~Elizabeth D. Walker~

Name: Elizabeth D. Walker

Pronunciation
: E-Liz-A-Beth D Walk-Er

Pirate Epithet: TBD

Nicknames: 'Cpt. D. Walker' 'Liz' 'D. Walker'

Age:18

Gender:Female

Sexuality: Bisexual

Species: Sound-Sound Human

  • PERSONA.
Character Strengths: Elizabeth is skilled in swordsmanship but not to any significant degree above the norm. Likewise, she has skills in the art of black powder weaponry, namely flintlock pistols but tends to use such weapons in close quarters where precision aim is more of a second thought or unnecessary. Elizabeth is far more comfortable and skilled however in the art of close combat, bare-handed, and this is to a notable degree in which she can even duke it out with foes twice her own size and strength. Her Devil Fruit has also blessed/cursed her with a skill for information gathering through the medium of sound, her hearing is at a level far above what any normal human could ever hope to achieve and she can hear all levels of sound even those outside the human spectrum.

Character Flaws: Elizabeth has no concept of monetary value and thus is always prone to being scammed and or scamming others. Her distaste for bitter foods can leave her in a terrible mood for hours on end. Elizabeth can often be found sleeping through the most turbulent of seas and or arising situations when off duty. Were she to be kidnapped or a cannon to fire aside her she likely wouldn't budge. Elizabeth despises admitting she is wrong. Probably worst of all Elizabeth is very carefree and easygoing, seeking out adventure wherever she goes seemingly ignorant of the ramifications or hazards that go along with such. With the stubbornness of a donkey as well as the temper of one Elizabeth is prone to clashing with those who provoke her and belittle her own dream and or any of those she holds dear, this includes those clearly far more powerful than herself.

Likes: Elizabeth enjoys adventure more than anything, the thrill of finding and experiencing something new is so addicting to the young captain and the main reason she set of on her adventure in the first place. Elizabeth also enjoys sharing stories with her friends as well as listening to them from one and all! A lover of sweet treats Elizabeth is very easy to bribe and even easier to distract. A fan of the previous two Pirate Kings Elizabeth is a huge fan of their legacy and is always elated to find someone willing to share such tales or even just an interest. Elizabeth enjoys partying and letting loose, she isn't a picky individual and is more than willing to party down with pretty much anyone. Kindness, Elizabeth values kindness above all else when it comes to traits, she herself is a kind person and she finds it truly wonderful when she can witness others being kind to one another.

Dislikes: Elizabeth is a heavy sleeper and when is stirred from her slumber by outside means, all hell breaks loose. Elizabeth despises slave trading and anything of the like, she is very seldom seen mad but witnessing such cruelty never fails to make her blood boil. Sour food, sour food is bound to leave Elizabeth in a sour mood for hours. Elizabeth dislikes having to control herself, by that I mean Elizabeth is a free soul and when she isn't allowed to go where she pleases or do as she pleases she can get quite restless. Elizabeth is a terrible cook, do not under any circumstances eat her cooking, however never say so to her face.

Eye Color: Her left eye is Red and her right Yellow

    Hair Color: Red

    Height: 5'7

    Weight: 121lbs

Eval Knieval

Name: Eval (Later added his brother's name "Knieval" to his name.)

Pronunciation: Ee-Val Key-Knee-Val

Pirate Epithet: TBD

Nicknames
+ Val
+ Doofus

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Sexuality: Heterosexual

Species: Human

  • PERSONA
Raised in the ways of the criminal underworld. Eval grew up in a nation ruled by four major crime families, where he and his older brother were forced to fend for themselves. Getting by as thieves and cheats until they were accepted into one of the crime families. Eval was a much different person when he was younger, before the death of his brother. He was small, weak, frail, ambitionless and constantly afraid. Certainly, he would not have survived his upbringing if it were not for his brother. However today Eval is much different and has become a young man of absolute conviction. Inheriting the legacy and dreams of his older brother, Eval has essentially shaped his current self after his own brother Knieval. Where he was once small and weak, he has now become (somewhat) tall and strong; where he was once frail & afraid he has now become tough & fearless. Most of all, where he once had no ambitions, he now carries the dream of Knieval as his own - keeping the torch of his brothers memory alight with his very being. Everything that Eval does, he does in the name and spirit of Knieval.

