talented: ryder alistar has always been a man of many talents, specifically talents that pertain to entertaining. he's always shown natural and raw talent for anything music related; singing, playing whatever instrument, writing songs, producing songs, hell even DANCING, he's good at. more recently, ryder has also shown a talent for acting. his ability to completely become a different person, no matter how different than his true self, it's what has kept him on the show all these years

confident: is ryder alistar is anything, it's confident. he knows that he's putt in too much work into his career to every doubt himself. but it's so much more than hismusic and acting career, it's him as a person too. he knows his value, and he knows that he's adored, and many people believe he's wandered his way from confident to cocky and full of himself. ryder likes to think of himself as walking the fine line between the two.

secretly goofy: ryder's first impression may not scream "class clown", but not even he can be a flirty asshole 24/7. there's a very goofy and silly side to ryder under his usual exterior. its barely there, but when he's around enough of the people he trusts the most in the world, it begins to show. why do you think he plays so many pranks on set?

asshole-vibes: ryder is absolutely full of himself, and it shows. there are a lot of times where ryder believes he's God's gift to music and he knows everything there is to know about alternative rock. ryder has been forced to adapt the mindset of putting himself first, his career first. his goal is to blow up and act like he doesn't know anyone, and he truly doesn't care who he steps on in the process. most people think he's doing it just to be a jerk, and ryder has never given anyone a straight answer, but he truly believes he's better than everyone, and he doesn't care about anyone else's feelings. well,,, MOST everyone's feelings.

short-tempered: ryder loves to make everyone think he's big and bad and so far above everyone else that nothing ever possibly gets to him, but that's just a lie. there are a LOT of things that get under ryder's skin, and he lets everyone know about it. he gets angry pretty fast, and it is not pretty in the slightest. he doesn't normally get into physical fights, but if someone pushes him too far, he wouldn't think twice about letting his fists fly.

blunt: if anyone speaks their mind, it's ryder. he tends to say whatever is on his mind, without much thought or care into the consequences that follow. he's never been one to sugarcoat things, because why should he be in charge of other people's emotions? don't ever ask for his opinion unless you're okay with him being as brutally honest as possible. because he will be brutally honest. and then mock you for being a whiny baby who can't handle "the truth"

early life

in sacremento california, ryder was the only child to oliver and delilah alistar. a high school band teacher and a shining politician. ryder was oliver's pride and joy from the moment he opened his eyes, which was very well known due to ryder's middle name being oliver delilah was in politics, busy and always out of the house. ryder and his mom never had a real, deep connection. sure, that was his mom and it's not like they hated each other or anything, but delilah didn't love their song like oliver did.

oliver was a high school teacher, a very humbling line of work. he doubled as an english teacher as well as a band director. ryder basically grew up in that high school, since he had to be with a parent and his mother never wanted to stay at home with him. but it worked out, ryder loved being in the band room, always wanting to bang on the drums and blow into a trumpet; it became clear that he had a knack for music. oliver was blown away by his son, before he knew it, his two year old was able to keep time as his band kids played through their songs.

oliver loved his son more than life, and ryder reciprocated it. as soon as ryder was up and walking, his dad would take him hikikg, up in the mountains, around lakes, naywhere. there were even plenty of camping trips that accompaned said hiking trips. ryder always looks back on those trips with such fond memories, it was the most beautiful bonding moments with his dad, countless nights spent around the fire while oliver and his precious baby boy talked about anything and everything, including how oliver's parents gave him the middle name "bear" for whatever reason.

ryder's talent and love for music was only nurtured by his father's encouragement. with as much time as ryder spent at the school with his father, he would pick up a guitair or mess around on the piano, his father would never discourage him, even if ryder played a sour chord. by the age of five, oliver discovered that ryder had a talent for tap dancing of all things. the camping and hiking trips were soon accompained by ryder trying to play the over-sizzed guitair around the campfire while his father sang out of tune. ryder was absolutely living his best life.

it was when ryder became 10 that his life began to change. when ryder was 10, he showed serious interest in going into music as his career. and with his absent mother always working, his parents had the money to support this dream. he put together a little band with some of his friends, and they started playing small gigs, talent shows, etc. it was a solid foundation to ryder's overall dream.

