It has been over ten years since the final Harry Potter movie came out (14 years since the book) and people are still talking about it! A school of Witchcraft and Wizardry is the perfect place for people to make their own wonderful stories of what a magical world could look like, complete with trans and gay characters!
Unfortunately the creator of HP is rather /against/ LGBTQ+ characters, so how about we use a /different/ school with /different/ magic?
Welcome to Lira Lorn Sort Fight Academia! LLSFA or the Academy for short! A school built miles away from the nearest city and created as a safe haven for non-humans to protect them from the human-dominated world some hundreds of years ago. LLSFA accepts people of all kinds, as long as they're willing to work towards a better future for all! So come on in and see what the Academy has in store for you!

Spells are made of 4 parts: Element, Location, Binary, and Power
Element: Light/Dark/Fire/Water/Ground/Air/Heart(/soul/blood). Divine casters can only use one element and source power from the Divine Sources, and Arcane casters can mix elements but must have the elements on hand.
Location: Self, target, area...
Binary: Positive or Negative for each element used. Positive fire magic might make a fire, negative fire magic might put it out.
Power: Weak, Strong, etc.
For example: a teleport spell is Both Light and Dark Negative magic, with Power relating to the range of the teleportation.
Magic can be put into some items but not others- crystals>metals>ink - wooden objects can't be enhanced with magic.
