Help Are you good at making complex BBcode templates? I could use some help

Wondering if anyone could help me... I'd like to collab with someone to create a template for my own RP. The theme is going to be reminiscent of Samurai Champloo, so I'd like it to have a Feudal Japan mixed with Graffiti/Western vibe.

I have a code I made with my sister, but other than that I have no work, since I use mobile and stopped coding. However, I have a tablet now so I can code to a degree.
