Her wings do not change her physical condition, if she wants to be able to fly while supporting weight she needs to be able to carry it.

1. read others surface thoughts as long as his mind is tuned into theirs. His quirk is like a radio and a station, he tunes his mind to the frequency of the other persons mind and hears what they think.

2. search peoples mind for what they know but aren’t thinking. He can dig through the persons mind for something they know no matter how deep it is buried in their mind.

Power limitations/weakness:

1. he can only read one persons mind at a time, also like a radio he can only tune into a single station (mind) at a time.

2. It takes time to search peoples mind for more information, he can not do this while fighting he needs time and focus to dig through someone’s mind.

Why do you want to be a hero: to make sure no one suffers like he did, when John was 10 his whole family was killed by a villain. But it was a heroes fault because he hit the villain into their house during a battle, John was outside when this happened and was safe but his family was inside. His big and little sister, mom and Dad were all killed by the villain, after the villain was detained the hero responsible publicly apologized. On the outside but inside John heard him thinking he wasn’t sorry for anything but damaging his reputation, John was forced to live on the streets for 8 years while the villain lived comfortably in a prison. John wants to make sure no one is subject to anything he went through with the corrupt justice system as long as he draws breath.

Body type: standing at a staggering 8 foot her body is only slightly more muscular then the standard 15 year old

Description: Margate has a few striking features that make her stand out aside from her immense height, she is also covered in silvery gray scales form head to toe said scales are course and abrasive,another odd feature is her eyes they are a solid redy gold colour,her hair is a the same colour as her scales and have a similar course felling to it as well as rather long but standered enought considering her height, finally her teeth look more like they would fit in a carnivorous animel then a human,

Personality: while her high and appearance are considerably off putting Margate tries to be friendly however she often comes off as rather condescending, coupled with the fact she is literally draining to be around but all in all she tries her best to be nice.

Likes: explosions, meat, unusual creatures objects and people, sticking her nose where it shouldn’t belong so to speak

Dislikes: being left out of things, cold weather, secrets

entropy: Margate constantly generates a field around her of about 3m that saps all types of energy, so for example it could slow down or completely stop a projectile or just make someone very tired eventually

Abilities
Effect entropy: Margate can increase or decrease the power of the entropy field making its sapping effect even more prominent or weaker but she can not turn it off

Body drain: hitting Margate with a physical attack or her using one will cause a large drain on the stamina and energy reserves on the target, to the point where the cells bonds may break if subjected to enought strikes

Weaknesses: she need to be extremely close to her targe to cause any real harm and it’s more dangerous to her allies thanks the the inability to deactivate the entropy field, another odd feature of her abilities that is after having the entropy field turn up for long periods of time, it give her a odd craving for raw meat

    Control & Generate Electricity - She is like a personal circuit and can power up things with charged currents, sometimes to the point where they explode. This also works like how lightning can burn things or start electrical fires and not just explosions.
    Thunder - She can expel lightning from herself either in a discharge around herself or in thrown lightning bolts.
    Electrokinesis - She can lift and move things by putting an electrical field around it. She typically uses it for transportation, like riding something, or to move things out of her way.

    Power limitations/weakness
    Overload - although she can't burn or electrocute herself with her own lightning the continued use of her powers without discharge will overwhelm her body and cause her to burn out. Most times after a wait period, depending on how much energy was used, she'll be good to go but if it gets too bad she could pass out from exhaustion.
    Grounding - She's weak to anything that prevents conduction or grounds electricity like rubber or earth.

Why she wants to be a hero:

Nubia grew up in a not so great neighborhood, there was crime frequently and no heroes around with little if ever any police help. She lived in the kind of place where no one ever really called the police because most of the time they wouldn't even bother to come. She remembered calling the police when she found a stolen car parked on the corner, she called at least 3 times, but the car sat for months until it was finally picked up, but not by the state just more thieves. She remembered when a mentally ill person was having a meltdown by her mother's car, they called the police, twice, no one came. In the following days there'd be a murder at the store down the street and a shootout the day after during the memorial, still, the police were way late to the party, still there were no heroes to help them. About a week later someone was trying to steal her mother's car, she didn't bother to pick up the phone this time, she went outside and she stopped them herself. When the police finally arrived, they said she did good, but it was reckless and to leave it to the professionals. She wanted to scold them, tell them she'd do that if there were ever any professionals around, but instead it gave her an idea, maybe she should be a hero. If she was a hero, she could help clean up the places everyone else seems to forget about.

