Louis walked through the road, eyeing a couple people who mean mugged him. Louis passed 23 Jump Street smirking “Successfully Avoided.” He says as he continues walking through the road “If my memory serves me correct the Alley has a mugger, the road gets caught in a shootout and the only safe way is the ladders.” He goes up the ladders on the houses

Abilities:He’s an Arc, he has the ability to time Leap back to the morning of the same day, which is basically precognition but it’s still useful.
”Finally, I was starting to think you wouldnt show.” A man says
“When have I ever failed family?” Louis says as he looks off the edge of the roof “Oh-He’s the guy who’s starts the-“ a bullet is fired, followed by a couple more as Louis ducks for cover
The Shootout starts as Louis Watches, hopefully no Arcs or any of their kind come by. It’d be a real shame if the shootout was stopped by super strong powerful beings.
