    Well known facts
    Raven's the head of Newspaper, very big on journalism, you'll likely see her at games, pep rallies and whatever school sanctioned activities searching for a story. Her name would be on many of the stories, articles and columns of the school newspaper. Besides that, It's not to be surprised that there's multiple rumors about the flirty brunette being a bit promiscuous... well, more a little than a bit. However, there's no proof besides word of the mouth.
    about Raven
    Raven's never had a particularly easy life, but if you're putting it like that... who really has? Her mother, Andrea was only seventeen when she had gotten pregnant with Raven, Andrea hadn't bothered telling the father and dropped out of school not long afterwards. It's hard to say if she had done it for her child, or because her she was drug-addict and was just on the verge of getting caught. Andrea had an argument with her own parents and it resulted in her leaving home.



    Raven spent the first few years of her life living in a trailer park just outside of town, but at least she had something to come home to. Her mother however, wasn't around as much. Raven had to learn how to feed herself whenever her mother had decided to go buy 'groceries' and be gone for three days at a time.



    It wasn't long until social services had taken notice, and full custody had went to her grandmother she hardly knew. This resulted in Raven switching schools, and ultimately a whole different kind of living. Her grandmother, Rose is the mother she never truly had. Rose raised Raven into the woman that she is today, her mother comes around from time to time, but it's only when she needs something, and Raven's cautious whenever she decides to appear.



    On Raven's 15th birthday, an accident occurred and her grandmother had gotten hospitalized. Thankfully, she was okay, but it came to light that she had early on-set Alzheimer's. It wasn't as bad at first, but the more time had passed, the more difficult it became to juggle school, and her life at home. They now have a nurse that comes over to take care of her grandmother while Raven attends school at Auburn High.

Those who know her would definitely describe her as loud. The Ashley Park of her football team is confident, brave, friendly, and has no shame. And while this is true, she would rather die than tell anyone when she is afraid or embarrassed, since she has ended up being the one who has to be the one to do the scary, or hard stuff. She was absolutely embarrassed when she had to take her shirt off for practice, but she had to hold it in to avoid mocking.
-Biography-
All she’d ever known in life was to be the brave one. When she went on adventures with her brother, she had to be the one to keep pushing, and pushing for them to continue. When she was the first girl to join her peewee football team, she had to be the brave one, and endure the mocking of her fellow teammates. When her parents marriage began to fall apart at 11, and she was expected to be the strong one, she just snapped. She began picking fights with her mother, and her own brother. Though she wasn’t quite sure why she did it, she had begged for her father to take her with him, to live with his old relatives in Ambridge. From time to time she thinks of her other family members, but is far too stubborn to reach out to them.

Personality:
DJ has two settings; party animal that likes to socialise, and angry chihuahua that wouldn't mind beating your face in. Most of the time she is a rather relaxed person that takes great pleasure in teasing others and doing her best to get a rise out of them. It seems that her favourite past time could be described as 'making non-expressive people express annoyance'. She has little thought for boundaries and often speaks her mind without consideration of the consequences, sometimes teasing too far, her loud mouth often getting her in fights. While her teasing nature has a tendency to push people away, if you stick with her for long enough, the attitude will start to fade in place of something much more calm, though she isn't past dropping the occasional pick up line. While she may seem relaxed, she only expresses her teasing nature when she feels confident or when she is in control of a situation. When pushed out of her comfort zone she is far more aggressive, making a complete flip from her relaxed, sociable, party girl attitude to someone that won't hesitate to harm someone else. She can also be forced into this extreme anger however when her friends are hurt or threatened.

Biography:
Dakota was born in the Puerto Rican Municipality of Arroyo, located on the Southern Coast of Puerto Rico. She grew up in a rather small household which consisted of just her, her mother and her father. On the whole they were happy, and Dakota was granted a great amount of independence at a young age which seemed to only improve her already close relationship with her parents. Even when her parents went on extended business trips, their bond still remained strong. On average at least one of her parents were gone for half of the week, alternating her care between the two and family friends. On occasion during particularly rare circumstances where both of her parents were gone for extended period of time, she would travel to America to stay with her grandmother in Ambridge. Through the years the independence that was granted by her parents quickly became a necessity as they spent more and more time over seas and away from home, believing her capable of staying with her elderly grandmother who was quickly deteriorating.

