Portia had enough time to watch the others file off and enter one by one. She appeared to be the only one who arrived entirely alone. It made her feel awkward and out of place entering a bus full of people who already had time to converse with one another. Still, she was never one to let that hold her back. The blue-haired teen sat down beside a girl in a rather crisp uniform. Compared to the others she also looked out of place so she figured they'd had something in common from that alone. Everyone here had to go to the school, that was almost painfully obvious even with the one gimping around with a cane. "I like your hair. Pretty." She said briefly to the girl in the uniform. She made a gesture to the brunette's hair before giving a thumbs up so she could understand her even if they didn't speak the same language. Her attention went outward to the entire group giving a friendly smile. "I'm Portia. I hope we all can get along." She hoped she could at least make one friend in her time here, it'd be hard to get by without any allies.

Felix was honestly shocked by how quickly everyone moved. He expected deplaning and boarding the bus to be a lengthy process, but they were on board in minutes. Impressive. Once he got on board, he was again reminded of home. And again, he started to get suspicious of the AI. Before he could start suspecting dunes of hiding assault squads or giant robots, his attention was drawn back to his fellow students. They were introducing themselves. A bit naive, but Felix reasoned that if he wanted to find someone to be a real partner, he’d need to talk eventually...

“Felix. Felix Tobin. I know I acted a bit strangely on the plane, but it’s just some odd history.”

he said, in a relatively flat tone. He saw no need to apologize for earlier or explain himself. He didn’t think that they’d think differently, and he didn’t shake any hands, either. Felix wasn’t exactly known for making friends, and he probably wouldn’t make any on the bus, even if he actually tried.

When it was announced that everyone was to get on a bus, Oliver sighed. He said to no one in particular, “We start out on a beautiful plane with a fancy robot, then we get to a crappy airport and now we are on a bus. It’s like they spent all the money on the airplane and had nothing left over. At this rate the school will just be an open field with a single desk.”

As Oliver was getting on the bus, a boy eagerly extended his hand and introduced himself to everyone as Jim. Oliver thought his enthusiasm was very strange, like Jim was running for class President. Being respectful, Oliver responded with “I’m Oliver.” It then occurred to Oliver that he spent the past hours on a plane and didn’t learn anyone’s actual name.

On the bus he noticed vomit girl sitting in the back corner. Oliver took a seat near the front to make sure there wouldn’t be any chance of her vomiting on him. Oliver had a feeling this bus wouldn’t have a fancy robot to clean up vomit.

Chris took a seat somewhere in the middle of the bus, getting a feel for the surroundings. I've never been to Mongolia before. Honestly he'd never been out of Canada before, so he could say that about anywhere. Some of the people on the bus were already making small talk. Chris payed attention, but didn't say anything. He wondered how long the bus ride would be.

Alice watched everyone carefully as they made their way from plane to bus. There didn't seem to be anyone overly threatening or mean-looking. Alice wondered if she was the only reform student. She rolled her eyes at herself for thinking that the children of villains would obviously look mean, but it was more true for the male gender. The girls... no one would know. Alice wasn't sure how she felt about being the only reform student. At first she was disappointed, but then realized that if there were any others, they probably wouldn't be sympathetic to her. They'd probably beat the shit out of her. Alice sat in the back of the bus, in the opposite corner of a girl who smelled like barf. She shifted herself to look out the window, trying to get the smell away from her senses.

Victor rolled his eyes and scoffed at the redhead's comment. Of course, she would not keep her mouth shut, like a hungry bear that groaned and whine all the time.

"As you can see," Victor said to the other students. "It is not difficult to see why my experience within the plane was a gruelling one."

Victor turned around to see the new batch of students, some more excited than others. Victor couldn't really judge them at the moment or guess what their gifts were, but he hoped at least one of them would not give him a headache as the others had.

The sound of an arriving bus caught his attention. Victor quickly went inside, eager to sit in the front. Like the plane, the bus had no pilot and looked to be automated. At first, it was impressive but the overuse of automated vehicles started to worry him. Would they ever meet another person who worked for the school?

Victor sat at the front of the bus, cane on his lap.

Yarra eagerly went inside the bus and sat at the middle portion so she could be equal to everybody there. She was glad to be out of the talking plane because now she could do what she loves without getting sick...Drinking booze.

