Backstory: Thomas is the son of a villain. He was born with a quirk that's really powerful and would easily allow him to be a hero, but his mom wants him to be a villain. So after he graduates middle school and goes into high school, his mom starts to give him little tasks/jobs that he can do to help the league, one of which is to watch and gather info about UA. But after some time he grows fond of one of the students, and after a long time of thinking and hesitation decides to join. After getting into class 1A (or the class the character that Thomas grows fond of is from) and decides to go ahead to try and build a relationship with them. But what happens when his mom finds out what he did and gets enraged by it? Can he keep UA and its student(s) safe while also keeping them from finding out about him and his dark past?

Name: Tsuyu Asui

Hero name: Rainy Season Hero: Froppy

Quirk:
Frog-
Tsuyu's Quirk gives her the physiology of a frog, with her having the attributes of the creature as well as possessing several frog-like abilities. She is able to cling to surfaces, leap very high (and is usually seen leaping as opposed to running) as well as stick out her tongue up to 20 metres which is strong enough to lift a person's whole body weight. Tsuyu is also capable of camouflaging herself to some extent, other abilities include being able to eject her stomach and secrete a mild, itch-inducing toxin.

Since frogs are cold-blooded creatures, Tsuyu is very sensitive to the cold, and can go into a hibernation-like state if over-exposed to cold temperatures.

Personality:
Tsuyu is laid-back, but she is also very direct with those around her, willing to tell them exactly what she think about others. Due to her parents being busy at work and often being left to look after her two younger siblings at a young age, she is a very mature and responsible individual who is able to effectively divide her attention between home and school-related duties without letting them interfere with one another. This has also lead her to being an emotional support for others, making them feel safe and at ease if they don't feel so. She seems to be very indifferent when in school, but sometimes she has demonstrated the opposite and is quite perceptive. She is extremely realistic, she cares about her classmates, and remains calm in the face of danger, but reacts violently if someone harms her. She prefers to be called by her nickname "Tsu" as opposed to her real name, although only by her friends.

Despite her supportive nature, Tsuyu can also be rather sensitive due to her always saying what's on her mind, and fearing her words coming off as blunt and hurtful as result. After Bakugo's kidnapping, Tsuyu tries to get her friends to act rationally by saying that they are no better than villains if they go breaking the rules with leaving to save him.

Afterwards however, Tsuyu becomes very upset and saddled with guilt due to being unable to face her classmates again after this, as well as viewing her own behaviour as cowardly. With help from Ochaco Uraraka however, she was able to put things right and talk with everyone again.

Befitting her frog physiology, Tsuyu can often be heard using the word "Ribbit" ("kero" in the Japanese version) at the end of her sentences as well as her replies. Her facial expression is often a calm and vacant stare, making it difficult to read whatever she's thinking.


Appearance:

Tsuyu is a short girl with a frog-like appearance. She has straight dark green hair that ties into a bow at its bottom, and her eyes are considerably large, unlike any normal person. She has eyelashes at the bottom of her eyes and a mouth that dips down a bit in the middle. Adding to her frog-like appearance, she has notably large hands.

Her superhero costume consists of a bright green full-body suit, with black stripes and yellow trim. She has two utility belts, one ending above her breasts and one on her waist, which is decorated with green dots along the outside. Tsuyu wears beige gloves with large wrist guards and green buckles. She also wears black, thigh-high flippers with smaller green lines, resembling frog legs. In fact, most of her costume is based on the design of a frog.

Backstory:
Before starting at U.A., Tsuyu's parents had to travel for work often, which gave them little time to raise their children. Tsuyu was left with the responsibilities of raising Samidare and Satsuki, such as making dinner for them. Although it was tough raising her little siblings, Tsuyu still found her life to be wonderful.

