  • Please read the list of accepted characters first before making a character.
  • Please stick to the character sheet; if you go adding things to it, I will most likely ask you to take them out.
  • You can make as many characters as you want but please be reasonable; if you can't play as five characters at once don't go making five characters.

AKA
The Batman

Alignment: Good

Gender: Male

Powers/Skills/Abilities:
Please bear in mind that even though theoretically he has access to all these abilities some of the items listed below may not be well developed or even accessible at the beginning of the RP. Also other items listed (most likely the more human skills) may fall into disuse or even be rendered moot as things progress.

  • Vampire physiology:
    • Vampirism: In addition to the various mental and physical benefits that vampires are heir to, they also possess the ability to turn others into vampires as well. Each new vampire is traditionally subservient to the one who "turned" them, but some strong-willed vampires have been known to rebel against their masters.
    • Enhanced Senses: Vampires have improved several times higher than those of any human being. These include
      • Enhanced Vision
      • Enhanced Hearing
      • Enhanced Sense of Smell
    • Immortality: So long as vampires continue to consume blood, they will not age beyond the physical state they were in when they first became a vampire.
    • Invulnerability: Vampires are invulnerable to most forms of injury (certain exceptions apply). Bullets, blades and blunt objects do little to no damage to a vampire's body.
    • Regeneration: In addition to being virtually indestructible, whatever damage a vampire does in fact suffer can be healed through the consumption of human blood.
    • Superhuman Strength: A vampire's strength level is several times that of a normal human being and they are considered superhuman.
    • Superhuman Stamina: So long as they continue to consume human blood, a vampire can function tirelessly without rest or relaxation.
    • Psychokinesis: Most vampires possess some form of psychokinesis. Some are clairvoyant, others can communicate telepathically, some possess mind control. Particularly powerful vampires can control the minds of several people at once.
    • Hypnosis
    • Transformation: Vampires often possess the ability to transform into a variety of creatures or effects such as bats, wolves, rats or even mist. While their physical attributes may fluctuate during such states, a vampire's mental acuity is the same as that when they are in their human shape. A vampire who transforms into an animal may also benefit from that particular animal's attributes including razor-sharp claws, fangs or the ability to fly.
    • Metamorphosis: Only vampires with more advanced powers of control demonstrate the ability of altering either its appearance to imitate other people or in such cases selective transformation for creating claws to increase the lethality of its attacks.
      • Claws
      • Fangs
      • Phasing
  • Indomitable Will: Batman's unstoppable determination and strength of will make him an extremely formidable opponent. This makes him able to function while tolerating massive amounts of physical pain, and also allows him to resist telepathy or mind control.
  • Intimidation: It is widely known that Batman has the ability to instil fear in others, regularly forcing common criminals to flee in terror despite there being no evidence that he would actually kill anyone, to the extent that even the people that know him best are intimidated by him.
  • Interrogation: Batman is adept in interrogation techniques, often using law enforcement methods as well as torture. Several methods seen include hanging a person over the edge of a building by one leg or chaining a person upside down and beating them. He usually just uses his frightening appearance to get answers. "Fear is an excellent motivator" he once said.
  • Acrobatics: He is proficient in gymnastics and acrobatics.
  • Martial Arts: Bruce is well trained in multiple martial arts, he is known as the man who has mastered many forms of martial arts. His primary form of combat is an idiosyncratic admixture of Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Muay Thai, Dragon Style Kung Fu, Boxing, Jujitsu, Ninjitsu and Capoeira.
  • Weaponry: Through his martial arts training, he has become an expert on all melee weapons. Wayne has displayed exceptional sword fighting capability and proficiency with knives, sticks and various other weapons. He practices during his combat sessions to keep his skills intact, but he prefers unarmed combat.
  • Stealth: His Ninjutsu training has made him a master at stealth and capable of breaching high security facilities without being detected.
  • Marksmanship: Wayne is an expert marksman. He is skilled with throwing projectile weapons, archery and firearms. He has been practising such skills since the early days of his training.
  • Genius Level Intellect: Batman is a brilliant, virtually peerless, detective, strategist, scientist, tactician, and commander; he is widely regarded as one of the keenest analytical minds on the planet.
  • Polymath: He has studied Biology, Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Mythology, Geography and History. Gained degrees in Criminal Science, Forensic Sciences, Computer Sciences, Chemistry and Engineering by the time he was 21. He has mastered Diverse Environmental Training, Security Systems, and illusion/sleight of hand by the time he was 23. He gained even more degrees in Biology, Physics, Advanced Chemistry, and Technology by the time he was 25. He had learned Forensic Sciences, Medical Sciences, Expanded Computer and Engineering Sciences and Expanded Device Pool use of personal powered armour and system, database creation on underworld crime bosses, rogue's gallery foes and other supervillains; improved material sciences for body armour and micro-machinery by the time he was 26. Has also learned Advanced New Development in Forensic and Medical Sciences.
  • Investigation: He is widely considered as the World's Greatest Detective, capable of observation, forensic investigation, and inductive and deductive reasoning of the highest calibre. Human intuition is an unlearnable trait and one of Batman's most effective tools. Given any mystery, he can arrive at the correct conclusions with a fraction of the data.
  • Multilingualism: He is able to speak Spanish, French, Latin, German, Japanese, English, Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Greek, Portuguese, Arabic, Sanskrit, Hindi, Thai, Farsi and possibly more.
  • Leadership: He is known for having great leadership.
  • Escapology: He has been described as second only to Mister Miracle as an escape artist. He has been seen escaping from a Posey straitjacket in less than 52 seconds, and remarked afterwards that the time was way too slow for him.
  • Driving: Bruce is proficient at driving many vehicles like cars, motor bikes, trucks and he is also skillful at driving jets, helicopters and auto boats and small ships.
  • Tracking: Trained in hunting techniques by African Bushmen (the Ghost Tribes of the Ten-eyed Brotherhood, among others).
  • Disguise: Has mastered the art of disguise by the time he was 23. Has further learned expanded disguise techniques by the time he was 26, through various instructions from Alfred. Batman has many aliases he uses to infiltrate the underworld or just to go undercover in public situations.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Proficient at combat driving. Has learned improved vehicle designs. Was trained and proficient in basic vehicles operations.
  • Business Management: Bruce Wayne has extensive skills and experience in business management, has thorough understanding of financial marketing and management and is often known as a example of successful industrialist and businessman.

Weaknesses:
  • Vulnerability to :
    • Sunlight: Will cause him great pain whilst continued exposure will kill him.
    • Garlic: Will cause him extreme discomfort.
    • Wooden Stakes: Driving a wooden stake through his heart will place him in a coma like state. In order to be killed however he must then be beheaded.
    • Religious Symbols: Mostly christian symbols, this will cause him extreme discomfort.
  • Blood Deprivation: Vampires must constantly drink the blood of the living in order to remain not just youthful looking, but also ageless. If they do not feed on blood for a prolonged period, vampires start to diminish and then eventually die.

Equipment:
  • Utility Belt: Batman keeps most of his personal field equipment in a signature piece of apparel, a yellow utility belt.
  • Batarang: A roughly bat-shaped throwing weapon used as a non-lethal ranged attack alternative to firearms. The batarang serves as an instrument of disarming, distraction, confusion, or to simply warn would-be adversaries that the Batman is present.

Personality:
The Batman, is a dark and brooding hero with a personal vendetta against crime and injustice. Psychologically traumatised by the death of his parents, he has sworn to rid Gotham from the criminal elements that took his parents away from him. He is extremely pessimistic and suspicious, which often makes it difficult for him to trust people.
Despite this, he has proved to have a great love for humanity, which was instilled by his parents. His father was a doctor, while his mother was a crusader against child abuse. Indeed, the Batman's oath of vengeance is tempered with the greater ideal of justice. He refrains from killing, as he feels this would not make him any better than the criminals he fights.
To protect his secret identity, the Batman has constructed a fake persona he can use in his civilian identity. To the world at large, Bruce Wayne is a self-absorbed, irresponsible playboy and philanthropist. Only his closest allies know that this attitude is just an act.
After becoming a vampire, Bruce has become more withdrawn and sombre, rarely venturing out of Wayne Manor. This has lead to speculation and rumour from the media about the playboy billionaire and an ever increasing strained relationship with the Wayne Enterprises board of directors. When seen in public as Bruce Wayne though, he still maintains his persona but will attempt to remove himself from the situation as soon as possible.
As the Batman, he recognises the advantages his transformation brings, utilising his new abilities to better combat crime in Gotham. Ever present in his mind though is his vow never to kill lest he become like the ones he stalks if not worse...

Backstory:
Bruce Wayne was the son of Thomas and Martha Wayne, wealthy philanthropists in the high society of Gotham City. Growing up in Wayne Manor, he experienced a privileged life until one fateful night.
Bruce and his parents went to the movies and were walking home when suddenly they were confronted by a small-time crook carrying a gun. At first, he demanded Martha's jewellery, but as Thomas, moved in to protect his wife he ended up shooting both of them.
Bruce, traumatised by the deaths of his parents, would never be the same again. Afterwards, he was raised by his wise and loyal butler, Alfred Pennyworth, and inherited his family's vast fortune as well as his father's company, Wayne Enterprises. Standing at his parents' gravestones, Bruce made a solemn oath to avenge their deaths and rid Gotham City of evil forever.
At age fourteen, Bruce started a twelve year journey around the world seeking experts in many fields, training himself mentally and physically and mastered many skills including martial arts, criminology, and escape artistry.
Upon completing his training Bruce realised that his skills alone were not enough to do the job; he needed the criminals to fear him. Believing criminals to be a "superstitious and cowardly lot," he needed to reinvent himself, to become a terrifying symbol. While in his father's study one night, a large bat crashed through the window. Bruce saw this as an omen, recalling his fear of bats as a child. The Bat would be his symbol and with it he would strike terror into the Gotham underworld.
Using his vast wealth, Bruce began designing a costume and state of the art equipment, thus beginning a difficult double life: by day, he would be the billionaire playboy and businessman, Bruce Wayne, and by night, he was The Batman.
During his confrontation with the vampiric Monk, Bruce was bitten and now has become a vampire himself and has spent the last two months adapting and learning to control his newfound abilities.

He only needs to read, hear, see, or observe something once and he will never forget it, and he has unlimited storage capacity. Deathstroke's mind is virtually a supercomputer built for strategy and problem-solving, one that works at optimal ability even when under stress and fatigue. He can work out a battle ahead of time for every possibility and predict enemy movements and tactics after the battle has engaged by instantly recalling and utilizing memorized mannerisms acquired through past experience. He is ingenious in; devising solutions against superior aspects of opponents, observing and exploiting, and can instantly make any calculations especially regarding distance, speed, and time; his sense of timing is perfect. He can perform any complicated sequence of gymnastic stunts such as flips, rolls, and springs. He is able to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position. He is able to adjust his position by instinct, allowing him to balance himself on any object, no matter how small or narrow.

