INFP: Daisy is rather reserved and shy when it comes to making new friends, often finding socializing difficult unless they can vibe with you. They are incredibly empathetic and not only able to understand what you're dealing with but they can feel what you're going through, especially negative feelings. They are very warm and loving when it comes to those they cherish but even strangers can pick up on these. While they don't feel as if they are charismatic they have a way with people, putting others at ease and often looked at like a cute puppy. When interacting with someone they can't vibe with they are very attentive in conversation, good eye contact and head nods to show they are grasping what is being said. When it comes to people they do vibe with, they tend to be rather loud and talkative to the point where it can be overwhelming. They're childish and struggle with sharing and change, especially when it comes to new people. They are horrendously stubborn and once their mind is set on something, you might as well just give up now. This can lead to them being very pigheaded and unable to grasp certain situations, too focused on their feelings to understand the bigger picture. They get very jealous and instead of communicating in a healthy outlet, choose to bottle it up until everything explodes in anger or tears. This leads to them appearing to be a very patient person which couldn't be further than the truth, they just don't have the will to let you know when they are struggling. Despite lacking much self-esteem they have a very playful nature, often making comments about how adorable they are and loved. They also are very sassy and have moments of amusement, although most jokes take a lot longer to be understood and explaining will probably be required. All in all they are very affectionate with loved ones to the point of being clingy, quite possessive but they mean well.

  • Daisy dislikes fighting and so they generally try to calm their opponent down with their magic or will use a simple sleeping spell in order to have their enemy apprehended. If forced to fight however, they cast terrible illusions at their target so they experience a horrible death before fleeing.
Aura: this magic is exclusive to Daisy and fully depends on the headspace they are in and emotions they're feeling. Each color of the rainbow is tied to a specific emotion and "stat" boost, with a positive version and a negative version. They tend to absorb the energy around them and it can be really hard to use their ability when there's a lot of negativity or if they're emotionally drained.
  • Pink: tied to love, this can only be used when they're feeling a need to protect and is strongest with people they care for. This creates a translucent pink sphere around their target and is strengthened by their mindset and focus, it requires throwing her off or absolute brute strength to destroy. It can be used on multiple targets but not at full strength and is incredibly easy to break since it leaves Daisy vulnerable. So far their maximum is 2 targets. | there is no negative aspect to this power.

  • Red: this is tied to passion and requires them to be determined or stubborn in order to use. This envelops the user in a red aura that amplifies their strength as long as they keep up this emotion. It can also be focused onto multiple targets to increase their strength which fully depends on their determination. They are unable to amplify themself and targets however so they have to choose which is more important. | the negative aspect of this power is anger and while it heavily increases the users strength, it causes them to lose all rationality and control. This can only be used on Daisy and is very hard to snap out of. If they are able to make contact with their target they feel burning pain that varies in intensity.

  • Orange: this is tied to enthusiasm and requires them to be feeling playful or excited. This envelops the user in a bright orange aura that amplifies their speed, which can be extended to targets as well. While not as commonly used as red this is something they're very capable of doing for the most part. | the negative aspect of this power is self-doubt and a feeling of lethargy, which overtakes the user and literally slows their movement down. This spreads to anyone in direct contact and can be debilitating.

  • Yellow: this is tied to positivity and happiness and requires them to be feeling exceptionally happy or optimistic. This envelops the user in a blinding yellow aura that amplifies dexterity. This is the easiest power to spread to multiple users because of how captivating it is, those around Daisy can feel it and thus it rubs onto them much easier. This is the most difficult to actually use and doesn't happen often. | the negative aspect of this power is toxic positivity and is brought on when they're trying to keep this up when they're not feeling positive anymore. This typically spreads to those around Daisy and fills them with intense pressure to also feel optimistic and that everything is going to be fine, dulling their ability to strategize effectively in the heat of battle. While their dexterity is greatly enhanced it's just not worth the intense mania spreading.

  • Green: this is tied to growth and requires them to feel motherly or worried yet calm, they must be able to relax and think clearly in order to heal. This envelops the user's hand in a glowing green light that spreads to their targeted area, which begins rapidly healing. They are able to care for the majority of wounds and can even heal damaged organs/torn muscles if they have the knowledge of their location and how they should look. This greatly boosts their target's constitution and allows any fresh wounds/injuries to heal at a faster rate even without Daisy healing it. It is incredibly difficult to use this on themself. | the negative aspect of this power is the inability to calm down, resulting in panic overtaking and the magic not working fast enough or at all. If they continue trying to heal and let despair take over, their glowing light turns black and causes further damage to the intended target.

