Other Arselu'Tel (Opinions and ideas wouldn't hurt)

Tiir

The Sleeping Glow Wyrm.
Arselu'Tel Realm, also known as the "The Great Disciples" Realm.

This plane was mostly uninhabited mountain ranges, teeming with wildlife, with no known portals to the other planes of existence. The only way to access this plane is being invited. It is covered in lush forests, massive mountains, perfectly clear streams, placid lakes, and an ocean called the Sparkling Sea, as befitting of the home of the Dweomerheart.

Each one of the patrons maintains a realm on this plane. None of these realms has a border and each one seamlessly melds into the other with absolutely no discernible borders apparent. The domains of the patrons residing on this plane all occupied a single mountain with a flat top which was adorned with the Shining city, Dweomerheart. Dedicated to the appreciation and study of magic, power, etc., especially to the creation of new magic, the city was the ultimate university for the Art. The city itself was the quintessence of alteration, powered by conjuration through evocation, all wrapped in illusions that changed daily.

The City:
A city rests in the center of a massive continent of landmass with an ocean on all sides, but the city is large, sitting upon one of the many mountains. Outside of that around, the city is surrounded by a vast and great gnarly trees with foul twisted visages formed in the patterns of the bark composes much of the dark and eerie woodland. The entire forest, like the maddening nightmares, sent by the horrific care-taker, is unpredictable and unquenchable in its hunger. Those who dare cross it's barrier will find themselves subject to horror beyond their most vile and twisted imagination. 30 miles away from the city, you can see the Giants that protect the city, because they are over 80 feet tall. Massive mountains, perfectly clear streams and rivers, placid lakes, mostly uninhabited mountain ranges, teeming with wildlife. To get to the city, you travel by boat then walk or ride the 50 mile high ramp which circles around a mountain before extending to the bridge of judgement, which is 10 miles long with Stone Golems standing 10 feet apart in one row on both sides of the bridge, looking like statues carved from the same stone which the bridge is made of. When you get to the first giant gate doors, you have two Setinels gaurding the entrance to the gate, and then again at the second giant gate which allows you into the city. Beware, for the other golems roam in random patterns throughout the city's streets, and a few Setinel units are secretly in places within the city's floors.

Areas of The city:
Entrance: A large stone gate meets you as you approach the massive city. In gate is inscribed with 2 large D's and are made from a Limestone. Beyond the gate lies the front hall, light by a large chandilear and decorated with a large fountain in the middle that pours out a teal colored water.

Outer Wall: Surrounding the city from the 1st floor up, the Outer Wall is a massive construct of balconies and ladders, held in by a 5 foot thick stone wall. This Wall is mainly used as storage or a quick defensive point for an attack. This area is mainly unused though.

Marble Gallery:
on your way to the dinning room, a large Gallery filled with paintings from every era are found. Black marble forms every structural point in this area, from walls, floors, roofs, to the pillars. This Gallery is massive and does in fact encompass nearly the entire first floor.

Quarters: This Area is the 2nd floor. Here there are rooms with bed and bath for any amount of guests needed. These rooms have never before been completely filled at one time for the city has a way of... adding on when necessary.

Infermery: The medical floor of the city, floor 3, able to acomidate any need or injury in the known world. Everything from herbal remedies to modern day medication can be found on this floor.

Long Library: On the 4th floor you will find the entire floor is filled with books and informational sources. This library is used by whomever owns the city and their guests often. You can find nearly any information you require here, from any realm as well.

Royal Chapel: Climb the great stairs of the Holy Chapel and you'll eventually make it to the confessional and the bell tower, well into the clouds. The staircase room full of stained glass is a spectacular site to see. This Chapel takes up the "5th Floor" but it is one of the taller floors of the city. In fact, it is 4 floors rolled into one.

Clock Tower: The "6th level" of the city, right above the holy chapel, a massive clock tower sits, constantly ticking. To the average passer-byers it is no more than an elevator ride up through a stone room, but to those who stop, beyond that room is a confusing and lethal gear room that doesn't seem to stop till you get to the main clock. Look out, most of the wood stairs and such in this area are old and may easily brake.

Colosseum: This level is in fact on the second to last floor of the city, it has an open roof allowing fresh air to enter. Those on the top floor can easy look down and see the combatants in heat. Here many fights happen, and many people may die, but its all in the spirit of the Colosseum.

The Keep: Just above the Colosseum a large keep sits in the air, held up by 4 diagonal pillars/walkways that stretch from 4 different spots of the top of the city. The keep has a council chamber room as well as the "all knowing glass" which allows its viewers to see anything they desire of the present.

The Under Halls:
Alchemy Lab: A large research lab found on the B1 floor, this area has tons of experimental equipment and gear. In this lab you may find poisons potions and other alchemical things to aid you on your journey or plot. Be warned, only those with proper authority can enter this lab without being attacked by its guardians.

Underground Caverns: In the Alchemy Lab there is an old secret door that will bring you to the Cavern's that run all through the city's grounds. These caverns are full of strong running rivers and waterfalls. Along with many hidden treasures here, you may find a few more secrets to bring you even deeper into the odd city.

Abandoned Mine: On the edge of the mountains that surround the city's lands, there is an old mine shaft. Its rather ornate and is the hiding place of several Relics. Supposedly there is a secret passage from the under ground caverns to the mine's center.

Catacombs: Just down the slope from where The city sits is a grave site. Embedded into the side of the mountain, a creepy looking stone arch and doorway stand between you and the Catacombs. Down in those halls there lies dead bodies as old as the universe itself. These catacombs also happen to be a place to hide items within old tombs.

The 4 Elevators: On each floor, there is a room in the center acting as the spine of the city. In those rooms there are 4 golden circles with large D's inscribed on them sitting in the floor. These are the elevators that will bring you to any floor in the city you desire, simply think of the floor and they will begin to move.