He can perceive things better than a normal human, he possesses perfect pitch and night vision. His senses allow him to identify small changes in the air. He has a sixth sense; being able to dodge danger even though he hasn't seen it. He can perceive events before they happen as well as understand events as they occur. Enhanced senses include, but are not limited to:
    • Enhanced Durability: Deathstroke's skin, bone, and muscle tissues are considerably stronger and harder than human and the tissues are impervious to injury to an extraordinary extent.
    • Regenerative Healing Factor: He can regenerate damaged or destroyed bodily tissue with far greater speed and efficiency than an ordinary human. He can regenerate from anything, even injured tissue, brain cells (nerves), missing limbs and organs. As such, Deathstroke's body can take a tremendous amount of punishment before succumbing to death. Gunshot and stab wounds, cuts, and broken bones can perfectly heal in a few minutes. He was once impaled through his chest, and it did nothing but slow him down.
      • Enhanced Immunity: Deathstroke's body neutralizes all detrimental contaminants making him immune to all poisons, toxins, venom's, viruses, bacteria, diseases, disorders, parasites, allergen, radiations, mind control, body possession, telepathy, etc.
      • Decelerated Aging: Deathstroke does not age beyond his prime, allowing him to retain his physical prowess, health, vitality and youthful appearance for an extremely long period of time.
  • Tactical Analysis: Slade is the greatest strategist and tactician. Always calculating his opponents moves before hand; he even single-handedly defeated the JLA roster. He has been compared to Batman in terms of tactical methods. Even against metahumans, he has proven more than a match for them all at once with time to prepare. Roy Harper once claimed the Slade was, "The world's greatest tactician." Deathstroke can work out a battle ahead of time for all possibilities and predict enemy movements and tactics after the battle has engaged.
  • Intimidation: Deathstroke has the ability to instill fear in others, to the extent that even the people that know him best are intimidated by him. He is able to overpower and dominate the will of others.

His physical prowess is so great that he has defeated Batman in hand to hand combat.[8]
  • Swordsmanship: Deathstroke is a highly trained swordsman; he is able to dual-wield a pair of katanas and to use them with deadly accuracy and an almost superhuman speed.

  • Meditation: According to Wintergreen's Journal, Slade utilized meditation after being seriously wounded, recovering from his worst injuries with "...no sign he had ever fought at all." [9][10]
  • Escapology: Deathstroke was able to easily escape high tech meta-human handcuffs with only a paperclip.
  • Acrobatics: Deathstroke is a master acrobat. He is highly agile and is capable of performing skillful acrobatic maneuvers in combat.

  • Investigation: Deathstroke is a keen observer and expert detective.[1]
  • Surveillance: Deathstroke has experience in recon gathering as a result of his time in special ops units.
  • Throwing: Deathstroke is highly skilled in knife throwing, as he has displayed on multiple occasions. Slade's aim is so great, he was able to slice a fly in half by throwing a paper clip.
Equipment:

Deathstroke's Armor:
Deathstroke's helmet and armor are lined with promethium mesh, making it incredibly resistant to conventional injury as well as allow it to absorb and generate a whole lot of energy. However, along with promethium and several other types of metals, his armor also has Nth Metal, a rare metal found in Thanagar, home to Hawkman and Hawkgirl.

Promethium Broadsword: A large broadsword made out of Volatile Promethium this allows the sword to be much sharper, and gives it the properties to absorb and generate lots of energy. Making it a very dangerous weapon in the hands of Deathstroke.

Deathstroke's Energy Lance: One of Deathstroke's signature weapons, a nearly indestructible bo staff that can also discharge an energy blast (strong enough to destroy aircraft and even injure powerful metahumans but this can be manually altered to shoot weaker blast's). He can also separate his staff into two eskrima sticks.

Various firearms: Deathstroke has access to various firearms. An Assault Rifle, a Submachine Gun, a Sniper Rifle, and a Pistol, all of which fire Promethium bullets, which are better and more powerful than normal bullets.

Military Grade Knife: Just a simple Military Grade knife.

Grappling hooks: Slade also carries grappling guns that shoot hooklines and allow him to reach great heights or restrain his targets (similar to Batman's).

Various explosives: Deathstroke is carrying 3 flashbangs, 3 EMP grenades, 3 frag grenades, and a couple lbs of C4.

Personality:

Slade Wilson is a very complicated man. He is a man of honor who operates under a strict code of ethics, yet his sense of morality is flawed. Slade is a man who believes in using deadly force, and at times has acted as judge, jury and executioner for those he deems without honor or worth. Slade is, however, particular about the jobs he chooses, often turning down jobs that would compromise his personal moral compass, such as it is. In some occasions, Slade has fought on the side of angels merely because he believed in the cause. Other times, he has taken cases and committed acts other heroes would be disgusted by.

Slade, however, is a man capable of extreme devotion, whether it is to his family, friends or ex-lovers. He has always sought to protect those who have been close to them, and would not hesitate to lay down his life in exchange for theirs. His greatest tragedies have been his inability to prevent the destruction of those who have loved him. The death of his sons and ex-wife continue to haunt Slade. He is tortured by his helplessness to have saved them.

Slade is also a man who has a hard time expressing his feelings. His lack of expression made him neither a good father or husband. At times, he has distanced himself from those he loved for their own protection. On separate occasions, he curtly cut ties with Rose Wilson, his daughter, and Pat Trayce, his lover, in an effort "save" them from his way of life.

Backstory:

Slade Wilson was sixteen years old when he first enlisted in the United States Army, having lied about his age. After serving a stint in Korea, he was later assigned to Camp Washington where he had been promoted to the rank of Major. In the early 1960s, he met Captain Adeline Kane who was tasked with training young soldiers in new fighting techniques in anticipation of brewing troubles taking place in Vietnam. Kane was amazed at how skilled Slade was and how quickly he adapted to modern conventions of warfare. She immediately fell in love with him and realized that he was without a doubt the most able-bodied combatant she had ever encountered. She offered to privately train Slade in guerrilla warfare. In less than a year, Slade mastered every fighting form presented to him and was soon promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Six months later, Adeline and he were married and she became pregnant with their first child. It was at this time that the war in Vietnam began to escalate and Slade was shipped overseas. At home, Adeline gave birth to their son Grant.

Some time later, Wilson volunteered for a medical experiment designed to stimulate his adrenal gland in the hopes of increasing a soldier's ability to resist truth serums. The experiment did not go as expected, and Slade fell into a coma. When he awakened, however, he discovered that he was now capable of using 90% of his brain capacity, and his strength, durability, and agility were increased to near-superhuman levels. He applied for re-assignment with the Army, but they refused him. Although his condition was now stabilized, depression took hold of him and he was desperate to serve his country. At this time, Adeline became pregnant with their second child, Joseph. Unable to further his career in the military, Slade turned towards hunting. He became a world famous safari hunter and great wealth followed soon after. Adeline always suspected however that Slade felt unfulfilled.

A few years later, a group of hired mercenaries broke into the Wilson's mansion and kidnapped young Joey. Adeline attempted to fight them off, but a gas grenade prevented her from saving her son. When Slade discovered what had happened, he knew he could not keep the truth from his wife any longer. Slade was not only a world famous safari hunter, he was also one of the world's deadliest and most highly sought after assassins - Deathstroke the Terminator. He promised Adeline that he would save their son. Together, they flew to Tangier and squared off against a rival mercenary known as the Jackal. The Jackal wanted Slade to reveal important information relating to a client or else he would have his men kill Joey. Slade gambled on the idea that he could save his son before the Jackal could give the order. Unfortunately, Joseph's throat was slashed by one of the criminals before Slade could prevent it, destroying his vocal cords and rendering him mute. After taking Joseph to the hospital, Slade's wife, enraged at his endangerment of her son, tried to kill Slade by shooting him, but only managed to destroy his right eye. Afterward, his confidence in his physical abilities was such that he made no secret of his impaired vision, marked by his mask which has a black featureless half covering his lost eye.

Name: Selina Kyle

Superhero/Supervillain Identity: The Catwoman, Catwoman

Gender: Female

Appearance: 3301a7f06930b2253a4bfca9a9a255bf.jpg

Alignment: Neutral

Powers/Skills/Abilities:

Acrobatic: Catwoman is an incredibly gifted acrobat, regularly performing acrobatic feats that at the very least match- if not surpass- that of the Dark Knight himself. Her acrobatic ability is so incredible it has been called superhuman before.

Martial Arts: Trained in many disciplines of martial arts, Catwoman uses her martial arts skill combined with her reflexes and agility to dispatch opponents. She is known for her quick, nimble style of fighting and is capable of giving the Dark Knight a rub for his money. Selina is a master of boxing, capoeira, hapkido, jiu-jitsu, dragon style kung fu, and karate.

Stealth: Like a cat, Selina is silent while on the prowl, capable of sneaking up on military squadrons and even the Bat himself. She can break into the highest security locations with relative ease.

Thievery: A professional thief, Catwoman is a master of the art of stealing. A master pickpocket and a legendary jewel thief, Selina can rob anything from anywhere, so long as the Dark Knight doesn't show up to rain on her parade.

Disguise: Catwoman is more than capable of using disguises, fluently manipulating her emotions. She uses seduction even while outside of the Catsuit.

Escapology: Though never having her skills put to the test due to her elusiveness, at a young age she was capable of escaping from a locked closet while hog-tied with relative ease.

Deduction and Reasoning: While Catwoman is not quite equal to the IQ of that of Batman or the Riddler, she is still cunning and quick with her mind. However, her quick thinking usually comes to on-the-job ideas as opposed to forethought and planning.

Feminine Charm: Maybe not exactly feminine charm, Catwoman's greatest asset is often considered her way with others. Persuasive and seductive, Catwoman has more than once played the Dark Knight for a fool.

Feline Empathy: While not a documented superpower, felines of all sorts seem to be comfortable around Selina, willing to stay with her and on occasion even help her.

Equipment:

Catsuit: Lightweight, the Catsuit allows Catwoman to use her nimble body to its fullest while still providing a sense of anonymity. It comes equipped with her claws and the rest of her gear.

Bullwhip: A signature weapon of hers, Catwoman's training with her whip is phenomenal, using the weapon as a makeshift grappling hook to swing between buildings and as an offensive tool to strike down and/or disarm opponents.

Claws: Razor-sharp claws in her Catsuit activated by pressure, her claws shred through anything it touches including Kevlar, and can use them to scale buildings.

Personality:

The Cat is a bit of an oddball, not falling into the lines of hero nor villain.

Catwoman is centered around freedom and thrill. Living in the streets, Catwoman took full advantage of her liberty into a life of crime. Fun-loving and wild, Catwoman is a natural thrill seeker, and loves the satisfaction of a job done.

Catwoman is as far from naive as you can go, and rarely trusts others. While she seems open and welcoming, this is only a facade- it is difficult to truly earn the Cat's trust.

Catwoman's sense of morals are rather flawed- while she can tell right from wrong and understood murder is bad, her helping is limited. She generally only helps the side of the law when there's something in it for her. Her fights for justice rarely are for a desire to make the world a better place, but rather are simply for the thrills or the money.

Selina, despite her refusal of action, is a kind person. While she sees herself as but a thief, she deep down wants to be loved and accepted- something that has never happened to the girl before in her life.

Catwoman's feelings are rarely expressed- she generally hides them away. However, Catwoman really just needs someone to talk to.

Backstory:

Selina's early life was very tough. Her mother, a chronically depressed individual, had committed suicide when she was young, and her dad died of alcoholism soon after. Selina's sister Maggie was pulled away from her for reasons Selina still does not know, leaving Selina on the streets. She decided to take her chances.

Though she was good, she wasn't good enough, and was eventually caught pickpocketing by the GCPD. Seeing the spark of hope in her eyes, Ted Grant, martial artist and costumed hero Wildcat, taught her things. He taught her how to fight many different ways. By the time she was a young adult she was beyond belts in several principles.

