Realistic or Modern BADAZZ [Recruitment Thread (Anime Fighter RP) - Always Accepting!]

We have some open roles since I'm pruning some of our unresponsive members.

1. Akashiro's Niece
2. Any personnel from the Andromeda City Police (ACP)

I'm curious, what are the responsibilities and any specific role requirements of playing the niece?

The niece is whatever you make her out to be. She does help her uncle with the shop, but the rest is what you present. If the concept you present is acceptable, then you'll get accepted. If not, I'll make suggestions to help you get it approved like with any CS you send to this game. I've mainly only denied people for attitude/drama.

Understood. I'll work on something.

Written Appearance:
Sporting a lean, athletic, and muscular body, it is obvious to any martial artist that Tsuki wasn't just any fool who depended on just her skills. She crafted her own physique with her blood, sweat, and tears, in search of power and strength for herself, and it shows. That is, until she throws on a shirt. Her body is well-toned and sculpted, marred by multiple scars of fights and brawls she has thrown herself into. The most obvious that peeks out usually from the neck of her shirts, is the ugly, warped scar on the right side of her chest. She sports the same scar, albeit smaller in scale, on her left eye, covered up by a simple eyepatch.

She has long, silver hair, which she ties into a single ponytail, and wears a fringe over her left eye. Her default expression is usually one of fierce solemnity and watchfulness, but this is apparently simply a case of resting glaring face, and she is fairly capable of (and very prone to) giving a very infectious and cheerful smile.

Personality:
As mentioned, Tsukiko suffers from a case of resting glaring face that would not be amiss on the face of an enforcer or a bodyguard, and she bears the image and physique of one- scarred frontline fighter with the physique to boot.

However, Tsukiko bears the name Heartbreaker for a completely different reason.

Those who have met her before and have interacted with her on a daily basis know her to be a stark contrast to what her image implies. Passionate, hot-blooded, optimistic, and excruciatingly dense are what make up Akashiro Tsukiko. Supportive of her friends, rivals, and others alike, when she isn't in the frontlines, she’s off on the side, cheering anyone on with fervor. Her positivity can come off as grating, as she always believes in the best of others, and often tries to inspire them to go the whole way to do their very utmost best. She is particularly fond of trying to egg her uncle back on his feet, and remind him of his glory days. In fact, this very matter was the reason why she strives to build herself as a fighter capable of facing down her uncle in his prime and earn his recognition as a capable martial artist. For these very reasons, Tsukiko has garnered suitors from all walks of her life, her positive support and blindingly bright smile having fooled many a young man (and woman) to believing that they were special in her eyes. Or eye. They weren’t. She was just like this to everyone. Because of this, she has had to shut down many, if not all, of them. She has apologised profusely for leading them on, but has also resolved herself to be as bright as the sun itself, so that attitude which brought the moniker of Heartbreaker onto herself is not going away any time soon.

Tsukiko, as a fighter, seeks only one thing- amelioration. She doesn't care if she loses or wins. What matters to her is that she learned something from the fight. As dense as she is in reading what others feel about her, she is surprisingly perceptive when it comes to martial arts, clearly identifying weaknesses, strengths, and capabilities of a fighter just by watching them. She doesn't exactly fight an opponent as much as she is just trying to experiment if her tactics work and her observations are accurate. If it fails, she’ll mark it down as a learning experience of ‘don’t do that’. If it succeeds, then it’s filed under ‘do that’. It also highlights to the opponent that, no matter their armor, there is a crack in it. That way, both sides learned something, and that was the best result that could have come from this experience.

Another facet of her personality surfaces when she discards the niceties, usually out of protectiveness of her uncle, or that there is a matter of her uncle's case years ago on the table. The seriousness she wears on her sleeve is described as an incredible pressure on those around her, and she will pull out all the stops to attain her objective. She still holds onto her philosophy of no killing, but beating anyone in her way into a bloody pulp was technically not killing. She loses all her cheer, fittingly, and is fairly chilling to interact with due to how much of a stark contrast to how she is normally. Very strangely enough, this attitude fits her appearance much better.

Current Story:
Niece of the legendary Akashiro Koizumi.

It was a lofty title. Her father disliked it, her mother even more so. But who knows what exactly possessed Tsukiko to be so obsessed with the world of the martial arts that she was drawn to her uncle’s prowess? Perhaps it was the same spirit that drove her to charge headlong into a fight, trying to protect a classmate, and lost her eye in the process. It was what her uncle would have done after all. Despite the pain, she didn't cry, she didn't whimper. She bit her tongue and powered through the pain, and mopped the floor with the faces of classmate’s tormentors.