Power: Solar manipulation

Abilities: Can expel solar energy from her body


Can use solar energy stored in her body to supplement her stamina and physical attributes.


Power limitations/weakness: Nubia absorbs solar energy through her skin if there is no sunlight she can absorb solar energy. During the night her solar absorption drops only to 3-12% depending on the phase and visibility of the moon. Overuse of this power can cause her to overheat.

Since this power is mentally controlled, overuse can cause dizziness or migraines. So far she can only make one copy while she's invisible at a time.

Body Type: Small and slim, but light enough to be quick on his feet. He stands at 5'5, weighing in at 130lbs.

Personality traits:

Idealistic - he always strives to be his perfect self, and has high expectations in making several reforms in the world that at times can clearly be hard to achieve. This is due to his age and nature, of course.

Outgoing - Hope loves people, and he loves to be around them. It gives him a heightened sense of enjoyment.

Energetic - this can be seen both as a good thing and a bad thing. His energy can often times bring people's moods up or entertain them, but often it gets to the point where it's both tiring and irritating to contend with.

Private - Hope often keeps any problems, whether at school, at home, or wherever else, entirely to himself. He often times likes to use his outgoing nature to mask such problems and be seen in this certain image, rather than be considered with pity or weakness, which he experienced much as a child.

Caring - Hope does care for others, especially his friends, to the point he would do anything to cheer them up or help them out. Even if he can't, he strives to always be there for someone.

Gullible - if someone were to tell Hope that an elephant once landed on Mars, he'd probably take their word for it. He seems to still take things in with a childlike wonder and never seems to question it.

Hardworking - despite his exterior 'active' nature, Hope does try to work hard on his studies, knowing that he came to the school for a reason.

To prove to his father what he is capable of, and to work towards his idealised view of how the world should be.

Body Type: A little above average height at 5'10", he's fairly muscular and has a solid core

Personality
Luther is stuck between two worlds and barely managing to keep himself afloat. On one hand he has his very strict grandfather, a prolific hero who had hoped to pass his lineage onto his son but was instead greeted with rebellion and the ultimate betrayal - villainous acts. On the other hand there is Luther's father, a currently imprisoned villain who tried his hardest to ensure that his own son, Luther, would never become a hero. With these two strongly contrasting ideologies shaping his childhood it's easy to understand the conflicted person Luther is today.
The only thing he's certain of is that he wants to become a hero. Or at the very least give everything he's got to try. Only problem is he isn't sure why. Just to make his grandfather happy? To slight his father? Luther finds it difficult to make choices for himself, to really consider what it is he wants for his own life.
That aside, Luther is a pleasant person to be around. He's polite, generous and funny even - always ready with a joke and a smile. Some might think his optimism is a facade and they'd be half right. Luther's had to learn to pretend things are fine, that he's ok because his grandfather would accept nothing less. He can seem insincere at time but only because he keeps his inner thoughts hidden. Luther is frustratingly stubborn when he sets his mind in something. Never one to easily concede. As such he's very competitive and absolutely loves to win. Luther is also surprisingly resilient and strongly believes there's little he can't solve on his own. Through tough times he keeps a level-head an always keeps going.
Curiosity kills the cat but never Luther. Ever since he was a little kid there has been a lot he wants to know, he likes stories and storytellers and enjoys learing new and interesting information of different fields. He's a good listener and is willing to learn about other's interests if they're willing to share them.​

Frost- Luther can create and manipulate ice as well as turn some liquids into a solid ice-like form (depends on the capabilities of the liquid but he can really only do it with water atm)

Abilities:
Blizzard - Luther creates a limited area barrier made of ice particles around his opponent which he uses to attack in all directions by transforming the ice particles into hefty shards or icicles
Flash Freeze - Luther can also use that barrier to encase himself in a thick layer of ice, protecting him from harm
Ice Wave - Luther can glide along ice paths he's created, allowing for him to be agile and quick moving

Limits/Weaknesses:
Frostbite- While Luther would never freeze to death, he is not totally immune to the freezing effects of ice. He can only create and manipulate it for so long before his body starts to suffer the normal effects of freezing. He becomes slow, his attacks have less impact and his body becomes tired and weighed down.