Selina, back on the streets, became a waitress and a petty thief. One day, approximately 1 year before the story began, she saw Batman save her restaurant from thieves. Inspired by the vigilante, she decided this was the calling she was waiting for.

After purchasing the Catsuit and some equipment, Catwoman was off. At first they were small crimes, only pieces of jewellery. But Selina wanted more thrills. Her heists became bigger and bigger until she was at the Museum of Gotham, planning to steal a cat statue. There, she encountered the Batman.

From then on, it was a back-and-forth, cat and mouse. Sometimes Selina was forced to ditch th jewelry and run, sometimes she won. This was what Catwoman was waiting for. A challenge.

She continues, pressing the limits of those challenges.

However, due to living the life of a circus performer since birth, Dick has not been formally taught many subjects outside of reading, writing and arithmetic. High Intelligence: The Joker has an IQ of 140, which technically places him under the category of being a 'genius.'
Skilled Chemist: The Joker has the entire Periodic Table Of Elements memorized.
Hand To Hand Combat: The Joker isn't very strong, but he is very cunning and VERY fast. He may not have brute force when fighting someone, but he definitely has the element of surprise.

Equipment:
Joker Venom: A dangerous chemical that poisons his victims and makes them laugh to death with their faces fixed in a finished last smile.
Knives: The Joker is well known for using a variety of knives, even a potato peeler.
Jester Cane Sword: Although it looks like a ordinary cane, the jester cane contains a thin-razor sharp sword.
Razor-Sharp Playing Cards: The Joker's playing cards are used much like shuriken - he can throw them with astounding accuracy, and they have been shown to be sharp enough to damage Batman's gliding harness.
Electric Joy Buzzer: The joy buzzer is one of the Joker's most prominent weapons worn on the hand as a ring, it discharges a lethal electric current into anything that comes into contact. Whilst it has been used for assassinations by tricking the victim into shaking hands, it is also used as a hand-to-hand weapon and can even be used as a battery for powering machinery.

Harpoon Gun: The Joker's harpoon gun initially takes the appearance of a harmless toy gun that shoots a small flag reading "BANG!". However, after a second pull of the trigger, the flag blasts out of the barrel and impales the target.
Acid Flower: The flower that the Joker wears on his lapel can squirt a wide variety of chemicals. The chemical in the flower depends on the Joker's mood - it can be poison, Joker venom, acid, water or even nothing at all.

Personality: The Joker is the definition of pure evil. Really, there is no way that one cannot believe that he is anything less. Some people believe that he is a psychopath, but that is not true. The Joker feels emotion, and the definition of psychopathy is that a person feels no emotion whatsoever. His emotion may be sick humor, or anger, and occasional sadness when one of his plans doesn’t go right, but he does feel genuine emotion. But even with his insanity, the fact is that he is a brilliant criminal mind. He is not only able to think up complicated schemes very quickly, and set up all the necessary tools to get these plans going, but he can also adjust them very quickly when he needs to, as he often does since Batman is messing them up. The Joker has claimed that Arkham Asylum is just a resting ground where he can chill out, since he is always able to leave the place at will. Another sign of his brilliant mind is that he doesn’t rely on a single way of getting the job done. He uses multiple methods, such as elaborate traps, explosives, guns, anything that is on-hand, or that he cleverly has hidden on his person. There are also some pretty nifty little tools on him, like a flower in his lapel that can shoot acid, venom, fire, exploding toys, such as dice and countless other things. He has a little shocking device that he wears on his hand. Sometimes it is just a harmless prank, other time it is a great deal more serious. He feels no fear at all. Even the idea of his own death doesn’t frighten him.

Backstory: A man named Jack had a pregnant wife, Jeannie, and they lived in a rundown tenement on the far side of Gotham City. In a desperate effort for money to provide for his family due to his dream job of being a comedian that turned out poorly, Jack resorted to a life of crime and placed himself in mob affairs. One night, the mob hired two men to kill Jack. The men let Jack do their wishes under the alias The Red Hood. His costume consisted of a large domed red helmet and a red cape. During the robbery, the plant's security guards spot the intruders and shot the other criminals dead. The engineer tried to flee, but Batman appeared and cornered him on the plant's catwalk. Terrified, he jumped off the catwalk into the chemical basin to escape, swam to freedom, and survived because of a special breathing apparatus that was built into the helmet. The toxins in the vat permanently and grotesquely disfigured him, and turned his hair green, his skin white, and his lips red. Upon discovering that, Jack went insane, and became The Joker. After they believed Jack to be dead, the mob then hired a corrupt police officer to take his wife out. He succeeded, and Jack's wife, along with their unborn baby, burned to death in an alleged "accidental" electric fire.

Oswald Cobblepot
AKA
The Penguin

350

Gender: Male

Alignment: Bad

Powers/Skills/Abilities:

  • Genius-Level Intellect: From an early age, Cobblepot never had the same size nor strength of his peers, causing him to hone in on his intellect. The Penguin is incredibly smart, cunning, shrewd, and astute, in the same ball park as Batman and the Riddler.
    • Business Management: Oswald is an expert in the business field and successfully runs a variety of businesses, both above and below the law. If it weren't for Batman's intervention, Oswald would almost undoubtedly succeed.
    • Leadership: Oswald is a cunning, conniving leader and has amassed a massive group of henchmen, all of whom are incredibly loyal to him- a combination of wit, promises, and intimidation.
    • Mechanical Engineering: Self-taught, Cobblepot has designed weaponry for his thugs before. He once helped an escape from Blackgate Prison by rigging up a trick umbrella with nothing but aluminum soda cans, fabric, and a wrench.
    • Tactical Brilliance: Penguin's criminal plans are always masterfully done, and he rarely leaves holes in his criminal ventures. He generally uses failed ventures to study his opponents and exploit their weaknesses, as well as feigning obliviousness to lure them into a trap. If it weren't for his arrogance, Penguin might have done the Batman in before.
  • Avian Trainer: Penguin has an almost psychic connection with a variety of birds. This connection allows him to easily train and gain the trust of birds. He occasionally uses the birds for heists.
  • Hand-to-Hand Combat: Despite his small size, Penguin is a surprisingly skilled martial artist, capable of holding his own against Batman (on good days, and not for long though.)
    • Judo
    • Bare-Knuckle Boxing
  • Firearms: Though not an expert, Penguin is a decent shot with a gun, and often uses firearms (as well as his umbrella.)
  • Cold Tolerance: The Penguin can tolerate sub-freezing temperatures longer than most people. He can spend extended times outdoors in the winter before frostbite, hypothermia or even discomfort begin. This ability is not superhuman; he is just at the far end of normal human cold tolerance.

Equipment:

Trick Umbrellas:
The Penguin employs an assortment of "trick" umbrellas, many of which can be used as weapons as well. A few of his umbrellas are equipped with motorized flight capabilities, flamethrowers, machine guns and narcotic gas.

Various Firearms:
You know, guns? He uses quite a few of them.

Personality:
Unlike essentially the rest of Batman's opponents, the Penguin is not insane. This makes for interesting counters for the Dark Knight. Fancying himself as a 'gentleman of crime,' Penguin's schemes are not driven by hate or evil or psychosis, but simply by criminal desires.

One of those desires is money, true, for Penguin loves money and builds his life around supreme wealth. However, what Penguin wants most is respect and control. After traumatizing experiences occurred in his childhood, being ruthlessly tormented and bullied, Penguin has a desire to be respected by others and all.

Penguin is ruthless and routinely murders to achieve his goals, but only does so when it gets in his way of money and domination. Penguin has shown moments of caring before, but generally hides it away under a blanket of coldness an

Backstory:
Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, though born in a middle class background, had a hard time growing up. When Oswald was brought into this world, his mother placed him in his father's arms and with one look, Tucker Cobblepot drops Oswald on his head out of disgust. Oswald's father had no love for him while his mother smothered Oswald with her affections.

As Oswald got older, his brothers looked upon him with the same disgust as their father. Due to his short, stubby appearance, and distinctive nose; Oswald would get teased and mocked by other children who would often compare him to a bird. They would hang Oswald from the monkey bars with his hands and legs roped to the bars so he would look like a bird in mid air. There were other instances where children would bust in on Oswald while he was in the restroom and say "The Penguin is laying an egg." The ultimate form of cruelty was when Oswald's siblings and his schoolyard bullies invaded his man made aviary. The malicious children tore down every nest in the aviary and the defenseless Oswald cringed in horror as he watched the eggs crack on the floor

His only respite from the torture was when he would feed the wild birds that visited his greenhouse. He developed an affinity with the animals, and they were his best friends. However, Oswald embraced his moniker as the Penguin because even though penguins are clumsy creatures in an environment that isn't their own, they are adaptable to new surroundings and when threatened, a penguin's retribution can be swift as well as decisive. For Oswald, he embraced the hatred and disgust from his family or school mates thereby turning it against them as a means of justice. In a short while, Jason, Robert and William Cobblepot were taken from this world leaving Oswald as the sole heir to the Cobblepot Legacy. Tucker Cobblepot eventually died from pneumonia and Oswald's mother became a catatonic from all the tragedy that she had suffered.

For years, he felt like an outcast. This was the main cause that drove him to a criminal life. "Penguin" was one of the nicknames that other children would call young Oswald to tease him. Obsessed with anger, he made many plans to get revenge on his school bullies. Once he set a small host of captured magpies on a group of high school prom queens who were bothering him. They returned the favor by beating him with bats. Bleeding, he managed to get home. He went in to check on his adopted pets, and one bit him. In a rage, he beat it to death. After finishing school, he adopted the "Penguin" name and used his family fortune to set up a socialite hang out club called the Iceberg Lounge. He has been involved in several criminal enterprises, from being an illegal boxing promoter, and a prominent criminal on the Gotham black market. He has had many run-ins with Batman since.

Another trait that comes from his childhood is his classic umbrella. When he was young, his mother would make him carry an umbrella with him all the time to prevent him from rain as she feared that he might get ill and die like his father before him. He uses the umbrella as a cane to help him walk, but it also acts as a sheath for a hidden blade.

Rumor has it the Penguin is mobilizing assassins to finish the Bat once and for all, and to finally wrap his grip around Gotham's underworld.

Subzero Biology: While more limitation than power, Mr. Freeze requires subzero temperatures to survive. His frigid state is maintained by numerous intravenous tubes of Cryo-Serum along with the additional protection and support of his Cryo-Suit.

Decelerated Aging: Because he has been soaked in the serum he intended to use for cryo-preservation, his age progression has slowed drastically.

Toxic Immunity: His unique physiology makes him immune to most toxins, bacteria and viruses.

Superhuman Strength And Durability: Mr. Freeze's suit grants him superhuman (low-level) strength and durability.

Abilities

Genius-Level Intellect: Mr. Freeze is a scientific genius, his specialty in cryogenics. He employs an extensive array of cryo-weaponry in his driven quest, motivated by his grief and anger over the fate of his wife Nora.

Polymath: Victor is also a polymath who has specialized in multiple fields of medicine, engineering and science.

Multi-Lingual: He's able to speak English, German, Greek and Latin.

Mechanical Engineering: He's a gifted mechanic, having built his Cryo-Suit, Cold Gun and life support machine for Selina Kyle, who had her heart removed by Hush.

Cryogenics Expert: While Mr. Freeze is a skilled scientist in multiple fields, his specialty is cryogenics, an interest that started at an early age. His skill has allowed him to put his wife in suspended animation and make multiple cryogenic weapons.