    Character Strengths
Gold Hearted Miscreant: The typical thief with a heart of gold. He may have a bad habit, but he's far from a bad guy. He often steals from the more wealthy to spread it among the poor...It just so happens he is also poor. Eval likes wealth, gold and shiny things just as much as the next but is more about the thrill of obtaining it rather than the possession itself. He is the equivalent of a fisherman who puts the fish he catches back into the ocean instead of eating it.
Iron Willed: He can be stubborn, but perhaps because of that he is also extremely headstrong. When the going gets tough, he just pushes harder.
Ruffian's Grit: Eval is used to getting hurt, a lot. He has molded himself after many of those who have beaten him, and since his initial training, he's gotten a lot tougher.
Adapt to Survive: Eval has tried his hand a little bit at everything, and while he isn't especially proficient in any particular field. He can prove quite adaptable to ever-changing situations.
Crafty Tinkerer: Eval grew up around motors, the motorcycle variety in specific and he became quite good at pulling them apart & putting them back together again.
Fighter Wiles: He may suck at math but is efficient at employing combat stratagems. He has all the makings of a fine tactician, as long as he isn't dealing with large numbers.
Streetwise Bargainer: Eval knows his way around criminal society pretty well, and learned early that you have to bargain for every beli you can from anyone you can.
Dependable Nakama: Eval firmly believes in loyalty, and he sticks by those he calls friends no matter the cost or trouble it puts him in.
    Character Flaws
Stubborn (to a fault): He can have a hard time taking advice or letting go of certain things. He has yet to learn the value of humility, and this not only brings him trouble but can also bring problems to all others involved.
Sticky Fingers: Old habits die hard, and Eval's thieving hands seem to have a mind of his own whenever he is around things that glimmer or shine!
Slow Learner: It has taken Eval quite some time to get to the point he's at now, and a lot of hard work but was never naturally gifted at anything related to combat. Being mostly known as a pip-squeak back where he grew up.
Habitually Rebellious: He is still so accustomed to his old rebel lifestyle that he oftentimes can't help but go against what he's been told for better or worse.
Inept around Women: Eval can have a seriously troublesome time trying to interact with the opposite gender, especially those he is not familiar with. He struggles to think and talk straight around women. (Like a certain chef, he also refuses to fight women not because he is too much of a gentleman but because he finds them scarier to confront)
Prone to Trouble & Injury: There was once a running joke that Eval was born unlucky, because of his uncanny ability to rain down trouble on himself. He's also quite clumsy and tends to hurt himself a lot this way.
Math Dud: 2+2=22. Eval was not educated by the best of teachers, but who needs math anyway!?! (He's overpaid people A LOT)
Boats, how do they work!?!: HOW CAN THEY FLOAT!? HOW I SAY!! HOOOOOOOOOOWWW!!!

    Likes
+ Vagabonds, Thieves, Pirates and miscreants of any kind! As rough of a crowd as it may be, these are the type of people Evel feels most at home with.
+ He loves anything that runs on a motor: be it a bike, a ship or a goddamn toaster!
+ His favorite type of food: anything spicy! The spicier, the better! He doesn't even care if it sets his mouth on fire, he wants it.
+ Pulling stuff apart, he could have made for a pretty decent demolitionist if he hadn't already chosen a different path in life.
+ He is something of a Devil Fruit fanboy. He knows very little about them, but has encountered devil fruit users and was always awe-struck by their capabilities. He even began keeping a journal recording the devil fruits he has come across along with any limitations or weaknesses he could discover about them.
+ He has great respect for Shipwrights and their craft, primarily because he can't begin to fathom how they manage to make even the simplest boat.
    Dislikes
    - He has a stigma against those who come from wealth or what he'd consider "upper-class types". He especially can't stand those snot-nosed Celestial Dragons.
    - Slavers. He has a history with a particular group of slavers, and from them, he learned all he needed to know to hate anyone and everyone in that line of work.
    - He cannot comprehend how ships/boats work, and this often bothers him whenever he is forced to think about it. Which since becoming a pirate is quite a lot.
    - Anyone who thinks they are cool, because Eval knows, that his brother was the coolest. The coolest there ever was, and the coolest there ever will be!!! BELIEVE IT!
    - Those who take from the poor, Eval may be a thief. But he's a thief with standards. Eval only takes from the rich and wealthy, because that is ethical!

    Eye Color
    : Hazel Brown
    Hair Color: Dark Brown
    Height: 5'10ft
    Weight: 150lbs (60kg)

Eval has fashioned himself after his brother, not just with how he carries himself but also with how he presents himself. Adorning a getup that was reminiscent of what his older brother once wore when he was (Biker Club Name) President with an extra pair of 'special' shades modelled after his brother's own. While Eval typically wears goggles, he puts on his special shades whenever he plans on getting serious (like Zoro with his bandana type thing).