She whipped out her flask full of alcohol and took a massive swig as the bus started rolling, or...floating? All these high tech mumbo jumbo was out of her comprehension.

"Almost heaven, West Virginia." Yarra sang, her voice croaky. "Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah River. Life is old there, older than the trees. Younger than the mountains, growing like a breeze.

Jim nodded at the introductions and settled back in his seat. "I hope so too, Portia. Kinda hard to beat a level when the whole party hates everyone else." He was about to start scrolling through his notes again when the shine of Yarra's flask hit him in the eyes. "Ow, what the hell!" There were a few seconds where his pupils simply vanished from this plane of existence to adjust to the light and he was blind before they grew back.

He looked up to see the girl drinking and singing, and he smelled alcohol. How did she even get that through customs?

"You sure that's a good idea, getting drunk in transit?", he asked Yarra.

Somehow the bus ran smoother than the airplane, not that Branne was complaining. No, scratch that, she hated this school already. She hated their fancy vehicles, their distance from her home country, and how much plexiglass was on this bus. She couldn't even lean against the sides for support or there would be a Branne-shaped imprint. She doubted the seat fared much better, but at least it supported her weight. Most of all she hated her own lack of foresight on the whole ordeal. Probably zhould 'ave stayed back home.

Finally arriving to their destination was a relief. For all of a hot minute. Then Luce looked outside the airplane and saw..."Wait, did you say Mongolia?"

Reluctantly, she deplaned and milled about with the others, looking (and feeling) decidedly out of place. Thankfully, the bus showed up right then. Just as high-tech as the plane, it seemed. Luce hopped aboard with the others and found a seat, slipping her ear buds back away with her phone. On the plane, it was easy enough to kill time waiting for arrival. This close to the school, there might be announcements or God forbid someone to explain anything at all.

The stocky girl already here didn't look particularly interested in doing either so Luce ventured a shy smile before looking out the windows at the mountains around them. There were new students here too, and it looked like James was already rising to the opportunity to meet others. So, at last, she steeled herself and turned to face some of the newer faces.

When Yarra started drinking...that couldn't actually be booze, could it? Luce stared in horrified fascination before wincing slightly as the girl broke into a rather croaky, old-timey song. When James asked his question, Luce shook her head a little and said "Or being drunk when we show up and meet our teachers? You might wanna put that away..."

Oliver, not used to having girls approach him, looked around. He figured she must be talking to someone else, when he realized she wasn't, he turn back to her.

"Hi, I'm Oliver," he said, "I'm from England. More recently, I was on a bus with lots of vomit." Oliver then froze and said to himself sarcastically, "Great, an attractive girl approaches me and I start by talking about vomit." Once the sun had completely set over the mountains the surrounding structure of the bus became completely transparent and the floor and seating reflected the sky above them, giving the illusion that they were simply floating along on the night sky to their destination.
“Rrvagit yu mikoup. ” A voice came out from the bus, another A.I. the tone resembled 247's but was not speaking in a language that any of the students understood. In fact it sounded like pure gibberish. The news did seem to alert Veronica. She looked down in disappointment at her right wrist, examining a thin silver bracelet. She let out a sigh and looked outside to see the dirt road turn into a paved smooth like surface.

As the students turned around a curve lights could be seen in the distance. They would soon be arriving at their destination.

Alice, too, was enamoured by the bus changing colours. Alice didn't understand this. Why were they going to some fancy hero school basically for free? Especially Alice, being not an aspiring hero. She didn't understand why they were wasting all this tech on her. What was she worth in the grand scheme of things? Alice shook her head. It must be late. I'm getting all emotionally confused. She was glad that there were lights ahead and that the long journey seemed to be drawing to a close.

Victor looked at the floor in awe as the bus suddenly turned invisible, he looked around and realised it was night time. The AI of the bus spoke, speaking in pure gibberish. Victor tried to understand it, he can speak a few languages as required for helping her mother run the wine distillery, but he was unable to decipher any of it. For some reason, that made him worry. Why would they speak in an unknown language? Were they trying to hide something from them?

As he watched the floor, the rough road that once led them turned into a smoothly paved wall. His eyes followed the road and saw the faint light from the distance.