however, right before ryder turned eleven, his parents got divorced. truth be told, ryder saw it coming; there was more arguing between his parents, and there was a lot more of his mom dragging him to different political events and dinner parties. ryder eventually put together that it was for his mother's senator position, but he didn't care, he just knew he didn't like it. he would've rather been at home, jamming out with his dad and running new song ideas by him, instead he was in a suit and tie.

one thing to know about ryder is that he has never been a stupid kid. he heard the rumors, he heard what people said, that his mom was cheating on his dad, that his dad was neglecting both his wife and his son. the rumors got so bad, that he even faced the effects of them at school. students and techers alike, whispering about the political drama right in front of his face; they were convinced that ryder was too stupid to know what they were saying. it got so bad and mortifying that ryder would physically fight his parents when they tried to take him to school. it eventually led to them pulling him out of school and giving him a homeschooled education.

however, it couldn't stop the inevitable; delilah and oliver got divorced. delilah had initiated the divorced, publlically saying things like "i don't even know who he is anymore" and leaning into the terrible lies the media made up about him. her an her publicity team knew that if she came across to the voters that she was a grieving, single mother, she would have a much better chance at wining the upcoming elections. so that's exactly what she did, she spoke perfectly crafted lies, that were knowing enough to the audience that oliver was a horrible husband, but vauge enough that she and her team of lawyers could defend her if she were to ever get questioned about it all. it was the key factor in getting the house, their car, and even sole custody of ryder.

it was the breaking point for oliver, losing ryder. he felt his world crumble around him. but ryder wouldn't give up that easily. there was a night, where ryder lied to his mom and said that him and his band had practice after school, but in reality he was going to his dad's apartment to see him, maybe see about running away with his dad. unfortunately, by the time he got to his dad's place, he was too late.

after unlocking the door with the hidden spare key, he walked in and called out. he didn't hear a response, which was weird because the apartment was incredibly small. ryder went in and opened a door, revealling the bathroom, and his father laying on the ground in a pool of his own blood. oliver could no longer take the pain of not having ryder in his life, that he took his own life by putting a bullet in the side of his head.

a scream was let out from ryder's throat that was enought o break everyone's heart. he fell to his knees in shock, but quickly crawling to his father's side, checking for a pulse, getting the blood all over himself and not realizing. he was yelling and screaming and crying, desperately trying to wake his dad up, but nothing worked. eventually, one of the neighbors in the apartment heard the commotion and came in, since ryder forgot to lock the door behind him.

the neighbor immediately called 911, explaining the situation, obviously recognizing the son of delilah alistar. though the grapevine, ryder's mother was called and she came to pick him up. before leaving, the cops asked to speak with ryder alone, where they brought him to his father's bedroom, where there were countless bozed and journals, and one letter atop it all. it was addressed to ryder, and saying that all his belongings were to go to his one son, ryder alistar.

delilah tried to say no, telling the cops to leave it behind, but ryder guilt tripped the hell out of her, in front of everyone present, he blamed her for his dad killing himself. an that certainly worked, and ryder was able to keep everything, and eventually read the first letter; it said that his dad got fired from his high school, and how he wanted to stay alive for ryder, but his life would only drag ryder down.

later life

ryder's 12th birthday was the worst birthday he's ever remembered. his mother did absolutely nothing, all he had was his friends from his band trying to scrape up their allowance money to buy him something he'd like. but what do you get for your band leader friend whose dad just died and whose mom doesn't care about him? but ryder still appreciated them all, and they were the only good thing about that birthday. but that was the moment where ryder realized how important his band mates, his best friends. he knew he would do anything for them, and he wanted all of them to live their dream of being rockstart musicians.

he forced his mom to sit down and listen to him, he talked about wanting his band to become professionals. he wanted to have concerts and songs that play on the radio and record albums with them in an actual studio. at first his mom said no, saying he was ridiculous, but ryder wouldn't stop. for the next few months, it was all ryder would talk to her about, wanting an agent, wanting to make actual music with his friends, wanting to play live shows with his friends, he was the most annoying 12-year-old alive.

