Kail smiled at Indily's compliment of Kail's stoicism. Stoic but kind. Just like her own father. She took another puff, thinking on Indily's words regarding being free. The minor god began to circle Indily while she played with the little creature, studying her closely. "Niche? My new purpose is to learn and to teach the mortal creations of this world." Just as Kail suspected, the back of the goddess was without any coverings. "Another god, Krajowa, wears a cloth that only covers her upper half and leaves her lower exposed. I can understand the purpose of being 'free', as you described it, by leaving one's form exposed to the elements of their domain. Perhaps there would be merit to it for the mortal creations as well. What better way to praise a god than to emulate them?" Kail tapped her foot while she thought.
"You mentioned ruling. I myself do no ruling. Those kinds of responsibilities are left to my brother and sister. But, to be specific, Unry is the ruler of knowledge, I am simply a... vessel, for a more specific task of knowledge. Unry granted me knowledge for mortals under the request of Mawlock, and I was gifted with a higher purpose as a result. Though, I do find the task rather..." Kail looked up and around, biting her lower lip as she feared potentially invoking Mawlock's wrath. She cleared her throat and looked back to Indily, "sometimes I miss having company." She was careful with her words. "In the realm of my creator, there are legions of my kind. I was never without companionship. But walking about this world alone, seeing the mortals and other creations together, makes me feel lonely at times. Syrion filled this world with love, allowing all who are a part of it to enjoy the fruits of such a gift. I was not created with love in mind. But I can feel it in this world's air and in its inhabitants. I can even see it in the gods." Kail took a long puff from her pipe, crossing her arms and thinking deeply.