"We're almost there..." Victor whispered. For the first time since he was a child, his hands began to shake.

alron stat somewhere on the back of the bus he looked a bit off wearing a heavy jumper and scarf and not exactly keeping any luggage or anything on him it seemed a little off, but then again everyone here had powers so there was likely a good reason for it, when the boy yawned rather tried form the long and odd trip here it made more sense, his mouth widening way too much for a normal person and instead of teeth and tongue for a person. it was a pit of black sludge, at least something was a little off about him, he wasn't too surprised when the bus became invisible just a bit too tired to care.

but in another corner a more visually unusual woman? comparatively, she was utterly massive compared to the other students, her eyes a monochrome gold colour, and instead of skin she corse sliver scales covering her body even her hair seemed less like actyal hair and more like scales too. overall she seemed incredibly strange just in looks alone. her name was margate, she'd been avoiding talking or interacting with most people on the way here, just to gauge how everyone was, so far no one seemed to be to bothered by her that was a good thing, but also kinda disappointing she was looking to at least make some friends. when the bus disappeared and the A.I started speaking utter gibberish, margate just looked around confused.. that was unexpected.

Location: Departing Flight 666

Stumbling off the steps of the plane was the young Carribean, Marquis García. Son of the mighty hero Grey Mistress, and satanist cult leader of the Mara Salvatrucha. It was only yesterday that his parents were announced dead, and it was only a five days ago that he had watched his mother go insane. One, two, three steps, and he was on his knees as he walked off the huge her jetplan. He raised his hands to his mouth as if he had the urge to hurl. In reality, the stocky, 5, 8 foot male had the urge to throw up up half his stomach.

"Marquis!" The enraging bellow called from within him. "On your feet! You make us look WEAK!!"

"Ayee...man..HuGHM!...I wasn't even awake and I felt my...Ulgh...La terra es rotatario...no puedes...I can't get up amigo..."

The young man remained on the ground, holding his stomach and mouth with a panicked frusteration. His large tank top was ragged and old, one could tell it had been a while sense he had properly bathed. His long jeans were torn and worn, he didn't even have time to put on the uniform the people have him at the airport back in Puerto Rico. As soon as the plane went in the air, he couldn't stay awake.

So many things had happened in the last few months. Eversense he had heard word that his parents had been shot in prison, his world had shattered. Having no more desire to live with his abuelo, he ran off with no purpose other than to get away. Though he wasn’t on the streets for long, as the feds had soon found him. However, oddly enough, he was deemed as highly dangerous. When ten men went on pursuit for Marquis, son of cultist and a quickly turned super villain, only 4 men returned with the young Latino in handcuffs. He was sent to a detention center for a few months, though he didn't exactly cause all too much trouble. The academy saw that he had potential to become a hero, and soon enough, he found himself being transported to a plane along with a few others. Where they were going...he had no idea.

"hm...what if I release your nerves mijo? Que dice?"

Marquis only shook his head, "no...no. I'm good bro..." He managed to say before giving a hushed gag.

"Segurrrooo Mijo...seguroo..." As the words slid through his conscious, Marquis felt his muscles tighten. His veins turned bright until they were colored a dark milky yellow. They stretched all along his body, and Marquis only clenched his teeth. Though he felt no pain, no sense of danger, in fact, he felt a lot better.

Finally, once the feeling of nausea quickly left him, he pushed himself to his feet. Rolling his shoulders as his veins were nearly glowing. His eyes were no longer the color of polished lapiz, but of a dark ominous yellow. For a moment, if wasn't Marquis who was surveying his surroundings, but the evil demon within him. Once he was satisfied, he let Marquis back in, a mutual relationship they had when it came to who controlled why and when. However, the demon had a tendency to force his way through at times.

As his eyes turned back to their essential shade, Marquis let out a small sigh. Muttering a few phrases in his native tongue before following behind the rest of the kids.

"Always got my back Rodrigo."

"Sabes a mi amigo..."

Soon enough, Marquis was climbing into the bus with the rest of the reforms.

“USA, Georgia. Nobody vomited on our plane.”

he said, matter-of-factly. He wasn’t sure about these two, but he knew he would be spending a while with them anyway. However, his eyes kept scanning over to the young girl. Something about her was off. He wished he could put his finger on it. It wasn’t her chunky shape, his mother was a bit chunkier and still a big threat if she needed to be. It wasn’t her friendliness either. There was just something weird he could feel. It took him way too long to realize that he didn’t have to think on this by himself.

