She grew up on her home planet, due a to a few pranks she pulled, she was exiled to this world where she now lives as a small child but a rather large dragon. When she was exiled, she wandered aimlessly among the large city, with naught but the clothes and no parents or guardian. As of now, she knows nothing of this world. Since she has control over Lightning and Neon, she can put on quite the show in her dragon form.

Personality
She's a prankster, outspoken and playful, however, she's just a child and acts as such. She can get attached to something and if it's taken from her she has a mental breakdown and activates her Neon Overload hidden power

In Human Form
Luminous Powers

Luminous, or Neon, is only usable while she is in her human form (With some cosmetic exceptions in Dragon form). She can create lights from thin air or manipulate existing lights and neon to to her will with some limits. For example, she can't manipulate man-made lights or light from the sun, some restrictions in her age, being so young, she can't perfectly create it herself.

In Dragon Form
Lightning Creation
Lightning, the static discharge of built up static friction in clouds. Thunder, the (delayed) sound that lightning makes when contacting the ground. Using this logic, she can breath lightning and discharge static by rubbing her feathers together at a high rate and that's about it. She's young so she has much to learn.

Neon Overload (Hidden ability)
A dormant power that lies within her and activates whenever she loses control of her emotion. When active, she can turn her whole body into pure light and essentially teleport around the place. She can also discharge the light as an attack which obliterates anything sorry enough to be in her way, she also has an unlimited supply of her Luminous energy while in this rage. While in this rage, however, she is unable to shift in and out of her dragon form and cannot control her attacks. Lasts until she calms down.

- She discharges built up electricity, the power depends on the amount of excess electricity.
Travel at Light Speed - Okay not quite as literal as it may imply. She transforms her body into pure Neon and can travel at increased speeds and is immune to damage.
Recharge - When near a plug or source of electricity, she can replenish her lightning powers by plugging her.. tail into a light socket or absorbing some of the electricity from the source.
Neon Overload - Only happens when she has a mental breakdown, She explodes in a violent rage, she gains an infinite amount of Neon energy and her attacks becomes infused with Neon. While in this rage, she cannot shift between her dragon and human forms and has little control over it.

In Dragon Form
Lightning Breath - Literally what you think, she breathes lightning.
Thunder Slice - Her feathered wings become hardened with lightning

Lilura was born far to the south of Illdris. She was born to a coven of witches, raised alongside people like her and nearby villages and farmers. She was taught many things there, like how to conjure, how to make her own wand and what spells she could use, and a variety of potions she could make. She was a natural at most of it, never really being able to conjure properly.

At sixteen, she went through the Witch coming of age ceremony. She chose her name, a Witch tradition to prevent names being used in spells against someone, and presented her wand for blessing, the elders imbuing it with magic to aid her in whatever she chose to do. After that. she left the coven, using her skills to survive, and wandered, looking for a place to settle, or to see if anything could compare to the coven. She found Illdris at twenty-one and was drawn in, using her meagre savings to start up a potion shop.

Lilura is a curious and helpful person by nature, the need to know things very strong for her. She can become obsessed with knowing something and pursue it even if it's bad for her health or cutting into her time for something else. She's also not an overly vocal person, as most Witches aren't, conveying most things through body language and facial expressions.

Magical Powers:
Spells- Using a wand, Lilura can channel magic into doing her bidding. Most spells are physical things such as manipulating her surroundings or creating things like elements. (Sorry, this is a bit vague. Think like Harry Potter.)
Conjuring- Given time and that she knows the correct symbols and layout, Lilura can summon creatures to help with things. This isn't useful in timed events as it takes a long time and the slightest mistake can have bad consequences.

No one is quite sure from where he hails, and no one cares to learn. The rumors tell that Corivid is a child of Illdris with an uncanny connection to weather. When he awoke to his powers, it was in the midst of tragedy. He witnessed the death of his village in a monster attack and lightning crashed down from the sky destroying what was left of the village and the attacking monsters. He was found at the center of the unnatural maelstrom, and hidden away from the world for fear of his power. Now, with Illdris challenged by evil beings, he is useful. A potential weapon against the Dark.
Personality: Corivid is a shy youth. He fears himself and constantly seeks the makes amends for the wrongs he feels he’s committed. He tries to make himself disappear from notice, and hides behind his ignorance of the world. Unfortunately for him, his powers have a way of constantly making him a point of interest. Though he is meek and timid like a mouse, there is a kind of bravery that sleeps within Corivid, with plenty of room to grow.
Magical Powers: Alongside his impressive connection to the weather, Corivid has the ability to communicate with any winged creature. His presence tends to create an increase in the movement of wind. Corivid also has the power to create and gather tiny sparks of electricity when he snaps his fingers; it is strong enough to light a campfire or act as a small lantern for as long as his concentration lasts. Upon transforming into his thunderbird form, Corivid becomes a veritable storm and can wreak havoc as such. However, maintaining the form is a heavily draining exercise and Corivid can only afford to maintain it for 30 seconds currently.
Strengths: An additional benefit of Corivid's connect to the weather is a heightened resistance to harsh weather conditions and weather magic. He also has a great deal of potential.
Flaws: As a consequence of his primal connection to magic, conscious efforts to cast are more draining to Corivid than a normal mage, and usually much more chaotic. Spending the majority of his life locked away from the world, Corivid has no life skills to profit from and depends on the kindness of his handlers to survive.
Extra Notes: Corivid has yet to transform into his thunderbird form.

