Agartha City is located on a fairly large island with tall cliffs and mountains. The island is around six-hundred kilometres long and four-hundred kilometres wide. There is nothing beyond the land other than endless sea. The island itself has a temperate climate, with temperatures normally around 21˚C during the day, and 15˚C during the night around the coast, and is normally colder inland. The island has a population of roughly seven million, most living in Agartha City.

AGARTHAN CURRENCY
The main form of currency in Agartha is the tarv (∂). Money is both paper and coins. Notes are green.

DOWNTOWN

A large area in the city housing Agartha's main business district.

AGARTHA GALLERIA

An area dedicated to shopping. Lies next to the business district.

AGARTHA CITY INDUSTRIAL ZONE

Agartha City's industrial area. Located several kilometres away from the main city.

MARINA

An area containing multiple docks for boats and ships. Located on the coast.

AGARTHA CITY RESERVE

Medium-sized park located on the outside of the city. Harmless creatures can be found here.

AGARTHA CITY STRIP

An area in Downtown packed with hotels and casinos.

AGARTHA MOUNTAIN RANGE

Large area containing numerous mountains. Located behind the city.

AGARTHA TRAIN DEPOT

A large train station located in Agartha City, near Agartha City Park. Maglev trains can commonly be seen entering and leaving this area.

Generic Officers

Basic ACPD units seen everywhere. Normally equipped with Walther P99s and Heckler and Koch USPs, along with kevlar body armour. They handle small-scale threats rather well, but don't tend to last long in large-scale ones.

ACPD Special Combat Unit (SCU)

Elite ACPD units tasked with handling military-grade weapons and tactics. Highly effective against most threats to await the arrival of the Agartha Defence Force (ADF).

The ACPD's headquarters is located in the Downtown area.

AGARTHA GREENLANDS

Grassy area with many rivers, streams, and lakes, dottedd with high block mountains and waterfalls. Not many people tend to go here due to the large number of creatures that reside there.​

Shrine of Oresia ~ The Forgotten Goddess
A small shrine on Agartha Greenlands. It is located near the mountain range and has been abandoned for many years. It is most likely due to monster attacks that the shrine maidens were killed, and civilization moved to Agartha City. No one really recalls the name of the Goddess which they worship here, but rumor has it that there is a malevolent spirit in the area.

Agartha Crystaline Caves
a whole series of connected cave systems which attracts a lot of explorers and miners. A single crystal quartz from here could cost $100000. It seems fairly large, and many areas of the caves haven't been explored as of yet.​

Agartha is host to numerous species of animals, from normal animals such as simple cows and birds to hostile rock creatures.

Basic summary

Behaviour: How the creature behaves, whether it is DOCILE, NEUTRAL, or HOSTILE. DOCILE creatures will not attack at all, NEUTRAL creatures only attack if provoked or approached, and HOSTILE creatures automatically attack anything on sight.
Threat Level: 1 is the lowest and the easiest to defeat, 10 is the highest and the hardest to defeat. Creatures with a threat rating of 0 are completely docile and will not attack at all.
Rarity: 1 is the lowest and can be found almost anywhere in the listed location. 10 is the highest and creatures of this rarity are exceedingly rare, with only a handful in existence.

HARDTALON

Predatory pack hunter. Normally found in groups of six to eight in the Greenlands. Roughly the size of a large lion.

Praying mantis-like creature the size of a large dog. Very agile and aggressive. Normally found alone in the Gleaming Forest.

STRIDER

An insect-like creature with a tough chitin that stands at around six and a half feet tall. Four long legs allow it to easily traverse terrain. Generally found alone in the Gleaming Forest, commonly around the Lake of Souls.

THORNBACK

Highly aggressive hunter. Found in the Greenlands. Around the size of a velociraptor. Hunts in packs of four.

Incredibly aggressive hunter found in the Agarthan Rocks

ROUGHIDE

Docile herbivore. Travels in large herds with around a hundred in each. Found in the Grasslands.

WISP

Harmless spectral creature. Wisps illuminate the area they are in and tend to fill surrounding beings with feelings of peace. Drops Wisp Crystals when killed.