“What do you two think of her? I’m getting a weird vibe, but I don’t really get why.”

Said Felix, happy to let others do the hard speculating for him. He was getting a lot of these weird vibes today, and getting to the bottom of that would set his mind at ease...

Once the bus finished its curve around the last of the hills reality set in for the students. The bus regained it's opacity as it drown through the schools campus. It was a dramatic comparison to the rural surroundings. The campus was huge, it was given the nickname Atlantis by the student body. The students pulled up to the largest building on the site, students would have to crane their necks to just get a glimpse of the top. The bus came to a stop, the lights flickering back on the doors opening.

It was quite on the campus, the only ones there to greet them were three females dressed in grey sweatshirts with red writing along the front and back. It was unclear exactly what it said, the markings didn’t even look like lettering. Some of the symbols did look familiar to Portia who who had attempted to read the peace of paper the crying girl gave her earlier. Marquis also might have seen some of the markings. The Journal he possessed was written in Spanish for a couple of pages before turning into some gibberish type of language.
The three girls seemed to get along quite well, despite the different auras they pushed off. Veronica was the first out of her seat, she didn’t not look happy to be back but she stepped off the bus and made her way left to a mass of buildings group together.
The three girls paid no attention to Veronica as they talked amongst themselves. It wasn't until the students made it off the bus that there attention was grabbed. The girl on the right of the group placed her hands on her hips, give the new arrivals a judgemental smirk. She moved her face over everyone before speaking to the other two girls.

(Heather)

“Bech tif niyed orf gut belucitd. Morfing fahthalate busic minoi.”
Her voice carried weight, even though she was not yelling her tone almost demand that you paid attention.. It was clear that she was talking about the new students ,and whatever she was saying wasn’t a compliment. She look back at the group making eyeying Portia, Luce and Maragte.

(Heza)

The second one to speak was a girl located at the far left. She was also eyeing the group but with a more curious demeanor. She giggled at the first girls statement before locking here gaze on Alice. “Tuig minto ellef.” Her voice was bubbly and simple, not to much thought going in, not a lot coming out. She laughed at her own statement making the first girl smirk.

(Erica)

The only one who had yet to speak was the girl in the middle who had paid no attention to the group. She crossed her arms blowing a long strand of hair out of her face. If her Deadpan expression to not set the stage for her personality her soulless eyes certainly did. It almost seem like she was lost in her own world until her eyes turned sharply at Victor. She did not meet his face focusing more on his limp and the use of his cane.

After introducing herself and literally not getting anything out of other than the facade of being a pleasant person, Portia spent the remainder of the ride in her own thoughts. She somehow managed to snag a piece of paper from some crying kid but she couldn't decipher anything it had written on it. Come to think of it, when the bus spoke to them she didn't understand a word that was said but the girl beside her was clearly alarmed. You would think in Mongolia they'd speak Mongolian... She grumbled in her own thoughts. They didn't want the newer students knowing something. The school was well hidden, everyone taking different measures to get here one way or another that lacked conventionalism. If it was a large organized kidnapping they did a stellar job roping bright-eyed children into becoming test subjects with a fantastical display of technology that was for sure. No one really questioned anything of importance, no one seemed any more knowledgeable on what was going on than the other. They all spoke a common language but didn't question how the machine did not. The only thing that gave her the hint that this was going as planned was the uniform the girl beside her wore. It was too pristine, too specific of a school uniform to be mistaken as anything other than just that. When the only person who seemed to understand what was going on looked despondent, that's what sent a shiver down her spine. Those thoughts weighed in on her head as she looked at the note a second time before tucking it away into her bra. Portia didn't exactly feel like opening her backpack so the next best place was right between the girls.

The floor transformed into this reflection of the sky, much like something out of some sci-fi movie. The futuristic theatrics of it all honestly reminded her of Meet the Robinsons, except she was feeling a lot like Lewis when he first got taken to the future. Out of place was the same proper term for it. This entire trip that's been the main theme returning back to her. She couldn't relate to any of the students around her not even the other who didn't belong, she couldn't relate to the level of technology that encompassed them. Yet somehow she knew things would turn around. It was just the first night after all and she wasn't going out of her way to seek friendships. She had goals, goals she wanted accomplished while she was attending this unorthodox school. Lights flooded in from the distance and soon they were arriving at the grand school. The campus seemed enormous, much larger than the high school she was attending in Japan. The bus stopped at the largest building that stood seemingly to the clouds. She didn't even attempt to see how high it went, she only guessed based on how tall it looked in the distance.

