A pair in a bar

In an alley by the bar the space shifted, bending and twisting as the veil between the material and spectral realms thinned and a creature came through. It looked like a corpse with claws instead of fingers and white eyes that seered into the soul. As the veil returned to normal the creature changed, it's corpse like visage replaced by that of a Woman in her mid twenties. Her eyes were blank for they held no Iris, just pure white Sclera; she looked blind to the untrained but she saw with clarity few mortals ever would. Her hair grew longer and shifted from it's dark blue color to a pale sky blue color. Decayed skin turning turning beautiful and smooth as her feminine curves filled out under the Brown leather pants that clung to her long legs, Black boots that clacked against the cobble stone as she walked. A black Tunic top and leather coat covered her top, with her right arm missing however. Entering the Bar she scanned the area, seeing the souls of those around her and sensing the succubus which made her brow rise in curiosity. Moving to the bar however she sat and ordered a drink she could not taste as she asked the barkeep.

"Excuse Me sir, I hear this place houses people if the under current of society...I seek a person....Someone capable of breaking Bonds....Know anyone capable of doing the impossible?"

Winter Bleu sat in her usual table, situated in the back of the tavern. Though it was in the back, Winter had a clear sight of the door, and those at the door had a clear sight of Winter. They didn't have to look for her, as her blue skin made her stood out from the mud-themed colors of the tavern and its people. She was relaxed, her legs crossed and her sharp fingernails resting on the table. There were many knife indents and bloodstains in the wood. It gave the place 'style', as the succubus put it. She was drumming her fingers on the table, overseeing the tavern, when a ghostly warp occurred near the front door. Winter scowled. The undead always had to make such an entrance.

She observed the figure that emerged with careful eyes, digging and scratching her nails through the wood as she did so. New things always angered her, as she didn't know how to control what they did. She rolled her eyes, pushing her baby pink hair behind her shoulder and lifting up the top of her one-piece, her cleavage bouncing as she released. It the spectral figure caused trouble, Winter would have to find out about them. Quickly.

If not, she would still find out about them. Just on her own time. The only time that mattered to the devilish girl in the tavern.

Vah'Leera noticed the otherwordly creature when she entered. Her skin and aura called out to all around, even her as her mortal Form Held urges not even she could explain. Unsure of Winter however she avoided the creature as she asked at the bar for a way to break her bonds to her spectral duty. However the Bartender simply nodded to the Woman at the table and cleared his throat. "Then you'll be wanting Lady Winter over there...she tends to get things done but usually asks a high price. It worth it lady?" He asked, but Vah'Leera stood and nodded her head as she looked at the blue-skinned woman and saw her pullin on her top.  "I'm out of options." She said before she apparoched the others table and smiled at her softly.

"Why Hello...I hear you're someone good at doing the impossible....If so I have a request."

Winter nodded, grinning to flash to fangs. "I have my ways in what I do. Can you answer my prices?" She responded, her tounge flicking in and out like a snake's would. She examined the woman, assuming she was a sort of ghoul. She scrunched her nose at her badly wrapped amputated arm, before examined her face. Despite Winter's confident aura, the blank whites of the ghoul woman sent chills running through her spine. She didn't display this, however, and did not back down from looking directly into the empty orbs.

Vah'Leera looked down into the gaze of the succubus as she was examined by her and tilted her head. "Well that depends on what your price is...I cannot agree to a term I do not know." She said softly, the fingers of her one hand rapping against the table as she took in the beauty and appearance of the creature before her. Sitting in the chair across from Winter she raised a brow and waited for the creature to speak her price for Vah'Leera's freedom.

Winter shrugged, already losing interest. "Depends on the job, missy. I don't know what you need." she replied , tapping her fingers on the table and keeping a hard glare towards the undead figure before her.

Vah'Leera nodded softly at her and shrugged. "Fair enough Demon...I am A reaver of souls...Created to harvest the dead and send their souls on the cycle of rebirth...I no longer wish this life...I need someone to break the bonds that keep me in my role...I want to be free..." She said, her voice full of Emotion and Her desire to be free as she looked at Winter. "I will pay any price."

Winter widened her eyes. It wasn't everyday someone would give up such immortality to be free as a mortal. But Winter wasn't one to prod, so she nodded, thinking of places that would help this woman.

"We would have to travel through the desolate Ru'uah Desert, before making our way over the mountains surrounding that valley. In the heart of one lay a well of souls. You can detach yourself there, allowing your spectral form to fly free." Winter nodded, satisfied with her answer, and looked at the woman again. She had questions as to why she no longer wanted to be a soul reaver, but she wasn't going to prod a new customer

Vah'leera's brow raised, her nails rapping against the table as she listened to the ordeal they must endure. "hm...sounds like quite the perilous journey. To what may I ask would the price of such an ordeal and adventure be?" She asked softly, wondering just what kind of price the succubus would seek for such an arduous task, She had heard the succubi demons were different from those of the spectral plane but she didn't expect them to be anything like this winter was, which intruiged her about the woman.

Winter pinched the bridge of her nose, closing her eyes and thinking. "Believe it or not, I owe a great to someone else. If you assist me in... removing this person from the equation, I will escort you to the Well of Souls."

She opened her eyes, listening to the sound of hard rain outside.

Vah'Leera thought on the matter, running her hand through her long hair as she contemplated the idea. "I see....My freedom is All I truly want....I will...Remove them as you say. Shall we?" She asked lightly, truly Wondering if this Succubus was on the level and she could trust her. But she had little options and all her searching led her to Winter.

Winter stood, her tunic flapping inches above her knees. "We have a deal." she replied, flashing her fangs in a smile. "What's say we head out? We need to make it to the next town over before dark."
