Fandom A pokemon adventure

"That's... that's a shock collar? That's cruel..."
warren was, well, shocked. Who would ever do such a thing! Harming Pokémon is a huuuge offense in the eyes of the law. He stood almost awestruck that someone would do such a thing...
"We gotta-!"
Warren began to speak before garchomp began swarming him. instinctively, he reached for his side for something that wasn't there... Where was it? Oh no. It was in his luggage, wasn't it? Why didn't he take it out?! Why didn't he-
"GRAAAAAAAH!"
Blaziken stunt
Last second block! The 20 year bond!

At the last second, Blaziken extended his arm, holding back the beast. The both of them slid back from the collision several feet, until at last coming to a stop.
"K-ken! You..."
He looked to his trainer, only nodding with a smirk.
"Now that he's open, HIT 'IM WITH A FLAME KIIICK!"
Warren shouted, and Ken wasted no time raising his flaming foot into the garchomp's chin.
(I rolled a ten! Does that have any special significance)

Rue Chevalier
: Stampede Zone: Main Boulevard | : Dreamtique Dreamtique
Now that his foe had fallen, Nocturne lowered himself back down to the ground in a clatter of claws on asphalt and a soft sigh of wind. He seemed quite pleased with the outcome of his attack and nuzzled his head into Rue's shoulder, seeking praise for his flawless victory. The girl couldn't help but crack a smile at her companion and cupped her small hands beneath his jaw. Both trainer and beast exchanging a look then, one that only they knew the significance of, before Rue broke it by giving the Noivern a playful ruffling of the fur on his forehead.

"Great job out there, Noc." she said, "Haven't gone rusty yet..."

Rue took a moment to glance back to where the Bewear lay unconscious, quietly looking to see if the Delibird was okay. She watched the snowy haired trainer return the bird to its ball -- a good sign -- and mutter some unheard words of comfort to it. The enormous bear on the other hand received no such thing and Rue had to wonder if this guy even knew the pokemon. There were no other trainers around. She gathered up the words in her head and opened her mouth to ask about the missing trainer when the boy clutched his head and looked to be under a sudden spell of panic.

Rue quickly adverted her eyes... just in case he was having a moment... or something. That was the polite thing to do, right? After a few moments of awkwardly staring at the remains of her mother's Lumoise gallete, now nothing but a smear of crust and cream filling flattened upon the asphalt, she looked back at the stressed-out trainer. At this point he was trying to push the pokemon. As you would expect, it worked about as well as trying to wake a Snorlax.

I should probably help him, she thought after seeing him give up on the pushing. Intending to do just that, Rue took one step forward and that's when he caught sight of her. When she realized he was talking to her she quickly lowered her headphones and let them rest loosely around her neck so she may hear him better. It was also rude to keep them on when talking to people, as her mother often reminded her.

He introduced himself as Jasper Frost and thanked her for her aid, giving a light bow.

Rue shrugged her shoulders nonchalantly and looked at the ground below her feet. "It was nothing. Noc did all the work anyways." she said, returning her gaze back to Jaz. She supposed she should introduce herself too... get the formalities out of the way. "The name's Rue by the way. Rue Chevalier. And this is Nocturne," she said, giving the Noivern a soft pat when she announced his name. Rue then looked over Jaz's shoulder to peek at the Bewear, a light look of concern passing over her features. "Its lost, huh? Okay... I can help bring it to a pokecenter. Though I don't know how we can move the poor thing."

Nocturne had approached the fallen Bewear while Rue talked, giving it a curious sniff. It still smelt odd, but not so strongly as it once did. In passing he overheard Rue mention moving the creature and decided to try his luck at helping her. The Noivern rose back into the air, flapping his wings to keep him in a steady hover before gripping the unconscious Bewear in his talons. Wind began surging around Noc in his effort to lift the creature, which so happened to be over twice his own weight. With enormous effort he managed to lift the bear into a limp standing position and haul it a few inches before letting the beast fall back down on Rue's command.

"No Noc, don't tire yourself out. We can get Grom to help." She called to him before turning to Jaz. "I have an idea." With that she retrieved a pokeball from her pocket and tossed it into the air to release a flash of light. A soft thud soon followed as something heavy landed onto the pavement; a fully grown and rather sleepy looking Venusaur. He slowly looked from left to right, his eyes lingering on the fainted Bewear, Noc, Jaz and then Rue. Then he let out a wide yawn.

Rue went over to give him a pat on his head. "Hey sleepyhead... do you mind helping us bring the Bewear to the pokecenter?" The Venusaur gave a soft nod and slowly walked to stand before the bear. He remained as still as a statue then, letting the fronds on his back gather light from the setting sun. Vines began to stretch from his back, tediously wrapping themselves around the bewear. This could take a while.

"Well... he's not the quickest pokemon but he gets the job done." Rue said, scratching the back of her head with a sheepish grin. It was better than nothing, she supposed.

Speaking of quick, Rue noticed someone sprint past them. That was fine, but then another person followed... then another. Odd. A thunderous roar echoed through the streets and forced her to turn around to look wide-eyed at the billowing cloud of smoke and dust coming from the food district. Was there a fire? What was once a few people running soon became a stampede as trainer and pokemon alike fled from some unseen terror. Rue happened to catch a glimpse of a man's face and was surprise to find half of it covered in blood. What was going on?

Before she could even think of asking anyone, a young man in a baseball cap roughly tugged on the sleeve of her jacket. "It's Viper!" he said, a look of loathe glinting fiercely in his eyes. "If you're a trainer, join us in a counter attack! Teach the bastard a lesson!" Rue could only stare at him in silent shock, causing him to grow angry and turn to Jaz instead. "You! Got a set of stones down there or are you gonna cower like the rest?"

Jaz was a little surprised by how friendly and altruistic the trainer that goes by the name 'Rue' was, despite having a quite aura that was constantly shrouding her presence. The boy was relieved when the Good Samaritan agreed to offer him help, she seemed to be quite willing to lend her help when it comes to taking care of Pokemon, perhaps all trainers have the same instinct after all, the instinct to guide and protect all Pokemon alike.

Watching as the girl and her Pokemon work alongside each other to help the Bewear, Jaz smile at the thought that filled his heart with warmth, knowing that even the most elite of trainers shares the same mind set of an average trainer like him somehow brought out the purest form of joy deep within his heart.

The fundamental relationship of human a Pokemon is always beautiful in Jaz's eyes, and that was the very reason why Jaz had decided to become a trainer in the first place. It is the mutuality of feelings between Pokemon and human that shaped the harmonious world, their coexistence was so deep rooted that Pokemon and human shapes each other and helps each other to grow spiritually.
He believes there's a meaning for each bond between a trainer and their partner, it's like a promise, or a contract that you made and swear to pursue and abide by for your entire life. Be it a promise to hold on to 'mercy'; be it a promise to have 'courage'; be it a promise to hold on to a burning 'will'; or even a promise to bring 'delight' to thous around you......