As she was shuffled off the bus with the rest of the students the cold air slapped her hard. That chilled Mongolian air was something she'd definitely have to get used to but for now, she was thankful she wore a hoodie and not a crop top. She couldn't help but look unamused with the three girls who stared her down. They all spoke a language similar to that of the AI and wore clothes with lettering similar to the note she found. At least they're consistent. She thought as she watched the other girl take off to another cluster of buildings. She noted where she went before returning her attention to the other three. What was more unsettling about this was there wasn't any staff that came to greet them, just teenage girls. For a school this large one would think sparring a teacher or two for a proper greeting wouldn't be too much to ask for. First impressions were awfully important and so far her impression was this place was run by teenagers. Each one looked incredibly different from the other, like they wouldn't even be friends without whatever given circumstance pitted them together. Silently, she observed each one committing them to memory and essentially sizing them up. The welcome committee wasn't very welcoming with their judgemental tones and condescending looks. They couldn't be that much older than her yet they felt they were better just for being here longer. Another goal to the list of things to accomplish. Portia wasn't intimidated in the slightest, no on the contrary, she was quite determined. The girl just didn't look it. Her general stoic disposition and lackadaisical composure said she didn't care but her eyes were like fire, intense like a silent showdown when they made eye contact.

The bus ride was uneventful, to say the least for both alron and margate it really didn’t bother the two of them much. Alron was just enjoying the scenery he would love to get more busses like these around home they would be so cool, although probably ludicrously expensive, when they did pull up he saw the titanic size of the school and was in aww he’d never seen anything this big back home.

in Margates case she spent most of the remaining ride going over the other student's plenty of different countries and abilities she assumed but no one as out of place as her, not that it was a bad thing but sticking out like a sore thumb was also likely to attract the interest or scorn of someone. sure enough, once the bus eventually stopped at the massive building that margate assumed was in-fact the school. Upon getting up to exit the bus another odd thing became apparent the girl was massive well at least in height having to actually duck a little while leaving the bus, and in comparison to all the other students she was significantly taller than all the other students. although Margate was really expecting teachers instead it was three students wearing what looked like school uniforms. Aaaand speaking gibberish... the girl to the far left didn’t seem to bad, kinda friendly? The middle one just looked like a emo. then there was the girl to the right... yup, she was eyeing Margate up, classic judgemental student. mar stared down at her literally with a somewhat annoyed expression.

back with alron, he’d gotten off the bus just after Margate, looking up at her as he kinda followed along, of course, he was more or less just envious of the height advantage she had over him. now faced with the greeting committee that was just a couple of girl speaking more gibberish alron had just gotten annoyed with it at this point. like seriously? Why where they doing this was it some kind of joke? “sovará? eínai aftó milóntas gibberish kápoio eídos asteío í tha eínai na máthoun?” He said somewhat annoyed and crossing his arms trying to look a little intimidating but instead, he just looked cute.

The large young latino nearly hovered over the other students as he walked down the aisle of the bus.

"Aye...it reeks of hormones in this vile transport..." Rodrigo grumbled in confinement of Marquis's mind. Finally taking a seat, he had to sit horizontally across the whole seat because his large, and quite solid, legs couldn't fit comfortably in a vertical sitting. Marquis then spied what looked to be a journal underneath the seat. Being within reach, and in terms of "why not..", Maruis took the journal in his hands, and curiously flipped through a few pages. To his surprise, it was in spanish, something he and Rodrigo swept through with ease. However, after just three pages, the rest of the journal was in something he'd never seen before.

Marquis rose a brow inquiry. "You recognize these Rodrigo?" He whispered to himself, the continuous talk of the other students easily muffling his voice. He only bu looked to be someone eagerly reading a book.

