Name:
(Neo)(God)Kuroto Dan(Deus), Aka. Kamen Rider Genm

Universe From (Series your character comes from. OCs are labeled as OCs):
Kamen Rider Ex-Aid

Gender:
Male

Sexual Orientation (Optional):
Dan-sexual(jk lol)

Species:
Bugster

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
A 30-Year old CEO of a game developing company named Genm Corp. The developer of both the Bugsters and the tools used to fight against it, the Gamer Drivers. He assumed the identity of Kamen Rider Genm until Ex-Aid and his allies discovered his identity. Shortly after then, he was slain by his most trusted(?) ally and died.

He was revived as his own creation when a Bugster named 'Poppy' went into a Prototype version of a Gashat and found a bugster resembling himself.

Personality:
When he was young, Kuroto was a good-hearted individual who had a genuine passion for developing games. However, he would gradually develop a superiority complex, believing no one could be as talented as him. He had a loving relationship with his mother, and it was her death that would ultimately send him spiraling down into insanity during his adulthood, as he did not put his trust in the medical world in saving his mother, and believed that only he could accomplish it with his own talents.

During his initial tenure as CEO of Genm Corp, Kuroto appeared to be a polite and humble man, both with a sense of sympathy and compassion. Despite this, his decisions are of questionable morality. Behind closed doors, Kuroto is shown to be psychotic, worsened by over usage of his Proto Gashats. He slowly becomes deranged over time, indulging himself with a God complex, believing that survival of the fittest is the only thing that matters in battle.

He remains prideful in regarding his skill as being the best, taking pride in the creation of Gashats as something that only he can make. When Emu and Tsukuru created the Mighty Brother XX and JuJu Burger Gashats respectively, Kuroto lashes out attempting to retrieve it to destroy them, displaying this form of behavior to the most extreme when Emu attempted to use the Maximum Mighty X Gashat in its incomplete form, even going as far as calling both Mighty Brothers XX and Maximum Mighty X "bootleg games". Despite this, he uses the data he collected from fighting Emu who used this Gashat to complete the Gashat Gear Dual for Parado, and the Gashat Gear Dual β which is currently in the hands of Hiiro Kagamiand Taiga Hanaya.

His malignant narcissism is also taken to the extreme when he attempts to kill a patient to obtain data on death needed to complete a Gashat he was developing before using data on his own death to complete it. Despite his instability, Kuroto appears to have some form of self-control after constant usage of the Dangerous Zombie Gashat. However, his obsession with immortality through the aforementioned Gashat made him even more unhinged.

Kuroto also views those who are no longer in the scope of his plans to be disposable as he murders Kiriya Kujo and Motors once he saw that they were no longer useful in his plans. This has seemingly led to Parado severing ties with Kuroto as the death of Motors was not from playing the game, but from Kuroto indulging in his god complex as the "Game Master" and thus being used as bait.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
Game Development
Combat Skills(With a fighting syle resembling that of a drunken fist)

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
Digital Insertion - As a Bugster, Kuroto is able to enter any digital space like phones and a Buggle Driver which was used to imprison him to keep him in check. However, he rarely uses this ability as he sees as a hinderance to his greater talents.
Transform! - As a Kamen Rider, Kuroto can transform with the help of a Gamer Driver and one or two Gashats. His Gashats, Dangerous Zombie and Proto Mighty Action X Origin, his level count rose(dropped?) to Level 0-X.
'CONTINUES' - Imagine a Lives system in a video game--that's basically what this ability is. When Kuroto falls in battle as Genm, he can revive 5 seconds later. He can delay a revival up to a minute if necessary as he did in the final fight against Chronus. This entails that if Genm runs out of Lives, he permanently disappears for good. His former life count is 100, but after entering Mite-World, it has been reduced to 10 due to Bat-Mite altering the Life Count

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
Level 0 - Despite having the Lives System, Proto Mighty Action X Origin holds a very major flaw--it's severe weakness. It's so weak, that even ordinary, unarmored humans with guns can kill it. However, this weakness is covered with Level X.
Weak Physical Health - Kuroto, despite being a Bugster, is prone to human diseases. Thus, he is capable of burning himself out a tad bit too much and die of exhaustion.
God Complex - It can be a blessing or a curse--it's useful enough to be bait, but useless enough that he would not listen to anyone unless persuaded...This basically makes him a giant fucking baby.

Name: Jaco

Universe From: Dragon Ball

Gender: Male

Species: Some kind of alien

Bio (Short/Long, who gives a shit?):
Not much is known about Jaco's past, except that it is mentioned that he once used the Extinction Bomb and destroyed some people, though he got harsh scolding from his seniors.

His trips to Earth have been short but important in the grand scheme of history. His attempt to prevent a saiyan threat from reaching Earth resulted in an enjoyable, wacky adventure for all ages. The novel based on it, written by his Earthling friend Tights, didn't fair as well.