This sacred bond between human and Pokemon is very much what makes a human, human.
And the same applies to Pokemon.
For that, he swore to himself that he will strive to become an excellent trainer one day, and be able to take off this scarf around his neck to make 'him' and his Pokemon feel proud......
It was their promise after all.

The sky had been tainted in its golden glory as the sun set on Tuko Island, Jaz couldn't help but to look up and admire the enchanting sky, it was then something hovering in the golden sky caught his attention.
"A helicopter?"

Just as Jaz's attention was being pulled back to his surrounding with the roaring noise composed of footsteps and screaming, Jaz's head went blank when he failed to process what was happening.

"It's Viper!"
"If you're a trainer, join us in a counter attack! Teach the bastard a lesson!"

Jaz almost jumped out of his skin from the shock when a person among the panicking crowd got close enough to start muttering nonsense to Rue.

"You! Got a set of stones down there or are you gonna cower like the rest?"
In the matter of a second, the man with a cap suddenly turned to Jaz and started firing nonsensical words and him as well.

"...H-huh?"
It was all that Jaz could mutter, the boy was still deeply confused by the whole situation and wasn't really sure what was going on on the island.
The words of the ice-cream vendor suddenly came into his mind, it was then he recalled what the ice-creamed vendor had warned him before hand, it seemed like that man was not bluffing after all.

"Wait. Is there something going on around the restaurant district?"
"I heard that it's around a Johto-themed restaurant."
Jaz started to question the man that had invaded their personal space, trying to get more info form him about what was happening.

"If I have to guess, that 'Viper' you mentioned was causing all of this right? He must be a criminal of some sort then."
"Damn it, where are the police when you need them...guess the rumor is true, that trainers do most of the job for them..."

Jaz scanned the vicinity that was now plunged into chaos, at this point, there's no way he could ignore all of this even if he wanted to. There were some wounded people escaping the havoc that was unfolding at a distance from here, and even some traumatized Pokemon that was tailing their escaping trainers. The scene alone was enough to make Jaz clenched his fist.

Jaz turned to glace at Rue and the Bewear that was lying on the floor before his gaze returned to the man with a cap, pausing for long before he spoke again.
"If that's the case, I guess we'll see what we can do about this..."
"But under one condition, I'll need you to calm down and provide us with some help as well. For instance, I'll entrust you with the job of taking care of this fainted Bewear, please make sure it is safe, or if it's possible, take it to somewhere where it can rest calmly, or find and return it to its rightful trainer."
Jaz knew that there was simply too much anger contained within this man, if they were to let him involve in the battle it would certainly not end well. He could only hope that the man will be able to do a good job of taking care the Bewear before he head to the site of the havoc and investigate, or perhaps try to end it.

"Rue, I am heading over there to investigate."
Jaz looked to Rue that was standing nearby and informed the girl that he was departing before he started to dash towards the restaurant district, expecting Rue to follow him.

Cecila Wilson
Of course she was late, She always was! This happened every time there was a deadline or some type of date she need to be some where. Cecila sighed heavily as she looked out beyond the small sailing ship she was on. She cast her dark eyes out to the fast approaching island, it didn't look as extravagant as the website made it out to be. Yet it looked like it could be a nice place to stay for who knows how long the competition would last for. Cecila's Vivillon landed on to her head, with a smile she looked up at it. "Hey Moana, have you made friends with your brothers and sisters yet?" They both looked back at the collection of Pokémon that had sat them selves on the deck, some seemed to be chatting with each other and others seems to be playing. Her Klefki and Togetic chased each other around the ship, WishiWashi swimming along side the boat with Decidueye flying closely behind it. Just to make sure that the small fish Pokémon doesn't get lost. Cecila looked back up to Vivillon, who decided to take a nap on her head. Smiling she sat down on the bow of the ship, her legs dangling off the side of the boat. With a quick careful motion she took the Bug Pokémon off her head and onto the bow of the ship. "I have to wonder if this competition will go well for all of us. I sure do hope so.." Cecilia whispered as she stroked Moana. Closing her eyes she drifted off to sleep.

Cecila awoke just as the ship pulled into the harbor, standing up she called out for her Pokémon to come back to her. "La la! Ke Kai! Opu'u! Hana!" One by one the called Pokémon came back to her. Unfortunately Ke Kai couldn't get out of the water, so Opu'u had to fish him out so they could get to her. "Alright guys into your Poke balls, come on." She took out the Pokémon's respected balls, all her Pokémon willingly entered their little homes. Expect for one, Moana. Moana is a stubborn bug, she doesn't like being in a poke ball. So Cecila just decided to keep her out of one till Moana's comfortable enough to go in her's

The Trainer stepped off the boat beckoning Moana to follow her. The island's weather was comparable to that of Aloha, the air felt heavier then her home island. Like something was going to go wrong at any second. Even with the hustling on the harbor the island seemed relatively calm, this most likely the norm at this time of year. Cecila spread out her arms and looked up to the sky.
"This is gonna go great!" Then the sounds of battle erupted a ways away from the Trainer and her Pokémon. The sounds of a helicopter buzzed through the air as people started to yell out at each other about, Viper? Obviously the name held some type of meaning to the inhabitants of the island because most of them started to cower and hide away. "Moana come on!" Cecilia called out over the discord of sound that had began to form, she took of her heels and started to run away from the harbor. Surprisingly Cecila was faster barefoot then with any running shoes she's ever worn. She sprinted down the streets narrowly avoiding people scrabbling away into business and homes to hide from what ever attack was happening. In her state of looking around at the people around her she failed to see another Trainer that had come out of now where. Cecila smacked directly into the white haired boy knocking her self on to the floor. "S-Sorry!"

Jaz's words left the unnamed trainer in a state of utter bewilderment. Did he just tell him to run some errands for him? Was this a joke?
"What? I don't care about your stupid-" he started until some long-forgotten instinct of survival stopped him mid-sentence and compelled him to look behind Rue and Jaz to where his eyes found a looming Noivern. His tongue turned to lead when he saw those scornful eyes gore into him, causing the words to clot in his throat. Clearly, the dragon-type pokemon was not pleased with his words. Trained pokemon usually lost their wild savagery but this one looked like it would gladly rip him to shreds.

"Okay, okay, I'll bring the fatass somewhere." he hissed through his teeth, reaching a hand into his bag. A Machamp was soon beside the bewear and lifted the creature off the ground as easily as a mother cradled a baby. The trainer clicked his tongue to the pokemon, "The pokemon center" he directed, following after the humanoid pokemon as it parted the sea of people for him. He gave the two one last over-the-shoulder glare before disappearing to continue his recruitment campaign.