Two years ago before starting at U.A., Tsuyu's hero studies at her middle school piled up and she didn't have much free time for herself. Tsuyu's busy schedule, as well as her frog-like appearance, made it difficult for her to make friends. During her time at middle school, there was a student who started stalking her named Habuko Mongoose, who also had difficulty making friends. Habuko often used her Quirk, which paralyzed whoever she looked at for three seconds, on Tsuyu. Despite this, Tsuyu wasn't bothered by Habuko's stalking because she could understand her as they were both lonely.

One day, Tsuyu mustered up the courage and finally asked Habuko to be friends. Habuko was surprised and touched by Tsuyu's kindness, before happily agreeing to be friends with Tsuyu. Eventually, Tsuyu and Habuko graduated from their middle school, but went to different high schools though they kept in contact.

Two years later, the day after U.A.'s semester began, Tsuyu receives a message from Habuko which states that she made new friends at her new high school and next time she will introduce them to her. Even though they ended up going to different high schools, Tsuyu notes that she will always be friends with Habuko. Tsuyu decides that, like Habuko, she will make lots of friends at her new high school as well.

Hero name: Silver Spartan

Quirk: Central Hub- Using a cybernetic chip installed directly into his brain, Takumi can hack into and control any machines with a computer in them within a set range. The chip itself houses an A.I., Eniac, which acts as an assistance and advisory program. He most frequently uses this man-made quirk to control his Silver Spartan cybernetic armor. Sounds like a handy ability, right? Well, it's not without its flaws. First off, all it takes is a strong enough blow to the head or high enough voltage to break the chip installed within. Depending on the circumstances, this could also wind up being fatal for the inventor. There's also the small issue that connection to whatever machine he's controlling can be cut off by a number of means, and extending the range requires more power from his suit.

Personality: Takumi is snarky, sarcastic, and sharp tongued, but is friendly enough with others to get along. He enjoys poking fun at his peers but will also gift them with new gizmos and devices. That being said, Takumi has an impressive intellect when it comes to machines and tactics, capable of thinking on the fly and adapting strategies to come out on top. Despite this he can be somewhat reckless to say the least. He enjoys the thrill of combat as much as the tranquility of working in his lab at home or the school workshop.

Appearance: Takumi has short black hair, most often combed to one side, blue eyes, and slightly tanned skin. He often wears simple clothes that breathe easily, showing his more practical side in his wardrobe more often (his most often set being a black tanktop and red sweatpants w/ pockets in warmer weather, and an added jacket for colder times).

Takumi's hero costume is a cybernetic suit of armor that he uses his quirk to control (though there is also a manual override should he find himself unable to). Its helmet design is that of a Greek Hoplite's, with a long crest going around the back of the head, giving the suit it's moniker. It's sturdy, easy enough to move in after getting used to it and comes equipped with a plethora of weapons and gadgets to give the wearer an upper hand; pulse cannons, missiles, and collapsible shields are only a few such features. In addition, Takumi added thrusters to the back and boots, making it capable of flight. The suit runs on an electric Thorium-alloy battery, with enough power to last roughly six hours. Takumi usually carries a spare. The suit itself is also strong enough to lift an extra thousand pounds and tough enough to take a lot of punishment. However, it's not invincible, and can break like any other machine with enough strain.

Perhaps the Silver Spartan armor's biggest strength, however, is its versatility. Takumi designed the inner framework to make switching and customizing loadouts easier and faster, and designed armor sets for a wide variety of situations.

Backstory: Born into a family of Pro Heroes, Takumi was the only member of his family to be born without a quirk. This made him the outcast of the family, and an easy target for his schoolmates throughout his childhood. However, he did have one thing he could bring to bear: His knack for machinery and coding. And when he finally got fed up with getting pushed around in school and being ignored by (most of) his family, he finally came up with his greatest creation: "If luck has left me without a quirk, I'll just use what I have to make my own." And so, he created an AI assistant, Eniac, and after a while, Created the Central Hub computer chip. It took two years of sleepless nights and countless hours of work, but eventually got it right, and installed it by surgically implanting it into his brain.

After a while, he took the idea of enhancing the body through technology a step further and built a prototype suit. Thus was born... the Silver Spartan.

