The actual OoC with the chopped restrictions will be up later, but for now, some of the things I'm doing:

1. No longer restricting aliens for each player, BUT you cannot share aliens between YOUR OWN characters.
2. Allowing two Omnitrix Wielders per person.
3. Crossover aliens are allowed, with a catch - all your Non-Ben 10 canonical aliens must be from the same franchise/universe. So I can tolerate say a Cybertronian and a Kremzeek in the same roster, but not so much a Skrull and a Kryptonian. Not that I'd allow a Kryptonian.

History:
When Azmuth realized how dangerous the Omnitrix could be in the wrong hands his first thought was to destroy but he couldn't bring himself to do it. Instead he built a small pod, made to be untraceable and programmed it to land on a random planet while taking a totally random course across the universe. That way no one would know when and where it would land and it also could not only scan any alien D.N.A he hadn't added himself but hopefully find someone suited to use it. After a relatively short forty-three years it crashed on earth. Another six weeks later Dan and his family were on a daytrip to a nearby lake.

While swimming underwater Dan noticed the pod and managed to get it to shore. The pod's A.I started an ethics test and came to the conclusion that while Dan wasn't the perfect wielder for the Omnitrix Azmuth had in mind, he was a good person. The A.I decided to trust the human partly and told him about what the pod contained. Dan decided to keep the pod safe for a while while it repaired itself before it would resume its travels at some random point in the future.

After about a few months though earth was contacted by a small ship of Incursean refugees who didn't agree with their species' conquest. Negotiations unfortunately didn't go too well at first and fearing the worst the A.I decided to give Dan the Omnitrix. Luckily things ended without any combat and the Incurseans moved on without settling on the planet. But earth's existence had been revealed to the universe and since there were aliens who would take advantage of a low tech level civilization the A.I began training Dan in how to use the aliens it had unlocked for him from the Omnitrix.

Personality:
Despite having been trained Dan doesn't actually have any combat experience but he is prepared to use his abilities to help others. He can get overwhelmed if the situation is serious but will try to keep a level head regardless, even if he tends to rely on the A.I's advice a bit too much during combat. While he is not the greatest liar he can keep a secret.

Appearance: His head resembles an earth toad with an inflated vocal sac. AcidBath is completely green and stands at 4 feet tall. He has a spike on each knee and has holes in his palms.
Powers & Abilities: AcidBath’s stomach is a literal acid bath that replenishes through the absorption of moisture. He can release the acid through the holes in his palms or spit it out of his mouth. This acid can melt most metals.

Appearance: Acro-Bat-Ic takes the appearance of a large bat, about 6 feet tall. His skin is slightly dark brown while his large ears are a bright pink
Powers & Abilities: He has amazing flexibility, being able to dodge attacks with ease. Due to being bat-like, he also has the ability of flight. With his big ears, Acro-Bat-Ic is sensitive to supersonic waves. He also cannot swim.

Appearance: Slingshot is a blue humanoid alien with blue skin, three green eyes, and tentacles that can split apart.
Powers & Abilities: Slingshot can stretch his limbs out to fling himself at the opponent. He can also secrete a sticky adhesive that can stick him to walls for transportation or combat needs. If Slingshot is submerged in water, his tendrils lose their stickiness.

Appearance: He has the appearance of a 6 foot tall orange baboon. The biggest part of his body is orange but he has black marks all over his body. His hands and feet are completely black with five fingers and toes. He has a long striped tail and a white fur around his neck and his hips. But between his shoulders it appears like bonfire is burning, coming from a crater on his back. His face is long with red and blue marking like a baboon, with black ears.
Powers & Abilities: His abilities are similar to Heatblast when it comes to create fire but he lacks the ability to fly.

Appearance: Zipmunk resembles a 5 foot tall chipmunk or squirrel with lightning bolt shaped fur patterns on his head and chest.
Powers & Abilities: He is a good climber and while not as fast as Kineceleran is still very fast. He can absorb energy and release it as electricity .