Rue was thankful for his retreat and turned back to Jaz. She saw that glint in his eye and knew exactly what he was going to do long before the words spilled out. "Hey, wait!" she called after him before the crowd of fleeing civilians swallowed him up. Rue stared at the last spot she saw him, letting her shoulders sag in a rather defeated look. "You don't know what your getting into..." she muttered with a sigh.

Rue hated this island. How the media romanticized it to sound like some glorified city of warriors and not the wormy piss-hole it really was. How the criminals always slipped through the fingers of the island's law. How they acted like the deaths in the ring were nothing but occupational hazards. Accidents. Happily forgotten by the time a fresh rank of glory-blinded trainers came to the games in search of fame. People who didn't know better, like Jaz.

Now, Rue didn't have to follow him. She hardly knew him. In all honesty it would be better to keep out of it. Yet seeing Jaz drop everything to run to these people's aid really made her feel ashamed for her lack of action. Was he even a trainer? To think of it, all he did was plead the Bewear to leave his Delibird alone. If he couldn't subdue a Bewear...

"Bleeding hearts of the world unite..." she groaned in a self-pitying way and returned Grom to his ball, placing the battered device back into her pocket. Her bag was going to be a problem so she forced her way to the Ice-cream man, still admirably stood at his post, and placed her bag onto the stall's counter. To the baffled man, she gave a few pokedollars. "Take care of it." she said, and with that she hopped onto Noc's back and took off to find Jasper.

After searching for what seemed like ages Rue finally found the pale-haired boy, though that was not the only thing her Noivern's-eye view granted. Before she landed she glimpsed a rampaging Salamance tearing apart the streets around a restaurant. The beast was grotesquely large for one of its kind and every roar that shook the air told Rue of its black rage. It An unnatural fury.

Nocturne descended, frightening many of the people when they mistakenly took the dragon-type pokemon for another demon sent by Viper. In terror they scattered beneath the shadow of his wing, which at the very least cleared a landing zone. Rue slid from her perch and looked between Jaz and the girl on the ground. "Are you okay?" she asked.

As Jaz approached the restaurant district, the gigantic dragon-types that were rampaging and terrorizing the crowd soon came into his sight.
Some of the buildings had already collapsed from the destructive way that Salamance was lashing out attacks. Smoke and dust were rising and bellowing from the building that had broken apart, almost as if it was sobbing in pain.

"It must be their doings...no...their trainer......"

A sudden realization made Jaz's body tensed up in anger as his eyes caught the arrogant trainer that was commanding thous Pokemon. You didn't need to speak-Pokemon to tell that the poor dragon-types are trained in the most irresponsible and selfish way possible, their mannerism alone was the proof to that.

It was then Jaz inevitably bumped into someone when his sight was locked on the trainer which was supposedly the infamous 'Viper" that was on everybody's mouth.

"S-Sorry!"
The lady that had bumped into him quickly apologized even when she had fell down. Jaz turned to the sound to notice a dark-skinned lady with Vitiligo, as well as a Vivillon that was fluttering around.

The boy naturally tumbled to the ground as well, but quickly tried to dust off and stood back up. He approached the unfortunate lady that had also lost her balance in the collision and decided to lend her a hand to help the lady got up.
It was then Rue and Nocturne landed nearby to checked on the clumsy boy. Jaz was actually glad that Rue had decided to follow him, he gave Rue a quick nod and a gaze of appreciation before he turned to the lady that had just bumped into him, from the look on her face, she seemed to be oblivious of the whole situation that was taking the island by storm.

"It's dangerous around the restaurant district, it seemed to me that Viper is causing all of this." Jaz spoke as he looked over to the battle field.
"Try to stay away from there if possible, you might get hurt." Jaz was trying to inform the girl about as much information he could offer as possible, making sure that the lady would at least know what was going on around her.

With that, Jaz decided to move closer to the battle field to observe the rampaging dragons from a distance.
Upon closer inspection, the Garchomp and Salamance seemed to both have some sort of device attached to it, while the Dragonite was dressed in some sort of clothing for whatever reason. The three of them seemed to be actively attacking something under Viper's command.
The battle field was bathed in a glaring and harsh sunlight despite the limitation of the sun that was currently setting, under the rays of sunlight Jaz could see some familiar faces, it was the duo he saw at the stadium. There was a boy who was standing alongside both of them as well.
The three trainers seemed to be in sync while they try to take down their opponent, Viper, who was commanding his three Pokemon simultaneously.
Jaz had a mixed-feeling of worry and relieve when he knew that there was at least someone standing up against the despicable act of Viper, but only three at the moment, he decided to observe the battle before deciding what he could do to help the trio.

Lana lunged back into her chopper, smacking the pilot's cockpit door three or four times. Whenever she was in the zone and had to pull herself out, she tended to get aggressive and communicate through nonverbal cues. Although some were less than subtle, this one in particular was actually an agreed upon approximation technique: each knock was how much lower she wanted the craft to Subsequent knocks were actually an last minute adjustment. With the same ferocity and fluidity she lunged back out and returned back to the live broadcast. " Heeello all, we're going in closer, pray for your daredevil in chief"! Her facecam showed her shiny hair flying upwards as the chopper descended rapidly to show the fight below. The chopper swerved directly above the battle, making a reckless encirclement around the scene. A move which made the chopper audible creak due to the stress of the manuever, but it gave them a full on view of the fight that was broadcasted to the rest of the island. Centered on the screen was charizard and its grisly claws poised to strike dragonite. " Oh wow look at this, the love rival pulled no punches with his first pokemon! What a ferocious charizard. Scary"! As she said this the ground gave way as the dragonite stepped up to protect its trainer, allowing the fire pokemon to sink its claws cleanly into the dragonite.

Lana couldn't contain herself, she roared into her mic, " Did you see that, did you see all that debris which flew just from the swing of one pokemon! ONE POKEMON DID THAT! amazing"! Her audience was mixed. Those who were fine with watching the spectacle up in their seats at the sheer power of the charizard, even the indifferent folks were cheering throughout the city. Many of the island's vets were itching for a spectacle, happy to see something so overt this early. " Heh, that crazy kid really wants juliet eh"? Such sentiments were mirrored by a rising current of resistance, anger, and sorrow. Much of the those who were willing to do something were actually out in the streets trying to direct crowds and reduce causalities to hysteria itself. To complement the brave trainers trying to calm the situation, soldiers in black flooded the island.

Just on the outskirts of the city, within the administration district Commission gordon was slumped over a relay station which broadcasted throughout the area. Her fingers clenched the receiver, audible creaks could be heard nearby. " Attention, you are to quell this situation at hand. Force is authorized when necessary. We will not tolerate rioting, looting, and chaos by those who would incite such actions. Leave Viper and his little upstarts to me.... That is all". A synchronous stomp could be heard through the administration district, as his soldiers and staff alike all saluted to who was essentially their commander and chief.

