BASIC INFORMATIONName: AlcidesAliases: N/AAge: 12Gender: MaleRace: Demigod Class: MagePERSONALSexuality: He's... uh... a kid, still chemically developin' and stuff. I'd say straight either way.High Concept: Adorable + Dorky = Adorkable. A demigod child with a thing for being too cute and asking people for stuff.Character Alignment: Neutral GoodRelatives:

  • Arcueid - Mother, Goddess. - Minor Goddess
  • Amo Godwyn - Father, Human. - Merchant (deceased)

Organizations\Affiliations: N/APersonality: Alcides is, like with most kids, extremely energetic and excited about everything. Coming from a desert land, he does not see anything wrong with wearing less clothes than the people of cold regions. He is extremely nice to and respectful of strangers, often trying to find someone to look up to. Anyone he sees as a figure worthy of following shall be referred to as "Big brother," or "Big sister." Therfore if he calls you that, you know you have earned his respect, love and trust.

Alcides is more or less unable to fight, both due to lack of skill and being perplexed at the thought of hurting someone else, even if that person is evil. This leaves him completely vulnerable and unable to protect himself in nearly all situations, unless someone with experience backs him up. Has a tendency to get in trouble and explore, looking for adventure. This type of behaviour may, or may not be a result of bad parenting.Backstory: When the Goddess Arcueid stooped down on the Earth and became physical, she started soaring through the land with her angelic bodyguards. She was enamoured by the appearance of one of the mesopotamian merchants she saw and had a child with him, in the span of several nights spent together before she had to return to her domain. Thus, she gave birth to Alcides, who was born in her heavenly domain. However, there were those who wanted the child dead. Dark demons. Fallen angels who saw the child as an abomination and wanted to destroy it, no matter how much divinity ran through it's blood - they vowed to spill it.

However, Arcueid's protection was enough to save the child from the curses of the demons and death--yet they tried a different approach. Red, barbed chains grew around Arcueid and took the child from her, like abhorrent serpents. And then they soared through the sky and clouds and took it to the Earth in the form of a meteor. Angels hurried afterwards, but were met with heavy resistance. Then, once the child fell once again in the land of Mesopotamia, the fallen angels surrounded it and prepared to sacrifice it's blood to the dark gods. However, despite being days old, the child protected itself with divine magic of great magnitude. The Goddess and her servants were relieved, however Alcides could never return anymore as he had already penetrated the barriers of the mortal realm. His mother decided it would be better that way than to send her angels for him, as it was proper for a mortal to grow amongst mortals, even if he was her son.

Alcides was taken by a pair of surrogate parents, simple peasants from one of the villages. He grew quickly and learned even quicker, knowing how to read and write despite not being taught to - and capable of limited flight and healing at will - among many other miracles. The fruits of his divinity showed, as the villagers thought he was the chosen one. He was sent to a temple in Mesopotamia at the age of 6, for the villagers thought he was truly an angel from heavens. But Alcides took a different path and found his human father, Amo Godwyn. Reunited with his father, he was told stories about his mother and many other things. Yet fate frowned upon Alcides once again and took his father away from him. Fallen angels once again attacked the young boy, but rather than him - they picked his fhater as a target and cursed him badly, with a curse that not even Alcides could cure. Amo Godwyn passed away that night. Alcides was shook and wandered the land for many days, in search of adventure and home. One should know that once his family is taken away from him, there is never a place to call home again.PHYSICALWeapons & Armor: None.Items & Personal Belongings:

  • Lucky Charms: Alcides has several necklaces and bracelets that were worn by his father. They look very fashionable and worthy of a noble, however their true purpose is a memento of his parent and as charms that bring him quality of good luck.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Reading & Writing: Alcides had this ability seemingly encoded into his brain. He can read, or even write books with ease.
  • Bartering: For what little time Alcides was with his father, he seems to have picked up on his merchant skills and learned a little about pricing. He can get most stuff for cheaper, or sell it for more.
  • Charisma: Alcides is a child. You just wouldn't hurt a child, would you? Not to mention the adorkableness. He can negotiate with people naturally.

