Also if one were to be using super speed as a power how fast is too fast? I have that it causes immense strain if used too much but I don't know what a good number is. Like 100mph?

Personally based on the power scale that seems to be in place i think either barely supersonic or just below it should work. So like between 500-800mph...

but that’s just my assessment I wouldn’t take it as fact or anything.
