During the day the streets were full of lively people, the cars would be following through the small town. But the witching hour wasn’t an hour most people liked to be out in especially her kind. Angels were supposed to love the light and hate the dark but she was different. She loved one just as much as the other but had never dared to talk about loving the dark or seeing how it worked.[/SIZE]

Just waiting for one of her kind to come walking down the ghostly sidewalks, for her thin body to cast the shadow that would collect the souls so they could walk throughout the moonlight but remain in the shadows protected by the one less likely to protect them.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=14.666666666666666px]While walking slowly admiring the brilliant night time scenery and the cool air of the fall weather on her skin she seen a tall thin figure dart into the shadows of an alley mere feet from where she was. She tilts her head and lets the curiosity of the figure take ahold of her mind as she quickens her pace and walks to the edge of the alley. Peering into the darkness of the alley she was unable to see anything and had a sick feeling. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=14.666666666666666px]When she started to take a small step back she was suddenly hoisted into the shadows and thrown against the wall. She groans in pain as her head crashes into the hard concrete wall at the end of the alley way. Her body slides down the dirty grimy wall. She closes her eyes trying to focus on getting rid of the pain and the spinning of her head, but to no avail would her attacker give her the chance to heal before the next round. It grabbed her shoulders and threw her into the middle of the alley way and pinned her there. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=14.666666666666666px]Opening her eyes she seen large red glowing eyes and white rows of fangs in its mouth with stains of blood here and there. She lets out a scream of terror and lets out a force that throws the attack into the same wall as she had been hoisted into. She quickly jumped to her feet as her wings sprouted out of her back and light radiated off them, making the alley way much more brighter. As she neared the dark creature that was laying against the wall she was shocked that at who he was. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=14.666666666666666px]The attacker was a male about her age, the only problem is that he is a demon. She makes her wings glow brighter to burn him but again he shocked her that he wasn’t getting burned or trying to run from the light. It was as though the light didn’t bother him. Lila quickly jumped back when the figure suddenly came back to life and lounged at her. He slammed her against the side wall and pinned her there her wings making her blonde hair shine. Her bright blue eyes looked up at him as she tried to burn his hands but to no avail did it work. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=14.666666666666666px]With eyes filled with fear she stares into his dark red ones struggling and using up all her powers to get away. She had never been so afraid of the dark as she was now. The curiosity of the dark side was no longer there because while staring into his eyes she seen what its was. Hell…. A grim place with pain and suffering and she was terrified by this. It made her will to get out of his grip all the more wilder as she kicked and bite using human defenses to try and get out of his grip.[/SIZE]