Name: Spin Cycle
Species: Gyroid
Home Planet: Carpathia
Appearance: Spin Cycle has four eyes and two sharp blades protruding from his elbows. He is 5'7 foot tall and has tough skin.
Powers & Abilities: As his name implies Spin Cycle can spin his body at great speed, without getting dizzy, using his arm blades to cut through most objects. His multiple eyes give him 360 degree vision.

Appearance: Goop is a humanoid pile of goo that can take any shape at will. He has an Anti-Gravity Projector that allows him to be mobile in Earth's gravity and also projects his voice. He has a green slime body, bright green eyes, and a gunmetal Anti-Gravity Projector on top to keep him on his gravity.
Powers & Abilities:
Goop is indestructible, making it difficult to defeat him by attacking his body. He can stretch, bend and deform himself into any shape or form. Due to being made of slime, Goop can hold objects inside his body. He can also do this with individuals to protect them. Goop can regenerate and rebuild himself with ease. Goop is limited to his Anti-Gravity Projector controlling his body. If it is separated from him or turned off, Goop's body collapses into an immobilized puddle until it recollects it or until reverts back to normal.



Name: Stinkfly
Species: Lepidopterran
Home Planet: Lepidopterra
Appearance: Stinkfly has a bug/insect body and four insect-like flat legs with two arms, whose hands are human-style ones with three clawed fingers. He has four pedunculated eyes that are pretty small. These eyes are linked directly to the sides of his huge head. His wings are light green and very fragile with lines on them, and his limbs are a brown-greenish color. His tail is an ultra sensitive receptor, making it like an antenna.
Powers & Abilities: Stinkfly possesses two insectoid wings that allow quick and agile flying, and can change directions at exceptional paces. He can excrete high pressured streams of liquid from the pollen ducts located inside of his eyestalks and mouth. These liquids can be both a flammable toxin or an immobilizing adhesive, instinctively choosing what type of slime it can be.
Besides liquids, Stinkfly can release poisonous and methane gas.

Appearance: Being a silicon-based lifeform,Gravattack is literally a living planet. He is a large, bulky, reddish-brown alien with rocky skin, a giant mouth with teeth that are also made of rocks, and a molten lava planet core at the center of his body. His feet are tan with three toes, and he has three fingers and one thumb on each hand.
Powers & Abilities: Gravattack can control gravity to manipulate the weight and motion of objects, allowing him to suspend and levitate targets in the air, send them flying back or forth, or slam them down to the ground with hand gestures. His control over gravity allows him to change its direction, allowing him to telekinetically send targets flying upwards or across the air as if they were falling.

Powers & Abilities: This alien is capable of analyzing any sort of technology or biological process, then it proceeds to adapt and incorporate the function into its own body. This involves advanced alien weaponry, defense systems, modes of transportation, etc.

Spoiler: Juri and The Heaven's Decree

Juri was born in 1750 of the Japanese Edo period. Her father was a Samurai for the local village chief that had to go away under the Shogun's orders when she was 10. A few months later, in the middle of summer, a shooting star fell near her home. She investigated it, and found a strange looking wristband, one which had a silver circular emblem with a golden hourglass with the area outside the emblem blackened out.

As Juri reached out to examine and probably sell it, the band leapt at her, encasing her forearm in a gauntlet similar to that of a samurai's. As she winced and cried, trying to get the gauntlet off, a small youkai unlike any she had seen before spoke to her. This youkai spoke in a kind and warm tone, unlike what the folklore she had heard for most of her life would talk about. He spoke about how the gauntlet is now binded to her, cursed to never be removed without the right materials, though he opted not to talk about removing it due to how painful it would. He apologized for it, as he never intended for Juri to find it. In compensation, the Youkai opted to take care of her as Juri's guardian for several years.

Over time, Juri came to know of the Youkai as the Galvan Tinkerer Albedo, a being from beyond the stars and from a planet known as Galvan Prime, a planet with a moon inhabited by their own creations, seeking knowledge and peace across the universe. Juri likened him and his kin to heavenly deities, though Albedo didn't deny such an ego boosting term. On her 15th Birthday, Albedo decided that it was time for Juri to start her training, as he had just noticed a shift in the planet's population, describing it as one strong quake that wiped out millions. It was then that Albedo revealed the reason why he's in the planet in the first place.