"I'm just as confused as you muchacho. Even those symbols are peculiar, mhm...raro.. "

With a disinterested sigh, he only but slid into the side pocket of his long pants. Pushing aside his new school clothing as it laid carelessly in his lap. He had no desire to put it on anytime soon, it was about as distasteful as wearing ties. He didn't do formal wear. Though he knew Rodrigo sure did; already perceiving a hard, and quite useless argument with the unholy being, Marquis simply enjoyed his last time to be comfortable. Giving a small glare in annoyance to the clothes in front of him once more before surveying the surroundings of the bus.

"Hmm...qué piensas mijo? Think the school is as the rumors say?" A casual question came from him out of a bit of boredom. Though he found the attention of his friend to be elsewhere.

"..."

"Marquis?....Ay caramba...who are you going after this time mijo...?"

"OOohoho...look at those thighs bro." The girl who sat diagonally two seats in front of him was a wonder. She sat with such confidence, he could tell, to have a girl who was not only confident, but wrapped around your neck was a high achievement by itself. "Man...how much you wanna bet on blue thickness, two seats northeast. Eh bro?"

A quiet and mighty cruel laugh echoed through the darkest corner of his conscience. "Tres horas muchacho..."

"3 hours?? That's a while bro..." Marquis whispered as he took a few scoots to the edge of his seat to get a better look. It was a good thing her back was to him, because he had been eyeing her like a hawk for the last ten minutes.

"Nada mijo. It's not like I don't have my time while you're asleep, heh heh."

"Hey..you said 9 a clock is when you end your day!" He quietly retorted.

Rodrigo let out a low jesting chuckle, "12 marks a new day mi amigo." That was good to know, that actually tied some loose ends. Soon enough, the bus came to a stop, and they all began to file out one by one.

"Do we have a deal mijo?" As if the voice of a sly serpent was whispering into his ear. He's had practice with girls before, they were all hoes, but they were girls no less. How hard could it be.

The long smirk on his face gave Rodrigo His answer, jumping quickly out his seat as soon as he saw the blue-haired girl stand. He aggressively slipped behind her. He nearly hovered over her as he walked behind her, though his steps were casual, tamed, he seemed like anyone else who was trying to get off at the stop. As he threw his uniform on the side of his shoulder, the young carribean got a quick idea. Before leaving the steps of the bus, he tripped himself, and knocked into the girl with a hard nudge. Light enough to leave her completely fine, but hard enough to get her attention.

With quick reaction, he threw his arms out as if to catch her if she fell, but didn't fully go into it if she regained her balance quick enough. If he was too handsy, or too close, that would give him away.

"Ayayayai, Lo siento miss. I'm am so sorry." He said before giving a friendly pat on her shoulder to make sure she was alright. "Are you all good? That last step must have had it out for me, " a small joke to break the ice as he slowly let his hand slide off her shoulder. Holy crap, she was solid, Marquis had to clench his jaw to keep him from gulping in surprise. Even his hand coiled into a fist for a moment, yearning to feel her just one more time. "Oh!" He blurted, just to get his hands from digging into his own skin. "Your bag's open, lemme get that for you." He insisted as he reached for her bag and simply opened a zipper halfway, and closed it shut. Then gave his signature smirkish grin as he returned to face her.

But he couldn't keep his attention on her for too long, that was always a deal breaker. Prying his eyes from her sparkling silvers, he turned to the three councils, who seemed to be a knock off the original welcome committee. Readjusting his pile of clothes on his shoulder, which were now wrinkled and squished, it's not like he cared, Marquis raised his brows in a quizzical manner. Standing beside the girl, he whispered to her.

"Name's Marquis, you mind if I know yours?" Gentlemen, always be the gentlemen, his mother had told him.

...

That girl....that green haired girl didn't sit right with him. Nor did it sit wrong, there was just something...about her. Seeming to be in her own world, yet so much could about her. Or at leadt in the eyes of a centuries old demkn. Though he didn't know what. Rodrigo stole one of Marquis's eyes for a moment as he looked toward the council girls. Something that earned him a small scowl from the boy as his right eye glared toward the other. Marquis's two eyeballs seemed to have their own minds for a moment, as his left had suddenly changed to the color of dark yellow. But as fast as it came, it was gone, Rodrigo only wanted to see with his own vision. Wanted to see the girl who seemed to so, remarkably, reminded him of home.