Genetics

Chemistry

Equipment:

Cryo-Suit

Cold Gun: A weapon able to create gusts of cold that approach absolute zero. The gun is also capable of creating a "cold field" and imprison their opponents in a cocoon of ice.

Personality: Direct, relentless, isolated, bitter, egomaniacal

Backstory: Before he was transformed into the Cold Gun carrying Mr. Freeze, he was Dr. Victor Fries, one of the world's most accomplished cryogenicist. He had the honor of leading a team of cryonic researchers at GothCorp. Under Victor's supervision his team developed revolutionary cryo-technology and worked on dozens of groundbreaking experiments. But his most ambitious project was Nora Fields - the first recorded woman to undergo cryogenic stasis.

She was selected in 1964 after being diagnosed with an incurable heart condition. Modern surgery procedures could now fully mend Nora's heart, but reviving her from stasis was the real challenge. She had just graduated college before volunteering for cryo-stasis.

The era Nora was frozen in was the Stone Age in terms of cryogenic understanding. And as expected, her cryo-stasis was crudely administered. After months of analysis Dr. Fries' research team reached the heartbreaking conclusion that the beautiful Nora Fields could not be successfully revived. At least that was Victor's team's position; he remained unconvinced.

GothCorp instructed the team to move on from the failure and occupy themselves with more productive work. Victor tried in the beginning, but he was invariably pulled back to her. Nora's frozen form ceaselessly whispered to him. He couldn't help but believe there had to be a way to free her from her icy prison.

Eventually his superiors at GothCorp were alerted to Victor's distraction, and they took action to remove Nora from his lab. But Victor wasn't willing to be parted from his frozen obsession. Irrationality took hold of him. A melee ensued inside the lab as security attempted to restrain Dr. Fries in his moment of madness. A vat of cryo-serum was punctured and it washed over him and a security officer. The officer lost his life; Victor lived, but he would never be the same.

His body was quickly and painfully transformed into something no longer recognizable as human. Dr. Fries anatomy became the ultimate avatar of the frigid science he studied. And the change in temperature wasn't merely restricted to Victor's anatomy, his morality also turned ice cold. He crafted a new persona, a new identity to present to the world. Dr. Victor Fries may as well have died alongside the security officer that day because he is no more. Now there is only Mr. Freeze.

Waylon Jones
aka
The Killer Croc

Gender:
f7e18a6bbed55f83380827d25bfeb1cd.jpg

Alignment: (Good, bad or neutral)
Bad

Powers/Skills/Abilities:
  • Regressive Atavism: Killer Croc is afflicted with what seems to be some form of regressive atavism, meaning he has inherited some of the traits of ancestral species of the human race. Over time the primal reptilian part of his brain gains more control of his psyche.
  • Regenerative Healing Factor: He has superhuman regenerative powers, able to heal even lost limbs.
  • Armored Skin: His skin has hardened to the point where it is invulnerable to most forms of abrasion and even high caliber weapons fired from a distance.
  • Superhuman Strength: He has grown so physically powerful and quick over the years that Batman has had to resort to planting explosive devices on Croc's chest to knock him unconscious. He has also been able to rip a large bank vault door right off its hinges with ease.
  • Superhuman Speed
  • Enhanced Senses
  • Claws
  • Fangs
  • Wrestling: Croc has some experience at street fighting and wrestling, but he is nowhere near as proficient as Batman or Nightwing.
  • Swimming: Croc is an expert swimmer and can hold his breath far longer than normal humans.
Equipment:
n/a

Personality:

Low intelligence means low personality. Homicidal and unhinged, the Killer Croc is tough as nails, but only as smart as nails. Jones is ruthless and often perceived as heartless, but often times doesn't really understand many things. Croc, because of his avatism, is rather dull, and has trouble understanding more than who to rob, who to kill, who to punch. He isn't a thinker and prefers to let his boss do the talking and the planning for him. That's really all there is to it, lol. Croc is cannibalistic and money-driven, and desires revenge for the people that spat on him.

Backstory:

Waylon Jones was born with a condition that gave him a thick scaly hide and razor-sharp claws and teeth. As a child, he was relentlessly bullied because of his monstrous appearance. When he was only eight years old, he snapped and almost killed one of his schoolyard tormentors. For that little incident, he spent the next eight years of his life in reform school. He didn't like it much. Over this time his contempt for humanity grew; and so did his body, mutating to grotesque proportions and becoming increasingly reptilian in appearance. The now sociopathic Waylon Jones celebrated his eighteenth birthday by becoming a cold-blooded murderer.

He served twenty years for that crime and emerged from jail to join a traveling carnival. He quickly became the main attraction as the alligator-wrestler "Killer Croc". It is worth nothing that it was here that Croc first found a home and developed a niche for his heretofore ghastly appearance. The circus and its inhabitants became Waylon's family and had the circus been able to maintain financially afloat who knows if Waylon would then have turned to organized crime afterall.

In time, Waylon would turn away from petty crime - and Croc's ambitions and travels led him to Gotham, where he still remains, generally hiring himself out as hired muscle or a hitman.

Ava M. Write

Superhero/Supervillain Identity:
Sparrow

Gender:
Female

Appearance:
96baf9b65d1465e2295a206ea38a30fc.jpg
Ava stands at a rather average height of five foot five. With an athletic and toned, yet hourglass figure, random scars littering her skin (all faded for the most part). Her hands are normally bruised, and she currently had a faded black eye.

Alignment:
Good kinda

Powers/Skills/Abilities:
  • Enhanced Endurance: Ava can operate on a low power setting, allowing her to operate for an extended amount of time. She can hold their breath for longer periods of time and remain calm through stressful or painful situations, tolerate extreme hunger, unbearable thirst, and strong urges to sleep. While it may take a while, she will eventually give out.
  • Hand To Hand Combat: While, compared to others with professional training, she's unpolished, and rather rough around the edges, she knows how to handle herself in a fight. She makes a living in it after all.
  • Fast and Agile: Ava is fast, it's hard for most people to catch her. She easily dodge most punches, and could easily escape unwanted situations. And she's agile. While again, it helpsbwith dogding and escaping, she can also manage pretty basic parkour, with could give her a small advantage in a fight.
  • Multilingual: Ava knows many of the more common languages, along with Icelandic and Japanese. She also knows ASL.
  • Strong: Both mentally and physically.
Weaknesses:
  • Selfless- Ava is very willing to risk her like for the sake of others. It doesatter of she gets hurt, of they need help, she'll help. This has gotten her into some pretty bad situations however, and doesn't always end well.
  • A bit sensitive: By this, I don't mean calling her a loser will make her cry, I mean that she is rather sensitive to certain intense smells and sounds. They can easily be used against her, but many people have no way of knowing this.
  • Easily Manipulated: In certain situations, Ava can be easily manipulated. These cases are when someone else is in danger, they threaten children, and so on.

Equipment:

  • Padded Gloves: Pretty normal MMA gloves with padded knuckles. Good for punching things.
  • Taser: Ava has a taser. I mean, it's a taser what do I really have time say here.
  • Collaspable Baton
Personality:
Ava is a rather nice person. She tries to be kind to everyone, no matter who they are, and she loves to smile and joke around. She can be flirty at times, which is mostly empty and meaningless. She's extremely loyal and protective of her friends, and since she does have the means to beat people, they aren't really messed with. Ava can also be really mean. This may stem from what she does to get money, but it doesn't matter. She can be an apathetic bitch when she wants too. It helps when you have to brush off the jeers from being the only girl in a ring. It also helps her not feel bad about wailing on some guy.

Backstory:

Ava has had it pretty rough. Before her small and broken family moved to Gotham a little after she was born, her parents had been kicked out of their homes. One, for getting pregnant literally a few weeks before graduation, and having time drop out the other got kicked out for getting a poor girl knocked up. They managed to survive ling enough until they could get out of the smallbtown theyvwere from, and live to Gotham where they got a pretty crappy but affordable apartment.

Skip five years, and her mother's is a neglective drug addict and her father is a drunk. She had to learn pretty quickly how to take care of herself. Most nights she was alone, as her parents would leave for hour at a time, or pass out on the couch. She had to resort to begging at times to get money to give buy something simple to eat. Eventually, maybe a couple yearsblater, theyvwere out of money again but her mother was looking for a fix. Her dealer had been talking about how they were in need of a runner or two, so Ava's mom got an idea.

Hey, my kid is pretty street smart and fast, why not sign her up? So that's what she did. Sold off her daughter's freedom for cheaper drugs. Now, Ava was actually kinda glad, because the peoplebshe worked forbwas actually rather nice to her. She only ever worked after school, and a few of the members would bring her care packages everyone in a while. One of the ladies would help with honework if she could before Ava was sent out.

So, Ava got along pretty well during the years she was working for them. Eventually they got shut down, and she was cut a deal after explaining her story. 30 days in juvie for a few warehouse locations compared to two years was a great deal. It was here when her parents began to pay attention to her again. Her mom noticed they would run out of money faster than they did, and her father just noticed she was missing for about a month.

When she came back, she was different. It wasn't a huge difference, like coming back and I don't know, going into even worse crime or something like that. No, she decided that she was gonna try to be a better person. And it worked! She got a part time job as a waitress at some nightclub, her grades improved significantly, though they maybe still weren't the absolute best. She even made a few friends. And one of these friends, maybe made her life even better.

Dustin, is his name and Dustin, was pretty cool. They were best friends and one night he invited her to a fight. She thought itvwas a normal boxing match, but no. It was so much more. He took her to some abandoned warehouse where his fight club met. Now, I say his even though he wasn't a fighter, but because his brother was. And they were doing some weird thing where they asked people up from the crowd to fight one of their best. And he was dropping them like flies. Until Ava went up. She won, lasted longer than anyone else, and took him down. A few weeks later, Dustin asked if she wanted to be a regular fighter and get maybe twice the amount of money she made that first night. And as you could imagine, she said yes.

Own Character

Name:

Lucy Valdez

Superhero/Supervillain Identity:

TimeBomb

Gender:

Female

Appearance: 28565b2d5699b039f454d1b4a88b589e.jpg

Alignment:

She is extremely in the middle of bad and good. At some points, she’s on the heroes side, yet the next day her mind could change and suddenly be a major supervillains accomplice.

Powers/Skills/Abilities:

Supernatural Abilities: Lucy can see things. Like see see things. While she can still see normal things that people always see just through their eyes, but if she stares at someone long enough, she’ll get a random vision of that person’s life from their point of view. Most of the time it’s mostly something about a thing that they fear or are angry about. Lucy doesn’t have much control of this strange ability, and sometimes may be in the middle of a sentence and she’ll just collapse with her eyes rolled back into her head as she experienced her visions.

Physical Abilities: Lucy is surprisingly fast, not exactly an inhuman type of speed, but she is rather fast for how small and sickly looking she is. She’s noticed that being fast is rather helpful when it comes to a sticky situation and she needs a quick escape. But not only is she fast, she can be rather strong, and lift things that most grown men can, such as a heavy sofa and such. Of course, her strength has nothing to do with any inhuman abilities, her looks are just sort of deceiving.

Mental Abilities:
Besides her weird little vision problem, Lucy’s mental capacity is rather extraordinary. She’s extremely intelligent and has a large memory like no other person. Lucy can also be rather manipulating and can easily manipulate people into getting her things just by scaring them with her personality.

Equipment:

Medical Scalpel:
Now why on earth does she need a medical scalpel? Well, that’s for her to know and one unlucky person to find out.

A Rather Thick Rope: You never know when you may need to bind some creep’s hands and legs together and make them suffer.