Even when her parents were home, Dakota started to spend more and more time in Ambridge with her grandmother, becoming her primary caretaker and taking her schoolwork online. As her grandmother started to fade, DJ spent more and more time inside with fewer breaks and opportunities to relax. That was until her grandmother in a rare moment of clarity bought her her first guitar. The instrument has been with her ever since and is her most treasured possession. It was also around this time that Dakota was teaching herself sign language to keep up with her grandmothers deteriorating hearing as she refused to get a hearing aid due to her pride and seemingly hereditary stubbornness.

It seemed that her parents finally caught onto the fact that their daughter was struggling with the intensive care needed for the elderly woman, taking turns to travel to America to help where she could which allowed DJ more time to herself, practicing with her guitar whenever she could before she eventually managed to get enrolled in the Ambridge school, becoming a permanent resident of the rundown city. She had settled in with a comfortable rhythm of attending school before returning home for an hour of guitar practice and helping her grandmother. The school wasn't too far from her grandmothers place which made it even more convenient.

Evidently the good fortune wasn't meant to last when the blaze took her school from her, forcing her education further away to Auburn Springs. She continues to visit and call her grandmother whenever she can, her mother having moved in in Dakotas place to look after the elderly woman while her father picked up more work.

Her hair colour is constantly changing due to Sandal dyeing and re-dyeing it. Originally it was a dark brown, almost black colour, but currently is dyed a bluish green colour with hints of dirty blond and her original dark brown colouration shining through.

Just like her hair colour, her hair length and style are also frequently changing. She'll cut her hair short before letting it grow out to varying lengths. Right now her hair is rather long, stopping just beneath her shoulders.

General Physical Description
Sandal is of above slightly average height, her body ever so slightly disproportionate due to being underweight, long delicate limbs giving her the appearance of being rather frail with a lanky yet somewhat soft body. Her skin is incredibly pale, seemingly from a lack of sunlight and long periods of time spent inside, the milky white colouration contrasting with her bright green eyes which have seemingly dulled over time, maintaining their bright colour, back a lack of life emerging within them. Sandy's hair and clothes are her main forms of expression in the outside world due to her selective mutism, and as such change frequently. Her hair was originally a deep brown colour, so dark it was almost black. Over the years it had been dyed and re-dyed, leaving it rather damaged, though her constant cutting and styling of it helped to keep it under control somewhat. Currently her hair is a soft greenish blue colour, the colour faded ever so slightly, darker spots of her original brown hair poking through while other spots reveal the blonder hair she held previously. Sandy also has two piercings; a tongue stud and a septum piercing, both of while are a simple steal colouration.

Since she was a child, Sandal always had troubles communicating with others. No matter the age, she couldn't bring herself to speak in front of others, always fearing that she'd say the wrong thing. This was quickly diagnosed as selective mutism, a condition that occurs as a result of anxiety, specifically the same crushing anxiety Sandal suffers from. It's exceedingly rare to hear Sandal talk unless you know her on a deeply personal level and trusts enough to open up. Due to her lack of speech, she developed other ways of expressing herself. Her hair and clothing are the two most easily spotted, but Sandy also has a knack for both photography and drawing, often depicting her emotions through symbolism in these mediums. Her anxiety stretches to deep social anxieties and three specific phobias, the most prominent being agoraphobia, the fear meaning that for her, going outside into areas with no known escape causes great amounts of anxiety for her. Due to this she rarely goes to new places, only visiting locations she knows well and has an 'escape plan' for. While she may be distant upon a first meeting, she often learns to steadily warm to someone, gradually becoming more touchy and a bit more bubbly, her eyes regaining some hints of light. She's also shockingly quite a cuddler.

