So today is my rest day from training, and I decided sit down and figure out a way of walking where each step is quick and can easily accelerate into a sprint. Something that would go along with my breathing method Dragon Breathing. I came up with what I call Burst Stepping. Which is a cool name for a method of walking where the first two strides are longer than the third stride in a certain amount of time. If you time it right, your normal walking speed will increase, but that's not all. If at the end of the fourth stride you push off the ground with your back foot, focusing the push on your toes, you can accelerate faster. I don't' recommend it or anything, because if you do it wrong you might get hurt, so I won't tell anyone how to do it.