Personality:

Some could say that Lucy was a bit messed up in the head. But that’s only how she chooses to represent herself. Lucy enjoys making people believe that she’s a rather intelligent psychopath, to a point where she’ll be asked a question about her childhood and she’ll merely reply with “I see myself more as a victim rather than a perpetrator... I was cheated out of my childhood.” Then will pull out her scalpel and run it along a tabletop or something close to the person she’s speaking to. Except that’s just all for amusement. She finds something that resembles amusement flicker inside of her when she sees the frightened or confused with her actions. But deep down, she has true feelings, where she loves things and people, and she can feel pain, and other ‘humanly’ things. Only… she hates it. Those types of feelings confuse her and make her feel all warm and gooey, which is how she felt before she met him.

Backstory:

Well. This is what some would call complicated, so let’s start at the way beginning. Lucy was born somewhere during the months of September and October with an unknown year, and her given name wasn’t even actually Lucy, she just never knew or cared to figure it out.

When she was assumed about 3 years of age, strangely suited men showed up at her little house in some small unknown town in New Jersey and took her with a few parental casualties. She was then taken to a scientific lab located in an unoccupied area of land in the state of New York, where scientists toyed with her brain.

In the labs was where she met him. Jonathan. Jonathan was one of the younger and less curious scientists who helped take care of Lucy and was the only one who called her by a name instead of ‘Subject 01’. In fact, Jonathan was one guy who gave her the idea of the name Lucy and actually treated her as though she were a fragile human and not a deadly ticking time bomb of a creature. Jonathan taught her how to feel, and was like what Lucy figured would be like a father to her in the hell she lived in. He’d bring her extra rations of food when he could so Lucy wouldn’t die of starvation, He’d read her stories to help her fall asleep at night when she wasn’t being strictly guarded, and he’d even occasionally take her outside to the fenced-in areas and tell her about that he’d get her out of there someday and they’d live happily as a family. And get her out he did.

It had been a rather overly hot July day, and the security seemed to be more on the lazy side, and it was easier to get places without having like a million and one guards check your ID as you walk to different places of the lab. So, Jonathan took Lucy outside to make it look as though he were yelling at her and getting ready to do an outdoor experiment. A new shipment of weaponry was coming in, and Jonathan was able to sneak Lucy into the leaving cargo and was going to follow out the truck when one of the smarter guards stopped Jonathan and asked him to explain what was in the truck. Jonathan tried to give a fake explanation, but the guard didn’t believe a shred of it. The guard went to grab Lucy out of the truck, only she had been expecting him and attacked him and knocked him to the ground and got the gun out of his hand and gave it to Jonathan so they could protect themselves as they left. But instead of running, Jonathan pressed a small scalpel into the girl’s hands and told her to run. Confused, Lucy did as she was told, and ran, only later hearing the gunshots and Jonathan’s screams coming to a horrid halt, and she realized what happened.

Lucy somehow managed to run to Gotham City, where she hid from any possible hunting scientists and got a low paying job and tried to live on with her life. Just to remember Jonathan, Lucy took his last name Valdez as her own but lost all types of links to emotions. As she walked the streets, she began doing strange things and scared people began to call her TimeBomb since she seemed like a ticking bomb that where no one really ever knew when she was going to explode.

Name:
Jenga Hawthorn

Superhero/Supervillain Identity:

N/A just Jenga

Gender:
Erm... eh? He was build anatomically correct so male?

Appearance: (Preferably a picture (please no anime pics) but a brief description will suffice)
tumblr_mwe3yj8dlK1sfwq8no2_1280.jpg

Alignment:
Good... for the moment...

Powers:

- Synthetic skin:
Jenga’s skin is made of alternating positive and negative ions in a cloth like form that clings to his metal into skeleton. When cut the negative and positive ions attract and seem to repair itself to an extent. If cut multiple times in rapid succession, the ions will begin to lose their charge and wont rebind. Fire also causes the ions to lose their charge and the skin is highly flammable and will not repair after a burn. He can function without the skin, but it exposes his circuits to water and other attacks.
- Titanium Alloy bones and ligaments: His metal skeleton his made of titanium alloy, making breaking almost impossible, rather they bend before they break. His ligaments are also titanium but in millions of tiny cords winding and overlapping and connecting to the bones, pulling and releasing in groups and resembling human muscle and connective tissue. He is ridiculously strong (maximum lift ability is about 2000 lbs.) and can stand up to a lot of blunt force trauma (excluding to the ribcage) because of the strength of titanium yet light enough to move freely because of titanium’s low density. There are some drawbacks to all this though, such as his joints. Just like in the human body, breaking a joint is easier than snapping a bone. It takes the same amount of force it takes to drive in a railway stake in one hit to knock a knee or elbow off its pivot but once it does, the entire limb because useless because of his muscle pattern. Titanium also, like most metals, becomes more bendable and s much more prone to breaking as well. He may be bullet proof (only where bones and muscle are present), impact resistant and relatively slash resistant, a welders torch will have no trouble blazing through his titanium string muscles. His skull also has the same weak points as a human’s (the temple) and his jaw is the easiest thing on his body to remove with impact because it’s only held on by two screws and titanium muscle.

- Electric nervous system: His nervous system courses through his body like a spider web, the subcutaneous sensors allow him to feel the world around him with limited accuracy (he can’t feel the difference between felt and microfiber or sand paper and concrete) while intramuscular nerves serve to send feedback to his main processor and simulate pain to make him aware of damage being done. The nerves also play the role of sending signals to the body to move, but is only as fast as a human’s giving him no reflex advantage over a normal man. The nervous system could be his greatest weakness! Expose a nerve and dampen it, even just a little will send a shock through his entire system, which will cause him to lose mobility functions and paralyze him. Shocking him directly will also have an effect of the nerves and could even spark a fire from the inside of his body.

- coolant circulatory system: His circulatory system also is remarkably complex, yet simple. As an android he has no need for oxygen, rather he needs coolant to keep all the gears and computers cool enough to function. He first intakes cool air through the nasal and oral cavities and keeps it in a chamber, where hot coolant is pumped through thin pipes and cooled by the air and circulates through tubes running beneath his false muscles and through his computer systems to keep them cooled down. In the meantime he simply expels the hot air and intakes more cool air. Each limb has two valves that shut if extreme coolant loss is sensed and preventing him from “bleeding out”. Even this system is open to compromise: The intake of air is incredibly important. If he eats anything or drinks anything or if his flexible wind pipes his closed off by force, it impedes his ability to cool his system and can overheat, which shuts him down wherever he may be until it cools off. The coolant valves also only shut off if “bleeding” is detected in the arms, legs or head, bleeding in center mass can’t be fixed. The liquid, sadly also has very few qualities to keep it from freezing. Ice crystals can form and clog the whole system.

- Computer systems and technology- He is a walking hard drive, constantly in taking and storing information just as the human brain does as well as some extra that humans cannot accomplish. He has facial scanners in his eyes that can recognize those registered in the criminal data base; He has a chip subcutaneously implanted above his left ear that can be honed into a frequency and work like a communicator. He also has a solid panel right above his hips that has a cord stored with a USB adapter he can plug into a computer (assuming it has a port) and literally feel the machine and hack into it with relative ease because the computer system sees him as a device (like a flash drive) rather than a hacker, allowing him to bypass a need for a password. He can also download some files and hold them in his hard drive to put onto titan computer and save. His facial scanners are, sadly, easily tricked. Heavy makeup, facial hair, scarring or wearing a hat or even aging since the time the person was registered will completely fly under his radar. His scanner is also susceptible to jammers and can be shut down with a strong enough energy impulse… the scanner shuts down at weak pulses but a strong one can power off all his systems. He also can only hold onto files until they are re-downloaded onto another computer. Once they are taken, his system wipes his stored outside data. The virus can also alter stored information or delete his files at random. Some good pieces about his internal hardware though, the storage that holds his personality and his consciousness isn’t in his head! It’s in his chest. Dr. Hawthorn knew that the head it target of most combatants and rather hard to protect other than his skull. So he put the part of Jenga that makes him almost human in a less conspicuous, more protected area and encased it in thick titanium to withstand damage. All the processors in his skull are actually for his optic, nervous and audial systems as well as the controls for his synthetic larynx. It’s right behind his circulatory system and is very well protected, but if something manages to get past his ribs, it’s prone to damage. He can however withstand up to 12 g’s of force to the chest before his computers sustain damage.
NOTE: Things you shouldn't do to Jenga.
Do not hack the android- Jenga's systems are literally hack proof. At the first slight chance of an intrusion to his systems Jenga sends out the MOTHER of al EMPs. Enough to blow every computer from gotham to metropolis and triggers a reboot.
Do not get anywhere near the androids jaws! Unless you don't want to keep those fingers- Jengas teeth look realistic... but they really plastic veneers glues onto projections of titanium. They pop off quite easily... revealing the razor sharp metal studs they sit upon. And the bite power in his jaw is almost that of a crocodile due to the hydraulics. Dr.Hawthorn didn't want the soft material of the inside of jenga's throat exploited, so he added the mother of all defenses. One bite can take off the whole hand.Or crush a frontal lobe.
Beheading wont do shit.- Ok well it will do shit. It'l; blind, deafen and make his make ungodly noises because he's lost control of the larynx but that's about it. His consciousness is in his chest, not his head. Sure his body with shut down to save itself from more damage. But Dr.Hawthorn can fix him.
Jenga can go without his skin- its just very unfavorable. Exposed wires and such.
Skills:

-Stealth: He’s a master of the ambush attack and can follow targets for hours if he must to get the perfect opportunity to ambush them when they least expect it.
- Fearless: He is well aware of what can actually damage him and what will be ‘but a scratch’. Hit by a car? Not a problem. Jump off a building? I’m fine! He knows that his threshold or risk is much higher than a flesh and blood person although the deterrent of ‘pain’ does rear its ugly head on rare occasion.

Abilities:
Fast learner: Jenga is not capable of downloading behaviors and information like complex directions. All knowledge about combat, human behaviors and his knowledge about the world must be learned like a normal human. This is what sets him apart from the normal, single task robot. He learns, he can use reasoning and he can make decisions based on his own judgement. He may be able to have an FBI database installed into his facial scanners, but this required an entirely new device and an incredibly invasive modification to the area behind his eyes. He cannot simply download knowledge; it must be acquired and learned from an outside source. Although being a machine does make this quite a bit easier. His memory is fairly good, above average on a human spectrum, but his systems do filter and process information like a human’s brain and even throws out extra information and will forget things it finds irrelevant. He tends to learn faster through hands on experience rather than reading or conventional studying, hence how he learned to hack manually.

Equipment:
N/A

Weakness:
There is a good list of things that can make Jenga shut down (Temporary):
-High frequency impulses
- high amounts of damage
- compromised aeration system
-overheat
-electric shocks of over 1500 watts (same amount as an electric chair)
-if he hasn’t charged in over 48 hours. He must power down if he wishes to charge, just like a human sleeping.
- Exposure to water to his bare circuits.
Things that will shut Jenga down for good:

- Hard hits to the abdomen! The machines that dictate vital functions are only protected by the muscle mimicking wires of his abdomen. The titanium strings are only as resistant as human muscle. Making them easy to slash through and barely hitting an internal wire spells death.
-electric shock of over 2000 watts
-melted vital systems
-melted coolant tubing will spill coolant over his consciousness drive.

