I knew getting back into writing like this would make me miss you, and our characters. I knew using the same site would bring back memories and feelings I've tried to ignore.
I realize I went about trying to contact you the wrong way and I'm sorry for that. But I'm not sorry for why. I'm not sorry you mean so much to me, even still. I'm not sorry that our stories, characters and friendship genuinely saved me more than once. I'll forever be grateful for that.
Sometimes, I imagine what our characters would be like now. Would Emma and Elijah be grandparents by this time? Azyala and her knight, living happily ever after? They never died, but I mourn them.
I know you don't want to remember all of this, so I will. For both of us. I'll continue being thankful for it all, I'll keep remembering the stories, and I'll forever wish you all the best.