Spells & Magic:

  • Miracles: Alcides has divinity rooted within him, resulting in the ability to cast miracles and divine magic, much like Priests and Paladins - however of greater magnitude and without praying, as he can simply take such power from himself.

Healing: Alcides is capable of healing medium injuries and diseases, as he was a healer at young age in his village. He is still unable to heal greater afflictions and remove curses.
  • Flight: Alcides is capable of levitation and flight when focused, however this is highly limited and the power is still developing.
  • Divine Presence: Alcides' very presence is that of a divine. Religious people and great believers will feel more respect towards him, at the same time feeling serenity - whilst deamons will be inspired with fear and visions of hell.
  • Angel's Call: Alcides summons an angelic warrior. This spell is still on a very myriad level, being able to summon only a mere angelic footsoldier. The summoning is also defective, as the angel appears to be unable to talk, fly, or cast magic.
  • More To Come: Alcides' divinity is developing, similarly to his hormones and body. Due to him reaching the point of puberty, his powers are slowly developing and more are yet to appear and develop.

[*]Prayer Empowerment: Praying to Alcides gives him strength, mana and heals him - both mentally and physically. It empowers him in general.

Weaknesses:

  • Half-baked Magic: Alcides, for being classified as mage has little to no control over his magic. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it works not the way he wants it, or when he doesn't want it in the first place. Sometimes it exhausts all of his mana, sometimes it doesn't cost him the slightest bit. Alcides is a soul of great power, however he is still volatile and in development. Things can go sideways in the most colossal way when he casts a spell.
  • No Means of Protection: Alcides has no offensive powers or skills. Against a group of bandits, he's as good as a kid who has 50-50 chances of healing or flying.
  • Hunted: Alcides is constantly hunted by Fallen Angels who are waiting for a moment of him being most vulnerable and easy to kill. Even though he has no means of protection, his very presence is harmful to demons so they need to wait for him to be completely exhausted of any form of energy.

FLUFF (Optional)Hobbies:

  • Drawing Maps: They can be sold. And sold means money. And money means survival. You catchin' up?
  • Selling Stuff: He often visits dungeons that were previously pillaged by adventurers and takes whatever things they missed or left behind, taking it back to the market and searching for some stupid merchant to sell it to.
  • Trying to get into pubs: Doesn't end too well. Definitely not worthy of having a taste of that sweet, sweet ale.
  • Praying: He refers to it as "Just calling mom." Whether he can actually converse with her directly is still unknown.

Quote\s:

  • "Let's get along, big brother!"
  • "I need an adult!"
  • "'Sup."

BASIC INFORMATIONName: Angra Mainyu

Aliases:

  • Mordred
  • Mordred of Helsreach
  • Hero of Helsreach
  • Ahriman

Age: 25Gender: Male Race: Half-Demon/Artificial Demon (67% Human, 33% Demon)Class: Dark Knight (May not seem like it)PERSONALSexuality: HeterosexualHigh Concept: A warrior of honor, yet quirky adventurer at the same time.Character Alignment: Lawful GoodRelatives:

  • Alpharius Abaddon - Master/Creator, Demon Lord.

Organizations\Affiliations: N/A.

Personality: Mordred, as he likes to call himself is a hero of justice. He is a mercenary for hire and an adventurer. He ventures to find both wealth and adventure, but he has a third, predominant reason behind everything. It is to destroy demons and stop their activity. He wants them to stop from acquiring mortal souls and essentially help to starve them all to inexistence. In fact, he will refuse contracts no matter how much they pay if he does not deem them interesting or worth the expenditure of his time - but hunting demons isn't the only thing he does.