finally, after six months, his mother caved and looked for an agent for her son and his stupid little band. she came across a man named elijah fields. he wasn't the best in the business, but he was also pretty well known. so the band finally had an agent, they even had a really lame band name and called themselves "the garage kids". elijah thought they were a joke and that they would fade out before the year was over. but when all the kids got in the studio with the producers, they surprisingly had some good song ideas, they actually had talent.

ryder always had a knack for songwriting, but so did his drummer friend maxine garcia. the two of them put together had some of the best lyrics for their songs. then it would be between ryder and their bassist, tommy ellis, to put together the actual music behind the words. and then it all came down to marco smith, rythmn guitar and backup vocals, he was able to add in that extra sparkle to make every song a radio worthy song. elijah and the producers were actually surprised with their ideas, and the producers thought they were awesome kids to work with, and they were more than willing to make their visions come true.

by the time ryder was 14, their band had put together a whole album, and they were ready to release it, but elijah desperately wanted them to change their band name before releasing the album. he told them that "the garage kids" was far too cheesy and would be so hard to market and get people interested in their music. so after a long night of the four teenagers staying up all night and brainstorming countless band names, they finally came across a name they all liked. never ask how they came across it, but they finally landed on "fools cove". once the new band name was settled, elijah gave the okay for the album to be released and suddenly, life changed for the four of them.

their band took off! they saw crazy success with their very first album, they had a rapidly growing fanbase, and just a month after the release, elijah booked "fools cove" for their very first concert. now it wasn't like it was maddison square garden, and it's not like the show sold out, but there were still a LOT of people there, more than ryder or anyone was prepared for, but they still rocked it out. and fools cove only grew in success. they even got hired to have special apperances on different kids shows. this was the life ryder knew his friends deserved.

sadly, the dream life slowly faded away. it surprisingly started going downhill when ryder started getting more acting gigs. it turned out that he had a talent for acting just like he did for music and performing. but he was the only one getting such acting gigs, and it turned out that acting paid better than music. but it wasn't ryder who cared so much about the money, it was elijah and delilah. they were getting paid way more money every acting gig that they booked for ryder, and the more money they made off of him, the better delilah's campaign could be (and of course, the more money she could pay elijah more). so that's exactly what they did, they stopped focusing so much on fool's cove, and focused on turning ryder into one of the best teenage actors in america.

at around ryder's 17th birthday, it was noticeable thatryder's friends got pissed at him. he was never around for practices, elijah kept pushing aside concert dates and forcing ryder to book more acting jobs, and ryder had had enough. he sat down with elijah and tried to set him straight, telling him that his music came first, he didn't even want to be an actor. but that made elijah ten times more pissed than regular. elijah told ryder that he didn't care about him, all he cared about was money, and ryder was a big money maker on the tv, not as much as on the stage. it was exactly what ryder didn't want to happen, get wrapped up in the money of things, but it was too late; elijah told ryder about the deal going on between him and his mother, and how the goal was to make ryder an award winning actor, to have all the money they could hope for, they would be set for life.

the more elijah talked and yelled at him, the more he knew there was no changing his mind. all ryder wanted, was one more tour. the band had recently released a fourth album, and he wanted to go on one last tour before elijah took total control of his career. elijah reluctantly agreed, setting up one last north american tour for fool's cove. and it was the best one yet, for a few months, the band forgot all about ryder being an actor, about ryder leaving them behind. for a few months, they were just some kids living out their dream.

the tour came to a close on ryder's 18th birthday, it was an insane celebration with all their fans, right back home in sacremento. it was the most bittersweet thing that ryder had ever experienced, because as soon as ryder got home after the tour, elijah and delilah were waiting, with a two season contract to a new and upcoming tv show called "the elementals". ryder signed on, and fool's cove was broken up for good.

even later life

so right as ryder turned 18, he was a lead character in a show called "the elementals". playing a sweetheart named "carter"; elijah knew that having someone like ryder playing the sweetheart role would be an amazing money maker. but after just a few meetings with the show's producer, they quickly came to the realization that ryder had potential to be one of the show's biggest money makers. they theorized that if ryder was the optimal heartthrob for the show, they would make millions. and the way to do that? make ryder an asshole.