Hostile disembodied souls. Found in abandoned buildings and dark areas. Most common around ghost towns such as November Springs.

Large and aggressive arthropod. Size varies from the size of a cat to an elephant, depending on age. Sensitive to light, but use their adaptation to the darkness to stalk prey.

Dog-like creatures made entirely out of glowing crystals. Pack hunters.

Crab-like creature found in caves. Not very threatening alone, but dangerous in large swarms.

Airborne predator. Hunts both flying and ground prey. Around the size of a small car, with a wingspan twice that.

Agartha's military and defence force. The ADF handles more major threats such as high-tier monster attacks and terrorists. They pack some heavy firepower for use against these threats. The ADF has a total strength of around a quarter million.

ADF Infantry makes up the bulk of the military. They are highly trained and use military-grade gear. Commonly equipped with the G36C, BMRC, and the ARX160.

The ADF owns and operates a fleet of five Airborne Command Carriers (ACC), massive flying warships four-hundred metres long. They are normally seen patrolling Agartha, though the lead ship of its class, the Paladin, can be seen hovering above Agartha City most of the time.

Abandoned town in the Greenlands. Spectres and other hostile creatures are very common here.

MEMORIAL PARK

It's called the Memorial Park, but nobody can actually remember who or what it's memorializing. An expansive urban oasis nestled between the Downtown Business District and the Agartha Galleria, the Memorial Park contains all sorts of amenities for any Agarthan leisure-seeker with a love of the outdoors. It's not quite the same as getting out into the wilderness, but there probably aren't as many monsters here.

Some notable locations within the Memorial Park include:

An amphitheater nestled in a wooded area of the park. Free concerts and similar events are often held here and the shade of the trees helps keep concertgoers cool on warm summer days.

A small zoo with a surprisingly varied collection of exhibits. It's a popular spot for first dates! The zoo hosts different events throughout the year to encourage residents to visit often.

An artifical lake for all sorts of water-based activities. You can rent boats here, go fishing, or even swim. In the colder months the lake freezes and ice skating becomes a popular activity.​

ANCHORPOINT

Medium-sized coastal town located on the other side of Agartha, at the warmer regions. Great for getting some sun, and the average temperature of this area ranges from 19˚C to 26˚C. Best mode of transportation to Anchorpoint from Agartha City is via the Cross-Island Express.

This place is popular with people from the city who want to unwind and relax at the beach.

The warmer conditions make it perfect to have a swim in the sea. Aside from various harmless aquatic creatures, there is nothing to fear here as the area is protected by the ADF.

Pictured above is the Saffron Sierra Resort, one of the best resorts in Agartha. Very expensive but top notch.

Anchorpoint Train Station. The central depot for trains. It is mostly used for maglev trains, though conventional railway trains can also be seen.​

MIDDLE RIVERS

A quiet small town located just a kilometre south of the Crystalline Caves. A large creek runs through the middle of the area. Located in the middle of the Greenlands, temperatures tend to be colder, averaging out at 17˚C during the day and 6˚C during the night. This area is patrolled by the ADF.

There are numerous shops selling fresh produce here, along with several pubs.

Several bed and breakfasts can be found here.

It is overall quite a pleasant place to unwind.

[The Omen of Death]

Agartha Museum Of Art



The Agartha Museum of Art is a place for art enthusiasts, placed smartly close by to Memorial Park, which in turn is between the Downtown area and Galleria. Completely modern in design, the newest structure was built over a pre-existing one nearby, to allow for this new design.

The interior, has multiple floors moving at various crazy angles to give the appearance of zig zagging floors and stairs, each floor having various art designs and sculptures from various parts of Agartha's history with various designs, one that speaks volumes to the people as a whole, about them and various other aspects.​

 

[Corrosion]

The Agarthan Freedom Militia (AFM) is a paramilitary terrorist organisation who directly opposes the Agarthan government, seeking to overthrow it and 'liberate' its people. They are a well-armed and sufficiently trained group, being more than a match for the ADF even with outdated weapons and technology thanks to improvised fighting tech. The total number is unknown, though it is estimated that there are around 50,000.
