What if the infamous Video Game Crash of 1983 never took place and Atari was still successful in the video game industry? This roleplay explores an alternate universe where the answer to this question lies. The year is 2020 (With no COVID-19 around), and Atari has been very successful through the years with their line of number-based consoles such as the Atari 2600, the 5200 and the 7800. Following this, they became even more successful with their line of cat-based consoles such as the Atari Lynx, the Panther and the Jaguar. Then, around the beginning of the 21st century, the became successful with the Atari EX, after which they went next-gen with the Atari NEO. They later went next-gen once more in 2014 with the launch of the Atari Hercules, which was also very successful. The year is now 2020, and Atari has just gotten started on the development of their newest console, the Atari Odin. Join a group of employees at Atari who try to do their best with the help of their manager to keep making games for Atari to keep the Atari fanbase satisfied and the cash at Atari rolling in.