He puts honor and chivalry as his ideals, refusing to slay anyone who wields equal honor, or anyone who is too weak to protect themselves. He will also not kill if it means that it dooms another being (Ie: father who maintains a family, or pregnant woman, etc.) He prides himself on integrity, always keeping his word no matter how hard it would seem. He is fairly relaxed at all times, to the point of being calm during combat. This results in some people calling him unserious.

Like anyone, Mordred has flaws too. Some of them pretty obvious, others... not so much. He is also somewhat reckless. In-fact it would not be an exaggeration to say he likes to take jobs that seem like a trap. At the same time of being honorable, he does not care whether people see him as a vile demon or heroic spirit and so to say: gives little fucks about his reputation, he may even actively cultivate or embrace it. He is the one who knows and judges himself and his own actions and there is no one else that may do so - other than gods that will judge him once his time is nigh. As another one, he is ready to take great strides to destroy his enemies, to the point of cruelty and torture. Among his other flaws, he cannot resist a drink or the people who offer it, and he is also bad at managing money.

Backstory: Mordred was not born, but rather created. Made by the Lord Alpharius Abaddon of the Black Legion, a demon force that plagues the lands and performs regular incursions. Interestingly enough, Abaddon is also the same Fallen Angel that wishes to put an end to Alcides, but that is not relevant. Alpharius created the spirit Angra Mainyu, also known as Ahriman to be used as an infiltrator and spy in the mortal world. Demons themselves were getting old and their tactics predictable. Inquisitors, Priests, Clerics or Paladins all had ways to counter their activity and very existence - through either holy water, blessings, making the ground sacred or others. So Angra Mainyu, or Ahriman for short -- was born, a demonic spirit that could resist such things as if they were myriad inconveniences at most.

At first, Abaddon was pleased with his agent, however Ahriman was not. Isn't it ironic? How at first the angels rebelled against Gods, so did now the creation of demons turn against them. Ahriman set out for the mortal world, slaying as many of his abominable creatures on his way out as he could. A 15 year old Ahriman teleported onto Terra-Gaia, Albion, in the town of Helsreach. A warp gate opened and he walked out of it, many others following behind him. This resulted in an incursion in which demons leaked into realspace, in even greater numbers than in Burgura. The small chapel of priests in the town was overran and the demons took control. Soon after the battle, however one of the humans with green hair and metal armor stepped out and faced the enemy leader. The portal to the nether realm sealed itself and the demons started losing power, as they were now stuck on Terra-Gaia with no chance of retreat. Ahriman killed them all by himself, relentlessly and with no mercy. Later, he told his story to the priests who baptized him in holy water and gave him the name "Mordred, Hero of Helsreach." Due to young age, yet amazing experience in fighting and a nearly human organism, he was sent to a schola progenium to be educated and taught like a normal human - then become a squire under a knight.

Once Mordred's education was done, he became a squire under Sir Logan Arthur and a year later, the knighting ceremony came. However, Mordred instead left - seeing it a waste of his time. The only things he would achieve as a knight weren't honor, but land and wealth - which took second place for him.

Although he betrayed Alpharius, he is not hunted by demons because he is unimportant and a low-priority target in the eyes of any demons.PHYSICALWeapons & Armor:

  • Steel Armor: Armor made from stainless steel, crafted by one of the best smiths in the imperial land. Offers good protection against stray arrows, or a sword - however lacks the capacity of negating the damage from clouds of arrows, strong magic or blunt weaponry. Worn by most knights.
  • "Rebellion" Ebony Longsword: A sword crafted out of ebony, a heavy, resilient metal. Mordred adopted the human ritual of giving names to weapons and called this sword Rebellion, to celebrate his acting out against his creators and becoming free from their will. The blade can cut through common metals like iron and steel with relative ease.