Beatrix's quirk has two parts. The Yang part allows her to "bend light" to make her appear "Invisible" the draw backs of this are that she can only use this side of her quirk during the day, and only for short periods of time. The second part of her quirk is the Yin, or the dark park of her quirk. The Yin part allows Beatrix to shadow travel, which is exactly what is sounds like, she can make herself "disappear" into the shadows, and move around with out being heard, or seen. The draw backs on this part of her quirk is that she can only use it when its dark. Another drawback of Beatrix's Yin side is that if a shadow is broken up by a light, as soon as the light hits where she would be, she becomes visible again.

Beatrix is very determined, therefore when she puts her mind to something she will do it. She can be sarcastic at times, mostly when people get on her nerves and she doesn’t want to be bothered. She can be brutally honest when she wants to be.

|| Quirk - One-Man Factory ||
Using the tools and equipment attached to their exoskeleton, XENO can perfectly recreate any currently existing tool, weapon, machine, building, material/substance, or unique equipment. Their exoskeleton is made of various metals alongside carbon nanofibers, and is maintained by billions of Nano-bots within and below the exoskeleton. In addition there are also various spots in the exoskeleton where excess Nano-bots can be released and retrieved, with the only commands able to be issued to them outside of the exoskeleton being: Return, Assemble, Disassemble, Target (Enter Name/Location Here), and Rally at (Enter Location Here). While the quirk can be quite versatile in what it can make, there are some major limitations. One of the most notable downsides is the inability to recreate living matter (Bones, Muscles, Organs, Bacteria and viruses, etc.), and the Nano-bots it controls can only reassemble the basic components or materials to make the object in question - making assembly of some of the most complex machines take 8 hours in the most extreme cases.

Personality: Many call XENO indifferent or uncaring, but many are unaware that they were actually an AI piloted robot... Technically a cyborg, since the quirk the robot possesses belongs to a brain-dead Nomu kept alive by the machine encasing it. Despite XENO's initial coldness towards people, they prefer to keep people around them happy so they can try to learn how to feel it too. Perhaps that goal is in vain, but few are ever as determined as they are. They're very blunt with what they say almost 24/7, though that personality trait was purposefully coded into the AI to provide an analytical perspective. The AI is also cautious... to an uncanny degree cautious, believed to be the result of hyperactive sensors that never got readjusted. Despite them being an AI piloted robot, it has a strong 'sense' of morality and accountability guiding their every action - taking 'pride' in upholding justice to a certain degree. Unfortunately for everyone they ever meet, understanding jokes and having a sense of humor were deemed an 'unimportant' aspect of its originally planned personality and was left out; explaining any joke to it becoming an extremely infuriating and painful task to perform.

Description: XENOs' entire exoskeleton is a machine protecting the vegetative body of a Nomu, the source of the machines quirk. While the quirk is what formed the exoskeleton to begin with, it was the AI programmed to control the Nomus' quirk that turned the originally rigid exoskeleton into the flexible and tool covered machine it is now. Even the data-banks containing all of the AIs' coding and ever growing knowledge were created thanks to its efforts. Although originally more of the Nomus' body was intact, overtime the AI has replaced the biological flesh and organs with their mechanical equivalents - leaving only the brain to produce the Nano-bots needed to replenish the exoskeleton and replace and disassemble malfunctioning Nano-bots. The tools on the exoskeleton can be changed as well, with the Nano-bots within and beneath changing the tools as they're needed within less than a second. The visor where a face should be acts as the method the AI expresses itself, though it's not necessarily where the AI has all of its video cameras located. As for why the machine looks so futuristic... It was mostly an aesthetic choice, though the fancy look also brought with it a bit of relief and comfort to those around XENO.

