Goddammit you didn't know the meme. It actually originated from Spongebob(Ravioli Ravioli Show the Formioli or something), then Kanna from Dragon Maid came out and people were like: Don't lewd the dragon lolis. But we all know the internet's a pervert and thus;

'Ravioli Ravioli, Don't lewd the Dragon loli' was born and was posted in every Dragon Maid related content, and while some prefer the shitpost of Kanna pointing towards a police car.

Everyone above the low-tier is like, god-tier OP and too stronk for the rp. Unless they end up fighting like they do in-game—as a game where both sides fight at a level where they both can win—they might trivialize the enemies to some degree. Well, I automatically know I can't use anyone like Reimu (just float out of Agartha, bye lol), Sakuya (move to another timeline), or Yukari (reality warping hax) since they'd just leave.

However, I would classify Cirno as low tier, though. She wouldn't have a way to leave unless you really went in-depth with a real-life science application of her moving faster than light since by that point you might be able to theoretically outspeed time. Like I said, though, that might be a little too sciency.

TL;DR Need to reconcile the fact that Touhou is a universe full of broken as frick characters who still usually play fair in fair fights.

Nah, characters are pretty much trapped in Agartha with no way of getting out. Like I said in the World Information, there's nothing beyond the island itself. Timelines can't be changed, either.

Anyway, once you create your character, I can probably get the IC up by today or tomorrow.

Or one very powerful character... Raiden with the Mercer Virus... or Alex Mercer with Raiden's skills.

Both have pretty much the same skills and methods of healing, with Alex consuming random people and Raiden absorbing the electrolites of other cyborgs. They both have completely absurd durability and general thirst for blood and violence. Only thing is that Alex has a crippling weakness to electricity, and Raiden is stuck in Agartha with no real means of healing himself.

And yes, if we combine Mercer with Raiden (the two edgiest characters here), we'd probably get an edgelord like Reaper.