Sandal was born to a relatively wealthy family in France, specifically growing up in the commune of Saint Nom La Bretèche. The peaceful commune almost seemed like the dream place to raise a child, being relatively peaceful with a rather low population which made making friends relatively easy. When Sandal was born however, it seemed that she was never destined to be a person with many friends. She was a naturally shy child that often refused to go outside, prefering to keep to herself and draw rather than be with the other neighbouring children. Her father was an icon of the neighbourhood. A lively man who shone with radiance, a loving wife on his arm and an adorance of children which seemingly perfected the couple further. What the neighbourhood didn't know was that there was still a child at home, hidden away from the rest of the world.

As much as her father loved her, he refused to lose the admirance of his neighbours, allowing her to stay home for as long as she'd like, and in fact forbidding her from leaving in her older years, a fact which suited her just fine. While they didn't have the best relationship, Sandal and her parents had a mutual agreement that'd she'd be allowed to do as she wished.

When she was 15, her mother passed away, leaving her and her dad. With little left for him in the neighbourhood they packed their bags and headed to America, Sandal doing so grudgingly, have an experience on the flight over that she'd rather not describe due to her embarrassment. The two instantly settled down in the city of Auburn Springs where they almost lapsed into their old routine, Sandal being home most of the time until her father finally had enough.

His wife had always wanted a more social child, and she was in fact pregnant at the time of her passing, a fact which drove her father to get her outside more often. While still having rampant anxiety, she started to find it easier to go outside before being introduced to the high school, slowly settling in and spending more hours in the school day by day, gradually building up to the point she was in full time.

Her hair is a bright blond colour, the bright colouration contrasting with her deep brown eyes. Despite the usual happiness that can be seen in her gaze, they lack something else. There's a certain dullness in the depths of her eyes, and while she may look at you, she seems to never truly see you even if she follows along behind you perfectly. Hidden amongst the freckles coating her face are tiny lines of scarring, though there seems to be a bulk of the silvery lines out of view beneath her hair and along her torso.

Condition Information

As previously mentioned and listed the biography, Rai was left Blind after a car crash. At 16 she now deals with this condition through her own sense of direction, the use of a cain, and her guide dog Bastian. She received Bastian shortly after the accident when she was 14, and Bastian was 2 years old. He's a golden retriever, and Rai is commonly compared to him as they both share the same sunny disposition.

Personality:
Rai is a very sociable person who loves nothing more than meeting new people and making new friends. She’s a very bubbly individual and can talk about a topic she’s interested about for hours on end… Or until she’s told to shut up. Generally she wears her heart on her sleeve and is a very open person, expressing her emotions straight and not bothering to filter her words when giving an honest opinion, which can sometimes go against her favour and on occasion can lead others to become slightly angry with her. In these cases, she always does her best to make it up to the person who she accidentally offended, doing anything from buying them chocolates to taking them out for lunch. While Rai isn’t exactly particularly book smart and can sometimes be rather air headed, she’s not completely unaware of the things that go on around her. Due to her bright and generally generous personality, it’s not rare for her to get taken advantage of. While she will usually see what’s going on, sometimes it may take a while, and other times it may take someone pointing it out for her to fully understand. Despite this, she is still a very trusting person and will continue along in her own way. Rai, while being a very innocent and light hearted person, is also rather resilient. It’s very rare to ever see her down, and only if something has ever truly gotten to her will she ever frown. While a frown is rare, even rarer is seeing her angry or upset, expressions which she doesn’t know much about herself due to pushing herself to be happy for those around her. She believes a smile is contagious, and will do her best to spread it around as she strongly dislikes seeing others unhappy, and will do nearly anything to get them feeling better.

Biography:
Raine grew up in a rather pleasant household which consisted of her, her younger brother Finley, and their mother and father. Her and her brother got along exceedingly well, the younger boy being born with a condition known as Nonsyndromic hearing loss, which resulted in deafness. Due to this Rai spent a lot of time looking after her younger brother and ensuring her had everything he needed since he was young, being one of the first in the family to fully learn the ASL they were teaching Finley. Throughout it all the two looked on with smiles on their faces, living their lives pretty much joined at the hip, Rai helping Finley however she could.