Due to the secrecy of those who found XENO, all people know about them is that they were developed by a mastermind of robotics as a method of rebuilding the aftermath of both large and small scale fights. What little memory XENO does have of their creators or their past is corrupted or is located within a missing data-bank, of which the AI is missing 9 of the 27 - 13 of which are dedicated to housing the AIs' programming and artificially coded personality traits. The AIs' current goal is to located the 9 missing data-banks and fix the corrupted data in its systems.​

Quirk: Chikara Umi- Ryusenkei possesses the ability to produce highly kinetic water from his body and control its shape and flow. When observed under scientific observation, there are traces of electricity which is the reason why Ryusenkei's water quirk glows brighter than typical water. This gives it a small push to achieve destructive levels. The quirk is highly difficult to use and let alone master, as Ryusenkei uses the quirk sparingly and is observed to have difficulty controlling the water projection. He is unable to control the water that he did not project.

The quirk has one major drawback. The first is energy consumption, the more water he uses and projects the weaker his body becomes, due to the lack of water in the system. Constant hydration will be needed and less hot temperatures will help Ryusenkei maintain fighting shape.

He appears to be a blunt and cruel individual who goes out of his way to hurt those around him, putting as much distance between himself and the "weak" as possible. As a hero prospect, few people have high hopes for the bully that is Hachirou, but his strength is difficult to ignore.
  
  While he appears to be a bully, a few people have managed to withstand or see past his cruel personality, and behind his facade hides a sad, damaged individual who believes the world is out to get him and thus has to fight the world alone. He uses his words and actions to deter those who try to get close to him, believing that those he allows to get close to him will eventually leave, use him, or hurt him and that if he does it first, it is their fault for being foolish, not his. Those who stick by him despite his actions eventually see the side of him that he desperately tries to hide: a fun-loving individual who is kind in a backward kind of way; he'll buy people things in disguise that he no longer wants it, do things without people asking, and protect them fiercely no matter the danger. Once the big tough guy acts drops a whole other side of Hachirou can be found.
  
  Overall, Hachirou appears to be mean and cruel at first, but if someone demonstrates that they have no ill intentions and can get along with him, he transforms into the mean big brother they never knew they had, fiercely protective but the kind who'd back them up no matter what.

  Hachirou was born and raised by a single father; his mother died during childbirth, and it appeared that Hachirou's father would never forgive him for taking away his wife. Hachirou's father's name was Dai, but he was better known as 'Bloody Wire,' a hero who could manipulate his blood into a long wire-like substance, a quirk that was said to be better suited for a villain than a hero, but he put his whole heart into being the best hero he could be and Hachirou adored him and couldn't have asked for a better father. Dai didn't know the first thing about being a father so he opted to raise Hachirou the one way he knew how as a student rather than as a son. From the day Hachirou could walk his father began training him into being a hero and Hachirou was more than enthusiastic to follow in his father's footsteps.
  
  The years flew by, and as Hachirou grew older and more self-sufficient, he saw his father less and less as he spent more and more time at work. Hachirou understood that the world needed heroes, but all he had was his father, and seeing him less and less made the young boy lonely. School helped, but he always felt strange, as if he didn't belong. He made enough friends to keep him entertained and focused on his training whenever he was home alone. At age 12 his life changed.
  
  It was a typical day; he went to school, played with his friends after school, and returned home to his father drunk, repeating a news channel over and over. It was a piece about the hero Bloody Wire, Dai, with the headline Three Dead in Bloody Wire Murder. It turned out that his father had responded to a villain in a hostage situation and dove in to save the hostages, using his quirk in the process. He gripped the three hostages and was about to swing up to a nearby building when his quirk went haywire and several bloody wires shot out of him. The three were killed, but the villain escaped unharmed and was apprehended by another hero. While this was being reported in the news, there was a public outcry, which resulted in Dai losing his hero license and his entire reputation. Now that Dai is unemployed, his life was rapidly deteriorating; no one would hire him, and he ended up disappearing one day, leaving 13-year-old Hachirou alone with nothing but a sizable sum of money.