Personality:
Jaco is an alien who has a large amount of pride in his duties. He is also somewhat blank, as he was willing to use an Extinction Bomb to wipe out humanity just because Omori criticized them. He also views anyone who cannot live up to his expectations as inferior. However, this idea may be due to his extreme loyalty to his planet, so he will agree with their views on humanity.
He can also be cowardly, as he attempted to flee when Golden Frieza arrived, despite his duty to protect the Earth, and chose not to arrest Beerus or Whis for manipulating time out of fear (even though he criticized Bulma for bringing this up). He usually reacts this way when faced up against some of the most powerful warriors in the universe.
He disregards myths which was shown he was did not believe Bulma when she said her husband was training with Beerus, the God of Destruction. When he saw Beerus personally, he was shocked that he really existed and tried to get a picture but stopped after Bulma stated he might get destroyed. He also tends to get panicked quite easily if it involves his own well-being. He is known to be afraid of Bulma for her flaring temper, although he often offends her by commenting her appearance, showing he can be quite obtuse and he has shown to fear Vegeta for his notorious reputation as the Saiyan prince.
He also hates to be called short, as he nearly killed a civilian for it. While known for his sarcasm and snide remarks, Jaco also possesses a perverted side, such as commenting how low Bulma's breasts have fallen since becoming a mother and making a comment on her and Vegeta's "pillow talk" (marital intimacy) when he learned she was married to the Saiyan Prince. He also seems to be somewhat incompetent as he was supposed to kill the young Goku to prevent him from destroying the Earth and he failed in that casting doubt on his status as an elite patrolman. He is also somewhat careless as he accidently destroyed a Galactic Monument with his ship's weapons and is noted to be a bumbler by his superiors.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
  • Sharp-shooting
  • Martial arts

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
  • Super-strength:
  • Enhanced vision:
  • Flight (Via jet boots)
  • Enhanced Hearing (via Galactic Retriever): Capable of hearing an ant burping from more than 300 feet away.
Weaknesses (If anything notable):

Gear: Jet boots, Galactic Receiver, Ray gun, The extinction bomb, and when it's available, a ship.

'Quote':
“Wrong? As far as I’m concerned, the moment you need to fall back on morals to argue something, you’ve already lost the argument. This is war.”

Name: Max Anders

Universe From: Worm

Gender: Male

Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual

Species: Metahuman (Parahuman)

Bio:

The house of Richard Anders, known as the white supremacist supervillain Allfather, was built on matters of pride and discipline. Richard did not suffer weakness in his son, and indoctrinated him into his white supremacist gang, Empire Eighty-Eight, at an early age. Interestingly, Max did not believe in any of the propaganda that his father and his associates impressed upon him throughout his upbringing, though he embraced his extended family all the same. Max recognized the importance of embracing power like this, and seized every opportunity to amass influence within Empire Eighty-Eight, waiting for the day he inherited it from his father in his inevitable passing.

When that day came, Max, christening himself Kaiser - partly in homage to his father, partly to stake his own claim as a supervillain in Brockton Bay - took Empire Eighty-Eight in a stark turn from his father. Though Max did not refrain from the gang’s roots, Max took measures to ensure that the group maintained an airtight public image and remained above reproach. While hate crimes still took place, methodically and decisively, much of Empire’s modus operandi shifted to white-collar crimes, drug trafficking in particular. It was not long until Empire Eighty-Eight became the most prominent supervillain gang in Brockton Bay, threatening to usurp the Azn Bad Boys, the Merchants, the Travelers, and all the others… until the singularity.

Kaiser doesn’t know how or when, but he found himself and his enforcers in a new city. New territory to carve out for themselves. A new start for Empire, free of what made Brockton Bay so bothersome to bring under his heel. If anything, a city like New Gotham, rife with crime and would-be heroes rising against it… was this how Allfather felt in his golden years?

Personality: For someone who leads a band of cutthroat racists and white supremacists, Max doesn’t actually subscribe to those ideals. He is more pragmatic than he is cruel, ruthless in taking advantage of the audience that flocks to Empire for his own ends. This does not imply that Kaiser is in any way a redeemable person; he won’t hesitate to murder someone for crossing him, or worse, so long as he does not compromise himself or Empire in the process. He is very cautious about how he and the members of Empire Eighty-Eight carry themselves, taking much pride in the public image that the gang has cultivated under his leadership. However, beneath the veneer of a sadistic crime lord, Max is less sure of himself than he lets on, only going all in on situations that he believes that he will dominate.

Skills:

Charismatic: Max has inherited the natural charm of his father and more. In addition to maintaining the integrity of Empire Eighty-Eight after being translocated to New Gotham City, he has managed to attract members that don’t subscribe to white supremacy dogma; so long as they are white, and prove themselves worthy and loyal, then they may be a part of their brotherhood. Max is similarly effective as a ruthless leader, managing to edge out a significant amount of competition from would-be rivals in his fast track to becoming New Gotham’s most dangerous crime lord.