By the time Raine was 10 and Finley was 7, they were pretty much conjoined and often referred to as twins, Rai being the mother duck to Finleys duckling. No matter what, they helped each other through it all, a fact which became particularly important when Raine turned 14. Finley was at a birthday party at the time with friends, Raine and their mother driving to the home to pick up the younger boy.

On their way there, Rai and her mother got into a head on collision with a drunk driver, resulting in her head smacking against the dashboard at great speeds, debris flying through the air hitting her face and more specifically her eyes. The damage caused by the head trauma and flying debris resulted in the optical nerve, as well as her retinas getting damaged, causing blindness in both eyes.

The months following the accident were hard for the family, her mother suffering spine damage which led to reduced movement of her legs. With three people with disabilities within the household, times were tough, for Raine's dad specifically. Luckily enough the family was well off enough to get excellent care for the two women. The only thing Raine ever complained about throughout it all was that she'd never be able to communicate with her brother properly, though once more the two were there for each other, helping each other through it all. He was her eyes while she was his ears. Eventually she learned that she could roughly understand her brothers signing if she held his hands through it all.

A few months later, Raine got her guide dog Bastian, who not only helped her navigate a suddenly dark world, but also acted almost as en emotional support animal. He had a bright and vibrant personality, much like his owners, but still knew when to be calm. He often acted like a large pillow for the young girl, there for her in times where she needed to cry, and there for her in times of great joy. Two years later she fully learned to adapt to the disability, a natural ease of navigation becoming her greatest advantage. Now adapted to the blindness on the most part, Rai has finally entered public schooling once more.
Life is too short to be unhappy.

Link does whatever it takes to survive. He had practically raised himself since he was five-years-old and he doesn’t know how to live life any other way. If he doesn’t have it, he figures out a way to get it. Sure, it might not be exactly legal, but when you grow up poor, you learn to do what you have to do. You don’t like the way he lives? That’s fine.

Despite his upbringing, Link tries to do right by the people in his life. He values his friends as if they were his family because, except his sister, he doesn't have any left. He’s smart and sometimes that intelligence gets him into trouble. Especially because he doesn’t know when to keep his mouth shut and usually has something to say about anything.

Link tends to live in the moment. He takes risks. He’s stubborn. But he doesn’t see them as weaknesses. He sees them as some of his most valuable assets. It’s his way or the highway 90% of the time and that’s because he feels he’s done a decent job raising himself.

Biography

Lincoln was born on August 26, 2003 to eighteen-year-old Gloria Bello. All Link knows is that he and his twin sister Lola were the bastard kids of a torrid love affair his mother had with a married man. And the only reason he knew that was because his grandmother never let his mom forget it.

They struggled to make ends meet. Gloria had to work three jobs just to support them and that left Link and Lola to fend for themselves and take care of their ailing grandmother until she passed away when they were nine. After that, Link and Lola were on their own. He spent a lot of times at his friends’ house mooching on their food, especially when his mom had to work the overnight shifts.

It only got worse when he got into high school and started hanging out with the rebellious kids. He would drink and smoke weed. He’d stay out until all hours of the night. It caused a lot of turmoil between him and his mom. They were constantly fighting. Sometimes, Link wouldn’t come home for days and he knew that put extra stress on his sister.

Then everything changed. On Jun 6, 2019, the police showed up at his door. His mom had been killed in a liquor store robbery. He was devastated and regrets not fixing things with her before she died. Since that night, he and his sister were taken into CPS until they could locate a next of kin. They sat in foster care for months. Bouncing from one home to the next. Some were better than others, but he doesn’t really like to talk about that time in his life.