Personality:
Kind, sweet and caring, Jenga is what every parent wants in their children. He’s a constantly smiling happy person and is extremely open minded. He has some moments of being a goofball like any typical teenager and can be pretty awkward around anybody, friend or stranger. His personality databank was left with some room to input more data so his personality was never set in stone, his experiences and choices have been allowed to shape his personality just as they would in a human. He can be very silly and has a difficult time understanding some things about normal people and sometimes the virus makes all this even worse. He has a love for all things living and robotic and a longing to be like the living. He wants nothing more than to experience everything being alive has to offer, even real pain that comes from real nerves rather than negative feedback mechanisms.
Although he is completely coding, some of his personality has been, snipped, deleted or distorted by a virus making some rather odd moments where his personality can do a complete 360 or make him act strangely. Its random what the virus will edit and changes to his personality can be anything at all. Jenga feels emotions just as people do and even has his own insecurities about not being accepted by society just as he was rejected by his mother figure and he fears the inevitable danger he might cause in the future which would result in him being shut down. He is willing to allow himself to be destroyed if the virus ever turns him into what his mother feared in the first place, and he is afraid of ‘death’ because he doesn’t know if artificial life gets an afterlife.
Backstory:

Jenga’s parents were a pair of scientists who had pioneered a biotechnology company known for building automated prosthetics for amputees. His mother was the master of getting the biological aspect prepared for the prosthetic limb, while his father actually built each appendage by hand and they worked together getting the false nerve endings to connect to the real nerves. They fell in love in college, got married and built a medical empire. However, when it came time they start a family it was discovered that Ella was unable to conceive and they were ineligible for adoption because James was in remission from prostate cancer. The pair was devastated, their world had been shattered and their dreams of a family were down the drain… however, this is when James decided to get creative.
If they could not have a baby naturally, or adopt one, he would make them the perfect son. He poured everything he ever learned into creating the model child, making his physical appearance a cross between the pair’s looks. Ella on the other hand was displeased with this innovation. As a biologist, she believed it was unethical to create a machine that would function like a human and the idea terrified her. This did not deter the biotechnologist, he was determined that when he was finished, she would love Jenga as much as he did! It took millions of dollars to construct the android, hours upon hours of his time making every detail absolutely perfect. The missing money and time did not go unnoticed, Ella was furious with her husband and the fighting began. They argued nightly and the relationship grew weak. After 3 years of building, Jenga was completed and presented to his mother.
Ella was so far from pleased and argument started, the mother of all arguments. Ella was so upset with James for such unethical behavior she left him that night, she stayed at one of their computer technician’s place where a devious plot hatched to get rid of the abomination of a machine once and for all. The technician coded up a complex virus that would hide in the coding for Jenga’s personality and consciousness drives. To delete the virus means to delete Jenga himself. Ella went back to her home the next morning with the virus on a flash drive and found Jenga charging in the complex apparatus that James had built him and plugged the virus in and downloaded it, Infecting Jenga with the robotic equivalent of a flesh eating virus. Ella then left her husband, who didn’t discover the virus until a week later. He managed to corner the virus so that it only edits things when he powers down to charge, but he wasn’t able to get rid of it completely. Occasionally the edits can be fixed if it changes systems other than his personality, but if it changes his personality, it cannot be fixed.
Jenga’s father fears what his beautiful son will become, if he will be able to resume being the kind and sweet person he was. He fears his wife may have started the decent for him and that one day Jenga must be shut down. Jenga has agreed that if the virus ever makes him hurt anyone, he will allow Dr. Hawthorn to shut him down for good without a fight. Dr. Hawthorn possesses a switch that will send a high voltage shock directly to the consciousness (essentially his brain) and end Jenga instantly. Jenga only wishes to please people, especially his mother.
All through Jenga’s early years, he’d always seen what the heroes did for the community. He looked up to them, aspired to be like them one day. People loved super heroes and didn’t question if they had a right to exist because they were different. Perhaps if people approved of the Justice Leauge because they saved people, they would approve of him if he tried to do it too. But there was one flaw. He was under equipped for a fight. Sure his titanium skeleton and his ligaments made him incredibly strong and durable, but he had no coding for combat. He had no idea how to defend himself and had nothing to offer the team other than another person with little redeeming features other than the fact he was strong.
He approached his father about modifications to achieve a dream of crime fighting, But Dr. Hawthorn was a bit skeptical about his pride and joy getting beaten up for a living.
Dr. Hawthorn originally refused Jenga’s request, but over the next year the same conversation would arise about once every other week asking if he could have modifications to fight. Dr. Hawthorn, exhausted from hearing the same thing over and over, finally he gave in.

Dr. Hawthorn decided to allow Jenga to chase his dream of acceptance; outfitting him with some more advanced technologies. He knew that Jenga was not built for a fighting, but with only so much room in his body he couldn’t add many more modifications to protect him. He did the best he could, but he knew the risk was high. Then they were met with another problem, Jenga did not know how to fight like a titan and although he was extremely durable had no place on a battlefield yet.
Jenga’s plans to join the fray were postponed while a martial artist was brought in to teach him how to fight every single day, four hours a day for a year until Jenga could finally hold his own in skilled combat. No coding required.

Name: Dr. Jonathan Crane

Superhero/Supervillain Identity: Scarecrow

Gender: Male

Appearance: (Preferably a picture (please no anime pics) but a brief description will suffice)

http://img06.deviantart.net/4ab9/i/2013/275/1/8/batman_s_scarecrow__2_by_alexgonzao-d6omx5j.jpg

(Fear Gas Form)
https://s7.postimg.org/4gglfgd1n/SCARECROW-1490824381.jpg

Alignment: Bad

Powers/Skills/Abilities:
-Close Combat: Though he prefers to rely on his Fear Gas, Scarecrow will resort to confrontational methods when needed, being surprisingly skilled in hand-to-hand combat. In addition to being a master of Crane style Kung-Fu, he utilizes in a self-created style of combat known as "violent dancing" which also uses drunken boxing and makes use of his long arms and legs.

-Psychology: Scarecrow greatly understands the power and uses of fear. He even has a PhD in psychology. With this knowledge, he knows how to use words to affect a person's actions, once managing to drive two men to suicide with nothing but words. He also can use this insight to find people's mental weaknesses and exploit them.

Equipment:
-Fear Gas: Scarecrow's chief weapon is a toxin he created called fear gas. With it, he can cause his victims' worst fear to come to life. He can also cause a person to fear something they didn't before, as when he caused two guards at Arkham to fear glass in order to break out. This substance is versatile as it has been used in gas, darts, capsules, etc. His mask was made in order to enhance the effects of the hallucinogen while also acting as a gas mask of sorts to keep him from poisoning himself. Even so, he has have formed an immunity to fear, which depresses him.

-Weapons: For weapons, he is skilled with farming tools so he tends to use pitchforks, sickles, and scythes. He occasionally uses firearms as well.

Weaknesses: Despite his self-created fighting style and usage of farming tools as weapon, Scarecrow is physically weaker than that of an average human, and as such, relies mostly on his Fear Gas and Fear Toxins. Although he has an incredible immunity over fear, Scarecrow can be affected by his own madness-inducing chemicals, in which he will witness as his deepest, truest fears manifest. Ironically, the Scarecrow has a phobia of birds, although he owns a pet crow named Craw.

Personality: Once a highly respected doctor in his successful fields of biochemistry and psychology, Scarecrow was in reality, obsessed with fear which caused him to have a low sanity and morality meter in adulthood, as he was determined in overcoming the worst fears of mankind and used that knowledge to control fear itself to gain power. Crane had the mentality of a scientist and believed the only way to achieve results was through experimentation, though his methods were unscrupulous, he showed little remorse over submitting living subjects to a literal nightmare, if he believed that their deaths were for a greater benefit, he would do so without batting an eye. Afraid for most of his childhood due to being bullied into submission, had destroyed Crane's psyche entirely as he vowed to never feel afraid again; he was willing to illegally experiment on humans by exposing others to their worst nightmares to advance his research further and achieve that.
Despite his sadistic nature, Scarecrow genuinely believes that his work is for the good of humanity. Or perhaps, he believes that initially, but as displayed on the night that Joker took control of Arkham Asylum, as shown by the way that he laughed joyfully to exposing orderlies, patients and multiple innocent civilians to his fear toxin and reveled in their madness, Scarecrow seemed to have shredded that (false) ideal to comfort humanity entirely and proved his nature as that of an evil psychopath in its fullest. Crane also seemed to genuinely believe that he was still a doctor, and ignored that his accomplishments and decorations as one were officially reneged ever since he unlawfully experimented on living human subjects.

Backstory: Abandoned by his parents to an abusively religious grandmother and bullied throughout his youth for his lanky appearance, Jonathan Crane worked tirelessly to conquer his own fears and became a master at such a natural and primal feeling throughout his research. Crane vowed to overcome his fears through the study of psychology and biochemistry on phobias and the nature of fear. After he developed an incredible Gas Agent hat amplified a person's worst fears and brought it to life in a horrifying fashion in his or her mental state, Crane murdered his grandmother and went on to become a professor, and used his students, medical patients, and even the Blackgate Prison and Arkham Asylum inmates in his inhumane experiments. After he perfected his fear toxin, Crane renounced his previous identity and guised himself into the terrifying image of The Scarecrow, a name that was once a favorite taunt of the man's former bullies, and using his toxin to fulfill many of his personal desires, while he also developed an immunity towards that same toxin.
After Crane was ultimately exposed and captured by Batman and sent to the same institution that he used as a staging ground for his inhumane experiments, he realized that the hero had proved to be the only individual who was capable of inflicting fear on him. With his research the only motivating factor in his life, Scarecrow felt nothing but delight when he saw his countless victims' minds break into insanity and death from his weaponized fear toxin, and reveled in the sense of control that his experiments empowered him with. He would eventually break out with the aid of The Joker, and would commit to an ongoing criminal reign of terror that made him one of Batman's most psychologically dangerous foes.

When she was finished with High School at Gotham Height High School, she moved to Old Gotham and joined the police force as a detective. She tried to make it her life's work to become a successful detective and eventually catch the criminal who killed her father. Some detectives noticed her obsession and suggested she transfer to the police force. She lashed out at them loudly. She was told by her boss to transfer after that and she reluctantly did so. She was known as a renowned police officer after that. She was much more skilled in the police force than as a detective despite her not liking it as much. She was catching several criminals throughout the years until she was promoted to police lieutenant. Now she continues to catch criminals to this day.