Like a ghost Gordon appeared at the barracks commissary, his shadow cast over the girl huddled up in her little cloak as she sipped on her soda. She sat there for a moment, shaking her head, a lone bead of sweat traveling down her cheek. " no no this is my secret hideo--". The young girl eeped as a kind, warm hand was placed on her shoulder. Petrified she didn't turned, gently placing her drink on the table. " What up gramps"? No answer, she shivered at the lack of words he had for her, " uhh I mean commishioner Gordon"? The hand left her shoulder, accompanied by soft steps out toward the exit. " Meet up with Deliliyah at the scene. Do your job or I'll send an appropriate report to your father". The girl never moved so quickly, with a grin plastered on her face.

The girl shot out like a bullet in the night, running at full steam without so much as breaking a sweat. She leapt from rooftop to rooftop with great ease, using improvised parkour only went necessary. All she needed to surmount a 40 foot wall a single kick off of a nearby wall to vault over it and fall headfirst toward the other side of the administration district's perimeter. As calls started to flood into her head set, she toss it aside without a second thought, landing on both feet as naturally as a cat. " Alright l'ts do this".

7RW6JgO.png
Like a storm Solares swept whatever she was met with brutal force. There weren't just scared citizens fleeing the scene like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off,but there were also those preying on others amidst the chaos. Her first official act was to come down on a pair of thugs holding up a couple up with their pokemon. The man was fairly bulky, but his lights were knocked out cleanly with just the strike on her knee to his skull. The other had no chance to respond as a muscular arm sent him flying like a rag doll. She pulled out her official radio, tuned to broadcast messages to everyone in the area. " Attention everyone. In the stead of the commissioner, I'll be leading the recovery of order to the city. No tolerance. Anyone using their pokemon with forceful intentions should be dealt with swiftly. No EXCEPTIONS".

Back at ground zero

Garchomp was in a pure rage, as it lunged at blaziken continuously without regard for anything else. During downtime it had be indoctrinated in attacking until its body was broken, during spars. Among many bagons under Viper's control, this one labeled number 78, was among the few to make it to adulthood. Despite its burn from blaziken searing deeper into its skin, it threw itself at the bipedel pokemon without hesistation. Each swing with enough force to tear the earth and anything in its wake asunder. As soon as it was given the command to once against use dragon rush, a cue burned into its psyche, it didn't stop. Lest it be inebriated with pain inducing toxins through its collar. Salamance in a similar fashion came crashing in upon typhlosion, sending its own powerful dragon claws toward the fire pokemon and its trainer. A powerful swipe digging into the ground and scattering more of the restaurant's cement foundation flying about.
oWfgv6H.jpg
Jesse's charizard cleanly slashed dragonite, whose body contorted to absorb the blow. Even going so far as to take a step back as gusts of wind flew at the point of impact. Viper held his hand out, focused on the charizard who got into close quarters with his prized pokemon. Dragonite didn't make a peep, it just stood glaring down at charizard with wicked eyes." Teach em lesson dragonite, king of iron first tournament".Dragonite instinctively lunged toward charizard and wrung its neck with its right forearm, wrapping its other arm around charizard's waist. There he pummeled charizard starting with a german suplex, that lead to dragonite rolling with charizard in its grasp once more. It then leapt around the restaurant slamming charizard into its teammates typhlosion and blaziken. Each slam creating a thunderous crash sending debris flying in its wake.

Emerging from the dust Dragonite flew 20 meters above the ground and ripped charizard's arm over its shoulder, sending the pokemon hurling into the earth. It didn't move, surveying the mob heading toward them.

In the crowd
Chopper.png
Cliff was looking about for more people to help when word was most of the victims of the attacks were finally out of harm's way for the moment. He handed over a wounded sandshrew to a nearby blissey who was one of many handing makeshift medic tents set throughout the city for such an occasion and sped off to the scene of the crime. There he noticed a noivern accompanied by a tense girl and what he assumed to be her friend, creeping about trying to get a gimpse of the action. He gave em both a hardy slap on the back and continue running toward the scene in the back alleyway. " Ey you two, what cha gun'do? stand there with yer thumbs up yer butts? C'mon we're gonna counter attack that punk". He gave jaz, rue and few others a gesture to follow before running off into the ruined alleyway leading behind the battlefield.

From the sky
Lana was astounded, capturing the scene with an almost front row seat. The chopper pulled up without warning as dragonite approached them, but not before catching the chaos unfolding beneath them. " Wooooaoaaaahhhhhh goshhh, what the heck is going on here? are those upstarts really puttin viper on the roappes"?

Results:
1 stunt was used. Charizard is being used as a battering ram that might hurt blaziken and typhlosion. Both Garchomp and salamence's attacks are destined to miss. Charizard has a maximum of 3 damage it can take from being seismic tossed, depending on how justified roles plans on reacting. Blaziken and typhlosion can end up taking 3 damage from the stunt that turned seismic toss into a chain of slams if they don't respond in turn with their own stunts.

After hearing that Jaz was okay Rue gave the unfamiliar girl a quick side glance and shoved her hands into the pockets of her jacket, trying her best to avoid any conversation. She was familiar with Jaz, having met him in their fateful encounter minutes ago, and despite only sharing a few words she had a good feeling about the snowy haired boy. Rue found it was that way with certain people (a well-used teasing point for her brother). This girl however... Rue didn't know what to think of her and decided to stay in the safety of her antisocial bubble while Jaz did the talking.

When he finished she followed after him, Nocturne loping behind her. They stopped on the edge of the conflict which allowed for Rue to get a closer look at the rampaging beasts. That's when she noticed the collars around the necks of the Garchomp and Salamance. She could tell what those were used for and immediately frowned at the brutality of it. These poor creatures had most likely been forced beyond their limits and turned savage from the mistreatment. Rue had seen similar acts of apathy before, having worked with a pokemon rescue and rehabilitation center back in Kalos. Most of the time the workers could successfully return the creatures back to a healthy state of mentality while others...

" Ey you two, what cha gun'do? stand there with yer thumbs up yer butts? C'mon we're gonna counter attack that punk"
Right.

Rue flinched slightly from the sudden slap on her back but she was thankful for the wake-up call more than anything else. She had to act. Fighting in the ring for sport was one thing but defending innocents was another. The trainer.. no... the owner of these pokemon had to be brought to justice for the sake of their safety.