To stop the Dagon, knowing of its danger to the entire universe. While his people failed to see it and denied to take action, knowing how little they could do, Albedo turned to Azmuth, who forged the sword as well as the gauntlet that latched onto Juri in the first place. When Azmuth denied his request to use the Ascalon as he was currently isolating himself due to his lover suddenly disappearing, Albedo took things into his own hands and stole both the plans for the sword as well as the gauntlet Azmuth was working on. Soon setting a course for Earth. He made one fatal error, however--Albedo didn't know how to find the Dagon once he's on Earth. He assumed he'll work out the rest after arriving, but then the gauntlet latched onto Juri. Albedo then led her to a sword which he said to be a perfect copy of the Ascalon which he had been forging in secret ever since his arrival on Earth. Knowing that the Dagon will soon surface, Albedo deemed Juri to be worthy of the power to save her planet and thus, began training her for over a year in order to effectively wield a sword.

The Dagon surfaced at the western shore of Japan later on, signaling the end of Albedo's training and taking Juri into battle where the two fought side by side, Albedo wielding the Ascalon Copy since Juri was still an amateur swordswoman. Their battle with the Dagon raged on for days as it took them across the seas into the damaged western continent, allowing the soldiers who had lost their country to enact their revenge by helping Albedo and Juri subdue Dagon.

At the end of the battle, Juri, now clad in golden armor, managed to carve out the Dagon's heart and shatter them to pieces at the expense of Albedo's life, using Albedo's Ascalon. After returning home, Juri buried Albedo on the crater where the gauntlet first binded to her. After a silent ceremony, Juri renamed Albedo's Ascalon to 'Tenmei', believing that with the defeat of the Dagon, it would be her sacred duty to protect the world from such threats.

Though that is her creed, Juri seemingly disappeared from the world for centuries, letting the world advance as she roamed alone.

Spoiler: The Knights, The Remnants, and Albedo's Legacy.

Though the Dagon was defeated, the remnants of the creature remained. Monsters roaming the lands as unkillable extradimensional threats. While Juri has been appearing from time to time in order to slay these remnants then disappearing, man knew that they can't rely on her forever.

Juri witnessed the moment the Forever Knights was established in the 20th Century(1900), dedicating themselves to finding a way to replicate Juri's Tenmei. Juri considered joining the movement, however, but she soon changed her mind when she saw the Knights kill off aliens she believed were Heavenly Beings--Creatures from beyond this world. Before one of the Forever Knights could kill an Pterosapien Ambassador, Juri intervened and killed the oppressive Knight. After that incident, she decided to burn her old home, ensuring that Albedo's blueprints will never be discovered and be used for evil. Since then, Juri hopped from town to town, country to country saving many alien lives as she could under many different aliases, creating many enemies ranging from mad scientists, Dagon Followers, to even other mischievous aliens(aka Megawatts). In recent times, she lived in Bellwood under the alias 'Julie Yamamoto' whom the 15 year old Benjamin Tennyson asked out one day as a dare. To satiate her curiosity of what would it be like to be in a romantic relationship after over 200 years, Juri agreed.

Juri continued to be a powerful influence in alien rights, fighting off the Forever Knights while attending the local highschool as Julie. Juri found herself enjoying Ben's company, and decided that one day, she would tell him the truth. However, she was surprised to learn that Ben was a part of the Forever Knights and had once found her old home a year ago, unearthing a piece of Albedo's blueprint. He believed it'll provide them with enough information to give them a breakthrough.

Knowing this, Juri should've killed him on the spot with Tenmei but...Something in her wouldn't allow her to do it. She loved him, truly. And so, instead, Juri asked what he would do if he managed to forge her sword. Ben was surprisingly hesitant. He said that he considered handing his creation to the Knights, but knew that their methods were far too extreme. Ben only states that if he manages to build this 2nd Tenmei, he would only use it when Dagon Remnants appear which happens rarely enough. Juri realizes at this point that not all Forever Knights were as ruthless as she saw that day. However, for the sake of their relationship, Juri kept her identity a secret from Ben for a while longer, knowing that its revelation would change it for better or worse.

