Backstory:
Anima was the only daughter of the former Alpha of the Western Waters, and she had surpassed in nearly every test given to her as a pup up until now. She was raised to be diligent, strict, and overall: perfect. She was raised to be a split image of her father, who had gained his rank through many significant battles within the pack. Anima had always been so set on being a perfect heir to her father, though this had all changed when she was patrolling the borders of their territory past the river and met Rein. He was a rogue, who had fled his former pack to seek out the life as a lone wolf, and encouraged Anima to break free from her restraints as the Alpha's daughter, to join him. She was reluctant, though found herself seeking him out every morning since; They were quite the pair of star-crossed lovers, as cheesy as it was to Anima.
Eventually, Rein had succeeded in convincing Anima to flee with him, and they'd done so just before the sun could rise above the mountains. The couple had traveled together for many Moon Phases, until one day Anima had awoken and discovered Rein to be gone and no longer by her side. Heartbroken and confused, Anima found herself too long gone from her pack to return, and continued her life as a lone rogue. This was until she'd collapsed upon the territory of the Borealis, after going so long without food or water, and she was brought back to the territory. Just when she'd believed that she would be killed, she was instead shown kindness and was healed. Since then, Anima had shown her neverending devotion to the Borealis.