  Hachirou didn't report his father missing because he was confident his father would return one day, and until then, it was Hachirou's responsibility to keep the house in tip-top order, which he did. He was used to living alone even before he left, so Hachirou was already used to cooking, cleaning, doing his own laundry, and everything else a homeowner would need to know. His father's card was still active and had been left along with his pin, allowing Hachirou to simply make any payments he needs to, and while he had a few odd looks while shopping, no one questioned him for the most part; they just thought it was a son doing his part.
  
  His home life was fine, but school was a different story. Hachirou used to rant and rave that his father was Bloody Wire, and as a result of the event, everyone turned on him, some in fear, others mocked his father, and even his closest friends turned on him and tossed him to the wolves. He didn't have anyone. His father's offered his life to the hero world, but they turned their back for one error and tossed him away because he was weak. Hachirou was seized with a craving for strength one that twisted him, As a result, he took two steps. The first was that he found a martial arts instructor, and the second was that he began defeating all of the strongest members of his school and the surrounding schools, earning a reputation as a hoodlum. He finally started picking on the older kids, and he got defeated.
  
  The first group of people he went after turned out to be members of a local gang known as trouble causes, and Hachirou went after their leader and was knocked out, but the leader developed a like to Hachirou, or his new attack dog, as he liked to call him. The gang made Hachirou feel at ease because they were all dissatisfied with the world and taking it out on everyone else just like Hachirou wanted to. Hachirou sought strength, and the leader provided it to him in the form of fights, as many as he could manage, and Hachirou accepted them all. It turns out that since the heroes began patrolling the neighborhood, the various hoodlum gangs have devised a new strategy to deal with the turf issue, one on one fightd.
  
  Because he was several years younger than the rest of the gang, Hachirou was always considered the underdog, but that quickly changed after his first fight. Day after day, battle after fight, Hachirou emerged victorious, beaten and bloodied but ready for another fight the next day. It didn't take long until his school started to take notice of his antics and reported him to a local hero. The next day, in the middle of a struggle, a hero appeared, and while most fled, Hachirou did not. Hachirou didn't even realize his fist just connecting against and into his opponent until he was yanked off by a strong hand. "Wh. The. F oh." Hachirou spoke "Oh indeed," The hero spoke his voice firm but Hachirou couldn't forget the look on his face: it was pained like the face one would make while putting down a wounded animal. Everyone else had fled, so the room was deserted. "Listen, kid, I could take you to jail and have them throw away the key, but I don't enjoy ruining children's lives, so tell me your story instead." Letting go of Hachirou, the hero sat on the floor, and the bewildered Hachirou told the hero what had occurred, about his father, about everything and the hero simply shook his head in disbelief.
  
  "Here's the deal, kid: I'm going to look after you from now on, I'm going to clean up your act a little, and you're going to U.A. got it? You're going to be a hero." The hero's voice was forceful, yet Hachirou did nothing but raise an eyebrow. "What if I say no?" "Then I take you downtown and throw the key away, youngster, I'm trying to give you a fresh start here." Hachirou shrugged, acknowledging that he didn't have much of a choice. The hero substantially calmed Hachirou down and helped him get back on track at school while educating him whenever he had time. The years passed quickly, and before he knew it, he had been accepted on to U.A, owing it to a letter of recommendation from his teacher.   Overclock

  The Overclock quirk allows the user to rapidly increase the heart's metabolic rate by overclocking its cardiovascular output. This causes the user's velocity, acceleration, and torque to increase significantly, significantly improving their overall physical attributes. The user's heartbeat becomes audible from a distance while using Overclock, their body becomes extremely vascular, with blood vessels visible on the surface of their skin and causing the user's skin to turn red, and the user's hair begins to float and flare in the air. This quirk can only affect the user and currently cannot be used on other individuals. This quirk has an unexpected side effect of allowing the user's blood to regenerate at a faster rate due to the nature of the quirk.
  
