Grim Wraithe Stjerna
The Víkíngr, reaver of the sea, hunter of Pirates.
Jask listened as the bard actually had a very good idea. 'Maybe playing D&D did you some good.' Although the wanna be Alpha shewolf was getting a bit irritating with her constant barrage of negative comments. The otter felt Addy hide behind him and cling to his left arm, with that hand Jask gently patted the kit to try and reassure him.
Looking to between Emily and Desmond, the more the coyote spoke the more confident he became that it was the biological scientist, but they were making thing worse with their bickering. "Alright, enough you two." The tone of his voice held an air of authority, it had also dropped into a deeper sound. Not a growl, not a bark and not a yell, but all in a balance, and loud enough to be heard over the growing argument. It was the same voice he had used on the battle field to be heard and understood, and to focus attention on him when dealing with arguing subordinates. "Arguing won't get us out of here, whatever our final destination is." Looking to Emily as he said the last part, as it was becoming clear she had a place to go and did not want to share that information with the group. His voice still carried the same authority in it, but was a bit softer. "For the short term, we need to work to get out of here, and I agree with..." Looking back to the bard. "Keyagran? Kia?" Knowing he had messed up her name. "That we need more Intel and the best way to get that is from the roof. But I am not leaving anyone behind, so if you want to run away that's fine, no one is asking you to stay. Just don't get us killed in the process."
The weight of his pistol, still hidden behind his suit coat, was making itself known, which he hoped he would not have to use, but if things escalated it was going to happen quickly. With Adrian holding his arm he was left with few options that would keep the little guy and himself and the Doc safe. 'Glad I wore the armor last night.'
