust mostly anything that looks remotely off, if it’s minor he wouldn’t be too concerned.
- Can become easily bored with things, such as fights. Will usually leave in the middle of it if it goes on for too long.
~ Water, dumping normal liquids on him will not work, if it's raining or if he's exposed to a great amount of water his reaper abilities will not work.

Fighting Style:
Dim-Mak (He doesn’t exactly have a complete fighting style. Muay thai, Jeet Kune do, or anything like that is a bit too flashy even for his tastes, Dim-Mak also known as the “Touch of Death” is primarily used by him which utilizes precise hits which can lead to gruesome internal injuries and eventually death.)

Aura Ability:
Corrosion Manipulation ~ Organic materials or minerals that come into contact when using intangibility are gradually corroded, once passing through a solid object such as a steel-door. Corrosion effects are immediately taken and onyx-colored sludge is often seen eating away at the material, usually rusting it before breaking it down into smaller segments. Flesh on the other hand may take around 10-15 minutes to completely dissolve through, water is the only way to prevent this.
Partial Intangibility ~ Caligula is able to partially slip in between the realm of spectral entities and the land of the living, giving him the ability to move his particles in between physical structures. Magical entities are often the only exception to this.
Teleportation (Only works on known areas, if he’s been there he can show up there, if not he’ll have to walk.) ~ Self-explanatory. Teleportation is the relocation of matter/energy from one’s designated place of standing to another area without conventionally moving one’s actual skeletal structure, therefore not traveling any physical space between the two areas. Caligula’s transportation can only work on himself and someone that he’s either grabbing or standing remotely close next to, within a 3-5 foot radius. Unfortunately after using this power he must wait an hour to use such a feat as it requires an immense amount of concentration.
(Note: Caligula is easily distracted by his own OCD, giving opportunities to be struck if pursuing someone. He is unable to use any of his powers if distracted, can only walk when using intangibility or corrosion.)

Skills:
~ Creating pandemonium ~
~ Silver-tongue, is able to comfort people or edge them to a certain agreement that he will favor. ~
- Relatively ideal at planning certain objectives and using his pawns to accomplish them. ~

Achievements/Crimes Committed:
{Too many to count.}

Theme Song:

Relationships With Other Characters:
{Frederika Bernkastel} ~ “Ah yes, Wilhelmina, my distinctive niece. Not sure if i should be absolutely disappointed or absolutely exhilarated by the occurrences she has partaken in, especially taking advantage of souls and auctioning them off for her own selfish gain but then again Miss Bernkastel is assisting the creator’s work by additionally maltreating the corrupted ones. I believe this ‘vacation’ of mine would be a perfect chance to provide help to Wilhelmina so that she may see the error of her own ways.
~ More will be added soon as the story progresses ~

Extras:
~ Caligula is one of the few reapers that don’t exactly partake in the deaths of his victims, instead he resolves matters by setting up scenarios that can lead to an unsightly death. Kind of like a ‘butterfly effect’. ~
~ Caligula will rarely ever fight someone unless deliberately attacked. ~