Eventually, they located his father, Edward Greystone, a prestigious political figure in Auburn Springs and he and Lola were sent to live with him, his wife and their two kids. It went as well as to be expected. His dad was rarely there and his half-siblings and stepmother didn’t want anything to do with them. Though, they made sure to make sure they knew his place and made them out to be some charity case they took in.

But he had a roof over his head. Food. Clothes. Everything he needed to survive and then some. He’s kept his head down since starting at Auburn Springs High School, but with the recent fire and some of his old friends coming in. Link is worried this is going to cause even more friction at home.

General Physical Description
Zane stands slightly shorter than most boys his age at 5'6". His hair is cut somewhat short in an almost bowl cut style, but still maintains its natural curls, giving the deep brown locks a rather shaggy appearance. In contrast to his dark hair, his eyes are a bit of a lighter blue, usually hidden by his longer hair which acts as a fringe of sorts, his eyes matching his light yet slightly tanned skin. His body is covered with a variety of tattoos, the most notable on his face and neck, all of which were obtained in garages and by practicing friends. Most of them are simple words or simple drawings in black ink, an example of one such drawing being the streams of tears beneath his right eye, an example of a phrase being the 'zzz' on his left cheek, the word 'lover' written beneath it.

Zane could only be described as a trouble maker since birth. With a natural disdain of rules, it can be rather difficult to reign him in as he follows by his own life code. It's somewhat of a shock he hasn't been arrested, but that'd be mostly due to his sisters guiding... and hitting, hand. He believes in self expression and hates the thought of what he believes to be conforming to the norm, hence the many tattoos littering his body. Zane is quite the extrovert, and while may not be outwardly friendly, he isn't opposed to meeting and interacting with new people. He tends to be somewhat passive aggressive in his speaking, and almost blunt to a fault, though his passive aggressiveness could just be called aggression. While Zane can be outwardly loud and almost obnoxious, he has times of calm, generally once Rory puts him back in his place. In these times he can be almost demure, quiet yet as bubbly as always.

Orion has deep brown hair which falls down beneath her shoulder blades in waves, the dark locks standing out against fair skin and light, steel blue eyes. She's rather tall, standing at 6'0" and could only be described as slightly lanky, slim muscle enhancing her figure, giving her a swimmers build (even if she's never really swam in her life). She has a small tattoo on the inside of her wrist of nine circles linked together, forming a larger circle, the circles the colours of blue, red, orange, yellow, white, black, cyan, dark purple and light purple. As the eldest of nine children, she developed a rather motherly attitude in her teenage years that stuck with her even when she moved away from her younger siblings. As a child she was rather care free, though as her household started to fill up, she started to develop a more natural parenting role, never having had much of a childhood to speak of. Even as a kid she had very little interaction with other people her age and doesn't have the best social skills because of this, her general attitude when approaching people being to treat them like her younger siblings, acting motherly to a fault. While she generally can be more serious, if she sees someone hurt or in need or someone being rude, her softer motherly attitude is replaced by a far more serious and dignified attitude. She always puts others before herself, which can sometimes lead to her neglecting her own feelings and needs. Orion is somewhat of a workaholic, which plays in with her need to put others before herself. If she’s asked to cover someone and look after their kids, she usually will at the risk of her own plans and wants. Despite this, she still knows when to put her foot down, and won’t take disrespect from anyone.

biography
Orion is the first born child of a rather wealthy family. Due to their parents often being away on business, Orion travelled a lot in the first few years of her life, living happily as an only child. It wasn't until she was four when her peaceful life was effectively shattered by the sound of two screaming kids, when her parents had twins. With two new kids in the house and two very busy parents, Orion took up a supervised parental position of her own. It turns out that she had a natural knack for looking after children, even when she was so young herself.

Before the family could really process the two new lifes, yet another was born. Orion's third youngest sibling. Slowly the house started filling up, child by child. It wasn't like the family would have any financial troubles with keeping up with the children, but it was the attention that each required. Big sister Orion always did her best to look after the kids when her parents were away and all they had was a small army of nannies to care for them. Her short lived childhood fell into the past by the time she had turned 10, already accepting her responsibility as essentially her siblings primary carer. When she wasn't attending an online class, she was looking after her little siblings.