"Alright... we're in. You ready, Noc?" She asked her partner only to find the Noivern already by her side and staring out at the other dragons with a determined look in his eyes. The harsh sunlight danced off of his inky hide and turned the shadow of his wing a faint shade of blue. One of the pokemon must have used Sunny Day. It struck her with an idea. Retrieving Grom's scratched pokeball she held it out before her and unleashed the Venusaur within. Grom's eyes were sleepy when his feet first touched the ground but within moments of standing in the sunlight they widened. The fronds on his back fanned out and the flower above began to emit a sweet scent.

"We need to make an opening." Rue said, giving the battlefield a quick check. Nocturne was the only one on her team suitable for aerial combat but she had a better idea. Hopefully Grom and Noc remembered the move. She gave Jaz a quick look. "I don't know if you're a trainer, but I'm going to try knocking the dragonite out of the fight for a bit. That will leave the Garchomp and the Salamance if you're fighting."

Rue then gave the command to her two pokemon."Okay guys, let's give them some backup. Stardust!" For a heartbeat she wondered if they remembered the old move until she saw the air around Grom become heavy with golden specs of pollen. Grom gave a guttural growl before launching the golden miasma into the air. Nocturne took flight behind it and flapped his wings to direct the cloud of sleep-powder. As he soared over Cliff and any other people who were hoping to join he built up speed, the winds grew wild beneath his wings until the formless cloud of gold dust had turned into a swirling maelstrom that trailed after and surrounded the Noivern. After an ear-splitting screech from his ears, Nocturne swooped past the Dragonite and let the gusts of corrupted wind crash into it.

Back on the ground, Rue intently watched her partner execute the combo attack. "That's it!" She said and went to give Grom a congratulatory pat but found him preparing for an attack. His eyes were locked onto the Salamance and Garchomp, a blinding light growing from the flower on his back. Rue only had enough time to turn her face away before a beam of solar energy { \[T]/ praise it! } shot from the pokemon and smashed into a pillar beside the Salamace, causing the bricks to fall apart in a shower of stone and dust.

"Distraction, huh?" Rue muttered, hardly surprised by Grom's rogue tactics.

[Summary: Double stunt {Grom's Sleep Powder and Nocturne's Hurricane}
Screech was rolled and hit. Solarbeam was rolled and missed.]

Watching as the battle escalated at an insane rate when the dragons brutally attacked both the trainers and their Pokemon savagely, Jaz felt an sudden urge to dash right into the battle fiend, but he managed to held himself in place with the rationality that was still left in him.
It didn't take long before a man who dressed like a punk approached them and miraculously have the guts to take the lead and guide them to a more strategic spot to lash out attacks. Jaz was confused at first when the man gestured for him to tail after him, but after noticing that they had the same goal, he gave him a silent agreement as he slithered his way into the alleyway.

Rue and the other dark-skinned girl who was instantly caught up in the chaos decided to follow the brave stranger as well, and both of them had seemingly already fully braced themselves for what that was awaiting them at the other end of the alleyway.

"I don't know if you're a trainer, but I'm going to try knocking the dragonite out of the fight for a bit. That will leave the Garchomp and the Salamance if you're fighting."
Rue voice drew Jaz out of his temporal daze, realizing that Rue had decided join in the battle straight away, Jaz couldn't help but to pause and embrace the courage that was exuding from this girl.

The quite girl Rue was not joking around, without wasting a split second, strings and strings of commands were tossed out, and her well-trained partners soon danced to her command in full coordination.
Rue's Venusaur and Noivern was able to act in complete unison and performed a spectacular combo. It seemed like the girl was taking a strategical approach to the matter, that was, to render the foe unable to battle as fast as possible instead of slowly wearing them out with brute force.

Jaz figured that was a wise choice, the situation is similar to his experience with the Bewear. Dragging on the battle, especially with such violent way the dragons are battling will only give space to more destruction and injuries, a better option for them will be to put a stop to the battling instantly.
At this point, all Jaz could think of in his mind was to stop the battle instantly, in other words, letting the dragons cool down, and free them from the burning fury that was consuming them.

As the sunlight slowly started to fade away along with the golden hue of the sky, the sky was starting to turn inky. Jaz looked up to the sky, drawing out a Pokeball from his bag.

Jaz announced before he tossed out a Pokeball into the sky, a flash of glaring light rocketed out from the wide opened ball, slowly substantiated into a white nine-tailed fox that descended gracefully from mid-air, its tails fluttered about in the air before its paws touched the ground.
A surge of cold mist rushed out and filled the battle field as soon as the Ninetail held its head high, a freezing cold started to fill the air as the air around started to get denser with the intense cold.
Granular snow pallets started to fall from the sky one after another, within a few seconds the battle fiend was soon bathed in powdered snow.

"The battle field is yours, Will."

"Aurora Veil."

The Ninetail spread out its tail before a faint aura silhouetted it's body, the glow from it's body started to permeate through the battle field and cloaked the surrounding with a faint iridescent like an ethereal curtain that hung from the heaven. The dazzling iridescent danced about in the air and and soon shrouded the Pokemon that were facing against the dragons like a blessing, forming a light armor around them that shielded them from the cold and the attack from foe.

Cecila Wilson Sudden Locust Swarm!
Cecila let out a small huff as she felt around for her fallen Sunhat. Once she found it she gratefully took the other Trainers hand. When she was finally up on her feet she dusted off her skirt with her hands.
"Thank you for your assistance. I'm sorry about that. And yes I'm fine." Cece took a moment to actually look at the other two, what she gathered is that they either get really cold easily. Or that they had an ascetic and they would keep with it no matter what the weather was. She could respect that, of course most of her own style was meant for the areas she inhabited. Such as the humid jungle in Alola or the sun battered coast of Kalos. Cecila reminisced about the sun hitting her face and watching all of the people and Pokémon play in the water and sand. She kept going with the fantasy as the trainer with snow white hair continued to explain who was Viper. She was snapped out of her thoughts as he warned her of the dangers that Viper could pose on her life.

After he was done explaining he took off in the direction of the battle with the other trainer close behind. The dark skin woman huffed.
"Well as long as I have a pulse I can still fight the good fight." She followed behind the two, peering over them to see the rampaging Pokémon. To Cecila's surprise Rue was the first of the three to attack, shouting a perfect string of orders to her two Pokémon. She knew a custom move combo when she saw one, and this is no exception. Cece sped past Rue and followed Jaz into the ally way. Stoping half way through the alley, she took out one of her own Poké ball. "Full fledged Trainer my dear. You go deal with that one then. I'll help out where I can." With one motion Cecila threw up the Poké ball and with a burst of stars a small angelic Pokémon hovered above her. "Up!" The two Pokémon held onto the trainers arm and lifted her up onto the roof of the building next to them.

