hard agree on the strawberry candies mentioned earlier, and I'm also very fond of the small fruit jellies you can find at Chinese/Asian markets... I legitimately have formative memories w/ those mfers lol.

I dunno about best, these candy are pretty tasty.
Salt & Lemon Candy
Whatever the brand is, the combination of lemon flavoured candy with salt can easily compete for the 'best candy flavour', the combination of salty and sour and sweet is quite perfect.
White Rabbit Candy
Soft, chewy milk candy with a tasteless sticky rice paper coat that melts in your mouth. Quite tasty too, honorable mention I guess.