Items & Personal Belongings:

  • A Steed: Mordred is the proud owner of "Bolg," a white stallion that can fit up to two people on it's back. The horse is a true speed demon... BADUMTSS.
  • Books: Mordred, as a part-demon is the proud owner of several books of supernatural lore and black magic

Skills & Abilities:

  • Superhuman Condition: Mordred is stronger than most humans and also capable of enduring more damage. He can lift and hurl boulders at fair distance and take on several arrows and deep sword cuts before succumbing to his wounds. He is also noticably faster and slightly more agile.

No Demonic Weaknesses: Mordred does not have the same weaknesses that a demon has. He can enter temples and churches, bathe in holy water, cross through fields of salt and show no signs of being hurt. He does not fear priests or holy magic to any extent, like a normal human. Although his true demonic side can still be detected with effort, this indeed takes powerful divination magic to accomplish. This is automatically negated by using Spiritual Sublimation and Possession.

[*]Fighter: Mordred has the training of a knight and his skill is equivalent to exactly that, plus several years of adventuring and demon hunting by himself.

Spells & Magic:

  • Mind-Trick: Mordred can force other beings to obey his commands, but only if their intelligence or low willpower allow for it. In other words, as long as something is dumb, or weak enough - it can fall under the effect of this charm and obey his orders.

Weaken Resolve: Mordred projects the images of hell and nether to the minds of his enemies. This greatly weakens their morale and often causes them to flee back in terror. This works on all types of creatures, not just weak-minded ones. In case of cowardly beings, the effects can be severe to the point of having a violent, mental seizure.

[*]Spiritual Sublimation: Mordred can sublimate, melting his body into a black, formless gas. In this form, he is immune to all physical attacks but remains just as damaged by magical attacks as he would have been. In this form, he can fly and pass through matter at will. He can also turn invisible if he wishes, but this increases his mana expense and remains ineffective against demons. He can resublimate back into his physical form at any moment. In this form, his true demonic aspects show themselves and he becomes slightly vulnerable to all things a demon would be vulnerable to (holy magic, etc.) In this form, he does not need sustenance such as food, water, etc. This form in itself does not require mana to maintain, except for invisibility.

  • Possession: Mordred, when sublimated can overshadow sentient beings or animals and fight them mentally in an attempt to take over control over their body. However, when he is possessing someone his demonic weaknesses show themselves at their fullest, making him vulnerable to crossing lines of salt, holy water, blessed weapons etc.

[*]Doombolt: Mordred fires a bolt of raw, unrefined energy at his enemies. The doombolt is made out of coalesced hate and spite, capable of rending armor apart, vaporizing flesh and melting bones. It's power can vary depending on the amount of mana expended on it, however there are still ways of protecting oneself from it.

[*]Chains of Torment: Several barbed chains of steel pop out from the ground, shooting out to catch the enemy above them and shackle him in place. This causes great pain and agony much to the person's own mispleasure.

Weaknesses:

  • Demonic Traitor: Angels don't like him and Demons definitely don't want him back unless with all his limbs cut off. Needless to say, he has nowhere to go to and can't count on help from either gods, dark gods, demons, or any other form of deity. He can only count on himself and other mortal beings to help if he needs it despite being baptized.
  • Fear of Spiders: A demon that fears spiders. Seems useless, but it's true. Either way, he would never admit it.
  • Dumb when Drunk: If you can get him intoxicated, he'll pretty much be like a child in steel armor. While he does not have the weaknesses of a demon, neither does he have most of their strengths such as resistance against alcohol or poison.
  • Bad Manager: Sucks at managing his funds and money and ends up losing most of it. Not that he cares.
  • Phase-Iron: A magic-repelling metal, it is capable of making him unable to use his powers and even lowers his strength and endurance notably. It leaves him unable to sublimate.

FLUFF (Optional)Hobbies:

  • Playing Poker: It isn't such a rare sight to see a young man in steel, knight armor to enter a tavern in hopes of testing his luck. Not that he has any, though.
  • Drinking Games: Likes to challenge people at the pub. Hardly ever wins.
  • Mocking City Guards: Although he respects some of them, because they serve and protect - he is fond of making fun and mockery of the corrupt ones, as they set a bad example and show the Imperium in a bad light.

