Appearance: His hair is kept in an unkempt manner and he always wears a stern facial expression. He is slightly taller than average and has a well-built physique. On the rare occasions he is seen not wearing the military uniform, his outfit consists of black pants and a tunic with a slightly darker color than his hair.
Personality: A zealous follower of military discipline, he is quick to chastise those who don't seem to take it seriously. Lacking in tact, he does not mince his words, usually causing others to feel enmity towards him. Though he is not arrogant, he subconsciously considers most of the other trainees to not be as skilled as he is, and the fact that he got the first position among them only seemed to reinforce this. He is on guard at all times and is suspicious of those who try to act friendly towards him. He bears high respect for those he considers to be skilled, although he is still prone to acting bluntly and not thinking about the words he says.
Background: The males of the Foster family have been members of the military for generations, and Bryce has been brought up to follow in their steps. Since his youth, he has been prepared to have the mindset of a soldier, ready to die for the greater good. This has made him different from the average child -- he had no interest in playing or making friends. Every day he would train, whether by himself or with one of his male relatives serving as his instructors. Among his family, he has only met his grandfather, who was killed in front of him during the breach of wall Maria, and his father, who is still serving as a member of the Military Police, although their relationship could hardly be called parental. Being the son of a Foster allowed him to participate in training with rifles even before joining the trainees, and as such he is very accurate when using them.