  • Blue: this is tied to serenity and peace and requires them to feel calm, which is usually their default. This envelops the user in a warm light blue which inspires feelings of relaxation to those around them, able to calm them down. Daisy doesn't have to activate this for others to feel it and people often find themself at peace while around them. This can be used in battle by surprising their target by the sudden urge to be tranquil or can heavily backfire and give them a chance to rethink their strategy. Either way this boosts their charisma by quite a lot. | the negative aspect of this power is frenzy and when their mindset is absolutely jumbled it creates a sort of madness that is highly contagious. It starts out small to the point where those around Daisy can sense something isn't right but if their thoughts overtake them, this leads to those around them to overthink and become overwhelmed by negativity.

  • Indigo: this is tied to logic and requires them to be calm and collected, not letting their heart make the decisions. This envelops the user in a cool indigo light which helps its target to relax, allowing their emotions to settle so they can think more clearly. This is a tricky one for them to use since they're so emotional, but it amplifies intelligence. They tend to only be able to use this ability on others because of how much focus it requires. | the negative aspect of this power is the complete/majority loss of emotional capacity, turning the user emotionless. When they're just so drained or shutting down they lose the ability to feel and become very logical in decisions, to the point of being cold and even cruel. It is very hard for them to come back from this and the effects can last weeks.

  • Violet: this is tied to spirituality and requires them to be open-minded and curious, questioning everything around themself and even the meaning of life. This envelops the user in a royal purple which amplifies wisdom, making the targets feel more sensitive to their surroundings. This isn't really used for anything other than divination, which allows Daisy to open themself up better to the arcana's voices. But in the rare case it is used outside of divination they pair it with illusions, it really allowing them to up their game. | the negative aspect of this power is hypersensitivity which overtakes their ability to reason, often risking themself getting stuck in their own illusions. The line between reality becomes very thin and it's hard to stay grounded.

Hair: this is tied together with her aura magic but by channeling their aura into their hair they are able to change its length almost at will.

Memory: if the target is emotionally charged and stuck on a specific memory, through physical contact Daisy can catch glimpses of this memory so long as there is prolonged touch. If this is someone they don't connect with it solely relies on the target and if they're willing to share an image, or if they can't stop thinking about this memory. If it's someone they have a connection with and are willing then they can delve into their memories, so long as the target is guiding them.

Divination: taught by the great Asra, they are capable of feeling tarot cards speaking to them and producing a mystical energy. By communicating with these they are able to sense which cards are calling out to a specific person, which greatly increases the accuracy of a reading. They do this best with Asra's cards but they aren't required, it just means the reading may not be as accurate.

Protection: taught by Asra they are capable of basic glyphs to ward doors, they're not the best at this. Their skills lie in protection charms where they bless items, preferably already magical, with their own magic. The results vary on their goal and can either be to protect from damage or to ward off bad luck. They are capable of a much darker protection ward tied with illusion magic that forces the target through a horrible vision of dying until they pass out, before gently being carried out of the protected area.

Illusions: something they didn't think they were capable of until Asra. They are capable of disguising themself as another or even as air by the use of glamour. However they are also able to cast illusions at a target to create various situations, whether it's a heavy fog or even multiple copies of themself. Their darker ability though is to force the target to feel as if they are dying a slow and horrible death, usually lasting until the target passes out. These usually are traumas they have already experienced such as death or drowning, but imagination is very useful.

Water: only through a connection shared with Asra are they capable of using this magic, not very good either. But with the help of an item blessed with another's magic/aura and an emotional tie they are capable of reaching out to said person through a source of water. They also are able to create drinkable water through intense focus and with something to fill, but they never again do this after plague beetles come through.

Fire: they are capable of creating flames that vary in size and intensity, most commonly used for campfires or cooking. This magic is tied to their mood and requires a lot of focus in order to keep in control, otherwise they risk starting a forest fire.