Quote\s:

  • "Tell Alpharius that I sent you."
  • "Whaddaya need?"
  • "On the job."

BASIC INFORMATIONName: Korgoth MoredoorAliases: Korgoth the Barbarian, Saber of RedAge: 39Gender: MaleRace: Khornate Orc (For description, check Species & Races in the Library)Class: BerserkerPERSONALSexuality: AsexualHigh Concept: A warrior of wrath who carries himself with enough pride to be sensible. (By sensible I mean that he will hear out your first word. Only THEN will he smash you with a warhammer.)Character Alignment: Lawful EvilRelatives: Irrelevant. Parents are dead, however he is the offspring of an Elf mother and an Orc father.Organizations\Affiliations: Warband of Korgoth - LeaderPersonality: Korgoth is hateful of everyone. No foe nor ally is beyond being hated, however Korgoth is capable of controlling himself to the point of not killing everyone in sight. He also displays a focus on the ideals of Khorne; Honor and Glory. He knows the honor code of the Krork to the point of flawless recall at any moment. It is in fact the only thing that drives him other than his uncontrollable desire and thirst for the blood of others. Fighting is the only thing he wants from life and as long as someone can provide an enemy capable of providing a challenge, he will be happy... actually, he will be angry, but at least he will be satisfied. Hates to sit in one place and do nothing, but obviously takes breaks for sleep and such.

He only respects and fights seriously against other, notable and strong warriors - however he hates and despises anyone who uses magic in fighting and does not see them as true warriors. He will often do something to even out the odds when fighting one on one duels against beings he considers lesser, such as dropping off his armor, throwing away his weapon and/or discarding his steed. He is willing to accept anyone who has the potential to become a warrior under his wing and tutor them in the ways of Khorne. These will not be mages. It must be someone who already has strength, inherent ability or other skills that would be used by a fighter.

WARNING!!!

This character is extremely violent and aggressive. Do not approach, senpai~!

Backstory:  Korgoth was born to an unlikely Elf-Orc parentage, that just happened to both be worshippers of Khorne. Although he had many brothers and sisters as Khorne commanded all such families to produce Krork offspring, he was no ordinary Krork. Since early childhood, he displayed the hatred of all life that other Krork gained only in their late years. He was known to fight other children in the playground and was pre-selected to become a warrior at the age of merely 9 years old. Yet, due to his parentage, even as a child he was stronger, faster and more resilient than trained soldiers of other races. He followed the Code of Honor ruthlessly, always referring to it when making a decision. A decision that did not require the use of the Code of Honor was not even a decision at all, but a waste of time.

Once he was a teenager, he accused his warlord of being a filthy heretic and a disgusting weakling with no honor. The two fought each other with only fists and Korgoth murdered his leader brutally, taking his head as a trophy and evidence of his victory. The warband hailed him the new, undefeatable leader and soon after; Korgoth was contracted by the mysterious sorcerer of Tzeentch known as Horus. His fourty-six brothers and sisters served Horus since then.PHYSICALAppearance: Korgoth is nearly 3 meters tall.

35283.jpg
Weapons & Armor:

  • Black Mithril Armor, "Fortress": This set of plated mithril armor covered in a sheet of darkness was named Fortress by Korgoth. It offers an enhancement to his already insane protection from physical attacks, making him undefeatable in melee combat from the hands or weapons of simple mortals.
  • Ebony Sword, "Avenger": The sword crafted out of ebony was looted by Korgoth, then defiled with a dark ritual and reforged it himself. It was once the proud blade known as "Saver," wielded by Captain Gabriel Angelos of the Vlka Fenryka Legion under the Council.