I honestly feel like you made this thunder guy just to have some likeness to Alaina. Call me arrogant, but it's just my thought. I like it no less. However, I feel as though if he were of Illdris, he would be a demigod due to the fact Illdris was only inhabited by Humans up until now (the newer invading races are recent), though feel free to correct me. If this is not the case, accepted.

I made him have a transformation because I made him a thunderbird. The similarity it would draw to Alaina didn't even cross my mind honestly. I wanted him to have storm powers, so I made him a storm being then gave him a transformation to match the storm being and explain the unpredictability, but omnipresence, of his powers.

He could be from Illdris because he's only half a thunderbird; one of his parents could be human. No one knows for sure because anybody that would've known was killed by the attack, then incinerated by lightning.

Arun was born to a young couple who were part of a nomadic movement. His roots and ancenstry goes back to a western land, far from any grand city. As a boy, it was always normal for him to be constantly moving. Always curious, he began to gain knowledge of each area he stayed in. This fueled his thirst for overall knowledge of the world. As he grew older he eventually left his family, although it did distress him to be away, to travel at a faster pace and discover lands his group had not yet or preferred not to enter. Eventually, his travels led him to Illdris where he currently resides, fascinated by the culture advancement.

Personality
Arun's personality is..interesting. Quirky is one way to explain. He wasn't around a lot of people growing up so his interaction skills are outlandish. Being a foreigner, the culture norms of Illdris are still being learned so for the most part, he can be very blunt without realizing it. However he is always excited to meet new people and he loves nothing more than to share his adventures and knowledge.

Magical Powers
Arun's skill aren't quite magical in a sense but requires slight magical energy to unlock.

Vithi Nei Satv Khlakhmoum Nih - Arun's one and only fighting skill. During his travels he discovered a teaching that showed how to unlock a human's full potential. This can be activated by meditation for a short period which can leave the user vulnerable but once completed it can enhance the user physical abilities ten fold, granting him increased speed and strength. However the strain it puts on the user can be great if it's used for too long of a period.

River Flow - A simple martial art used to turn enemy attacks against them.

He was eventually just given the task to watch over Illdris while his other siblings watch over other places on the planet.

Personality: He seems cold and heartless to most people, but he isn't all bad. If your able to get into his dark heart he will seem at least slightly warmer and will do anything to protect you. Until, death himself calls your name. Though he likes to play tricks and talk in riddles here and there.

Magical Powers:
-Fears Wrath: He is able to pear into your soul and see your greatest fears and if your mind is weak enough make you see illusions of your fears.
-Necromancy: Summon's his fathers living dead servants to do his biding.
-Slight Dark Magic
-Invisibility: He is invisible to mortal eyes. Unless, he is after them, they are strong enough with magic, or he allows you to see him.
-Slight Immortality: He is able to die though it is very hard. If he does happen to die he will be reborn with no memory of his past life, but knows he had one. He will also always remember his purpose as a reaper.

-Invisible to most people
-Deaths endurance (Can die, but is really hard)
-Advanced scythe skills

Flaws:
-Is sometimes unaware of creatures from other planets
-Can be seen as cold
-Can become attached to people easily because he usually feels alone

I.. never actually anticipated 'Reaper' as a seperate race.. um.. I feel like Reaper would be a title. *shrug* I don't really mind, Evenly balanced.. although, elaborate 'Invisible to most people'.
 
Well his race would be more of a Angel. I just put Reaper because it was easier. I could update that if you want and just add Reaper to his name or something.

A tall 6'7 bulky and muscular Satyr stands before you. With emerald green eyes and Ram-like horns he may be terrifying to some, although he gives off a strong and lustful aura.