the producers had been around the ring a few times, they knew what teenage girls liked; and that was asshole guys that had a sweet side, and sweet guys that had an asshole side. so that's exactly what they told ryder. if ryder could just be the typical asshole that flirts with everyone and snaps at a few people in front of some curious eyes, and the image and reputation would be there.

ryder was numb at this point, he didn't care. all he wanted to do was to make music, and all his former band members hated him for going to acting. the friends he did everything for, and the friends that were there for him through everything wanted nothing to do with him. so ryder agreed. he didn't have anything better to do, so he started being the resident fuckboy.

since starting on the elementals, ryder's built up a reputation as the on-screen sweetheart, and on-set fuck boy. every move of his is dictated by elijah and the show producers. every interview, red carpet, even his posts are dictated by someone other than himself. he doesn't really have close friends anymore; sure he's made friends with his cast-mates, and he would do anything for them, but he can't be nice enough that they question his asshole-ness.

ryder has grown to hate his mother, genuinely hate her. he blames her for the death of his father, he blames her for a controlling agent, and he blames her for his music dream crashing and burning. howeveer, that's never caused her to lose any sleep at night, she's been as successful as ever; for the majority of his career, delilah had taken ryder's paycheck as they came in, but once he finished the first season of the elementals, she had more than enough money from him and her job as california senator, so now ryder actually gets his own money.

elijah fields

ryder also hates elijah, as he's been as power and money hungry as his mom ever since he started finding ryder acting jobs. elijah has told ryder, on multiple ocassions, that he doesn't care about him, he only cares about the money and fame ryder brings to his name. ryder used to be set on getting out of his contract with elijah, but at this point, he's too dumb to have that motivation, he just wants the show to end at this point.

maxine garcia

the first girl ryder ever loved, maxine garcia. one of his best friends for as long as he could remember, and the drummer in fool's cove. together, they wrote every song they would ever perform, and it was only a matter of time before they started dating. it felt like they were meant to be, being in the same band, having grown up together, they were the sweetest. they honestly loved each other, and when they were together, ryder felt like everything was was falling into place. but then, when elijah started booking him more acting gigs, maxine was more and more heart broken. ryder was leaving her and the band behind for the money, for the fame. but once they went on their last tour, she figured everything was fine. and then he went and signed a contract to be a lead character on the elementals. ryder invited her to come watch him on set, but she was done. she ghosted him, just like he costantly ghosted the band.

Olivia is a flirt and tease first and foremost, she enjoys the playful banter and finds it to be a bit of fun, especially if she's bored. Olivia knows what she wants and goes after it, she is a fighter and will use any means necessary to get to her goal even if it means bringing other people down in the process. She believes that looking out for oneself is a number one priority and will always do whats best for her.

She is sarcastic, stubborn and can be fiery if necessary, she has no issue with confrontation and if challenged she can bite, however, she prefers to get her revenge a little more secretly, by the spreading of gossip to be exact, she is aware that people know she starts/spreads it but in terms of fame and future contacts she believes it cannot be traced back to her, For this reason Olivia can also be classed as "sneaky and sly".

Olivia is the life of the party and knows how to have a good time. Whilst she works hard as an actress and gives every role she does her all, she loves nothing more than letting loose and partying the night away.

early life

For as long as Olivia can remember she wanted to be an actress. Her mother enrolled her in a drama class when she was 5 years old and she loved everything about it. As she got older she began to act in production put on her by local theatre companies in her area. A deal was made that she could keep up with the lessons and local productions but she had to stay in school, once she finished school she could move and try to do acting professionally. .

later life

Olivia spent nearly two years trying to get roles and kept coming up empty handed.

She eventually ended up scoring a small recurring role in a tv program by sleeping with the director. She told herself that sometimes she would need to do some dirty work to get her career going and ended up booking a few more adverts and small roles by getting close and personal with either the creator/director or a main writer for the project or by spreading a rumor about her competition.

She quickly became tired of the game and believed that the roles she was getting was not enough to keep up the act but just as she planned to quit and move back home she received a life changing call from the Elementals for a call back before eventually booking the role.

She would take a bullet for someone she cares about with no questions asked.

