I feel like you need to at least mention Cowboy Bebop, so I'm gonna throw that out there.

My favorites are My Hero Academia's Odd Future OP, and Again from FMA Brotherhood.

I'd have to say Angel Beats. Both the music and animation is amazing.

Attack On Titan:
Overall, just has beautiful visuals and smooth animation. The song is absolutely perfect!


Tokyo Ghoul:
Expresses a beautiful summary of what the anime focuses on along with its contrasting color schemes and awesome OP song


Death Parade:
Has so much symbolism hidden in this OP. The animation is absolutely gorgeous and the song makes me want to jump on the dance floor