Looks mid twenties, actual age is 189

Thorn Satyr

Biography:
Oliver was born on Illden, his mother and father were immigrants but he didn't care, naturally. When they had arrived they simply moved into a forest and made their Hollow there. It was nice and peaceful, everything was just great. The animals liked Oliver and Oliver liked the animals. So later on in his life when the hunters started to close in around their Hollow... well his bloodline - The Thorn Satyrs are known for their short temper and being very territorial. So, he did what every other Thorn Satyr would do at his age. As they closed in around his Home, he confronted them. When someone shot at him with a bow and missed, things got messy. The hunters, when they were found were almost unrecognizable except for the clothes they were. Their faces and bodies clawed to almost nothing, and each by a different animal it would seem. When more and more hunters died around the area, each by a different animal in the same group they had thought it was a shapeshifter originally, but a man shortly came through and told them just what it was. He said that he himself had seen it, and it was true. Oliver hadn't seen another man come to the hunting party he had last killed while he was leaving, he was too focused on the arrow in his shoulder. Soon enough, the whole town rallied to drive him out. They burned down his Hollow and almost everything with it. So, Oliver with no where to go, set out to travel. The events caused in the forest earned it a new name, The Bloody Forest.

Personality:
Oliver has a very bubbly personality, he can be nice and happy, and the next he can be the most heartless being you've ever met. Just in general he's often territorial and aggressive towards others. And if he wants something he'll find a way to take it. Same thing goes for mates, he'll puppy guard them and just wait until they either like him or agree to mate.

Magical Powers:
Able to shapeshift, able to control nature and animals at will, also able to talk to animals and plants.

Strengths:
He's hard to kill, especially in nature when he's surrounded by his element. He can shapeshift, and control nature as well.

Flaws:
Aggressive, territorial, and overly confident when in his element.

Weapon:
A small buck hunting knife he picked up as a souvenir, as well as a spear.

When more and more hunters died around the area, each by a different animal in the same group they had thought it was a shapeshifter originally, but a man shortly came through and told them just what it was. He said that he himself had seen it, and it was true. Oliver hadn't seen another man come to the hunting party he had last killed while he was leaving, he was too focused on the arrow in his shoulder. Soon enough, the whole town rallied to drive him out. They burned down his Hollow and almost everything with it. So, Oliver with no where to go, set out to travel. The events caused in the forest earned it a new name, The Bloody Forest.

Personality:
Oliver has a very bubbly personality, he can be nice and happy, and the next he can be the most heartless being you've ever met. Just in general he's often territorial and aggressive towards others. And if he wants something he'll find a way to take it. Same thing goes for mates, he'll puppy guard them and just wait until they either like him or agree to mate.

Magical Powers:
Able to shapeshift, able to control nature and animals at will, also able to talk to animals and plants.

Strengths:
He's hard to kill, especially in nature when he's surrounded by his element. He can shapeshift, and control nature as well.

Flaws:
Aggressive, territorial, and overly confident when in his element.

Weapon:
A small buck hunting knife he picked up as a souvenir, as well as a spear.

When you say Thorn Satyr, if you've ever play World of Warcraft, it makes me think of Xavius I don't know why lol. But not, I'm perfectly fine with you adding these new places, in fact if you wanna make it official, make a post in the Lore and Other Info page and I'll edit it accordingly to more fit the lore of the world I was going for. Name: Falcon Featherborn.
Age: 27.
Race: Bird Shifter, a somewhat similar race to Dragon Shifter, but with birds. Other than the ability to shapeshift into a bird and a natural enhancement to agility and dexterity, he is basically human.
Gender: Male.

Bio (For other races, were you born on Illdris or are you a pilgrim?): Falco was born atop a mountain in Illdris, as are most Bird Shifters, where he was trained and raised by his parents. After a couple of decades, however, he got bored and wanted to do something...more. His natural magic and agility made him a great fighter, so he decided to go into the world as a fighter. Originally, for the first few years, he was happy enough assisting caravans, delving into ruins, etcetera but soon enough he developed a taste for money. He decided that in order to earn enough money to retire early he needed to become a mercenary, selling his skills for cash. At the moment, he is working as a guard in a major town. It is relatively boring, but the money is good.
Personality: Despite what people may think about him, since he is a merc, he has a clear sense of morals. He isn't above thievery or anything like that, unless he steals something that may kill the owner (like medicine or something of the like), but does not like killing jobs. Those jobs are for assassins. However, if someone attacks him (and for some reason he can't apprehend them) he has little quarrel about killing them. In spite of this, he is a nice enough guy. He enjoys reading in his spare time, or chatting to friends, but he also enjoys a good spar once in a while.