With a small thud Cecila was dropped on the surface of the building, moving closer to the edge she examined the field. After a few seconds she decided what she would do.
"Moana go for that Garchomp. Hana the Salamance. Sudden Locust Storm!" At the familiar command both of the flying creatures flew to their respective targets. Togetic waved its small arms in a back and forth motion, repeating its name about five time before stoping. At the ends of its wings and arms blue orbs of light started to slowly come into existence. The pale blue light started to grow brighter and brighter until it stoped. Four beams then arched from the small Pokémon towards the much larger Salamance. Battering into it with a considerable amount of force.

Moana fluttered elegantly towards the Garchomp, stoping a couple meters away. She smiled as her wings rapidly turn black, covering the pattern that adorned its wings. In a flurry she began to circle the dragon Pokémon until it created a small vortex of pure wind energy. Vivillon's wings started to emit off the blacked scales leaving behind the normal ocean pattern. The black scales whipped about in the winds before embedding themselves into Garchomp's thick purple hide.

A stunt is used to perform a combo. Blizzard bypass accuracy check under the hail, it deals 7 damage. Blizzard was used to forcefully drag the Salamance in place, as well as projectiles, thus ensuring the low accuracy move, Sheer Cold, to hit. The combo will guarantee to freeze the target if it hits, one-hit KO is decided by dice roll. The move did not manage to K.O. the Salamance.
Jaz watched as the lady with Vitiligo summoned a Togetic for assistance and commanded her Vivilion to take on the Garchomp.
The Vivilion was able to land an attack on the Garchomp that hopefully will drain its stamina over time. The Togetic on the other hand, relied on its magnificent luck to call upon a power wave of attack that landed right on the Salamance, the flying Salamance was sent into the open sky, losing its balance in mid-air from the momentum of the attack that successfully hit.

"It's our chance, Will. Blizzard! Trap the Salamance in a vortex of numbing cold!"

The Ninetail dashed toward the Salamance as it let out a long howl, a swirl of icy wind slowly wrapped around the flying dragon and intensified, sending the dragon rotating in mid-air, rendering it unable to regain its balance in its own domain that was now completely dominated by intense cold.

Jaz saw the moment of impact as a opening for an attack, the Salamance was completely vulnerable and defenseless in mid air after the very moment its balance in the air was off set by the Togetic's attack, under this hail, there's no way the Salamance could escape the powerful drag of the snowy vortex that slowly formed around it.

"Now, Absolute Zero!"
The boy commanded before the fox leaped into the air and unleashed a concentrated sphere of energy straight at the Salamance that was now trapped in the vortex of frosty air, a trail of ice shards and cold mist was formed as the ball of concentrated energy slowly enlarged as it rocketed straight towards the target like a homing missile.

The brunette stared down upon writhing man struggling to get up from under her boot. She sneered, applying more pressure on his lower back until he started to gag, with each heaving breath the constriction got worse. His weapon dropped to the floor and blue started to encroach upon his face. The man passed out a second before his spine would have taken actual damage, lying on the glass covered floor, bloodied and batter. His raichu still trying to shock machamp until the very end. Its sparks raged in the room next door, powerful beams of lightning shot from the windows, lighting the now darkened and powerless streets below. Though that was cut short with a single thud, the screeching of lightning faded and the machamp walked in with the rest of the man's battered team. Men and women in black stormed the building, a few thuds could be heard as Solares made her way to the scene of the battle. Her eyes focused on people in the streets converging on viper's position, she leaned forward, bracing herself like a panther ready to close in on its prey, when an icy touch broke her mood. She eeped innocently, arms flailing and eyes confused and distressed as she stumbled forward, only to find her onee-san standing behind her.

As per usual she had a dazed look in her eye, dressed, depending on your definition of being dressed in a bikini. Yet her touch seemed to pervade her icy home, a girl seemingly cursed by the cold, never to know what warmth really is. Or so the rumors say about her. She stepped forth, holding out her poke gear, " watch". Solares would have kicked it out of anyone else's hands, but for her she calmed herself just enough to take a look. " Gordon said, wait for his orders, stay on standby now". The cloaked girl's arm lashed out at a nearby wall, her arm cutting through the brick like a hot knife to butter. " First he says to get going, now HE SAYS T---". A slight touch flicked her temple, the chill was a stark contrast to the humidity of the island chain that it once again sent her flopping about and tripping over herself. " you'v already hospilized 100 people sally. cool it n wait". Solares nodded her head and sat down, pulling out her own pokegear to watch the coverage of viper.

The screen was shakey, there were explosions contrasting with the darkness that had befallen the restaurant district in the wake of the fight. The trainers were closing in on viper despite their best efforts. " Say onee- san, why doesn't he just use his actual team"? The sullen girl placed her finger to her chin for a moment, gazing at the stars above them. She shrugged and continued to watch the screen as its light danced upon her pristine skin. " Probably pride or something like that. you know him, he's a retard. Why do you think we were able to actually catch him. With that damn monster still lying in his arsenal".

------At the battle-----
oWfgv6H.jpg
Viper felt a slight thud on his head, with an ghostly wind blowing into the vicinity. He held his hand out, to find a speck of ice dropping into the palm of his hand. A chill ran down his spine, the kind reminiscent to that old hag back at kanto, Lorelei. The only woman in the region able to sleep on a block of ice. A woman who was permanently bathed in an aurora viel. Even after all these years, viper still couldn't help but grit his teeth at the thought of that infuriating old hag. The ghostly fog crept in from the east, something he learned to tell from his time at the plateau. More were coming, even as his garchomp and salamence suppressed his other two opponents, a new comer had shrieked in the distance. Things weren't looking too good he thought, snapping his fingers. " Oi not dragonite, mere". The dragon didn't respond, it shuttered with varicose veins sticking out of its temple. It held its head and closed its eyes violently, quickly losing altitude as the noivern zipped past it. " Oi, mov- get out of there"! A sparkling torrent of wind was fast approaching, leaving no time to think. Viper clicked a small button on the cleft of his sleeve, causing a small signal in each of the pokemon's ears to erupt into a maddening scream to them. Dragonite at the last moment regained consciousness, but it was at the cost of its sanity. It corrected its posture and in one swoop shoot a hyperbeam into tornado heading toward it. The wind dispersed, with the beam of light sawing through it and running its course into the streets, sending panic into the trainers who were approaching, with the intent of joining the fight. outrage stunt

A low growl escaped dragonite, who looked toward the noivern who was flying not too far from it. The insane dragonite with one fell swoop soared through the air in the blink of an eye. Wrapping its arms around noivern's chest and throat and diving with the enemy dragon within its grasp, hurling it into a nearby building, sending a shockwave ripping through everything around the point of impact, sending debris flying out in every direction. His other dragons weren't doing any better, with the effects of what was essentially a pokemon dog whistle rippling in their ears. (outrage roll)

As garchomp was being assaulted by the vivilion's assault and a solarbeam just barely missing it due to vivilion's assault. Viper yelled at with an air of contempt, " Cover the world in sand, drown these insects". At the same time garchomp was getting swept up in a sneaky blizzard, but too bad for them it revealed where they were. As Garchomp started to spin on its back, harsh torrents of wind and sand started to come forth, the ground beneath it becoming more and more grinded up as the fierce winds from dragon rage not only struck the vivillion and togetic in turn, but sent them flying back as sand started to sweep the field. Both sandstorm and hail were active at once, the tornado which erupted from garchomp would have sent every other pokemon in the vacinity(blaziken and typholosion) flying back as well.