Daisy met Asra when they were only 8 years old and he had a very big impact on them, he was so kind

History
---> Daisy's parents got divorced when she was only 3 years old and it was rather messy, her father ended up having to move back in with his parents. He believed that a girl should have their mother and so she spent the majority of her childhood with her mom, rarely getting to see him due to work. Daisy's mother suffered immensely from mental illness which made it hard to take care of herself let alone a child, thus she was left to fend for herself. It was incredibly lonely and she didn't know how to handle the neglect, her mother wouldn't get out of bed and they both nearly starved to death. But her mother got back on her feet and began lowering herself to questionable means in order to feed the both of them, while the questionable men in her life stole from them. Daisy wasn't allowed to leave their home which made sense with how dangerous it was, but even still she snuck out. This was how she met Asra for the first time and became friends with Muriel, they taught her some tricks on staying fed and gave her friendship. In return she'd bring them food whenever she could and small gifts, trying to help. By the age of 10 her father realized not only was Daisy being neglected but abused as well and took her in which was the happiest time of her life. She was finally fed enough and ended up becoming chubby because of it. She finally had someone who loved her and was patient with her, didn't hurt her when she lashed out. Her mother stopped visiting altogether and would only send expensive gifts which caused her a lot of depression. It was a difficult time for her but she had the love and support of her family. She was enrolled in schooling and did very good, getting good grades but lacking friends. Any real connection she had always ended up leaving town, except for one friend. Ambrose was there for her but lived in another town so they could only exchange letters, but Ambrose helped her realize she liked girls and didn't really feel like a girl. The only person they felt safe around discussing this was with one of their many aunts, someone who let them practice magic in a safe space as well.

---> they didn't end up seeing Asra until they were both 17, seeing his little stand outside of a masquerade. They found him to be so very familiar and had theories he was the child they played with but was too scared to bring it up! Daisy loved his masks though and was very happy to get a fortune, ending up spending the day with him. The two continued to see each other and their father disapproved, seeing Asra as a distraction to their studies and a bad influence. Even still they continued seeing Asra and struggled to maintain a good relationship with their father. They never managed to move out of their grandparents and things became crowded when her youngest uncle and his daughter moved in. It became a very toxic environment that caused a lot of strain on their father, who had been permanently injured and saw no hope in getting out of their environment. The one person they never thought would become violent did, but at this point they came to believe that was just how life was meant to be. They finished their education but didn't really know where to go from there and felt obliged to stay and care for their father, who needed frequent healing sessions just to ease his unbearable pain. Asra was their biggest support system but they didn't feel like they could tell him just how bad things had gotten, not when he was always away. Luckily their aunt realized this and reached out and gave Daisy an out, they became her apprentice at her magical shop and discovered their true passion in life. This allowed them to make enough to get their father out of his living situation and into a small home nearby, the two working on boundaries and mending their complicated relationship. By the age of 20 they impressed their aunt enough to be entrusted with the shop and convinced Asra to move in with them, a very happy time. Daisy struggled with how often he was away but cherished the time they had as well as the gifts he brought back for them. Things were peaceful until their 22nd birthday when the red plague hit Vesuvia and they didn't know what to do, but ultimately they decided to stay and try to help. Losing Asra was the hardest thing by far but they weren't ready to leave everything behind. They managed to get their father out of town and into a better place but were firm on remaining in Vesuvia to help, assuring him they would be okay and agreeing to write on a regular basis. They found work through Julian's clinic and became a nurse, specializing in their healing magic which granted her patients a painless death. They focused their everything into trying to ease and preserve as many patients as they could, but it quickly became overwhelming. They would've given up long before if it wasn't for Taffy, their sweet and loving pet. But due to the strain they put on their own health and the risk, they ultimately caught the plague. They suffered through it with only Taffy to comfort them and pushed on, trying to help as many people as possible until their time was up. Daisy hadn't been in close contact with her father since then but near her deathbed took care of her affairs, writing one last letter to her father and legalizing her will. She left her shop to Asra if he ever decided to come back. Taffy was tasked with remaining at the clinic to keep an eye on Julian, since they worried about risking their father's health if he was to be sent there. Once things were taken care of they were sent to the Lazaret where they died all alone and painfully, finally relieved to be free.

---> Now technically 26 they have no memories of their life at all, instead their life has essentially become Asra. It was very scary when they first came to and didn't know where they were or what was going on, but this man was there for them. He clothed them and cared for them until they were capable of doing it themself, but even still he was still there. They settled in very nicely to life at his shop and became very well-liked by the public, earning some regular customers. Life has been amazing by Asra's side and they discovered a talent for magic, learning all kinds of amazing things from him. Honestly they've lived a spoiled life with the only struggle being how often Asra is away. They don't understand why he has to leave them alone for so long and struggle immensely without him, often finding themself buried in trouble! When they aren't causing havoc however they enter a very dark place where pieces of themself is lost, losing their liveliness and majority of emotions. It is incredibly hard to bounce back from and rather obvious to those around. Lately they have come to believe they are the reason Asra is frequently away and he just doesn't have the heart to tell them, believing themself to be a burden. By the time Nadia comes with an important task they are wondering if they should help or just leave Vesuvia.