Name: Robert Smith

Superhero/Supervillain Identity: Vulcan

Gender: Male

Appearance:
65d0e9811b5f1c67172387e0a5b43845.jpg

Alignment: Nominally evil, mentally neutral (may change to Good or Evil later on)

Powers/Skills/Abilities:
--> Craftmanship Magic: Simply put, Vulcan is so named because he has the ability to craft magical items. That is, he can take an ordinary item and enhance it to have one (or more) magical properties. He can make magic items from scratch, but this requires far more time and effort than simply improving a pre-existing item, and thus isn't exactly cost-effective unless his client is a millionaire. This manifests in making items do things that they were never intended for. For example, an ordinary pair of leather gloves can increase his strength fivefold, or a pair of boots can enable enhanced jumping ability, a backpack can store objects vastly larger than itself, or a smartphone can connect to the Internet from the bottom of the Mariana Trench. There are two types of enchantments: Active and Passive. Active enchantments have to be "turned on," things like shooting lightning or using a twig as a proper wand. These can run out of juice and will eventually degrade. Passive enchantments, such as a briefcase with increased storage capacity, are "always on," and will last until the item is physically destroyed.
--> Hand-to-hand combat ability (roughly equal to a black belt in Taekwando)
--> Firearms Training (about as much as your average GCPD officer)
--> Magical Combat: While Vulcan cannot directly manifest his magic without a tool, he is a master of using magic-infused items, whether they belong to others or he made them himself. Staves, wands, magical orbs, spellbooks, he can do it all.
--> Basic Sorcery: With the glasses he wears, Vulcan is capable of very limited sorcery, which basically amounts to seeing a spirit floating in his living room and asking it to help him. However, since he doesn't bind these spirits (because he can't), this ironically works in his favor, since he has a reputation as a trustworthy mortal who treats spirits like human beings and not tools.
--> Money: They say that crime doesn't pay, but Vulcan has managed to make a modest fortune from his illicit activities. He has a net worth of about $5 million, which is pathetic when compared to the likes of the Penguin and Bruce Wayne but still way better than most of Gotham's residents.
--> Intelligence: Vulcan is a bit smarter than the average person, with an IQ of 150.

Weaknesses:
--> Prep Time: The most basic enchantment takes two hours of intense work. More powerful ones, or stuffing more than one enchantment into an item, can take anywhere from days to weeks. Creating an item from scratch can take months or even years.
---> That X was never designed to shoot fireballs!: One of the downsides of relying on ordinary equipment for enchantment is that each item can only store so much magic before it begins to degrade. Pre-existing items have a hard cap on the strength of the enchantments Vulcan can give them. Furthermore, continuous use of an "active" enchanted item will gradually cause it to lose its effectiveness, and eventually stop working altogether. However, this is averted in the case of purpose-built magic items like staves and wands: Those tools have a much higher magic limit, and will never degrade on overuse. However, using a staff to annihilate a skyscraper is still out of the question.
--> Clothes make the Superman: Vulcan, beneath his layers of magical gear, is just an ordinary man. Separate him from his gear, and he's powerless.

Equipment:
--> T-shirt that projects an invisible ward spell all over his body, capable of stopping a .50 caliber sniper bullet or a stabbing attempt from a very heavy wrestler.
--> Combat boots that enable super-speed and/or flight on command. With these, Vulcan can run and fly at 80 MPH, or hover in the air.
--> A ring that increases Vulcan's considerable strength by a factor of three, enabling him to lift about 1000 pounds (with extreme effort).
--> A Colt 1991 Government.45 caliber handgun (hidden in his coat) that is enchanted to serve as an impromptu "wand," capable of firing bolts of magical energy or affecting foes with other spells as he desires.
--> An "ordinary" baton that imparts 100,000 volts of electricity to an opponent on contact.
--> Glasses that enable Vulcan to see through illusions and observe normally invisible supernatural phenomena, as well as track people by the unique characteristics of their soul, to the point where he can see through walls.
--> A Samsung S7 smartphone with infinite battery life, durable enough to be run over by a tank and keep working, immunity to water, fire, acid, and short-circuiting, and capable of getting a connection from anywhere on the planet. He put a lot of work into this one, destroy it or steal it at your own peril. He's working on offloading the enchantments to a Vertu Constellation, but it'll take a few months.
--> A black trenchcoat that has portals to a tiny pocket dimension hidden in its...pockets. This enables Vulcan to store overly-heavy and bulky items within, though it's still limited to what he can physically carry, even with his enhanced strength. Effectively a Scott E-Vest on steroids.
--> An abnormally-durable (read: moderately bulletproof) SurvivalAddicts Smartwatch that acts as a "master control" for his assorted items. While he can turn his enchantments on and off by merely thinking, it takes significant mental discipline to manage, and in the heat of battle it's easy to fuck up and hurt yourself in the process.
--> A balaclava that enables the user to turn invisible with no downsides, though they can still be detected outside of the visible light spectrum.
--> A switchblade capable of cutting through solid titanium without dulling.
--> A pendant that protects the user from mind-altering effects, chemical, magical, or otherwise.
--> Black leather gloves that boost his reflexes and dexterity dramatically when worn, to a superhuman level.

Personality:

Vulcan can easily be dismissed as a criminal, no better than the rest of Gotham's scumbags, but he's a reluctant one at worst. He despises his own clients, only working with them to pay the bills. In public, he comes off as just another rich thirtysomething, giving no sign that he's actually one of the most destructive weapons manufacturers in Gotham's entire criminal underworld. He would like nothing more than to put this whole business behind him and open up a shop somewhere, yet he views himself as in too deep. He knows it's just a matter of time before an honest cop or the Batman himself shows up and tears down his entire operation, and trying to walk away will only piss off the monstrous criminals he works with on top of that. However, if Batman were interested in the gear he creates, he would gladly join the forces of good.

Backstory:

Robert Smith grew up to a single mother in a lower-middle-class apartment in inner-city Metropolis. But he was always different from his friends and family. Strange things would happen around him. Computers would go haywire, stoves would flare up on their own, books would move around independently. His fundamentalist Christian mother viewed these occurrences as proof that their child was "of the Devil," though she wouldn't dare tell it to his face. She was conflicted between what her hyper-religious beliefs made her think and her affection for her son, and, as a way of resolving this conflict, sent him to live with his aunt when he was 14. Unbeknownst to her, her sister was secretly a mage, and saw in Robert the gift of magic. So she honed his abilities, teaching him how to use his gift. But Robert found that he couldn't manifest magic the normal way; only objects were affected by it, not people. So his new teacher taught him artificing, the art of magical augmentation and the use and craftsmanship of magical items. Robert proved to be a natural at this, and eventually went to college for business against his aunt's wishes, feeling that mankind had progressed beyond the witch hunts of old and would benefit from the use of magic.

Robert attempted to start his own business selling magical items to the common man. Unfortunately, he couldn't mass-produce them, so each item was one-of-a-kind. This meant that his only clients were the rich, who usually dismissed Robert's business as a scam, not believing the various demonstrations Robert gave. Then one day, he got an offer from a shady character: Create magical weapons for the Penguin, and Robert would be filthy rich. As his savings were falling into the gutter, Robert reluctantly agreed. Robert created thousands of magical knives, guns, clubs, garrote wires, bombs, and other tools of death and destruction, and was responsible for much of the Penguin's rise to power.

Robert was now wealthier than he could have ever dreamed. But he knew his funds were all blood money, and it took its toll on his psyche. He couldn't look at himself in the mirror. He would wake up at night screaming after another nightmare of his weapons blowing up the Waynetech building. He became a recluse, working on his inventions in secret, but keeping a substantial collection for his own use. If he needed to escape the criminal underworld, he would have the tools to do so, but he knew all of this was just delaying the inevitable. And then he heard about this "Batman" fellow. Maybe he might find a legal client after all...

Superhero/Supervillain Identity: Metalhead

Gender: Male

Appearance:
Metalhead.jpg

Alignment: Bad

Powers/Skills/Abilities:

Superior Fighter: Metalhead is a powerful, very aggressive fighter, being able to take out six men while remaining unscathed and smashing stone with ease. He’s a superior brawler and pragmatic martial artist, especially with his unique gear.

Tireless: Metalhead has a rock-solid musculature and lots of endurance, allowing him to take countless body blows without effect and easily recovering from a head on collision with a stone statue.

Interrogation: Metalhead is an adept interrogator, implementing his unique interrogation style, often headbutting some hapless lowlife and standing there with blood over his head and face as he interrogates them for answers.

Intimidating: Metalhead can be very intimidating, covered in his victims blood, generally making people talk and giving him what he wants.

Weaknesses:
Conspicuous:
Metalhead doesn't keep a low profile with many of his actions causing a scene and a lot of commotion. His distinct costume also leads an impression which is made even more striking after one of his "displays", generally left dripping with blood.

Anger Issues: Metalhead hates being disrespected and not being giving what he wants, often leading him to use deadly force to solve the problem.

Equipment:
Metalhead wears a black leather bodysuit which incorporates:
  • Spiked Gloves: Much like Classical Roman cesti, his gloves have spikes on the knuckles making his punches more deadly.
  • Spiked Hood: The hood is covered in spikes, allowing him to use his strength to deliver deadly head-butts or even bull-like charges to inflict grave, bloody wounds. It also makes blows to the head almost impossible without serious injury.
    • Bladed Lash: Furthermore there’s a heavy lash on the top, incorporating blades. While this weapon is somewhat improbable, Metalhead has obvious expertise at moving in such a way has to deliver heavy slashes with his head-lash — in terms of reach, effectiveness and the like it’s pretty much as if he was wielding some sort of bladed flail. Like many flails, this weapon is difficult to counter.

Personality:

Less-than-bright but powerful thug, who solves just about every problem by hitting it until it ceases to be a problem. He has very low patience and *hates* people mocking him, often leading to the use of deadly violence.
He has no subtlety whatsoever, and his idea of an “investigation” is to slaughter people in seedy bars until somebody talks. He’s very proud of his own strength and skill.

Backstory:
Metalhead is a ruthless assassin who grew too big for his own turf and now has moved to Gotham to make a name for himself in one of the local gangs.

~Charles Collins~

latest

Gender: Male

Alignment: Pure Neutral

Powers/Skills/Abilities: He can cook some pretty killer meatloaf.

Weaknesses: Being Humans

Personality: Charles Collins is what you'd call your average family man, working as an intern, returning home to his Gotham Estates with his suburb family, and lives an exceptionally ordinary life. Unfortunately, poor Charles seems to have a bad habit of finding himself caught in some extraordinary days that usually turn his life upside-down. From being forced to serve The Joker as a lackey for a couple years, to currently letting an inter-dimensional being crash at his house, Charles only wants to sit down, enjoy some coffee and attend to his work. that is, unless his inter-dimensional roommate creates a miniature galaxy within his office just for the fun of it.

Backstory: Driving home after a particularly bad day, he reached his limit when a rude driver cut him off. Charlie caught up to the man and insulted him, only to recognize him as the Joker. Terrified, Charlie tried to escape into the woods, but Joker tracked him down. Charlie promised to do anything in exchange for his life and his family's safety. Joker decided to take him up on the offer, and a frightened Charlie wondered what it was, only to be told Joker could not think of the request on such short notice. Joker decided to make Charlie his "hobby", deciding not to call in his favor right away.
Two years later, Charlie was aghast to receive a call from Joker, "inviting" him to travel to Gotham City. When Charlie arrived, he was just as surprised to learn what the favor was: opening a door to let Harley Quinn wheel a giant cake into a testimonial dinner for Police Commissioner James Gordon. The cake released a noxious gas which stunned everyone in the room save for Harley who wore a gas mask as well as Charlie who was provided one by her. Unknown to Charlie, Joker sprayed the door handle with an adhesive, trapping Charlie in the room while Joker planted a bomb on Gordon. Joker intended to eradicate the entire GCPD in the explosion, as well as everyone else to include Charlie, whom he had no more use for. However, Charlie had contrived a way to call for help from Batman (albeit rather crudely considering he only had a few odd and ends to work with), who arrived in time to save the Commissioner.
Later, Charlie cornered the Joker and claimed that he was going to use a bomb from the villain's van to kill him, to make sure Joker could never threaten his family again. Caught off guard, a scared Joker yelled for Batman's help, and surrendered all the information he had gathered on Charlie and his family. As Batman took Joker into custody, Charlie revealed the joke was on him for once—the bomb was a dud—a joke which Batman seemed to appreciate.
Free at last, Charlie returned home to his wife Bonnie and his son, Kenny, now more appreciative of his humdrum life. That was, until he was payed a visit by a strange imp named Bat-Mite, who came knocking on his front door one morning and asked if he could "crash for a while". And well... lets just say that things have only gotten weirder for this poor man after that day...