Salamence on the other hand growled as the ice wind started to engulf it after being soaked by togetic's metronome attack. Ice encroached upon the dragon, its breathing became labored and it struggled to stay awake even in its enraged state. " Giga impact, idiot". Viper's voice appeared in its ears through the transceiver that sent the whistle into it as well. Its muscles bulged and breath hot enough to seer through the blizzard lit up a crimson speck which grew as it roared defiantly against the blizzard itself. The beast thrust itself forward as its companion dove into the earth as easily as a water pokemon would in water, the two closing in on the newcomers. Garchomp, still covered in ice partially launched itself into the nintails, slamming its tail into the fox pokemon, sending it flying into the nearby buildings. Within its rage the salamence blanketed the area where it landed in fire with its flamethrower.

As Salamence was assaulting the ninetails, garchomp was fat approaching the group as well. Its coarse fin ripped through the earth and anything in its path like a buzzsaw, the earth trembling in its wake. It appeared underneath the venusaur and lifted it off the ground cleanly with no effort, tossing the overgrown plant pokemon into a crowd of panicked bystanders.

Another stunt is used to evade an attack. Blizzard and Agility are utilized to help Ninetails drifts along the air current with ease. This can be used to avoid attacks or to simply gain an advantage of speed on the battlefield.

"No way......" Taken by surprised by how the Salamence was able to escape the vortex and charged straight towards Will with full strength, Jaz was dumbfounded for a split second before his instinct quickly took over.

"Blizzard Drift, now!"
Cold air gathered around the fox before it swirled around the body the the white fox, the strong gust of wind soon blanketed the legs of the fox and sent the fox straight into the air like a spring, successfully launching the fox away from the path of the Salamence that was charging straight towards it before directly taking the enormous impact.

The fox drifted along the gust of freezing air, like an ethereal snowflake drifting in the air as the strong yet gentle blizzard carried the Ninetails along in the air like an invisible bridge that stretched through the sky. The fox hovered in the sky as its wide stretched tails fluttered like weightless clouds in the air, acting like a parachute of it's own that provided the fox with a hovering effect.
However, failing to take the raging sandstorm into account as the fox read the current, the fox movement in the air was severely disrupted, and was soon forced to take a rather chaotic landing path, with pure luck, the fox avoided a cluster of raging fire that was channelled straight towards it while it struggled to maneuver properly in mid-air.

Noticing that the sandstorm could be a potential obstacle for them if their enemies were to utilize it to their advantage, Jaz took note to come up with some countermeasures to keep that under control as soon as possible.

For now, both the shady looking trainer and the dragons had proven their refusal to stop their assault on the city as well as the innocent residents and tourists, Jaz best option was to lash out some equally strong attacks as well to show their determination to put an end to this meaningless battle that had spun out of control.

"Blizzard. Go for Salamence and Garchomp."
Jaz commanded before the fox summoned a strong gust of blizzard to selectively swipe through Salamence and Garchomp which were positioned relatively close to each other on the battlefield.

"TYPHLOSIO-" One moment Jasmine had been standing there, and then she wasn't, the scene before her was getting out of control quite frankly , pokemon were attacking from the outside now Pokemon were being abused, people were getting hurt. Jasmine honestly found herself wishing they had stood down, and just let him have his table, as none of this would have happened Was it really worth all the damage, pain and suffering just to teach someone a lesson? Sure the people's principles stood strong who stopped the brute, but at the cost of what exactly? Someone's business, people's well being, pokemon's well being, and even worse, lives could be lost. There was debris all over the place, the building had basically been totaled at this point it seemed, as there were many areas missing, and damage on the inside. Jasmine wasn't even sure If the building could hold up at this point. Too top all the chaos off, she had literally gone flying with her pokemon into a seemingly already damaged wall from the resulting twister of sorts. Her vision had gone rather fuzzy now, briefly, as pain radiated through her head, she could hear sounds, but they didn't sound quite right, as in echoing and what not, she had a rather bad case of tinnitus to top it all off. She'd place a hand on her forehead only too feel a rather warm substance coming down it, as she looked at her hand she could see she was streaming red at this point. She could feel a shock wave of sorts from the Giga impact, and she could sort of feel that heat was being admitted from somewhere. She could now really only see shapes in place of objects, at best blurry shapes of pokemon doing various actions, orders being called, more destruction and tactical moves. Until eventually Jasmine felt a pulsing pain, which was quite overwhelming, until the evitable black out...

Her Typhlosion was a bit hurt, but alert as he righted himself It would merely come to her side, and nudge her a bit, no response. Jasmine was breathing yes, but not in very good standing. The pokemon would look around at the surrounding area, and just stand its ground, in essence bracing her, ready to take any hits for his trainer if they came her way. It let out a rather fierce growling sound of sorts, as its flames intensified. It looked like it was ready to straight up eruption anything that got close. Since it was alone, it would have to rely on its natural instincts, for now. He looked around observing the various pokemon, ready to act quickly. Thankfully the remaining sunny day helped to invigorate it.

Rue muttered a quiet exclamation of satisfaction when Nocturne shot past the dragonite to buffet it with a vicious blast of sleep-inducing wind, and as the dragonite fell from the sky so too did the snows. Softly at first, little more than stray flecks of white that caught in Rue's hair, until the winds grew wild and sent the docile snow into a pale fury of pellets. The air that had once been warm and humid had now become a relentless cold that made Rue's chest feel frozen even after the tiniest breath. Rue zipped up her jacket, grateful for her choice of garment.

She turned her head to search for the source but found a magnificent display instead. Lithe and beautiful, a ninetails was standing before Jaz with its nine tails dancing with the blooms of light that had begun to radiate from it. The spell was broken with a long howl and at its call the snowy winds changed directions to strike at the Salamence. It would seem that Jaz was a trainer after all. Even the girl he had ran into earlier had joined the fray, surging ahead to make battle with the remaining two dragons. Rue felt the edges of her mouth curl up into a ghost of a smile while she watched the two join her in battle. It was a bittersweet, almost broken thing, that lasted about as long as the snowflakes that fell on her cheeks.