A gruff grouch, it takes a lot to get to the center of this enigma. Even though he claims to dislike being around the annoying cast and crew, he always comes on time ([/i]even if he looks like he came out of a coffin instead of a bed[/i] and always puts the shows needs above his ([/i]maybe a bit too much[/i]). He really comes alive when he plays villian roles, often ab libing diolgue and throwing other actors off their lines. He has a chaotic streak.

A native of England, Artem has grown up in the music industry since she was twelve. She started off doing work on the west end, but graduated to recording singles and albums once she hit puberty and grew into her long, thin legs. She became rather successful, earning herself spots in multiple festivals as well as becoming the face of a luxury gown brand from Paris. From the outside looking in, Artem’s life is all very luxurious and lavish, however she has had some trouble on the homefront.

When she was a child, Artem always knew she wanted to do something great, and her mother always pushed her so that she could. Samantha Ross sacrificed everything to make sure her daughter could get where and what she needed to succeed, including her marriage to Ben Ross, Artem’s father.

The two separated when she was fourteen, leaving a heartbroken Artem and a generally broken Samantha. The two were close as could be though and leaned on each other as much as they could until Artem became too busy. She ended up moving to the city to live in a flat with a few other models.

Being alone takes a toll on people though, and Artem’s mother wasn’t strong enough to survive it. She had a mental breakdown, causing her to be sent to a mental health ward where she would receive in-patient care.

Artem visits when she can, but with her success continuing to grow, she’s unable to as much as she’d like. Then came the opportunity of a lifetime according to her agent, the chance to audition for a television show in the states.

It was a long and grueling process, but seeing as the character she was auditioning for also struggled with family issues amidst a pressured life, it was easy for Artem to understand and resonate with her. Brooklyn Franklin was practically written for Artem, even the casting director said so, so when the news of her casting came and people claimed it was only because of her looks and status as a singer, she was hurt. Artem has since made it her personal goal to prove she was cast based on talent.

'The Elementals' Character; Brooklyn Franklin is the new girl in town and after a run in with one of the original characters, she gets a vision of a cave with glowing stones. She leads everyone there and soon enough the new characters get their own powers while the original elementals find themselves having more strength than before.

Brooklyn is credited with the new powers, so she's become a fan favorite even though Artem herself is not. Brooklyn Franklin is similar to Artem in the way that they both come from a broken family and feel an immense amount of pressure to be perfect.

Born and raised in New York, Kyla dived head first into the modeling world, starting at the age of 4. Some people may think that this was forced by her mother, but at any point if Kyla said she didn't want to do it anymore, her mother would've taken her out. When her baby brother came along, her modeling became a really good income. This caused her to be a little on the materialistic side because she could have anything she wanted to make up for the lack of attention she may experience from her parents. Her relationship with them never waivered, the same with bother her siblings, they were basically the perfect family, but that doesn't mean there were a few bumps in the road. Her father, Michael, got laid off from his job when she was 13, the whole family was worried what this would mean for them since La'Shae and Kyla both weren't bringing in as much money as they were used to because of a slow season. What almost seemed like a miracle, was that Kyla got a call from IMG Models in Los Angeles. This was a major move in her career, going across the country and getting deeper into the modeling career. Bexley Sloane Jayde was born on April 6, 1998, in Houston, Texas to Effie Jayde, her father is unknown. Three years later in July of 2000, her sister Onyx was born, they share the same mother, but different fathers. Later on, in 2005, the three moved to New Orleans, Louisiana, this is where they would reside for the majority of Bexley's life up until she started college. When Flora was born, she was seen as a solution to her parents constant fighting. It wasn't why Sabrina Weathers got pregnant of course, Flora being conceived was a complete accident, but when her mother and father found out, they hoped she would be the fix they needed. As a teen, Flora grew distant from her mother and tried to find where her father was. Eventually she did find him, only he had made a new family, one without her. Flora felt she wasn't good enough and grew insecure about nearly everything in her life, her style, her body, her personality... The only thing she had was the arts, theatre and acting had always been her escape and throughout high school she was always the leading lady, which led to her dreams of being onscreen in the movies and tv.

