Hey there! I am looking for a partner who would be willing and motivated to build this world and the stories within it. I want someone fairly wordy and literate who isn't afraid to develop multiple characters and secondary characters throughout, of both genders. I have left the plot fairly vague so that we can get creative and bounce off each-other's ideas.
Inspiration for this roleplay stems from sources such as Mad Max, Dredd, The Matrix, Fallout, Metro etc.

The air is consumed with a thick foulness; without the benefit of steel lungs the citizens of Atrocitas use to filter through the mass pollution, a newcomer will struggle for a clean gasp. Not that there is much within the city walls that an outsider would prosper from. Rampant crime and a buffet of disease is all that awaits those who enter the oppressive security gate.
Those who pass, often travelling merchants, mercenaries looking to either join Atrocitas patrolling army, police force or start their flourishing career in crime. If one wishes to take themselves into the darkest depths of the city, they will be greeted with an array of gangs to choose from. Most notably, the Commodus, a gang notorious for the brutality and thirst for violence, governed by a callous woman by the name of Leda.
The frequency of a bump with Leda is not a regular occurrence for the citizens of Atrocitas, nevertheless expect to spot her minions causing havoc in the nether of the city; the sewers. Whispers through the streets report countless horror stories of what lies within the underground city extension and those who were fortunate enough to escape tell tales of the barren stare of Leda, penetrating you with ice, almost blind eyes.
Now more than ever, the walls hide some of the most formidable dark meddling in history. Each day the innocents are terrorised with supernatural terror, unknown to their understanding masked in the form of powerful drugs which are said to have catastrophic changes to the human self, forming almost god-like devilry that only connections to the sewers will grant you.

27 years of age, activist; member of the Caesar party.
Inherited 'blood-lust' (red eye) from her Mother, which gives Octavia the ability to mentally torture others, crack codes and possibly other dangerous components she is yet to discover.
From an early age Octavia knew she didn't belong in the sewer city. Born into a marriage of two murderers and addicts, all she has ever known is corruption. Which lead to a passion of change. Perhaps not the most optimistic of activists, Octavia sees herself as a realist, as she fights her enemies with low expectations of the outcomes of the city.
After her successful escape plan at the ripe age of 17, Octavia spent the next year sleeping in the slums and selling herself in exchange to survive. Her signature red eyes, inherited by her addict Mother who passed an unintentional supernatural gift to her daughter, caught the attention of a group of activists who go by the title of the Caesar party. Adept in the signs of the mysterious altering abilities some of the underground drug habits can grant you, the Caesar party initially thought of Octavia as a threat, a spy, potentially for Leda and other members of the Commodus. Octavia made her abilities no secret. She used her eyes, bloodlust as the drug is nicknamed, to prove to the potential comrades, she was an ally. From then, Octavia has spent the last 9 years working for the Caesar party.
Octavia's appearance reflects her reality. Though short in stature, she is distinctive enough to avoid. Her eyes are a radioactive red that spend little time closed. She chooses to cover her crimson circles with a thick coal make-up to match her unkempt ebony locks. Her lips, thick yet bitten raw are often dry and bleeding. Her skin is a sickly white, almost gray which allows her to blend in nicely with the colour palette of her daily surroundings. Upon her chin is a small symbol of the Caesar party, which each member sports in some way. On her right eyebrow, Octavia has her only piercing, which was a gift of recruitment.