And so, time went on and Juri continued her escapades in Bellwood, only this time, clashing with the Forever Knights as well as Rogue Aliens and Dagon Remnants, the latter's forces growing larger and large with every day.

And in a few months time, Ben managed to finish his copy of the Ascalon, based off of the remains of the plans found at Juri's hometown. Seeing as it's a sword that's destined to bring greatness not only to him, but also to the Knights, Ben named the sword 'Caliburn', and decided to test it immediately by trying to pick a duel with Juri. While he was thinking of how to actually find the ancient heroine, Juri decided to reveal her identity to Ben and agreed to the duel--under the condition that if he loses, the Caliburn must be destroyed.

Ben, shocked to hear that Juri has been with him the entire time, decided to agree with a condition of his own; if he wins, she'll have to agree to his one request, a request which he refuses to reveal until the duel, which they both agreed to be in a month's time. At the time before the duel, Juri was surprised to see that Ben still acts the same around her, despite Juri's revalation that she's hundreds of years old. Ben simply shrugs it off by stating that even so, he still loves her. Why should they act differently just because they're going to fight?

Juri thinks about that moment until the time of the duel arrives.

Spoiler: Azmuth and The Secret of The Omnitrix

During the duel between Juri and Ben, an alien interferes with the fight, getting between what would be the final blow for the two of them. A metal suit of armor, with green lines that Juri feels familiar with. It looks and feels as if it was the Tenmei's emblem jotting up--vein like circuitry coating a cylinder of sorts. This was the same design and motif--was it one of her Master's people?

The metallic man pushed the two swordsmen away from it, focusing on Juri as an old man's voice that sounds eerily familiar spoke to her, demanding the return of the Omnitrix and the Ascalon Copy. Juri denies knowing what the Omnitrix even is, and the metal man draws a broadsword of his own, clashing with Tenmei. The metal man recognizes Tenmei's strength, and applauds Albedo's craftsmanship aloud. However, a copy can never compare to the original. The metal man pushed Juri with the force of a storm's winds with a single swing, nearly knocking her off of the building she and Ben were dueling on.

Juri, shocked hearing Albedo's name from the metal man, asked who he is--and why had he not helped her master 200 years ago. The metal man simply shrugs, stating that the threat called Dagon would've been dealt with in due time. Albedo simply lacked the patience for procedural matters. Juri got emotional, mentioning that her Master's death was his fault because they waited. In a fit of grieving rage, Juri used the Toku'star DNA on Tenmei, transforming it into a large blade which she swung downwards at the pompous metal man.

The Metal Man was astounded, surprised at how that prototype of the Omnitrix had already unlocked that kind of DNA without his permission, knowing that he himself hasn't encountered a To'kustar nor had he sampled it for the Codon Stream. However, that wasn't enough to strike him down. Wielding the Ascalon, the metallic man parried the giant fin like sword, the ringing of its blade forcing Tenmei to revert back to Katana form, the force of the parry causing the swordswoman to fall off of the building they were fighting on which surprised even Ben--who never knew it could happen. Ben attempts to call reinforcements, but was soon informed by his own grandfather, Current Magister Tennyson, who had infiltrated the Forever Knight's main base with the Plumbers to ensure that they won't interfere with the Visitor's activities due to his race wielding great political power across 5 galaxies.

Hearing this, Ben calls out to the metal clad visitor and asks who he is, and why can he command both the Plumbers and The Forever Knights so easily. The metal man finally answered; he is Azmuth, The First Thinker of the Galvan race. He's here to take back everything that was taken from him. The Prototype Omnitrix as well as take Albedo back to Galvan Prime to face trial for his theft. Ben argues that Albedo saved the planet because of it, but Azmuth simply states that the sword he made on Earth is in direct violate of Galvan Copyright--creating something out of someone else's plans. Ben calls Azmuth's reasoning petty, but Azmuth believes that even if it were the case, the Ascalon Copy is still as dangerous as the original. However, little did they know that when Juri fell, she was saved by a being walking through time from another universe, gathering an army for a war that spans universes...