Powers/Abilities:

Parahuman - Metal Generation & Manipulation: Kaiser’s ability allows him to create complex metal constructs from any surface and manipulate them accordingly. These constructs are primarily in the shape of weapons, such as spears, swords and maces, though can also create tubes and other apparatus as a part of a more sophisticated structure, such as a suit of armor. This is how Kaiser creates the suit of armor that he carries into combat, something that is designed a little differently each time he goes into a fight.

Additionally, Kaiser’s ability does not observe the law of conservation of mass, able to create an extraordinary amount of metal objects while expending little to no energy. The metal is usually created instantaneously, faster than most people are able to react, though exceedingly large and powerful constructs take a few seconds to become fully formed. The more powerful weapons are capable of penetrating the thickest armors, including defenses similar to a fully-formed dragon.

Weaknesses:

Manton Effect: The peculiar condition inherent in all parahumans that restricts them from directly applying their power on human beings. In Kaiser’s case, it prevents him from creating metal inside someone’s body, though it does not stop him from creating traps and prisons near or around people.

Others:
(Since Kaiser is a gang leader, would it be alright for me to NPC members of Empire Eighty-Eight in New Gotham, or is that strictly reserved for GM responsibilities?)

Max is more of a cat person.

Theme of Kaiser

"A hero isn't the one who always wins. It's the one who always tries."

Name:
Miles Morales (Formerly known as Kid Arachnid, Currently Spider-Man)

Universe From:
Marvel

Gender:
Male

Sexual Orientation:
Heterosexual

Species:
Human Mutate

Bio:
Miles grew up in Brooklyn, the son of police officer Jefferson Davis and Rio Morales. He idolized Spider-Man and was present when the webhead took down a helicopter carrying members of the Demons.

One day while helping move boxes at the shelter, a genetically altered spider similar to the one that bit Peter years before that had hitched a ride on Mary Jane Watson’s jacket after she invaded a secret lab on Norman's apartment, jumped off Mary Jane and made its way down to the boxes Miles was moving, causing him to be bitten.

Personality:
Miles is shown to be as brave as his father, Jefferson Davis, not thinking twice before helping someone, sometimes, even putting himself in danger. This was shown when he saved a civilian from criminals that escaped from the R, or when he was assaulted and tried to fight back, just to be saved by Spider-Man.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
Hand-to-Hand combat

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
  • Superhuman Strength: Miles possesses superhuman strength, capable of lifting at least 10 tons. His physical strength also extends into his legs, enabling him to be able to jump to a height of several stories in a single bound. He has to pull his punches and kicks, otherwise his blows would prove fatal to a normal human.
  • Superhuman Speed: Miles possesses the proportionate speed of a spider, therefore he can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete.
  • Superhuman Stamina: Spider-Man's advanced musculature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than an ordinary human. This allows him to exert himself physically for much longer periods of time before fatigue begins to impair him. At his peak, Spider-Man can physically exert himself for several hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him.
  • Superhuman Durability: Miles' body is physically tougher and more resistant to some types of injury than the body of a normal human. His body is also more resistant to impact forces than most humans. He can withstand great impacts, such as being thrown through a plate-glass window, that would severely injure or kill a normal human.
  • Superhuman Agility: Miles' agility, balance, flexibility and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are far beyond the natural physical limits of an Olympic-level gymnast.
  • Superhuman Equilibrium: Miles possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.
  • Superhuman Reflexes: Spider-Man's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are currently about 20 times greater than those of an ordinary human. In combination with his spider-sense, the speed of his reflexes allows him to dodge almost any attack.
  • Wall-Crawling: Miles can cling to any surface using just his fingertips and feet. The extent to how much pressure he can stick to walls is thus far unknown, except that he can handle lifting his own weight.
  • Spider-Sense: When danger is present, Miles feels a buzzing sensation in his head as a sort of early warning system, allowing him to react accordingly. His spider-sense offers him near complete awareness of his surroundings, and in conjunction with his reflexes, allows him to instinctively dodge or counter nearly all attacks.
  • Bio-Electrokinesis: Miles possesses control over the natural electricity his body produces. He is capable of utilizing it for offensive purposes.
  • Spider-Camouflage: Miles, including his clothing, can blend into his surroundings, allowing him to sneak up on his enemies or, in some cases, flee from them. The resulting effect closely resembles that of invisibility.
  • Regenerative Healing Factor: Miles is able to regenerate his injuries at a much faster rate than normal humans can. This was first displayed when the original spider-bite that gave him powers turned from "huge and gross looking" to a dot within ten minutes.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
  • Inexperienced hero

Others:

Colour me curious, but I’m a bit interested in the limits of Kaiser’s metal manipulation. Since his ability doesn’t really tire him, what are some of his high-end feats?

The main drawback is that the really big guns take a fair amount of time to set up, and he's completely open in that instance.

As for feats, Kaiser has two instances that stand out:

In a fight with Lung, who gets exponentially more powerful the longer he's active in a fight, Kaiser generated and launched a spear that not only penetrated his armor, but pierced his heart (this was roughly Lung's intermediate form, after he's fully covered in dragon-like metal scales and grown wings).