Once she graduated high school, Flora set out for LA to begin auditioning. She got an agent and a manager and had a team being built to help her succeed. Auditions came and went though and she wasn't getting anything except small, guest roles. However, that is how she met her boyfriend, Teddy. Flora had gotten an audition for the lead in a new series, 'The Elementals' and she was beyond excited. She even got called back! During a chemistry read, she was asked to kiss the guy, Teddy, and afterwards they went out and eventually started dating. It was lucky she got him out of it, because the lead role ended up going to another actress whereas Flora was stuck playing a best friend character instead. She's still bitter.

'The Elementals' Character:
Ruby Benson is the girl next door type and has a hopeless crush on Carter after being friends since they were kids. She feels like he's drifted recently and tries to reach out and help him, but he'd rather keep her safe from the power he's hiding.

Eventually, Ruby gets a makeover and turns herself into a walking bombshell to try and get Carter's attention, which she does but only for a little while. Ruby becomes possessed by the evil shadow force that the elementals are fighting and is used as a puppet unbeknownst to the main group, however she becomes much more sensual and flirtatious while she's under his spell.

Flora knew of Teddy's reputation before she even auditioned for 'The Elementals'. Originally auditioning for a lead, she had to do a screen test with the actor as well as a chemistry read where they were asked to kiss. The kiss was electric and after a few, what they called meaningless, hook-ups, the two inevitably began dating. Because of how they started dating though, Flora is worried he'll fall for the next co-star he kisses, so she's become a bit jealous and overbearing.

It was down to the wire for the role of Brynn between Olivia and Flora, eventually though, the role went to Olivia and Flora was left with a supporting character. She still memorizes all of Brynn's lines and hopes one day to be bumped to a series regular. As for Olivia, Flora isn't her biggest fan and has convinced herself that she deserved the role due to being more talented.

The result of a playboy's games with a young girl's heart, Killian Thayer Hudson was born to sixteen-year-old Annabelle Hudson and eighteen-year-old Carson Matthews. Carson was the epitome of the typical high school heartthrob. He was the center of attention everywhere he went. He was captain of the football team, senior class president, and every girl's dream. Young Annabelle Hudson was no exception to his charms. The moment she transferred into Clearwater High School, she was smitten with him. Carson spied an opportunity to add another notch to his belt, and wooed her easily, seducing her right into his bed like he had so many other girls. When Annabelle came to him a month later with a pregnancy test in her hand and tears in her eyes, asking him for help, Carson told her the baby wasn't his problem and she could deal with it herself. So, that's exactly what she did. She stuck out the rest of that year listening to the laughter, and just after sophomore year ended, she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. With the help of her parents, Annabelle raised Killian for his first two years of life while still attending high school. After graduation, she received a scholarship to UCLA. Wanting to support their daughter, the Hudson's packed up and moved the whole family to Los Angeles. This was around the time Annabelle's parents decided they wanted a better life for their daughter and her son. When Killian hit six years old, his family began to realize he had a talent for entertaining people. Killian loved games like cowboys and robbers where he could pretend to be someone entirely different than he was. He would put on little shows for his family, and they never failed to put smiles on their faces. Seeing an opportunity for a better for him and his mom, Killian's grandparents spoke to an up and coming talent agent named Lachlan Daly. After meeting Killian, Lachlan saw talent that if cultivated could make him a household name by his early teens. They booked him on a comedy sitcom about two parents that had a dozen adopted kids from all different races and ages. His role as Terry Gardner was so successful, he was catapulted into the spotlight by the release of the second season. As a child, it was just like playing all the same little games he loved, and he took joy from it. The happier he was, the more encourage his family became. Killian played Terry for four seasons of the show before he grew old enough to be more involved in his career decisions and decided that he wanted to try something new.

later life

Over the next few years, Killian played a series of roles in action films, and quickly discovered they were his favorite roles to play. He continued to focus on acting, eventually convincing his mother to unenroll him from school and let him have an approved tutor on set with him to earn his high school diploma. That, however, was the only concession Killian's mother made to him. She wanted to keep him from becoming too blinded by the wealthy lifestyle his acting career afforded him. She kept all access to his money, funneling most of it into a bank account that was locked until Killian turned eighteen. The small fraction of the money she kept in checking was still more than enough to give Killian the privileged life she'd wanted to give him since he was born. They had a nice house and Killian got every present he ever asked for. However, as his teen years arrived and Killian watched his friends spend their money on expensive cars and designer clothes, the lust to have control of his own wealth drove him to act out.

