CAINHURST RP NPC GUIDE

NPC characters are controlled by the GM, and usually play a large role in the plot of CAINHURST without having posts from their perspective. The size of each NPC role varies, with some having a significant impact on the RP while others act in the background and are seen only in specific circumstances.

The Third Dark Maiden

Sever is a member of the Dark Maiden order the third in command. She's listless, lethargic, lazy and apathetic about almost everything - but can become passionately obsessive with things that spark her interest.

An aspect of Sloth, Sever is so lazy that she tends to be asleep whenever she's not being forced to perform tasks - which she does with a yawn and a shrug.

Despite her laziness, Sever is actually quite intelligent - with one of her rare passions being surgery, which she cheerfully performs on both the living and the dead. It is the Dead she truly covets, taking bodies and transforming them into disturbing baby-sized dolls of sentient flesh that squeek and wail. These dolls serve no true purpose outside of Sever's own entertainment, and she occasionally gifts them to seemingly random passersby.

Sever wields a pair of ornate scissors in combat, striking and slashing with horrifying precision and speed - eager to get things over with and return to sleep.