Every year that Akashiro Koizumi participated in the tournaments, Tsukiko never failed to cheer him on. Even if her voice couldn't be heard from behind the television screen, she believed, deep within her heart, that her well wishes were what pushed her uncle to his victories. More so than her own father, she loved her uncle dearly, and he was what shaped her into the person she is today, with his broad back leading her every step of the way. That strength, that power, that respect he commanded, she wanted to be like him-- no, she wanted to stand beside him as an equal, as someone worthy of his respect, someone who could match him blow for blow.

She was the first through the doors when Koizumi was shot. It was the first time that anyone had seen the usually cheerful Tsukiko so…enraged. Though the expression she wore was the same as the one she had by default, this time, a cloud of hatred and ferocity far more clearly than it ever was before hung over that expression. Whether Koizumi lived or died, she was dead set on a warpath. How could they? How dare they? Using a gun, no less. This was the coward’s way. Whoever it was, she would dig it out. Cut it out from their tongues if she had to. As she watched her uncle in his bed, paralyzed from waist down, she ruminated over the situation, before coming to a conclusion. She couldn't just beat up everyone and force the truth out of them. The ACP weren’t going to talk either. If the rumors were true about it being a Noblesse plot, then there was an even smaller chance that the ACP were going to give out any information.

She settled on her decision. She would join the ACP to find the truth. Then she’d settle the matter, with her own fists. It wasn't just a matter of making Koizumi see her worth now, it was a matter of honor and paying back what was owed.

On her free time, she helps out at Akashiro's Restaurant and takes care of her uncle. She argues that it isn't moonlighting, since she isn't getting paid for helping her uncle out.

Weapon(s):
Tsuki believes that weapons are for cowards.

That said, she is very skilled in using multiple weapons and is as deadly with anything solid in her hands, from a kitchen knife to a tonfa to a baseball bat. She doesn't carry a weapon around, however.

Aura:
Deep crimson

Fighting Style:
No flash and all the lethality. Tsuki shines through as her uncle’s niece through just how efficient and brutal her fighting style is. Her hitherto unnamed style is based off multiple disciplines across the world, mixing everything into a chaotic mess that does not fall into any category. She primarily adopts a fairly orthodox and classic fighting stance, with her left arm in front as support and defense, and her right behind as offense, and capitalises on dodging, ducking, and counterattacks. Her sheer strength is what makes a lot of her moves particularly effective in utterly demolishing her opponent, coupled with her very creative ways of bringing the hurt onto someone.

She favors a boxing stance, but can switch to another stance at any point of time. She seems to adopt karate and Shaolin martial arts stances as her second most favourites.

Techniques
Beckoning with the Demon’s Fist
A move with a disarmingly slow start, as she focuses all her energy into her relevant muscles and into her fist, and readies herself into a stance. It takes approximately 5 seconds for her to prepare and ready herself, and once those five seconds are up, she speeds, or rather FLIES, forwards suddenly and strikes anything in her way with one punch with alarming speed. The sheer pressure and force from the attack will slam into the target, spread throughout the entire body, powerful enough to blow lighter opponents backwards and sending a sensation of being slammed full-body into a wall.

Machine Gun Punch
A move that can come out from literally nowhere, usually from a boxing stance. She punches hard enough to create a blast of air that splits into eight, which assault the opponent from multiple sides, forcing them to either dodge the blows or eat at least five of those projectiles to various parts of the body. Each projectile carry the same power as a powerful right hook from Tsuki.

Corkscrew Destroyer
A powerful corkscrew one-two combo that generates spinning tornados from her fists. The combo generally lifts the opponent off the ground with the first punch, followed up by another blow when they are defenseless in the air. This is one of her bread-and-butter techniques, and is easy to execute and easy to follow-up with any of her other techniques for maximum damage. Buster Collider tends to be the prime choice of a finisher.

Buster Collider
Tsuki gathers all her qi into one open hand and throws it forwards. The amount of oppressive qi and aura behind it is capable of busting through qi-based defenses. This move is always aimed towards the head, and used primarily for destroying an opponent’s defense. Once she busts through their defenses and gets a grip on their head, she tightens her grip, pressing into their temples and their skull, before releasing all her qi into her palm, blasting them away from her with a powerful force.

Unseen Presence
A latent technique and talent that Tsukiko possesses which allows her to suppress her Aura and qi, completely masking her presence entirely. While people are capable of hearing her footsteps and see her, this technique seems to obfuscate exactly what kind of threat she may pose, and she tends to be overlooked due to this. For all intents and purposes, her presence is almost like that of an average passerby at best, and sometimes even non-existent if she suppresses her presence further.

Aye, don't rightly know what to put in there for the fifth one. I was thinking of a karate chop from above, but it seems pretty meek when compared to the rest of her techniques.

SASUGA SASUGA You can add her to the CS thread for now, but you will definitely need to come up with something for new technique slots are often received at the completion of story arcs. If you would like the discord link, let me know.

I've added another technique to the pool. Since boxing is her 'main' stance, it'd be logical if she had two techniques based off it.

And yea, i'd like a link, mate.