When Rue returned her attention back to the battlefield she had to squint her eyes to keep them focused on Nocturne, one hand placed on her brow to shield against the hail. The Noivern was hovering in place while it watched the orange dragon plummet, wings outstretched to balance himself against the wind. He tilted his head to Rue and waited for more orders and that's when a yellowish form shot up from below.

"Look out!" She shouted.

When the dragonite had fell into the swirling hail, Nocturne had been sure it had succumbed to the torpor of the glittering powder. Before the winds turned savage he had heard its heart slow in rest. Needless to say he was caught off guard by the dragon's sudden revitalization. He had no time to react before he felt the claws wrap around his neck and chest. Locked in the dragonite's iron-like grip, Nocturne could only struggle vainly until he was hurled into a nearby building.

He crashed into it with a tremendous force that shattered the roof beneath him in a burst of debris.
The impact snatched the wind from his lungs, leaving him dazed and breathless upon a bed of shattered glass and splintered wood. His jaws parted in a silent grimace of pain and he closed his eyes against the sand that was now filling them. The hail came down upon him in thick sheets, torn asunder by the grasps of sand-laced gusts that obscured all vision of his trainer. Winds shrieked in his sensitive ears and drowned out all sound save the muffled roars of the other dragons.

Grom lifted his eyes in dismay to find hail pattering off of his thick hide and gave a huff. It was hard enough to see the Salamance with the hail, but when a sandstorm sprung to life he could hardly make out the destroyed building his Solar Beam had struck. He slowly rotated himself around to keep an eye on Rue and took a few steps towards her... before stopping abruptly when a roar sounded within the maelstrom of sand and hail. It brought him back on high alert, but by the time he felt the tremors beneath his feet there was nothing he could do. The ground split apart and erupted beneath him to reveal the Garchomp. Grom brought up a vine to strike at the dragon with toxin-laced thorns but was thrown before he could make contact, the vine swiping the air as he flew into a crowd of people. Fortunately most managed to dive out of the way in time before the venusaur landed with an earth-shaking thud upon the ground, with only a few being pinned down by his weight after he skidded into them.

"No!" Rue cried when the Dragonite miraculously resisted the sleep-powder and jolted up to strike down Nocturne. These were no ordinary pokemon they were dealing with, it would seem. Pain gripped her chest when she watched her partner collapse into a building and out of sight. She cupped her hands against the roar of the wind. "Nocturne hold on..."

Her attention was torn away when a loud crash to her right sent dirt and pieces of pavement showering upon the street. She turned her head to see Grom be lifted from the ground and tossed into a crowd of bystanders. He didn't move afterwards.

Helplessness overwhelmed Rue, freezing her in place while the two dragons closed in on her partners. She felt like she was back in the stadium with the emergency horns filling her ears in unison with the dread of her heart. Her limbs refused to move and her tongue felt like lead. Eyes closed with a shudder and she swallowed hard.

'Win or die.' she heard someone laugh in a joking manner.

When Rue's eyes reopened they hardened and her jaw was set. She took a shaky breath before shouting into the storm once more, "Don't give up! You have to stand and fight!"

Rising above the howling wind, Nocturne picked out the familiar voice.

'Don't give up!'

He split an eye open to see the blurred form of the dragonite looming above. Not too far... not too close... A faintly glowing ball of energy began to swirl within the noivern's jaws, so weak it flickered dangerously everytime the wind caught it.

'You have to stand...'

Nocturne forced himself to crouch upon the crumbled roof, one eye closed from the debris caught in it. His limbs quivered from the effort but he resisted the pain. He needed to protect Rue... he could not let her down. The light flared brighter at the thought, fluttering between his fangs.

'...and fight!'

The ball of energy grew into a blazing sphere of energy, gleaming off of his eyes as he reared his head up to unleash its fury upon the dragonite. Streams of blue light tore through the air, reverberating off of the sands in a deafening pulse. He dug his claws into the ruined building and mustered up as much power as he could, forcing the attack to grow into a supersonic shockwave.

Grom rolled himself over and cumbrously rose off of the ground. With two vines he helped up any person who had been knocked over before gently guiding all who where around him to fall behind. Two more sprouted from his back, their ends changing from smooth tendrils to spiked burrs in a matter of seconds. His flower opened wide and he began lashing his vines in a threatening display. A deep bellow escaped his jaws, challenging the Garchomp while he stubbornly stood his ground. Those behind him took the hint and in small clumps made a dash for cover while the Garchomp was distracted.

-Grom is flung into people for 3 dmg. 1 dmg taken from sandstorm. He missed Toxic on Garchomp... that wascully wabbit.
-Noc is curb-stomped by Dragonite for 5 dmg. 1 dmg taken from sandstorm. He is then filled with DETERMINATION and may deal 5 dmg to dragonite with an added effect of supersonic (stunt) if not dodged.

Cecila stood her ground and surveyed the scene in front of her, only to be surprised with a gust of cold wind that blew through her. Completely baffled she putnout her hand to find snow starting to quickly make its decent to the earth. It was mesmerizing to say the least, snow to fall on such a tropical island, and in the middle of a hot humid day. Cecila held her tank top and maxi skirt closer to her body as another gust of chilling wind passed her. "Hey is supposed to be summer!" She called out to nobody in particular. Her ears perched at the sound of commands by a corse voice. Then came the torrent of attacks. The air changed around the trainer, small grains of sand began to spiral into the air. Cece let a horrified expression creep itself on to her face, both of her Pokémon were caught in the unrelenting sandstorm.

Togetic braced for the impact of the incoming attack. It small arms crossing to add some type of cushion. just on cue Vivillon's scaled wings wrapped around her to shield her sled from the attack. A similar glowing set of wings appeared around Togetic, completely covering the small angelic Pokémon. The sand blasted both of them out of the air, causing them to slam into an adjacent wall.
"Hana! Moana! Are you guys okay?" With a small chorus they reassured their trainer. "Good togetic. Metronome!" Cecila put out her hand and pointed at the Garchomp. The Angel Pokémon nodded and went directly to the bipedal Pokémon.

Once again Togetic started to say it's name and wave it's small nubs for hands in the air, finally ending at the fifth one. They hovered in the air and took a deep breath, for a moment it looked like the result of the metronome was just another useless move.
"That's okay Hana, try Ag.." Cecila stoped as Hana let out a blood curtailing scream, black rings emitted from them as the scream echoed out throught the mangled buildings. Cece held her hands over her ears. This wasn't the first time that she had encountered this move before. Back in her time in Alola there was a trainer know to sacrifice their Pokémon just to widdle down their opponents chances at winning. All of these Pokémon on the field would faint in just a matter of time.

[Results, Togetic used Metronome and randomly used Parish song. All Pokémon currently in battle will faint in 3 turns including Cecila's current Pokémon. Infestation deals 1 damage to Garchomp and dissipates after this turn]