Melting Point- Luther is both strong against and weak to fire. One in greater quantity would over power the other, a perfect balance really.

Body Type: A bit shorter than average, roughly 5'3", hourglass but fairly toned

Personality
As you would maybe expect from the daughter of villains wanted almost everywhere, who've done horrible things to good people, it's not always sunshine and dasiys for Scarlett Tempest. She's a young woman with a chip on her shoulder, just her, angry and alone, against and entire world she's convinced hates her. It's hard, she's young, She's frustrated, but everyone expects her to take it with a smile because she has to. She's been granted a second chance afterall, she'll be watched like a hawk so she won't become her parents, a tragic Bonnie and Clyde story, their legacy Scarlett. Shes convinced herself that people won't look past who her parents were, who she was, and get to know the kindhearted young woman behind the stoic face. Yes, a lot of what you'll see at face value is who she is. She's not much of a talker, but that's because she despises small talk and would much rather get into real conversations. And it's true, she's blunt, but she's not rude, because they do not mean the same thing. Shes loyal to her friends, and hard-working putting everything into what she does, and what she sets her mind to, but she still can't help it when she sometimes comes across that giant casam of numb that swallows her completely. It's hard to comfort her, she hardly allows it, especially when she's going through these episodes, but take a deep breath, She's trying her best. Her parents weren't ready to be parents, she wasn't taught a lot of what she needed to know, and if you ask her to describe and emotion, she can't, but give her time. She's slowly trying to get better, one baby step at a time.

Hemokinesis ~ This fun little ability allows Scarlett to manipulate red and white blood cells at will.

Abilities:
Property Manipulation: Scarlett can manipulate the properties of the blood she's using, making it harden, boil, move like water, rapidly expand, etc. The full limits haven't exactly been tested, and Scarlett has so far, out right refused to try some of what's been suggested to her.
Slight Regeneration: Because of how fast and how often her blood cells have to normally replace themselves, her natural ability to recover from small cuts and bruise is sped up. It doesn't really do much for serious injuries, but since she has to injury herself to access what she controls, it makes sure those scars dont stick around.

Limitations/Weaknesses:
Morals: Scarlett's ability not only allows her to control her own blood, but the blood of others. However, even if she was going to die from blood loss if she tried using her power anymore, if there wasn't any "free blood" within range, she won't be able to bring herself to use someone's blood who hasn't given her permission. Hell, she even feels a guilty using the bad guys blood sometimes. Anyway, the point is, she would rather die than use someone against their will.
After Battle Animea: Scarlett's blood cells need some time to replenish after long battles, and she will suffer from Animea symptoms until she's recovered. Sometimes it only lasts a few minutes, sometimes a few hours depending on how bad the fight was. She's gotten better at guessing, but it always seems to surprise in some way.
Range/Cleanliness: The blood she can influence has a range of about 30 feet, which means she will occasionally forget to bring some of her blood along with her, and next thing you know she's being framed for murder or a bank robbery. Cleanliness also plays a part, as recalling her blood helps counter the anemic symptoms she suffers. Of course, knowing what you can and cannot recall is sometimes a challenge. Both have gotten her into some pretty interesting situations.

Status Of Guardians: Her mother was killed during the fight that finally brought her father to prison. Currently, she's her own guardian.

It's very loud, and very overwhelming. She can see and hear data streams, and it leads to sensory overloads in places like big cities, and this new school is filled to the brim with tech, so this will be a huge problem for her.