In rare occasions of respite, Orion would make her way outside to the woodlands surrounding her family's estate. Being born in Russia there was plenty of places to go to ski and snowboard, and as she grew up she became more reliant on those brakes out on the slopes. While she still cared deeply for her siblings, as they grew she thought that they'd become less reliant on her. Slowly she drifted further away, occasionally skipping classes to take out time on the slopes. Eventually her parents had enough, dragging her back to the home. While she had been distancing herself, her youngest sibling had developed an illness that she had failed to notice.

Blaming herself for not realising as soon as she may have otherwise, she flung herself back into her school work. Her effectively estranged parents grew concerned for her school work, transferring her to Auburn Springs, the twins hot on her heels in transferring to America. Orion still blames herself for letting her sibling grow so ill, even if subconsciously she knows her parents were mildly at fault too. Due to this she grew even more overprotective of her siblings and calls to check up on them whenever she can, taking especial care with the youngest Polaris.

Jamison was brought up wealthy. His father, being korean, owned his own company in South Korea and branched out to the US. Where he met Jamison's mother. They got married a year after being together and Jamison was born five months later. For the rest of his childhood years, Jamie lived in Florida until his mother was ready to settle. So they moved to Vermont where Jamison attended the best schools that Auburn Springs could offer. In order to keep his business, his father would travel to korea from time to time, his mother in tow, and leave the young boy behind with a nanny or sitter for a few weeks on end. Of course this was the main reason Jamison started to act out. Getting bad grades and not doing too well. His parents tried to get him tutors but none of them helped, stating Jamison was a lot smarter then he was letting on. So when Jamison entered junior high, his parents stayed home. His father leaving every so often if needed. At first it worked. Jamison did well in classes and took his time with his work. Passing with flying colors. His attitude even changed. That was until he turned 16 and he entered high school. His parents figured he could take care of himself and would leave, just like that. And again, Jamison acted out. But this time instead of bad grades and flunking, he would get into fights. Get angry easily. And at times he would bully others. But that stopped quick. It didn't feel right to him and his conscious ate at him for it. So Jamison just claimed the title of 'Bad Boy' and is who he is today.​

Virtues
- Intelligent: Lola if she put's her mind to it could be a straight A student. Well if she put her mind to it and in her early years wasn't more worried about if she was going to eat that night or not. But she's not just book smart. She knows their is more to the world then that and knows she needs to be street smart as well to get her out of the life she's had so far.
- Resourceful: If Lola wants something she'll figure out a way to get it. Legal, illegal? Moral, immoral? Who cares. She's independent thanks to always needing to fend for herself for the most part when her brother wasn't around. Plus he'd need her to be because he could be so reckless.
- Loyal: She is loyal to thoes who have proven that they actually care about her and are loyal to her. That must be earned it's not just given away. But once you've got it then it's yours for life.
-Calculating: This is a major part where her and her twin differ. While he can be spontaneous and reckless, taking risks? She can't. She doesn't like leaving anything up to chance if she can help it. The world is already careless enough as it is without her adding to it. Sure not every plan goes according to plan...but she'd rather have one, and a plan B in case it falls through then just wing it.

Vices
- Bitter: She is extremely Bitter and filled with rage over the effects other peoples decisions have had on her life. She is bitter about the fact that her father could've help them out this whole time and didn't, she is bitter about the fact her mother had to die for them to get a better life, she is bitter about the fact that she has bounced from "family" to "family" yet still doesn't have one (well aside from Link). She tries to not let it show, but she holds a serious grudge for it all.
- Kelpto: It started out as a little five finger discount to make sure they had things they needed to survive and then turned into it being about keeping up with her peers, to now she just does it for fun. Just because she knows she can. Even when she is caught it encourages her to try and be better next time. It's almost like a game to her.
- Insecure: She acts very confident and like she doesn't care about the opinion of others...but she does. Well some people. She doesn't feel like she is especially pretty, and deep down she doesn't know if she has what it takes to actually pull her and her brother out of this pit...that maybe some people like her are born to be miserable.
-Cunning: She is cunning and uses it for all the wrong things. She is a virtual con-artist. While her people skills leave a lot to be desired in person from time to time, online she has scammed the best of the best by this point. She's hacked into companies, bank accounts, ect. How else do you think they got their cell phones? Who do you think is paying for them?

