In the city of Tanwen, the Underworld stirs.
Palrus, the iron-fisted Prince, managed to survive and stay awake for more than a thousand years. There were sacrifices made for that, of course, but he built a safe haven, and kept it up. Now, there was a problematic occurence, which left some places empty in the ranks of the vampires (someone broke the Masquerade, which resulted in the extermination of herself by the hands of the prince and two others by hunters).
Freshly embraced fledglings would be intended to fill one of these holes, while chaos starts to creep into the usually calm city. Navigating the scheming circles of the court, and try to stay alive, maybe earn some favours, and gain reputation. There are several opposing parties inside of the court itself, some are scheming against the Prince, some of them are loyal, and some just want to watch the world burn.
Let's hope it won't.

Tibor Mikes
The current leader of the Clan of the Roses. Unconventional as he is, he kept his position in court since the 18th century, leading his bloodline with grace and care. He has a very strong presence in the city's art life. He was graced with the permission for four Childe, which is extravagant, signifying his position as the Prince's favourite Elder. He regrets Embracing them, though - he always chooses in the spur of the moment, and that proved to be a very bad method. Regardless, he tries to keep his family in shape.
He lost one of her daughters last year, after his Childe foolishly tried to expose the Masquerade in a lecture, and one son before that, when the Sabbat tried to breach the city's defending line. He only mourns the latter, as he was his favourite, and the only one who managed to maintain his talent after his death.
Tibor is quite tall for his age, as he was a real Shakespearean actor before his Embrace, but has a slim physique. He boasts classical features with an aquiline nose, and dark green eyes. He wears his long dark brown hair freely, and maintains his elegant mustache and beard. He still looks like he is in his early thirties, and has a deep, booming voice (he doesn't exactly needs a microphone on stage).
He possesses the Classical Theatre in the city, and frequently acts on stage, not only as a director. He is a talented actor still, and as per his usual roles, he is very good in fencing, treating it as an art. As his age suggests, he is indeed very strong, but still graceful and very fast. He infamously dealed very, very violently with a group of young and foolish vampires who defaced his beloved theatre, kicking them apart with ease, and hauling the remains in front of the Prince, alone. He also dispatched his Sire when the man tried to force him into acting as a pawn against the Prince, hence his favourite status per his loyalty in the Prince's eyes.
Basically, Tibor is an actor/violinist/potter/singer/painter/dancer/poet/sculptor/master swordsman/scholar with a wild range of interests and a slight problem of Attention Deficit Dis...OOOOH SHINY!... I mean... he can be easily distracted. He also has a mean temper. Also, don't harm his "temple" of art or his art pieces. I mean, really, don't. He is talented, nice, and quick, keeping up strong interpersonal relationships.
He has the oddest friendship with the leader of the Mage clan - the other vampire is older than him, but they share some interests, even in the supernatural. Tibor also developed a nice camaderie with the city's Sheriff, although it is very vitriolic from both parts.
