Appearance: Light tan, more lower body strength as opposed to upper body, wears a retro trench coat and fedora, occasionally with sunglasses and a cigar to complete the mix. Dress shirt and pants.
Personality: Insane, but chill. When it's time to get serious, then Dave gets serious.