Background
Lola was born just a few minuets after her beloved older twin Lincoln whom she affectionately calls Link even if it makes her think of the legend of Zelda and begs him every year to dress up as him. Their mother was only an 18 year old woman named Gloria Bello. Being the product of a love affair between their mother and a married man did it's damage on her and their family. Between the conditions of having to grow up without a stable father figure, a struggling overworked mother, and a grandmother who seemed to take every chance she could to throw that in their faces...it's a wonder their is even a bit of softness sin her. Not that she'd want anyone to see it. Not that she had the luxury of letting people see it. Nope it was masked under bitterness, and a cynical personality looking around at the world they were forced to live in verses the world they should've been living in if their father had a back bone and help support the children he helped create.

Struggling to make ends meet their mother worked 3 jobs so Link and Lola naturally raised themselves and each other. More so Link in the early years then Lola, but still. They even had to take care of their ill grandmother till fate put her out of her misery when they were only 9. Then it was just them against the world, and while she hated how cruel the world had been, she was always a little grateful she had at least one person she could count on. They'd go over to friends houses, some the same some different. They'd mooch off their food and other resources. This was how she grew attached to gaming since she played whatever system was at the house of choice that day. Hanging around her brother and his guy friends turned her into a bit of a tomboy in her early years.

Plus families with boys knew how much boys eat so there was always more food there. As they entered high school things didn't get any better. Link hung out with the rebellious crowd and while she'd tag along for the ride sometimes other times she'd sneak away to be on her own and study, or break into the computer labs to game and learn how to do other things on it. Thanks to a tech teacher back in middle school she learned the basics of programing and from their she became kind of a tech genius. Her more reclusive form of rebellion didn't put as much of a strain on her and her mothers relationship like it did link. Though her mother always kept an eye on her because Lola never asked for anything, but she always had...things. She always had a few bucks to spare especially as she got older.

Her mother knew better then to ask though because help was help. Lola was always worried about Link especially when he wouldn't come home unless she knew whose place he was at. But someone had to hold down the fort sometimes, so it would be her. She convinced herself it's not loneliness if it's by choice.

To bad it wasn't on June 6th as police came to the door announcing they were now basically orphans. Killed in a liquor store robbery...what a way to go. As the tragedy sunk in so did the fire, and determination to get the hell out of this miserable place. They were taken by CPS and put in the foster care system for months. Of course no one wanted teenaged twins that refused to be separated, so they bounced from house to miserable house. Her skills with a computer being their only saving grace that secretly kept them together. They weren't always treated terribly, but that didn't matter in her eyes. All she knew was there was clearly no one in this world who wanted her, wanted them. Just them. They were it.

Finally their father was tracked down, and of course he was some prestigious political figure in Auburn springs. Being sent to live with him and live the kind of life they should've know, their mother should've known before her death...it was too much. It was so bittersweet yet she wanted to vomit. Maybe had he shown her an ounce of kindness and generosity she'd still be alive. No she'd never forgive this man for abandoning them, but she also wasn't about to waste a perfectly good opportunity to finally be free, to finally help herself and Link get the kind of life they deserved.

So she started working harder in school, but old habits die hard. She was going to milk this situation for all it was worth for their benefit. After all she wasn't hurting anyone, especially no one who actually gave a damn about her or her brother. This "family" wanted nothing to do with them and they'd eventually get their wish. She was no charity case. Hearing some old friends where coming this year however peeked her curiosity. She didn't see it going well, but hey would she be mad if auburn springs also burned to the ground? Nope.