Powers/Skills/Abilities:
  • Invulnerability: Doctor Smiley himself cannot be killed by means against his physical body. He can feel pain, he can be injured, his head could even be cut off but he cannot be killed. The only way he can be killed is by killing one of his hive-mind.
  • Hive-Mind: Those Doctor Smiley kidnaps can be transferred into a hive-mind. He controls the hive-mind and shares their skills and talents. To convert one into a hive-mind, he must preform surgery. In the surgery, he first must remove the head of victim. Jason Todd

Superhero/Supervillain Identity:

None currently

Gender:

Male

Appearance:

JasonTodd_zpsrmlqkm3l.png

Alignment:

Neutral

Powers/Skills/Abilities:

- Brawling: Jason has spent long enough on the streets to know how to defend himself as he picks up new combat techniques quickly. He is very dangerous with a bat or a knife and has been known to leave enemies broken and bleeding.
- Deduction: Jason is rarely made the fool. He has a strong ability to figure the truth out and always comes up with a unique solution to a problem.
- Stealth: Jason is able to keep a low profile and not arouse suspicion. He has built these skills by learning to avoid rival gangs and by committing thievery.
- Parkour: Jason was an adept athlete in school, being on the track team. He has converted this experience into an ability to easily traverse the urban landscape of Gotham. Parred with his sneakiness Jason can get around without most people noticing.

Weaknesses:

- Aggression: Jason has major anger issues which can cloud his judgement. He can be quite vicious in combat and think only with emotion and not with logic. This has got him into some bad situations.
- Addiction: Jason is addicted to cigarettes and partakes occasionally in other drugs and alcohol. He needs to light up every few hours or he gets super stressed. This also is beginning to have an effect on his health, as he is starting to get winded easier.

Equipment:

- Two switchblades.
- A pair of brass knuckles
- A kit of thief’s tools

Personality:

Jason Todd tried to be a happy child but the world kept interfering. He could never feel like he connected to the other kids, so instead he felt rage. This rage was a fire that was always burning no matter what. It could flare up at random and Jason would start swinging. A choppy family life messed up how Jason forms relationships; he gets attached real quick but will quickly try to drive them away as he feels they’ll let him down soon anyway. This aggression and dysfunction play havoc on his mental health as he goes through bouts of depression where he’ll withdraw from everyone and experience severe anxiety, usually only placated by a pack of cigarettes. The times when Jason controls his rage he is quite clever and can out think most who oppose him. This intelligence keeps telling him in the back of his mind that he could have a better purpose, a better life if he fought for it. This thought is usually suppressed by the mental baggage of his past, telling him that you can’t go up in Gotham. Yet sometimes he still dreams about it.

Backstory:

Jason Todd was born to Willis Todd and Sheila Haywood in the Gotham neighbourhood of Robbinsville. Sheila was a doctor at Gotham Mercy General Hospital while Willis was a construction worker. They had met shortly after Sheila became a doctor. A few months after that she was pregnant with their son. Sheila didn’t want to be a parent and was going to have an abortion until Willis talked her out of it. Then Jason was born. Initially the two thought that having a child would strengthen their relationship, but the stresses of parenting strained it. The final straw was when Sheila was caught stealing medication from the hospital and selling it on the street. Before she could be charged she fled out of the city, leaving Willis to raise Jason alone.

Willis struggled to raise his infant son and was looking for support. So when he had a chance encounter and ran into a childhood friend he took advantage of it and ended up marrying her. Catherine Todd was an artist without a job but was a pretty good mother to Jason. Except she had a secret addiction to drugs. It wasn’t until the time that Jason was starting school did Willis learn about the drugs. But by then he didn’t want to break up his family so he ignored the problem.

In school Jason found himself to learn things easily but he had issues with aggression and would fight with the other kids. This added to the instability in the household as Catherine still didn’t have a job, and work was getting scarce for Willis. Eventually they could no longer afford their house and had to move in to a small apartment in Crime Alley. Jason’s new school was terrible so he stopped learning and started fighting more. Meanwhile Willis finally found work as part of a construction company owned by the Falcone crime family.

Even though Willis started to make money the other family members suffered. Catherine began to take harder drugs while Jason started hanging out with gang members. This came to a head when Jason was expelled from school for lying about a massive drug deal being done by his friends at the school. When Willis learnt of this he was furious and verbally attacked both Jason and Catherine about how they were just druggies. Later that night, Catherine overdosed.

Jason took this hard, but Willis took it harder. Mad with grief, Willis took the handgun hidden under his bed and went to find Catherine’s usual dealer. When he found him he shot him six times. After that he went to a nearby bar to drink. Several hours later he exited the bar only to find a man in a suit waiting for him. The man informed that the dealer, like Willis, worked for the Falcones, and that he had murdered a co-worker. Before Willis could respond he was shot in the head.

Jason learnt of his father’s murder on the news the next day. For a week he sat alone in the apartment before finally deciding to look into what had happened to his father. After several days of pounding the street and talking to his gang member friends he learnt that the Falcones were involved. Even though he was angry Jason wasn’t stupid, he knew going against the Falcones was suicide. So he began hanging out on the streets, learning how to survive out there. The day before he was to be evicted out of his apartment Jason gave one of his friends everything in the apartment in compensation for letting him crash at his place.

It has been several months since then and Jason hasn’t returned to school, spending his days on the street, and bouncing around friends’ houses or a motel when he has the money. But even though he thinks he can survive on the street, Jason is aware of the recent influx of psychopaths walking the streets of Gotham and is smart enough to try to avoid them.

~Bat-Mite~

latest

Gender: Male

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Powers/Skills/Abilities: Bat-Mite's abilities defy all logic and explanation. There seems to be no limit to what he is capable of doing. He can fly, teleport, shrink and grow without limit, summon objects from thin air (ranging from objects, to food, to people, to mountains and vertically anything), bend the very fabrics of reality, eat anything, make things spontaneously combust, turn people into inanimate objects, stick to any surface, lift and throw things many times his own size, defy gravity, turn into things, and much, MUCH more. However, Bat-Mite issues his powers only to create mischief and confusion, as well as to create random and bizarre predicaments for the Batman.

Weaknesses:
Though he has no clear weaknesses, due to being nigh-omnipotent, Bat-Mite uses his powers only for fun and games, rather than anything notable. Also, he usually returns to him home dimension when he angers Batman.

Personality
: Bat-Mite is more of a nuisance than a villain, and often leaves when he becomes aware that he has angered Batman. Fun-loving and mischievous he weird and unpredictable, Bat-Mite loves nothing more than to create mischief where ever he goes, even when he's not pestering the Caped Crusader.

Backstory:
He appears as a small childlike man in an ill-fitting Batman costume, with a black lightning bolt instead of the Bat-insignia. In Bat-Mite's dimension, his people idolize the heroes of the corporeal universe and impersonate them, acting out their heroic adventures. Bat-Mite's favorite is Batman, and he has visited the Caped Crusader on many occasions, often setting up strange events to see his hero in action.
Recently, he's living in Charlie Collen's home, after loosing a bet with Mr. Mxyzptlk in which he had to give up his house. But with the events taking fold within Gotham City, Bat-Mite is determined to see the Caped Crusader's journey as he fends off the forces of Evil, while trying to adapt his his new, vampiric being. Unfutunetly, this has led the near-omnipotent imp to move in with Charlie Collins and his family, watching the events transpiring in Gotham City on the comfort of Charlie's favorite couch. This is one show Bat-Mite intends not to miss...

(So pretty much, Bat-Mite will be a comedic relief character who'll watch the events of the RP transpire through Charlie's TV, occasionally going out to interact with some of the characters( namely Batman). Meanwhile, poor Charlie will try to keep him under control)

Alignment:
Bad

Powers/Skills/Abilities:
High intelligence
Exceptional agility and strength
Immunity to most toxins
Psychiatrist
Olympic-level gymnast
Exceptional hand to hand combatant
Can survive long falls due to Poison Ivy's stamina inducer
Weaknesses:
The Joker

Equipment:
Harley also carried an assortment of clown-themed tools, although they rarely proved effective. One of her signature weapons is an oversized, wooden mallet which she swings around with surprising skill despite its unwieldy appearance. Another weapon in her arsenal is an oversized revolver with a cork in the barrel. The cork usually contains ropes to tie people up or knockout gas.

Personality:
Athletic, agile and dangerously unpredictable in a fight, Harley Quinn is a formidable opponent in her own right. She is willing to do anything in order to further the Clown Prince of Crime's goals—no matter the cost to anyone else or even herself. Her energetic, affable and animated personality is enough to make almost anyone drop their guard—a mistake that could easily cost them their life. Deranged and psychotic, Harley Quinn is the poster girl for chaos' terrifying allure.

Backstory:
Harleen Quinzel was once a career-oriented psychiatrist, whose life took a radical turn when she chose to spend a semester interning at Arkham Asylum . Upon meeting Dr. Joan Leland for the first time, the more senior doctor warned the eager and vastly inexperienced Harleen to be careful around the inmates. Originally drawn to the "glamour" of the inmates, she was unexpectedly intrigued by the Joker
She organized regular therapy sessions with him, during which the Joker manipulated the inexperienced Harleen by telling her tales of a cruel father and an abusive childhood, mixed in with his early attempts at comedy. He made her laugh as much as he made her cry, and she fell hopelessly in love with him largely based on sympathy.
After Joker's latest escape and re-capture by Batman, Quinzel went insane and adopted the clownish persona of Harley Quinn; her first act was to break Joker out again. Thereafter she was his semi-constant companion and lover. She occasionally broke away from him, but always ended up going back to him in the end. For the Joker's part, while he had found her to be an annoyance some of the time, he was able to skillfully manipulate her to serve his needs.

Name: The Joker

Superhero/Supervillain Identity: The Joker

Gender: Male

Appearance:

IMG_8688.JPG

Alignment: Bad

Powers/Skills/Abilities:
  • High agility and strength
  • Expert in hand-to-hand combat and knife fighting
  • Immunity to most toxins and chemicals
  • Skilled chemist
  • High Intelligence
  • Master of manipulation

Weaknesses: Batman

Equipment:

  • Knives
  • Explosives of all kinds ( grenades, bombs...)
  • Smilex (laughing gas)

Personality: Joker is the pure definition of chaos, unpredictible and dangerous in every way. He takes pleasure in torturing and messing with his victims as well as his enemies. He is often plagued from mood swings and has a volatile temper, but rarely stays angry for long, as he often expresses his frustrations through violently and randomly killing anyone around him, including unexpected henchmen.

Backstory: His origin, something that is highly speculated. Not much is known about him as he keeps most of it secret. After a drop into a vat of chemicals at Ace Chemical plant, that also caused his characteristical look - bleaching his skin permanently as well as turning his hair a magnificent shade of green, he became the Joker. He is owner of several clubs as well as other businesses in Gotham City.

After his latest stay in Arkham Asylum he was assigned to the promising Doctor Harleen Quinzel immediately seeing her as his ticket to escape. It didn't take him more then a couple sessions to win the shy Doctor over and later on turning her into his aquainted side-kick and on-and-off lover Harley Quinn. His main fixation however is still set on the most infamous flying rodent of Gotham, the Batman!
