A bright laugh, pretty eyes, brilliantly colored hair, this is how one often describes Min-hee. She is considered pretty, quite elegant for a woman, no matter what title. Her appearance is one of the many positive things about her don't you think? Often many people will be smiling just from looking at this girl, how she can find the most positive things in life, how she can easily smile and laugh, finding joy in almost everything she does. She is a pretty girl that enjoys the simple things in life. So diving into her appearance shouldn't be too hard now should it? But where does one begin? I guess the basics will be fine. — Min-hee stands at the short height of five feet and three inches. She only barely weighs ninety-nine pounds, and her slender build is something that makes her look like she could blow away in the wind. She really isn't as delicate as people paint her to be though. At first glance she may be viewed as skinny, and frail, possibly lacking any womanly charms. But if you just take a chance, a chance to look closer, you can see that it's not like that. Min-hee actually is light, however her body shows that she in fact isn't as skinny as most believe. She has a smaller waist, but it's not too small. Her hips are something that can easily catch your attention as they give her a very womanly curve that many envy. Her long legs are shapely, her thighs being vary more shapely than most Asian girl's at her age.

Min-hee doesn't have the body that most girls have. Surprisingly she isn't that flat chested, nor does she lack the curves that women want as they mature. It's simply due to the fact she is an innocent girl most of the time that these sexier sides of her are often overlooked. Despite this, Min-hee continues to show off her charms in whatever she's wearing. Her style is something that can be one of two things. Comfortable or feminine. These two are drastic changes in all reality. If Min-hee is dressed comfortably, you will often see her in black skinny jeans, an oversized shirt, and maybe a choker. Or perhaps she'll be wearing shorts and a shirt, giving you that laid back vibe. But when she is dressed in her more feminine attire, you will be stopped in your tracks. When she dresses like this, there's no denying that she's a princess. Every dress, skirt, blouse, they all give her such an ethereal and royal appearance that it would be almost impossible to believe she was anything less than a princess. It's amazing what a change of clothes and a bit of makeup can do.

Though this doesn't change the natural, the simple, the perfect beauty that she possess. Now this may seem a bit biased, but Min-hee is a natural beauty. She rarely wears much makeup due to the fact she has a very innocent face and her personality reflects that more than a sexy woman who is looking for passion over romance. She has to maintain her princess like image. Her puppy dog eyes are complimented by aegyo-sal which give her this appearance of always smiling. When she does smile, her eyes crinkle up and make the sweetest eye smile you will ever see. It's like there's nothing wrong with the world any longer. Like this smile erases all of the bad. Softly colored dark eyebrows sit above these precious eyes, them being more curved than straight. They follow the natural curve of her eyes, causes them to give her a softer appearance, if that's even needed. They aren't strong eyebrows, but they are ones that soften her gaze. Deep laugh lines are visible if she's smiling, or obviously laughing. These deep lines, the curve of her lips when she laughs, her boyfriend nicknamed this her dinosaur laugh. He of course means the cute little plushie that he bought her, and their smiles just happen to be similar. When Min-hee smiles, when she laughs, well you can see how genuine it is.

Her hair is quite long, especially when straightened. It easily reaches past her bust line, and it gives her a sophisticated appearance at times. Now she doesn't really like to dye her hair too much as she's scared of damaging it, but she has dyed it before. Usually it's natural colors such as brown or black, but for about three months she had bright ruby red hair. It was such a shock to her parents when she asked them about coloring her hair this extreme color. They decided that she could keep it, but only for a short period of time. Still, Min-hee was happy with this. Her bright red hair was certainly eye catching and she couldn't go out in public without getting noticed. Because of this she went back to her natural dark brown hair, but she still enjoyed her red hair a lot. Now Min-hee isn't very rebellious when it comes to her family, only having her ears pierced. Each ear has been pierced once, and occasionally you can find her wearing a simple metal ear cuff, but not very often.

personality

Depending on where you meet Min-hee depends on her first impression. If you meet her at a formal event, you will be meet with a very respectful and ladylike young woman, who even laughs respectfully. She's just the  d e f i n i t i o n  of a princess. The way she speaks, moves, even eats is elegant. There's really no way you can say she isn't ladylike, that she isn't one of the most mannered girls you've met. Of course, as mentioned before, this is if you meet her at a formal event. If you meet her outside of a formal event, if she's taking a stroll downtown with a friend or two, you will see another side of her. Of course talking to her might be a little difficult due to the "escorts" being there to make sure she stays safe, but being able to talk to her in a relaxed environment, it's totally different. You will see that she laughs at the smallest of things, often complaining about being short of breath from laughing too much. She butchers her own name and is often getting playfully embarrassed which leads to her lightly hitting someone she's close to both in distance and relationship wise. She's very open, she's quite friendly, she's just   h u m a n . Many people seem to believe that royalty or nobility, they are all snobbish or so perfect you can't even come close to being near them. Angels, Gods, Goddesses, these things can describe royalty easily, but seeing a princess act like this, snorting if she laughs way too much or going crazy over food, it makes her so much more human, and the love and respect for her usually only grows.