Items & Personal Belongings:

  • Demonic Steed, "Gilgamesh": Gilgamesh is the personal, armored horse used by Korgoth. Neither a stallion nor a mare - this horse is a literal demon clad in black armor and with eyes that can cause people to flee in fear. Although not as fast as many other steeds, it has amazing endurance and strength, capable of trampling and riding over armored troops.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Superior Strength: All Krorks have strength beyond the spectrum of most mortal races. There have been records of them wrestling bears and sometimes even dragons to death with bare fists. Their physical capabilities know little to no limit.
  • Superior Endurance: The skin of a Krork is hardened to the point of easily being comparable to metal. Most of them choose not to wear armor, as it would be little more than a nuisance, but those that do wear armor are viewed as leaders and veterans, as Krorks usually only wear armor when it benefits them - meaning it has to be powerful.
  • Pristine Swordsmanship: Korgoth's experience with a blade is incredible, as the ability to spill blood is encoded into his brain. He knows nearly all special moves, methods and stances, however his favourite one is called: "BLINDLY RAMMING THE ENEMY AND STABBING THEM IN THE FACE UNTIL THEIR FACE STOPS RESEMBLING A FACE," a special style created by himself, used on all opponents save for the worthy ones.

Spells & Magic:

  • None: The Blood God disdains Sorcery. He may not learn any spells.

Weaknesses:

  • Non-Magical: His biggest weakness is magic. Although he is near impervious to physical attacks, simple fireballs will be more than enough to deal considerable damage to him and a strong offensive spell has a chance of taking him out in one go. In other words; weak against mages.
  • Blind Fury: Instead of relying on strategy and tactics, Korgoth and his siblings have the bad habit of rushing into combat blindly and relying on instinct rather than intelligence.

FLUFF (Optional)Hobbies:

  • Feasting: The Krork and Korgoth in general like to throw parties and loud celebrations of their victories. Wine and meat can be found literally anywhere.
  • Duelling: The most common form of entertainment found by Krorks is duelling each other, although due to the scarcity of their numbers, they never do it to death - rather to the point that one opponent starts bleeding profusely as a form of worship of the Blood God. Sometimes, weapons are involved.
  • Maintenance: All Krorks are warriors, so they are expected to maintain and repair their own wargear. He spends at least one hour a day for doing so and maintains such duties at all times.

Ironically enough, Korgoth never trains as he sees it as a waste of time - believing that he is already a master of fighting and does not need to practice anymore while he could fight others and show how superior he is.

Quote\s:

  • "BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD! SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE!" - Common Warcry of Khorne Worshippers
  • "ATTACK IS THE ONLY ORDER WORTH REMEMBERING!" - Korgoth to his cowardly leader when ripping his head off.
  • "SPLIT THEM OPEN!" - Korgoth giving tactical advice.
  • "I AM INVINCIBLE!" - Korgoth proclaiming his endurance.
  • "ATTACK!" - Korgoth issuing more tactical advice.
  • "I WILL HAVE THE LAST BLOOD!" - Because he bleeds instead of laughing.
  • "IF YOU GO AGAINST US, YOU ARE ALREADY DEAD - BUT DO NOT KNOW IT YET!" - Korgoth declaring his views on life.
  • "YOUR BLOOD IS SWEET! I WILL DRINK FROM YOUR SKULL AND TAKE IT AS A CHALICE!" - Korgoth sharing his affections with an enemy.
  • "I AM HATRED MADE MANIFEST!" - Korgoth about his anger problems and self-esteem.
  • "I WILL ABSOLVE YOU FROM YOUR HUMILIATING WEAKNESS! ONLY IN DEATH WILL YOU KNOW PEACE, RUFFIAN!" - Korgoth offering help to an enemy, before finishing him off.
  • "SMASH GOOD! BOOK BAD!" - When punching a Wizard in the face. His face did not resemble a face after the punch was delivered.
  • "FRESH VICTIMS!" - Upon seeing a flock of dragons fly by. (One can be seen in his appearance picture.)
  • "MAIM! KILL! BURN! MAIM! KILL! BURN!" - Korgoth's motto.