Killian started going out with his castmates, staying out late and spending the allowance money his mother did give him on the kinds of material things his mother was trying to keep him from being spoiled by. He started buying fake ID's to get into clubs at fifteen and getting into frequent altercations with the paparazzi that had begun trailing his every move. Eventually, one of those altercations led to an assault charge and subsequent arrest at sixteen. After spending the night in jail, Killian woke up to see an unfamiliar man in a suit standing beside the officer who'd arrested him and his mother, who had tears in her eyes. Upon asking who it was, Killian understood his mother's tears. His absentee father, who'd never wanted him or cared about him, had heard about Killian's arrest. His father, who'd gone to college and become a lawyer after leaving Annabelle alone with Killian in high school, told him he'd been looking for him for years, that he regretted leaving him and wanted to forge a relationship with him. Unconvinced and knowing Carson's presence was hurting his mother, Killian told the man to get lost. Carson refused, and offered to use his influence to get Killian's record wiped clean in return for a paternity test. Not wanting her son to have an assault on his record and too moral to pay a bribe with her son's money, Annabelle agreed and allowed Carson to have the test done. When it came back as proof Carson could use to show that Killian was his son and he had a right to him, Carson took Annabelle to court for custody of Killian under the argument that she was wrongly keeping their son from earnings that were his and allowing him to engage in reckless actions that could cost him his career.[font]

even later life

The custody battle lasted for only a few months before Carson's talent as a lawyer earned him joint custody of Killian. Almost immediately, Carson used his rights under joint custody to open access to Killian's money, giving not only his son, but himself unlimited access to it. Over the next few years until Killian turned eighteen and gained full legal access to his own money, Carson bought himself a multi-million dollar mansion and millions of dollars worth of cars and designer clothes. proving that it was never care for his own that drove him. Knowing his father had only come into his life to profit from his success, despite having expected it, hit Killian hard, and after he turned eighteen, he went through a pretty dark period. He was constantly out clubbing, blowing millions on the same things his father had, sleeping around and giving the tabloids more than one reason to paint him as a scandalous playboy who only cared about himself. He bought himself a separate house in Hollywood, spending the majority of his time there and away from his family. It wasn't until he signed the contract for The Elementals that he started getting himself back on track and refocusing on his career.

early life

born in miami, florida to mothers sabrina and angella gael, shiloh daniel gael was the perfect blessing the couple had been hoping for. on feburary 14th, the angella was by her lover's side as she gave birth to, who they had been lovingly referring to as their "sperm donor baby", shiloh. the couple had been together since their high school days, and had always dreamed of having their own family, they always dreamed of adopting; however as a same sex couple that didn't have intentions of getting married, they never got cleared to be foster parents, let alone adopt a child as their own. it was a frustrating process, but eventually, they settled on getting one of them pregnant, but the way that didn't plummet them into bankrupccy; they both found a man that they approved of, a complete stranger, and angella gave sabrina the all clear to have a one night stand with the man.

questionable methods indeed, but it worked out beautifully for sabrina and angella. they finally had their baby boy. now they just had to raise him. and they did a beautiful job at doing so. sabrina and angella co-owned a small beach sport shop right on the coast of miami beach. it was a highly coveted spot, since miami was sucha popular beach, but they had been holding down the fort there for the past five years (it definitely helped that they lived in the small apartment above the shop). but they sold surf boards, wet suits, snorkels, and other things related to different water sports that were popular around them.

angella and sabrina, of course, were very partial to surfing; they loved surfing, paddle boarding, anything that had to do with a board out on the water, they loved it. and as soon as shiloh was old enough to keep himself afloat in the water, they were bringing him out with them to the water, every chance they got. he seemed to pick it up almost instantly, he was a natural. and he loved it. he loved being in the water, with his moms, it was nothing but pure happiness and joy.

later life

shiloh was homeschooled until his freshman year of high school, and he did fairly well for himself in the academic side of things, but when it came to the social side of things, he was very out of his depth. but he never let it show, it's not like shiloh was an awkward teen going through high school; no shiloh still had the cofnidence and warm of 3rd graders going up to any adult they know just wanting a hug. at first he was made fun of, but he didn't let it bother him. but eventually, whne he started making more friends, and showing everyone up on all the sports teams, (and when al the girls started fawning over him), he was suddenly one of the most popular guys in school.