The nip earned a shiver from Jim as he stepped off of the bus before his body adjusted the thermostat. It would probably be more efficient to grow fur, but after last time... there wasn't enough coin in the world to justify using that many shaving razors in one go. As per usual, when his body temperature shifted, his glasses fogged up. Sighing, he took them off to wipe away the condensation and put them on, only for them to immediately fog up again.

"Dammit, fine!", he muttered, sticking the glasses into the case and sticking it in his backpack with the wrappers of several boxes worth of snacks. The world was blurry without his glasses. Closing his eyes, he focused on the problem at hand; he couldn't see more than arm's length. Evolve! His eyes tingled as their structure changed to insert a tapetum lucidum and change the shape of the pupil. Tuning themselves to night mode, when he opened his eyes they'd changed color to yellow, and were cat-like in structure. Occasionally reflecting a silver flash as the lights of the place bounced off of his eyes.

He'd stopped snacking after the Aussie girl had vomited out the window, and she wasn't looking too good. Still a little green around the gills, as it were. "You doing alright?", he asked Yarra, "I think I've got some gum, it'll help get the taste out of your mouth." He fished around in the wrappers and pulled out a half empty box of spring mint and offered a stick to the drinker.

Almost as soon as he spoke, Branne stepped, or rather stumbled, out of the bus and made a bee line for the nearest thing that looked remotely looked like a trash can to vomit once more. Without looking, Jim pulled out a second stick and held it out to the redhead.

"Zank you," Branne wheezed, "You don't zink zere's anozzer vehicle, do you?"

Jim shrugged, "Maybe? That bad, huh?" Branne nodded and leaned against a pole for support. "That sucks. How'd you survive the plane?"

"Schtick boy being a royal assvipe," Branne replied, pointing at Victor, "I zhould haffe listened to my zerapist." She shook her head as Jim turned his attention to the trio of girls speaking gobbledygook.

"Any idea what they're saying?", he asked the redhead and Yarra. Branne affirmed the negative.

"I don't speak prissy."

"How about you?", Jim looked at Yarra.

Victor looked in awe as the bus arrived at the school. It was massive and grand, feeling like he entered a place for the highest of people. It was probably bigger than both the wine distillery and the mansion combined. All the hesitation he had vanished.

The bus stopped in front of the biggest building in the school ground. By the looks of it, there were no other students out tonight beside the three girls wearing grey sweatshirts that had red writing on them. Just like the odd language the bus exclaimed, the writing on their wear was incomprehension. Perhaps it was special symbols that they will learn once the semester starts.

He eyed them for a bit, an odd sense of authority projecting from them. Two of them spoke the same gibberish the bus had, seeming to mock them as one giggled. The other woman with green earrings didn't seem as talkative, only eyeing them...wait, was she staring at Victor?

It could not be, she was not staring at his face rather...she was staring at his limp leg and cane.

Crap, VIctor thought, Probably already made a bad impression with my condition. This is bad.

Victor prepared himself before exiting the bus, letting the other students go out before him. His fixed his tie, straightened his suit, padded away his pants. He wiped out every dirt and sweat that placed themselves on his face. He even combed his hair using the comb that he always carried. He stood up, composing himself with a straight back, proper arm posture. As he exited, he tried to look as elegant and gentle as possible, trying to make a good first impression and hopefully hiding his weakness through his limp leg.

Be proper and always compose yourself to new people, his mother's words rang through his ears, you're pitiful enough with that leg of yours.

Yarra held her head outside the window as the bus arrived at what would be here new home. The school was huge! definetly bigger than the old church. She had never seen anything like it before. So majestic, so advance.

Too bad she was half drunk to fully appreaciate it.

Someone came up to her. It was the pretty white blonde boy from earlier, only he wasn't wearing his glasses which made him slightly less cute. Slightly. He kindly offered her gum and Yarra yanked it out of his hand and chewed.

"Thanks mate, name's Yarra by the way." She said, her voice dripping of her Australian accent.

Another sick girl came by which the blonde haired boy gladly helped. This one however...was a lovely catch. She had intense eyes that could make a grown man cry, a beautiful mess of red hair that was both destructive and elegant, and she had a nice pair of beautful...assets. Her German accent was oozing out of lips, which just makes her hotter to Yarra. She couldn't help but creepily eye her.

"How about you?" The boy asked.

"Huh?" Yarra responded. "Oh, yeah couldn't understand them either. To be honest they look less like students and more like whores with a power complex."