When the Endbringer Leviathan (roughly the equivalent of a superpowered kaiju) attacks Brockton Bay, Kaiser summoned a thicket of metal pillar that managed to stop Leviathan's progress, if only for a little while.

Name:
Catra

Universe From:
She-Ra and the Princesses of Power (2018)

Gender:
Female

Sexual Orientation:
Unclear (Possibly Homosexual)

Species:
Some strain of Catperson

Bio:
Like most of the Evil Horde, Catra was an orphan. Plucked from whomever might have been her family by Shadow Weaver, she was initiated into the ways if the Fright Zone at the ripe age of infancy, learning to know and love nothing but the mission of Lord Hordak. And for what it was worth: Catra was perfectly fine with that.

For all her faults - stubborn, weak, lazy, rebellious - Catra adhered to the law of the Fright Zone better than most. She had every intention of carving her way into power by any means necessary. Her partner-in-crime was Adora, the only friend that she said, practically a sister to her. They would take on everything together, even if Adora was clearly the better warrior, never mind Shadow Weaver's favorite. Catra didn't care about any of that, so long as it was the two of them against the world.

That only made Adora's betrayal of everything she knew and cared about burn that much deeper. It made it that much easier for Catra to swear herself to the Horde of Third Eternia with complete loyalty.

Personality:
Catra is independent, above all else. She is strong, stubborn, and downright devious, traits that work to the Horde's merits while at times undermining them. As much as Catra lashes out at her superiors and often goes out of her way to try and make them look bad, she wholly believes in Lord Hordak, and not just because it was beaten into her. She has bought into the violent hierarchy of the Horde, thinking herself more than capable of seizing power for herself and making the system work to her advantage. There is no sinister ulterior motive, merely the belief that she can (and will) thrive in such a belligerent, warmonging society. Maybe even Lord one day.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff):
  • Horde Training: Along with the rest of the cadets, Catra was raised by Shadow Weaver since she was an infant. Military tactics were drilled into her for most of her life (and still are), and she became proficient in every weapon known to man. Though Catra hardly sees herself as a military commander, she leads Horde soldiers into battle with natural skill, and knows when to defer others for judgment… her disrespect for authority notwithstanding. She knows she's a warrior, not a scientist or engineer.
  • Cunning: Even without the indoctrination of Shadow Weaver, Catra is a devious person that delights in messing with others. She gets under Adora's skin on nearly every occasion, and knows how to push people's buttons juuuuust right to get what she wants. That isn't learned. That's will.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
  • Catlike Aspects: Being an alien cat warrior, Catra has superhuman qualities that give her a solid leg up on most of her fellow Horde soldiers, and certainly over most human combatants.
  • Catlike Strength: Catra does not have She-Ra's strength, though it's certainly close. She has enhanced strength similar to any given Spider-Man, able to exert up to 10 tons of force in any given situation, and has been shown to hold her own against She-Ra in a physical fight.
  • Catlike Physique: Being a cat-like race means Catra also has physical traits similar to a cat. Duh. Her claws are incredibly sharp, and have raked She-Ra's face on more than a few occasions, a feat that most weapons have difficulty accomplishing. Catra also has razor-sharp teeth that can cut through industry-grade wires and cables, not to mention rope. Then there is Catra's long, pronounced tail, which makes it much easier to pulling off agile maneuvers, as well as using it as a weapon. Finally, she has incredibly acute senses, and can pick up on someone's scent over vast distances, and can pick up on someone's presence through thickly insulated pipes.
  • Catlike Agility: The greatest of Catra's “catness” are her reflexes. She outmaneuvers She-Ra and all the other Princesses of the Rebellion on pretty much every occasion, and most of the time cant be hit unless she wants to be, or manages to be caught off guard.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
  • Stubborn: Catra doesn't take anything lying down, least of all people thinking they're better than her. She has had a problem with authority figures for her entire life thanks to Shadow Weaver, and either runs away from or willfully disobeys most orders she is given unless she is under duress (though that has just as much chance as backfiring). Similarly, Catra won't back down when she's presented with a challenge, and this goes double when it's someone that she has a grudge with.

Others:
  • Catra shares a voice actress with Stevonnie.
  • In She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, Catra's mask has no transformative properties; it is merely decorative.
  • Catra's Theme

Accepted, then!

'Quote' (optional):Kamen Riders are this city's symbol of hope!

Name:Shotaro Hidari

Universe From:Kamen Rider W

Gender:Male

Sexual Orientation:Heterosexual (why else would he flirt with ladies when he can?)

Species:Human

Bio:
A self-proclaimed "hard-boiled" detective (he's half-boiled) who dresses in a retro fashion based on the late-1930s style (if his fedora hat and waistcoat is anything to imply, including the fact that he uses a typewriter for case-filing purposes despite having a laptop),Shotaro is a former protégé of Sokichi Narumi. Blaming himself for inadvertently causing the death of his mentor,Shotaro continued on Sokichi's stead alongside Philip as the left side of Kamen Rider W.

