You can also create your own color schemes by typing in a color code, setting it as the base color, and playing with different combinations. You could also create a color scheme based on an image.

Here are some of my favorite color schemes. I try to find a high contrast color scheme with at least one light or dark color for backgrounds.

That same site also has a color wheel, which is very handy as well. Color wheel. By changing the Color Rule you get different color combinations and possibilities.