Personality:
Juri is a traditional kind of woman, speaking in an eloquent tone. She rarely uses contractions, but she tries to use them to fit in with the modern times. Juri is tomboyish in regards to the way she acts, having no problem quarreling with men due to her experience in fighting villains that were after the Omnitrix and its bizarre properties. Due to her unfortunately long life span, Juri is a pretty old school person and, by all sense of the word, a Boomer. She couldn't operate complex machines without resorting to transforming into Omoikane for a brief crash course on it.

Juri thinks highly of Albedo, and because of this, she mostly prefers to use Tenmei rather than the Omnitrix.

Powers & Abilities:
Eternal Youth - Obtained mostly from wielding the Tenmei, allowing her to maintain her young appearance for centuries.

Ten-Ju no Yoroi "Armor of Heavenly Beasts"/Tenju Yoroi - Juri is able to manifest armor based off of the aliens she has on her Omnitrix. Can only be used in Human Form while wielding the Tenmei. It is inaccessible during alien transformations.

  Appearance:
  Powers & Abilities:
  Energy Absorption and Redirection ~ Self Explanatory. Using its plug-like fingers, dreads and tails, Raiden is able to absorb and redirect energy attacks thrown at it. This also works in life energy. However, this absorption will immediately cause Raiden to release it, albeit unintentionally. Raiden is only able to fire electric energy, and is naturally useless against those that can nullify electric damage.
  Electric Based Enhancement ~ If Raiden is directly ontop of something that conducts electricity directly(say a powerline or wires), its senses are enhanced. Speed, Strength, and reflexes.
  Tenmei:
  Raiden's Tenmei appears to be a golden sword that can split into segments after absorbing energy blasts after which, Juri can hurl at the opponent as a 10 meter long electrified whip. She can also simply fire back the energy like a railgun.

  Appearance:
  Powers & Abilities:
  Immense Speed ~ Using its wheel-like orb feet, Fujin is able to run incredible speeds in mere seconds, clocking in at around 500 mph in 2 seconds. Its speed is able to lift a To'kustar by focusing its speed in a tornado. It is able to stop in place instantaneously. However, if timed right, Fujin's speed can be halted by grabbed its tail or by simply overpowering it.
  Tenmei:
  Fujin's Tenmei is a 3 bladed claw which temporarily allows its wielder to access Fujin's speed but to a lesser degree. Fast enough so that gusts of wind can be damaging to an ordinary person.
  Yoroi:
  Fujin Yoroi covers Juri in blue armor, including a helmet that resembles Fujin's own closed headpiece. This allows Juri to access Fujin's abilities while covering its weak physiology and hyperactive nature. However, unlike Fujin, the armor is unable to stop instantaneously.

  Powers & Abilities:
  Immense Physical Strength - As a giant, Izanami possesses immense physical strength, even for a To'kustar, as it is able to lift objects heavier and larger than him. He can also jump pretty high by putting his strength on his feet.
  Immense Physical Durability - Able to withstand attacks from enemies.
  Extreme Temperature Resistant - Able to survive in extreme conditions.
  Cosmic Ray - By crossing Izanami's arms with the wrists being the intersection point, it'll fire off a powerful cosmic ray that is said to be able to overpower an Incursean Conquest Ray
  Breathless - Izanami is able to survive in the vacuum of space due to the nature of her species' creation.
  Tenmei:
  Izanami's Tenmei appears in either two forms; a greatsword of cosmic light or a backhanded bladed with a To'kustar Head as the hilt. The giant blade of light is about 100 meters in length and 5 meters in width. Despite the size, it can easily be carried by Tenmei's wielder. As the backhanded blade, it is much smaller in length and is as long as a typical shortsword.
  
  Both blades are able to shoot off cosmic rays, with the greatsword of light's entire blade being shot off, automatically time the Tenmei out.
  Yoroi:
  Izanami Yoroi covers Juri's entire body is covered in an armor that resembles a To'kustar. Juri inherits most of Izanami's abilities except for its size. It is also able to fly with its feet alone--much like an Ultraman. The backhanded shortsword mode of Tenmei can only be used in Yoroi mode.