Personality:
The "half-boiled" detective of Fuuto,Shotaro is a man with a flirty exterior (much to his current boss,Akiko Narumi's chagrin) who cares deeply for his clients, friends, and anyone in Fuuto city. He is someone who will not let anyone get away with making the citizens of Fuuto cry,and is remarkably merciful than his mentor,Sokichi Narumi is (to the point that he will not hesitate to save lowly criminals). Shotaro usually tries to be the serious and cool-looking one in his group (as per "Hard-boiled" general rule),but that often results in him often being the one who is being made a fool of by others, his friends and enemies alike. He is not very fond of the word "half-boiled" to the point that just uttering "half-" is enough to get on his nerves.

Skills:
Having trained under Sokichi Narumi for years,Shotaro has honed his detective skills enough to become a competent private detective who is able to solve cases even without the help of Philip. He has a keen eye for details and has good deductive intuition, as such he is able to piece information together quickly and coherently and thus rarely fails in determining the culprit behind cases. ((funnily enough,he showed great skills in locating lost pets than missing peoples, much to his chagrin as it meant more clients asking for him to find their lost pets)).
Shotaro has proven himself to be a competent fighter even without using Gaia Memories, being able to take on several Masquerade Dopants without having to transform. Even in a weakened state of becoming an old man due to the Old Dopant, he is still able to make use of whatever motor skills and stamina left in his deteriorated body to put up a good fight. Special note goes to him confronting the Utopia Dopant using his own wits and the Memory Gadgets (which were used to restrain Utopia) in his disposal to stop the Gaia Impact from commencing. He is also quite adept at teamwork as frequently shown when he fights as Double.

Powers/Abilities:
1)CycloneJoker
The default form which Shotaro and Philip turns into as W,it has two known Maximum Drives. (the other Maximum Drive won't be used)
Joker Extreme:After inserting the Joker Memory in the Maximum Slot, Double's body splits down the middle as the halves descend on their target Rider Kick-style

2)LunaTrigger
The Form which is well suited for Shotaro when he's firing (the drawback being its slower shots compared to CycloneTrigger and HeatTrigger) as the gold and blue bolts fired can curve and track its target. It has one known Maximum Drive.
Trigger Full Burst:After inserting the Trigger Memory in the Trigger Magnum, Double fires multiple charged homing shots at once at the enemy.

3)HeatTrigger
The form where Shotaro first used the Twin Maximum Drive (which nearly cost his own life),HeatTrigger allows Shotaro to shoot fire blasts with an output higher than LunaTrigger's. It has 2 known Maximum Drives, one that is the normal Maximum Drive and the other being the Twin Maximum Drive. (Twin Maximum Drive will not be used in RP)
Trigger Explosion:After inserting the Trigger Memory in the Trigger Magnum, Double fires a constant stream of fire (aka Gerobi) that melts the enemy completely (it only melted the Virus Dopant completely as it is only a manifestation of negative emotions,so it is likely that using it on normal dopants will, like other Maximum Drives, cause a Memory Break)

4)HeatMetal
The form which Shotaro would commonly use as the Heat Memory makes the Metal Shaft deal more damage,HeatMetal is the strongest (but also the slowest) form out of the nine common forms he and Philip used. It has 2 known Maximum Drive. (Other Maximum Drive won't be used)
Metal Branding: After inserting the Metal Memory in the Metal Shaft, Double allows one or both ends of the Metal Shaft to ignite on fire and delivers a final blow to the opponent

Weaknesses: Despite being a good fighter,Shotaro can still be taken down easily as a human. Even if he is transformed as Kamen Rider W/Joker,he will not hurt anyone who is not transformed (As the Yesterday Dopant,Yukie Sudo, had proved to her advantage). Shotaro also can't bring himself to do shut out his doubts and always acts according to his feelings (his self-inflicted flaw was downplayed as time went by,but he probably isn't going to be as "hard-boiled" as Sokichi Narumi anytime soon)

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.):
1)The names of the Maximum Drives are thought up by Shotaro himself so that he and Philip's minds could be synchronized when they initiate it. It isn't exactly required to say the names however, though it could be Shotaro having fun with the namings (or perhaps a habit,as he still names his Maximum Drives as Kamen Rider Joker despite not needing to)

2)His surname,"Hidari",means left. Which is rather fitting as he's the "left side" of W

Beginning the lookup...

Name:
Philip
(Raito Sonozaki)
Universe From:
Kamen Rider W

Gender:
Male

Species:
Humanoid Data

Bio:
The right sided-half of Kamen Rider W. He is a mysterious young man who works as Shotaro Hidari's partner. He has full access to the Gaia Library, which he often interfaces with to look up for information on Dopants, and has computational capabilities comparable to that of a supercomputer. Philip represents the mind of W.