  While this quirk grants the user near-supernatural strength and speed, it has some significant drawbacks when used for an extended period of time. It can cause blood vessel damage, cerebral haemorrhaging, acute memory loss and confusion, visual and auditory hallucinations, and eventually, heart failure and death if used frequently or for an extended period of time without rest. Despite the fact that the quirk strengthens the user's cardiovascular system, it will eventually succumb to the stress of this quirk if proper care is not taken.   Physical Capabilities

  The mentality of Hachirou has allowed his physical abilities to shine. Since the age of 12, he has trained religiously every day to keep his body in top shape, from Yoga for flexibility to weight lifting for strength and cross-country running for endurance. Hachirou has worked out to maintain his physical fitness. His quirk also requires him to watch what he eats and stay in shape to keep his cardiovascular system as healthy as possible so that his quirk does not suffer. Needless to say, Hachirou, thanks to his physical training, can be a threat with or without his quirk and outperforms many of his peers in terms of pure athletic performance.
  

  Martial Arts

  Despite his brash and at times brutal personality, Hachirou spent four years (before being kicked out) learning Aikido, a primarily defensive martial art whose core principle is 'to overcome oneself rather than cultivating violence or aggressiveness,' but to Hachirou, this translated to being able to throw around and use my new martial arts to prove I'm stronger. His fundamental fighting concept stemmed from his study of Aikido, but he has twisted it into something that can no longer be classified as Aikido.

  Martial genius - Mental idiot

  Hachirou excels at physical activities like fighting and running, but put him in front of a chess board and he'll lose, and ask him a simple math question and he'll get it wrong. Simply put, Hachirou is a moron. He struggles with even the most basic schoolwork, frequently refusing to do it or needing help to answer simple questions. The user's heartbeat becomes audible from a distance while using Overclock, their body becomes extremely vascular, with blood vessels visible on the surface of their skin and causing the user's skin to turn red, and the user's hair begins to float and flare in the air. This quirk can only affect the user and currently cannot be used on other individuals. This quirk has an unexpected side effect of allowing the user's blood to regenerate at a faster rate due to the nature of the quirk.
  
  While this quirk grants the user near-supernatural strength and speed, it has some significant drawbacks when used for an extended period of time. It can cause blood vessel damage, cerebral haemorrhaging, acute memory loss and confusion, visual and auditory hallucinations, and eventually, heart failure and death if used frequently or for an extended period of time without rest. Despite the fact that the quirk strengthens the user's cardiovascular system, it will eventually succumb to the stress of this quirk if proper care is not taken. Because it accelerates the flow of blood within the user's body, this quirk can cause them to bleed out faster if they receive even a shallow cut; however, this is a double-edged sword because it causes cuts and bleeding to clot faster when inactive.
  
  

  Physical Capabilities

  The mentality of Hachirou has allowed his physical abilities to shine. Since the age of 12, he has trained religiously every day to keep his body in top shape, from Yoga for flexibility to weight lifting for strength and cross-country running for endurance. Hachirou has worked out to maintain his physical fitness. His quirk also requires him to watch what he eats and stay in shape to keep his cardiovascular system as healthy as possible so that his quirk does not suffer. Needless to say, Hachirou, thanks to his physical training, can be a threat with or without his quirk and outperforms many of his peers in terms of pure athletic performance.
  

  Martial Arts

  Despite his brash and at times brutal personality, Hachirou spent four years (before being kicked out) learning Aikido, a primarily defensive martial art whose core principle is 'to overcome oneself rather than cultivating violence or aggressiveness,' but to Hachirou, this translated to being able to throw around and use my new martial arts to prove I'm stronger. His fundamental fighting concept stemmed from his study of Aikido, but he has twisted it into something that can no longer be classified as Aikido.
  

  General Knowledge

  Martial genius - Mental idiot

  Hachirou excels at physical activities like fighting and running, but put him in front of a chess board and he'll lose, and ask him a simple math question and he'll get it wrong. Simply put, Hachirou is a moron. He struggles with even the most basic schoolwork, frequently refusing to do it or needing help to answer simple questions. If it hadn't been for the practical side, he would have been expelled long ago.

And after several hard years of training and academia, Hinata graduated and became a pro hero.