You see, Min-hee is different, but not that different. She's just a girl who likes to have fun, be silly, play video games, have a cheesy date, just live her life. She isn't that rebellious and tends to follow the rules. She loves wholeheartedly, she doesn't hurt people intentionally, she just wants to be able to be herself. Even though this may sound cheesy, it's the truth. The desire she has to just fit in, to be treated as Kwon Min-hee rather than Princess Min-hee is overwhelming. But she knows that it's hard, it's practically impossible for the common folk of the kingdom to view her as a normal twenty year old girl. That being said, Min-hee is known for being quite the interesting girl. She's very silly and often surprises you with her sense of humor or just her strange antics. The popular term would be she's very 4D, which isn't at all surprising after you've spent a day with her. She's incredibly bright and friendly, though sometimes she gets really awkward and shy which just leads to her nervously laughing and trying to find a way to make it less awkward. Min-hee sometimes forgets that she has actual people skills and just will stutter while trying to introduce herself properly. Around those she is close to, she is known to make 'Dad jokes' or just awful puns that you can only laugh helplessly at because they are so awful. She enjoys skinship, and will often be seen hugging her female friends, or even hugging her male friends. Though sometimes she's a total tease and will literally run away from those who may want to have some skinship with her, usually this is her best friend Sumin.

Despite being very friendly, Min-hee finds it hard to make friends sometimes. Most girls in high school viewed her as fact, or she was just a desperate princess. Of course saying these things directly to Min-hee would've been a very bad idea due to her being high royalty, but that didn't stop the rumors. So Min-hee found comfort in her male friends. Growing up, she was best friends with three males; Jaehyun, Minhyuk, and Hoseok. Those boys were the closest people to Min-hee other than her family. This has caused her to go to them for many things, whether it's relationship problems, stress, missing them, or simply wanting to be around them. You see, Min-hee gets attached easily. Due to the fact she loves so purely, without a second thought, she becomes thoroughly attached within months. This causes her to often want to spend a lot of time with the people she's become attached to. But it can also cause problems. It can be misread. Her innocent love can be viewed as many things, rather than what she originally meant it as. If she says she loves a boy that she's been friends with for years, most likely it means she loves him as a close friend. But people misunderstand. The boy might not, but the peanut gallery might. This has formed something inside of Min-hee that she hates. A constant fear, a worry, an insecurity, all of these negative emotions built up inside of her, creating someone that she doesn't like at all. A Min-hee who gets hurt  e a s i l y , who  c r i e s , who finds herself all  a l o n e  in a sea of unfamiliar faces.

This princess is well known for many things, some of those things being that she's an awful cook, that she says she can eat anything (even though she can't) and that she is constantly stress eating. She is quite the funny girl when she runs down to the kitchen, whining about things that are upsetting her, begging to steal a tub of ice cream that she can eat in her bedroom. Or confidently saying she can eat any food, only to turn her nose up at things such as intestine, animal feet, animal tongue, and certain sea life. It's quite funny for a princess of a country which is known for it's beautiful and delicious food to turn her nose at some of its dishes. But that's just a quirk of Min-hee that many people love. She is someone that will always surprise you, even if you've known her since you were five years old. You cannot fully know everything about Min-hee, due to the fact she's constantly got something up her sleeve. Life around her isn't boring, it's beautiful, it's bright, it's loving. She will become the sun, the light in your darkness. She will always be that hand which will find yours and pull you back onto your feet, even if you think there is no hope.

history

When Min-hee was born, nobody could be happier than her parents. It was so lovely to finally have a child to call their own. She was oh so perfect. She was such an innocent creature that the need to protect her was overwhelming. Ji-hye and Il-sung of course were new to the whole parenting idea, but instead of having a tough time with Min-hee like many parents experience, they had little to no trouble. Min-hee was always a quiet baby, one that was content doing whatever her parents had her do. They were often holding Min-hee as she was the most content when being able to touch her parents, always falling asleep within minutes of being held by them. The kingdom was overjoyed with this new royal, as she was such a joy to see whenever the royals did something. Four years later when she was a chubby toddler, she was introduced to the twins. The boys were the opposite of Min-hee. They were often crying, bumping into each other, and just causing a bit of a mess. But Min-hee didn't mind, even at her young age. She would often stay in their bedroom and just occupy herself by spending time just listening to their soft breathing when they would take naps, often using it as a time to make another 'work of art'.