Personality:
An aloof young man who is very intelligent,he shows interest in common topics he finds interesting which he reads occasionally, sometimes even turning into an obsession (or worse case scenario, overwork himself to the point of collapsing from exhaustion) that overwhelms him until he knows everything about that subject, often getting in the way of ongoing investigations.

Skills:
Despite mostly leaving the fight to Shotaro,Philip's proven himself to be capable of putting up a fight (mostly as FangJoker however). And demonstrated that he could perfectly imitate a street dance which he had researched beforehand. If Shotaro and him singing "Finger on the Trigger" is any indication,he is also quite a good singer.

Powers/Abilities:
Due to his status as the True Gaia Memory's avatar, his focus and intelligence are comparable to a super computer and he has access to the Gaia Library, which in turn means that he has access to any recorded knowledge on Earth. While this does not mean that he actually knows everything, his unparalleled ability to crunch enormous amounts of information in a very short time makes him looks as though he does know everything. He can also seemingly connect with others and bring them to the Gaia Library if the person has a Live Connector on them (As demonstrated when he did so to try to calm the host of the Virus Dopant to stop her vengeance's manifestation).

As FangJoker, activating the Fang Memory's horn between one and three times allows him to utilise 3 different "weapons":
1)Arm Saber (A blade that appears on W's right wrist, used the main close combat weapon)
2)Shoulder Saber (A blade that appears mounted on W's right shoulder,it can be taken off to be used as a boomerang or as a dagger)
3)Maximum Saber (A blade like the arm blade that appear on W's right ankle)

FangJoker's Maximum Drive is "Fang Streiser",A flying roundhouse kick with the Maximum Saber in which a projection of the Fang Memory's head is shown "biting" the opponent when W comes in contact while forming a projection of the English Letter F.

Weaknesses:
Being confined most of the time to the hangar doing researches, both before and after being rescued, he does not get to exercise much and as such, he is physically weaker than Shotaro. The FangJoker transformation, which uses his body instead of Shotaro's, thus take a severe toll on him should he sustain the transformation for extensive periods. While he is technically capable of fighting, as seen when he is in FangJoker form, his weak body normally did not allow him to effectively do so outside of transformation. Despite being able to control the right side of any of Kamen Rider Double transformations, he usually yields full control to Shotaro when transformed while he acts as the battlefield tactician. It seems that fighting as Double has strengthened Philip somewhat though, as shown later on in the series. And as Shotaro and his fight against Cockroach Dopant is any indication, his interest in a topic could hinder their fight.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):
1)While transformed as FangJoker,Philip speaks in a slightly deeper voice, making him sound similar to Shotaro.
2)The reason for Fang being used only with Joker Memory is due to Shotaro's low compatibility using Metal and Trigger Memory. While the forms "FangMetal" and "FangTrigger" ARE possible, doing so would have Philip go out of control from Fang's immense rage.
3)His real name, "Raito", shares the same pronunciation as the English word "right" in Japanese, as he forms the right side of any Kamen Rider Double formation. Similarly, "Raito" can also mean "Light" as he is the only Sonozaki Family to "shine with light", and "Write" as he can be seen writing on the whiteboard in their garage from time to time.

Bio: When he was three years old, he woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom. When he rubbed his eye, his Quirk manifested for the first time. This made his hand harden and caused Eijiro to cut himself, which left a scar on his right eye.

Eijiro and Mina attended the same school during Junior High and although they were not close, Mina's outgoing nature and strong personality made Eijiro self conscious of his own appearance and personality. This was worsened during an incident where Eijiro found himself unable to stand up against a figure who was threatening fellow students of his school. This incident left Eijiro feeling wholly incapable of being a Hero primarily due to his hesitation in risking his life to save others.

31338854_243547376222422_4766325581480460288_n.jpg

Afterwards, Eijiro accidentally came across an old holographic projector depicting an interview with Crimson Riot. The words of Eijiro's idol, which had inspired him before, again inspired him further to keep following his dream of attending U.A. High School. Eijiro committed to training himself in order to pass the the U.A. Entrance Exam.

The morning before classes started at U.A. Eijiro met up with Mina again. Sporting a new hairstyle, Eijiro claimed to have left his insecurities behind, but Mina playfully told Eijiro to not pressure himself too much and let the change just happen naturally once Eijiro became truly confident about himself.

tumblr_owge8aJlCr1qe2t2to1_500.png

Personality: Eijiro is a boisterous and outgoing guy with a fondness for the concept of manliness, often using the terms "manly" and "unmanly" to describe things and people he does or doesn't like. Those who showcase a noble, brave, and/or determined attitude tend to emotionally move him to tears, quickly earning his complete admiration, respect, and friendship. Similarly, he will call out traits that are the opposite of that, such as cowardice and dirty play. He is also a big fan of Crimson Riot, a retro hero that he takes inspiration from, including his own hero name.

