Dice Axiom: A Sci-Fantasy Pathfinder Campaign [ACCEPTING NEW PLAYERS]

Actually upon review, I'll stick to the Wizard/Alchemist multiclass. Much easier to keep it straight.

I'll stick to Wizard/Alchemist. Arcane Discoveries are more tasty!  :D  Also, bombs!!!  B|

So how many traits can we have at the beginning? One, two? The traits page allows two, but that's up to the Storyteller's preference.

Also it's going to take me another day to complete my character sheet, then I'll post it to the character's link. Work calls. <sigh>

Weird things are happening on the mobile site... Sorry for the thing above.

Also if were allowed two traits I'm going to need to take forever choosing yet another trait lol.

It's all good :)

Is two traits too much for you guys? I can lower it to one if you guys prefer.

Two Traits is good; I can get some nice stuff with that.

Oh right. One thing I meant to ask is how are we tackling bag space and weight?

Are we just keeping track of weight or space or do we have Final Fantasy Backpacks that can hold x99 of everything big and small without losing the items or breaking our backs?

@Protagonist It's essentially a research expedition for him. The opportunity of understanding the unknown and the challenge of discovering the unknowable appeals to him on a very deep level.

Man I wish we still had tabs so I could make a prettier and more organized character sheet. The more I mess around with what the new forum has to offer the more disappointed I get in the lack of features.

Also, @Protagonist, you asked what the name of the monk who raised my character. The answer to that is I don't know lol. I've been thinking of names, but haven't thought of one I liked putting the title "Master" in front of.

@Beedub All weapons will come with their holster/sheath/ect so that you can carry them around easier, but you should still be thinking about weight.

Assuming we stay on one planet, we might try to find a car or something to use as a pack mule. It might also be a good idea to try finding a backpack of some sort as soon as possible.

Speaking of, would you guys prefer if we stayed mostly on one planet or would you prefer we do more planet-hopping? The benefit of the former is that we can get more accustomed to the culture, politics, geography, ect of one planet. The benefit of the latter is that we get to go planet-hopping.

Right, but should we be tracking both weight AND bag space or are we just going to be tracking the weight alone to determine how much a character can carry? I mostly ask because when reading about bag stuff I did read that a lot of people determine how much is carried solely on just the weight they can hold, but as far as size goes people basically just have hammerspace bags (unless it's something that wouldn't make sense to pack away like a vehicle).

Also why not both? Depending on how long the campaign is going, major planets can be different chapters as can larger more important sections of space travel.

At least that's my opinion on it.

Also, I don't know how much you guys care, but I'm working on a character sheet that works in this forum that's a little more traditional to help keep things organized. Once I'm finished with it, anyone is free to transfer their info to it to use if they prefer. Here's a sample of what I've got so far:

I'm thinking we'll mostly ignore volume so long as it's not wildly out of scope with reality ("Let me put this bazooka into my fanny pack...").

@Planets: Actually, I'm thinking that's a good idea. We'll have different planets be different chapters or something?