Magical Powers (If a Dragon Shifter list both your Human and Dragon form powers):
Human - he is an extremely good fire mage, able to light his sword on fire at will, throw fireballs etc. Standard fire stuff. He also has the ability to purge himself from curses and diseases. From his activities as a mercenary, however, he has delved into healing magic as well able to heal slight wounds or stabilize fatal ones. As a result, he often calls himself a Paladin of Fire, due to his abilities. He is naturally agile and dexterous, able to run and move surprisingly well for his armour.
Falcon - he also has the ability to shapeshift into a falcon, giving him flight, speed, enhanced vision etcetera. He is also able to create a somewhat large fiery image around himself and speed into his foes (think Brave Bird from Pokemon).

Strengths: Agility, fire resistance and combat prowess.
Flaws: Not the smartest around. Not the stupidest, but not the smartest. He is somewhat easily tricked, and is susceptible to mind-based attacks. Something to do with his bird brain, probably.

Extra Notes: His sword is made of a very special metal. It has the same properties as a normal steel sword, except it cannot be affected by heat or fire.

He was born in a very destitute part of the world, so the first time he encountered human was when he was around 100. It was a town, small where everyone knew everyone, and they ousted him since they were scared of the unknown.
By the time he was 500, he'd had lots of experiences like this. In addition to seeing what vile creatures humans were (wars, abuse, hunting for sport), Tao came to despise them, turning into something akin to s stereotypical fairy tale dragon that ruins villages and eats princess. Realising that living like this was going to get him killed, Tao retreated into isolation until very recently. The awakening of a great power brought him searching for it.

Personality
Tao is cynical and hateful of humans and most species that willingly interact with them. He partially disgusted by his own ability to turn into one. He doesn't easily bond with people, having outlived almost everything he's ever met, but he can get very passionate very quickly.

Hydrokinesis - Tao can control water. He can move it, freeze it, shape it. With concentration, he can pull it from things as well.

Race: Commonly known by humans as 'Demonkin', for their appearance, the Gr'Nak race have been all but shunned from society for their looks and habits. Hailing from a planet that orbits a blue hypergiant sun, unlike Illdris's yellow, the Gr'Nak have become more attuned to living in hot conditions and have evolved to live as such. They have also evolved to be fearsome carnivores, since no plants can grow except poisonous 'fire flowers' that grow on the planet. Other than sharp teeth that crunch through bone like carrots, a whip like tail designed for combat and nigh impossible to break bones and horns, the Gr'Nak are very similar to humans biologically, down to the reproductive systems.
Gender: Female.

As time went on, however, she heard stories of the crust dwellers, like the dwarves. Curious, she went to meet them. She found that they had a natural affinity to stone and metal, like she does to fire and brimstone. After a couple of years trading stories of each others races, the dwarves told her of the 'surface dwellers', who bask in the yellow sun and eat plants. Rhea had never heard of plants before - nothing like that could grow on her planet. So, she went above ground to see what's up. The dwarves, now friends with her and somewhat the Demonkin race, gave her a small fortune and gear to go on her way with. After thanking them, she left for the surface. The first thing she noticed was how cold it was.
Personality: Rhea could be considered naive, but that is simply because she is from a different society. She isn't afraid or embarrassed to strip nude, but she is aware of social implications on Illdris so she refrains from it. She, due to her carnivorous ways, is very hostile and savage in battle, usually never resting until the foe is nothing more than mush. However, she is friendly enough.

Magical Powers:-
- Rhea is naturally fire and heat resistant to the point where she can swim in lava as if it was water, and her bones are virtually indestructible effectively making her bones bulletproof. She also heals naturally quicker than humans, and has resistances to most diseases and poisons, except magical and potent ones (like her own). Her tail is like a whip and is able to latch onto someone either by the tail's strong muscles or the barbed tip that is at the end.
- She has an attunement to fire that some mages would pay their firstborn for, able to control fire, even fire made by another mage, and intensify the heat of it (on top of usual fire mage stuff). However, she also has mild attunement to arcane powers such as Eldritch Blast, Dispel Magic (only works on magic that is already there, like wards or runes) or Blight.
- She also wears the armour of her people under her clothes, which is almost as fire resistant as her and repel blade attacks. Blunt force attacks work just as well, though. She carries a knife and poisons from her homeworld that is more powerful than anything on Illdris, and cannot be healed/purged by anything fiery. She doesn't carry much poison, however, so tends to not use it if she can.

Strengths: Fire resistance and natural skill to survive by herself.
Flaws: Very protective of her friends and naive of certain customs. She is also extremely weak to ice/cold.