Eijiro is very honest and kind-hearted, with All Might praising his heroic spirit. In addition, he seems capable of making friends with most people, as he is one of the few classmates who is friends with both Katsuki Bakugo and Izuku Midoriya. Eijiro is very dedicated to his friends and is even willing to break the law and the rules in order to help them, showing regret if he becomes unable to aid them.

n1nM8olNuE0.jpg

Eijiro has stated more than once that he does not think very highly of his own Hardening Quirk, thinking that it lacks the flashiness usually found in the Pro Hero scene. In fact, he will get downright offended if he finds someone with a similar Quirk. Eijiro also has concerns about not having a good enough Quirk for hero work, worried that his skills could not compare to the others'. A lot of this self-doubt seems to have come from an incident in Junior High when Eijiro saw Mina stop an underclassman from being bullied and save some students from a threatening figure. Eijiro's friends pointed out that Mina will easily become a hero due to her outgoing personality and athletic nature. After this, Eijiro thought of himself as dull and boring.

Regardless, in the present, Eijiro is a more confident and hot-blooded fighter, although not to the same degree as Katsuki. However, he does not shy away from comparing himself to Katsuki, with Izuku stating that the two have managed to develop a relationship between equals. Because of this, Eijiro is notably one of the few people that Katsuki holds in higher esteem.

Skills (Normal, Human-like stuff): WIP

Quirk: Eijiro's Quirk gives him the power to harden and sharpen any part of his body. The ability not only protects him from physical attacks, but also from heat and shock waves. Eijiro also becomes stronger to an extent. The drawback of his Quirk is that there is a limit to how much damage the hardened skin can withstand, which causes the hardening to slowly dissipate and lose stamina.

I can take another name, and build a new life.. But on the inside I'll always have that instinct, no matter how much I hate it. I'm yakuza through and through. Guile only gets you so far in this game. Remember that. You won't get another chance.

Name:
Kiryu Kazuma

Universe From:
Yakuza/Ryu Ga Gotoku

Gender:
Male

Species:
Human

Bio:
A former debt collector (during Yakuza 0),then former Chairman of the Tojo Clan (He resigned after the events of Yakuza 1/Yakuza Kiwami),Kiryu Kazuma was known as the Dragon of Dojima,a legend roaming on the streets, taking down whatever fools there are who dared to pick a fight with him. Despite his status as a Yakuza,he is currently running the Sunshine Orphanage with his adoptive daughter,Haruka's assistance. Even then, when the situation calls for it (especially if someone dared to threaten the safety of Haruka, the kids from the orphanage etc),he'll be headed for the ones who were foolish enough to agitate the dragon.

Personality:
Kiryu is the honor-bound dreamer of the dark Yakuza world. He's not the type to judge others and is generally accepting of anyone who is friendly. A extremely righteous man, Kiryu lives by a strict code of honor that dictates every action he takes in his life, including joining the Yakuza at a young age and starting Sunshine Orphanage. While he is extremely kind and merciful, he is undoubtedly a Yakuza at heart due to his acceptance of the dark actions and violent methods the Yakuza families bring so long as they are justified. Kiryu himself is highly prone to violence for the sake of justice, although it is tempered by his code of honor and compassion to defend the helpless.

Kiryu is a man who speaks little, yet whose words carry significant meaning. He generally lets his actions and mannerisms speak for him when possible. By no means does this make him unsocial; rather, he tends to be the listening ear to the world, giving advice in response to his environment rather than starting conversations per-se. He is wise but not all-knowing and generally means well for those around him, which make him surprisingly (if unintentionally) popular whenever he stays in one place at length. Kiryu loves kids, and while he's not particularly talented at understanding or parenting them, he tries to keep consistency in his parenting methods and the values he wishes to impart to them, and tries to be thoughtful whenever he can

Skills:
Immense Strength : Kiryū is an exceptionally strong individual bordering on superhuman. His physical might is monstrous, shown by his ability to throw punches with tremendous force, lift very heavy objects as improvised weaponry, throw full grown men with great ease, and even match Saejima in a brawl. In Yakuza 1/Kiwami, Kiryu canonically destroys a marble statue with a single punch. His perhaps most notable feats of strength include beating a pair of Tigers barehanded (during Yakuza 2/Kiwami 2) and being able to stop a rampaging Bull charging at him.

Immense Speed : Kiryū has an extremely high level of agility, his physical speed dexterity and reflexes are trained to utmost perfection. He is extremely quick in his attacks, able to strike his enemies multiple times with near instantaneous precision, has supreme evasion abilities able to evade dangerous knife and sword slashes, and even explosive firearms such as a rocket launcher with great ease. If he puts enough effort into his dodges, he can move behind his enemies so fast that it looks like he simply disappeared.

Immense Endurance : Kiryū has a extremely robust constitution, which contributes to his immense tenacity, his smoking and drinking habits appears to have minimal amount of hazardous side effects on his health, and he can fight long and hard battles against large groups of enemies with only moderate amount of fatigue.

■ Immense Durability : Kiryū is an extremely tough fighter, being able to shrug off beatings and weapon strikes with only minimal discomfort. The peak of his durability is demonstrated in Yakuza 5 where he battled hordes of men for hours despite the fact he was weakened by a gunshot on his abdomen.