Life wasn't too eventful for the Kwon family. Just as the children grew older, it grew more and more noisy. The twins were always torturing their older sister who of course they love dearly. But Min-hee always found herself getting attacked by her brothers one way or another. While she was at home, she was often getting tackled by the gremlins which meant her home life was noisy, but she liked it because it was her home. Of course she had friends she would often hang out with. These were Jaehyun, Minhyuk, and Hoseok. These four met at a big ball that the kingdom often hosts for the royal families they are close to and the nobility they are close to. Meeting the three boys was a game changer for Min-hee. They became the people she could tell anything to. They were always with each other. They all have hundreds of photos from their childhood to present day. Always convincing her parents to hangout with the boys, Min-hee had a bright childhood. They never treated her like she was a snotty princess, they just treated her like Min-hee. Of course they quickly knew she couldn't do many things such as play sports, but they found things that they all could enjoy. Taking pictures was the thing they all loved to do. It was quite the sight to see young kids slowly down long enough to take pictures of the little things, to enjoy life's beauty.

Time went on, Min-hee finally attended a private school, which happened to be the one Jaehyun and the rest were enrolled in. High school was hell for Min-hee. There she experienced what it was like not to fit in, not to be well liked. She learned about how hurtful rumors could be. "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me". This was the saying she often told herself. It was from another culture, but it was something she believed was true, at least until high school. She never fit in. She wasn't like the other girls. She was clumsy, she couldn't sew, and heaven's knows she can't cook. She was often teased for this lack of cooking ability due to the fact she was the princess and heir of the throne of Beflaurus. These little thing, Min-hee would try to laugh them off, but they would always stay with her in the back of her mind. So she did the only thing she could do. She ran to Jaehyun. Jaehyun is in fact older than Min-hee by three years therefore he was turning 18 when she was a freshman in high school. When Min-hee turned to Jaehyun, she learned something important. There's a difference between loving someone as a friend, and loving someone as something more. Jaehyun had always been that something more to Min-hee. He was her rock growing up. He made sure to stick up for her, no matter what. In high school, he was the one thing she always could count on. While she basically was a sister to Minhyuk and Hoseok, she didn't feel right telling them about these problems she was having. She knew they'd try to protect her, but it'd only make things worse. Jaehyun was the only option. And when she told him about her problems, about her feelings towards everything that was happening, he comforted her, not like a friend, but a lover.

This was the start of their relationship. Jaehyun was the second oldest son of a family which was very close to Min-hee's, but also her uncle. But both knew that their relationship, no matter how right it felt, it wouldn't last long. Once Min-hee turned 18, she would become a potential bride for another prince. So in the meantime, Jaehyun could only hold onto her for as long as possible. Being the heiress of Beflaurus suddenly became a burden. Min-hee suddenly didn't like it. She loved her family, her friends, and she was happy once she finally graduated high school, but she was so scared of having to leave Jaehyun. But even when she was graduated, her parents didn't mention her thinking about marriage. Instead they let her enjoy Beflaurus, as if they knew what their daughter and Jaehyun were. What they meant to each other. For two years the couple were given a free range of their relationship. Being able to spend time together outside of the castle as long as an escort was making sure they were safe. They had a life that they loved, that they didn't want to change. But it wasn't meant to last forever. When Min-hee's parents sat her down one day in the castle gardens, she knew what was going on. They told her about their plans for her future, about how she would be betrothed to a royal, they reminded her of the law. Hearing that, it was the most painful thing Min-hee had experienced.

That night, she told Jaehyun that they couldn't be together for awhile, that she was going to be marrying someone else. But she didn't want to break up with him. Her tears were warm as he brushed them away, promising her that no matter what, he'd always be her friend and he'd always love her. It only made the goodbye more bitter-sweet. Min-hee was in a depressed slump for a week. She found herself downstairs in the kitchen, whining to the cook, stress eating, like she usually does. She found herself stubbornly wearing Jaehyun's shirts and hoodies whenever she was allowed to dress casually. It was just a matter of time before she'd be forced to accept reality. But that was something she didn't want. If she could choose, she would choose to be a regular noble, not a princess. Bitterness was felt towards her title, but she lived with it, each day coming closer and closer to the day she'd have her fate sealed. Even if you don't believe in fate, it's still there. Even if you are rarely sad, heartbreak always finds you. Even if you love someone no matter what, there's no promise it'll last forever. Life isn't something you can easily accept. You will have moments where you wish you could rebel against it, but you can't. Perhaps that's a problem, but it doesn't matter. You can only do what you can do in the time you have on this Earth.