but shiloh struggled into his senior year, all his friends and classmates knew what they wanted to study and major in when it came to college, but shiloh had no clue. nothing stood out to him in terms of a realistic career goal. all his buddies from his sports teams had landed on studying kinesiology, to go into athletic training, so shiloh figured that was a good idea. he went to college with his same high school buddies, still being his dumb, goofy, and sweet self. his friends were convinced he was going to fail, but shiloh proved surpisingly good at his classes (it also definitely helped that he was screwing their TA and had private study sessions with him), but make no mistake, shiloh knew his stuff, and he made sure of it.

he came to realizing his sexuality when his friends found out he was sleeping with their male TA. shiloh never saw anything weird about them both being guys, seeing how he has two moms, being queer was always shown to him as natural, regular, etc. there was never any pressure or expectations to bring home a girl OR a boy. but when all his friends were freaking out and saying how weird and gross it was that he fucked aorund with a guy, it dawned on shiloh. but it also hurt him, he was still the same person that they knew beforew, what did it matter who he was sleeping with? but that was the point where shiloh realized he truly didn't care about a person's gender, he liked who he liked.

even later life

shiloh graduated in two years, having an associates in health and fitness, he quickly found a job for a new and upcoming tv show. they were looking for a lead stunt and fight scene coordinator, and since most of their applicants didn't have any kind of degree, shiloh beat all of them out. they figured his background in different sports was better than nothing, and he could also be the on set trainer/first aid person should anything happen to the actors. shiloh of course agreed, since he was fresh out of college, no friends, and no job, he took whatever job would take him.

and so it's been a good few years of shiloh living his best life; he's getting paid really well, just to put together some fight scenes and maybe help some of the actors with different workouts every now and then. he got to chill most of the day, make friendsly with the cast and crew, (maybe have a little extra fun on the side), the only big negative was that it was all the way across the country from his moms. but he face timed them almost every day, just so he didn't get too homesick.

the first girl ryder ever loved, maxine garcia. one of his best friends for as long as he could remember, and the drummer in fool's cove. together, they wrote every song they would ever perform, and it was only a matter of time before they started dating. it felt like they were meant to be, being in the same band, having grown up together, they were the sweetest. they honestly loved each other, and when they were together, ryder felt like everything was was falling into place. but then, when elijah started booking him more acting gigs, maxine was more and more heart broken. ryder was leaving her and the band behind for the money, for the fame. but once they went on their last tour, she figured everything was fine. and then he went and signed a contract to be a lead character on the elementals. ryder invited her to come watch him on set, but she was done. she ghosted him, just like he costantly ghosted the band.

Selfless...While Dustin absolutely loves for things to go his way, he almost never puts his focus on himself. He's a big advocate for compassionate and philanthropy, and practices what he preaches. He spends his free time volunteering at shelters and soup kitchens, and goes out of his way to help other people make their dreams come true before he chases his own.

negative traits

Prideful...When Dustin feels like he's done something well or right, he becomes very proud of it, and expects for his achievements to be recognized by those in his life. When they aren't recognized to his standards, he can often get irritated or become disappointed about it. His pride also results in him sometimes being insensitive to others' feelings because it keeps him from admitting he was wrong--even if he was.

Oblivious...Dustin is sometimes woefully unaware of the things going on around him. Thanks to his frequent daydreams, he often fails to pay attention to what's going on in the lives of those around him, and he never reads between the lines. This leads him to often miss out on opportunities for friendships and relationships.

Hard-Headed...Dustin's pride makes him very in-tune with his own thoughts and ideas. Due to this, when he believes in something, it is very hard to away him from that path, and he doesn't like to be told he's doing it wrong.

On the show, Killian plays Max Walker. The calm brainiac and comedian of the group, Max is always cracking a joke to help his friends when they need cheering up or figuring out a solution when they're in trouble. He's super smart and has a great sense of humor, and is always very supportive. He's rarely angry, and his intelligence and focus allows him great control over his abilities. He enjoys having control over plant life, and is often seen randomly blooming flowers out of air and handing them out.
