So "no physological mutations" means no physical changes,right?

Well, you can go with physical changes. I put the no physiology powers so that no one goes and puts something down along the lines of using Thunderbird Physiology and having all those traits of a thunderbird kind of thing.

You can have physical changes from the mutation of your experimented character or if you're a regular human and have some kind of mutated thing of having something like an overly large arm or anything along those lines.