Master Hand to Hand Combatant : Kiryū is an extraordinary martial arts master, able to fight off hundreds of men, overwhelm extremely strong fighter such as Majima and Saejima, and his skills were mostly self taught through sheer combat experience. His fighting style is varied mixing Boxing, Karate, and Samurai Jujutsu. Kiryu's ability to switch from one fighting style to another in an instant as the situation calls is testament to this.

Master Swordsman : Kiryū is a master of Samurai Swordsmanship including Kenjutsu and Tantojutsu, able to proficiently wield Katanas, knives, and daggers in battle despite his lack of preference for any weaponry.

Powers/Abilities (Superhuman stuff):
While he doesn't have "superpowers" per say (especially talking about the aura he emits around him in the games),his fighting styles has demonstrated that he has skills that are rather impressive for a normal human:
1)Balanced - Brawler
Kiryu's default style. A basic yet powerful style relying on simple brawling, hence the name. Fighting is somewhat flashy in execution and slow, especially in comparison to Majima, but his blows are powerful. Many attacks in Brawler style have a wrestling-like quality to them, which combined with his basic street brawling, complete the style with simple yet effective moves. This style, from the progression of its combos,to its stance, can be viewed as an unrefined, prototypical version of Kiryu's Dragon/Legend style.

As a balanced style that bears blue Heat (aura of sorts) as with other playable characters' styles, Brawler is Kiryu's counterpart to Majima's Thug style.

2)Speed - Rush
The second fighting style that Kiryu learns during the events of Yakuza 0:A Speed style that draws on boxing, shown by Kiryu's upright stance with a high guard put up. The Rush style is best known for its ability to quickly stun enemies with "Dempsey Roll"-like bursts of relentless blows,as well as its emphasis on Kiryu's speed and footwork;his movement speed is greatly increased while using this style and he can dodge three times in a row. This style represents Kiryu tapping into the upper limits of his movement speed and reaction time, seemingly on the level of advanced martial artists despite never having any proper training in boxing.

All attacks in Rush style are performed at near-instant speeds, with even the slowest and most powerful blows still fast enough to hit enemies before they could put up their guard (This style was notable for showing Kiryu punch an enemy he had sent flying up into the air repeatedly very quickly before they could even touch the ground). The blows performed in the combos themselves are that of boxing jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts, with very little kicking involved. While using this style,Kiryu can parry enemy attacks in a manner strikingly similar to Tanimura's parrying in Yakuza 4,turning their momentum against them in order to get behind.

As a speed style that bears magenta Heat (aura of sorts),Rush is Kiryu's counterpart to Majima's Breaker style.

3)Power - Beast (dubbed Destroyer in Japanese version)
The third fighting style that Kiryu learns in the game:A Power style that focuses on brute strength and use of immensely heavy weapons such as motorbikes, shown by Kiryu's grounded stance with legs far apart to fortify his balance (it makes trying to knock him down or even stagger him nearly impossible),and open-handed claw-like hands hinting at his focus on grappling. Slow but powerful,Kiryu emphasizes his incredible tenacity and capacity to take hits. This style represents Kiryu using the full force of his impressive musculature, being able to pick up objects no normal human could realistically lift such as motorcycles, dislocating his opponent's arms with ease,as well as throwing around full-grown men with only one hand (however,it depends on the size of the punk he is facing). Each attack in Beast style is delivered with all of his body weight behind it,making for incredibly slow yet devastating hits that are capable of sending foes flying or breaking through their guards without much effort.

As a power style that bears yellow Heat (i think you know what i mean this time so I'm not gonna repeat it),Beast is Kiryu's counterpart to Majima's Slugger style.

4)Legend - Dojima no Ryu/Dragon of Dojima
The final, optional fighting style that Kiryu unlocks after finishing the Money Island substory. This fighting style is what Kiryu eventually adopts in titles that take place chronologically later than Yakuza 0. It is a powerful combination between basic street brawling, punch-and-kick-based martial arts such as karate or muay thai, and judo grappling, with a simple fighting stance deceiving the all-around massive power and impressive speed that few like Kiryu can properly possess to execute the style effectively. The best of Kiryu's other styles, such as the speed of Rush, the strength of Beast, and the technique of Brawler meld into what is Kiryu's one-and-only signature fighting style.

Weaknesses (If anything notable):
Yes,he punched a damn tiger (which was lunging for him even) out cold. Yes,he survived nearly getting killed from being stabbed at the stomach (courtesy of Hamazaki),and yes,he eventually manages to fight off several men depite carrying a gunshot wound as mentioned above during the events of Yakuza 5,but this does not change one thing:He's still human. Nothing more, nothing less.

Others (Trivia, Theme music, etc.) (Optional):
1)This Kiryu appearing in the roleplay is after the events of Yakuza 4. If one decides to take the events of the spin-off,Yakuza: Dead Souls into account, this Kiryu would be from before the events of the Zombie Outbreak.