Eval was a pretty late bloomer, who only recently got his growth spurt. Two years ago, he was about half a foot shorter, roughly fifty pounds lighter and still held baby fat in his cheeks.

Charles de Antony, the "Living Guillotine"

Name: Charles de Antony

Marine titles/epithet: Captain Charles, also know as the Living Guillotine, or The World's Executioner.

Nicknames
D. Or some very few call him Ant, or Charlie

Age: 22

Gender: Male

Species: Human/Giant (he's on the smaller size for even a half giant)

  • PERSONA.
    Character Strengths
He's physically dominant to most people, athletic, as well as a natural hand-to-hand fighter, an incredibly capable tracker/hunter, and a brilliant strategist in combat. He's incredibly loyal to his friends, and comrades and honorable almost to a fault. He gives his all to any mission he's given, refusing to stop until the job is done. His stoic and noble nature often puts him in the favor of civilians and lower-ranked Marines alike.
    Character Flaws
While his loyalty could be seen as a strength, sometimes it's a hindrance. He doesn't usually question orders from higher-ups as he believes the marines to always be in the right. He's also rather singular minded so his focus on a foe or job can make him overlook everything around him making him easy to trick, or mislead in battle. He's not one for talking so negotiations aren't his strong suit meaning he usually finds himself paying more than he should or resorting to using his rank and intimidation to get what he wants. As a matter of fact, he's horrible in most social situations that require him to utilize any kind of fast talk or silver tongue. He's also terrible at lying low due to his size and imposing aura.

    Likes
Keeping the peace, sunsets, executing criminals, quiet and peaceful days, things that are hard to break, gaining notice and favor with his higher-ups, taking on big missions fighting alone.
    Dislikes
Moonlit Nights, things that break easily, people who talk more than necessary, overly complicated things, working with others, noncombative jobs

    Eye Color: Blood Red
    Hair Color: Dark Purple-Blue
    Height: 10ft
    Weight: 420 lbs

Demetria Vos Glavus, The Approaching Storm

Name: Demetria Vos Glavus
Pronunciation: Deem-A-Tree-A Voss Glay-Vus
Pirate Epithet: Stormblood Demetria
Nicknames: Forsaker Demetria, Stormwalker, Demi, The Approaching Storm, TBD
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Asexual
Species: Human

  • Persona:
"Man should fight for the joy of it. To live, to eat, to breed— lesser beasts snap and howl at one another for this. Only man has the wisdom and the clarity to embrace violence for its own sake."

Being similar to her ruling relations, Demetria can come across as arrogant, savage, and overall ruthless. But unlike her constituents, she doesn't appear to have any noble motive behind her actions, nor does she care about the ruling. Having been raised as the heir apparent, she previously disregarded the importance of human life but nor did she care for her job of governing provinces, still, she moved through it all like going through the motions. Demetria is in fact a deeply nihilistic, girl who is lonely and possibly fatalistic with no regard for life including his own.

"To be born into this world, bestowed name, bid to seek out strife and adventure or to carry a task til duties end...Which life is to be a gift?...which a burden? Can either find... fulfilment?"

She can be quite hypocritical at times, as their detachment from outwardly displaying emotions, does not stop them from impacting her actions causing confusion she quickly attempts to logically justify to herself. An example would be something that could be seen as selfless, merciful or even kind quickly being stated to be anything but. Finally, she seems to hold little value in the material outside of the tools most useful to her.

"Would you be "happier" had I a "good reason"? If my motives met with your approval, would you no longer resent the outcome? If so, then perhaps a beast's skin would suit you better."

She attempts to put logic above all else and tends to speak bluntly and truthfully, keeping to her words without compromise regardless of future developments. She holds the belief that ideals such as duty, honour, and morality are mere tools of convenience and that justice is but a means to an end, using the World government's conquests as proof. She does not care about leading others, stating it's each individual's own responsibility to determine their purpose in life. Ultimately she remains pragmatic to a fault in how she goes about her actions, being very no-nonsense and literal.

"That I should lose... How disappointing. Never have I understood those around me. Understood their obsessions. Besieged by their banality, the world was a mire of tedium and trivialities. But in these fleeting moments, there is...a spark. Blinding, brilliant... Gone...too soon..."

Since Demetria never found a challenge in battle upon her island, she treated her conquered subjects as prey to hunt and partakes in battles for the thrill. What Demetria loathes most is an opponent who does not overestimate themselves and those who flee or otherwise do not participate in the battle. However, after her first defeat at the hands of the great swordsman, Demetria gains a greater sense of purpose, seeing something in those brief moments that stirred her from their otherwise depressive life. Having felt little value in the world, Demetria finally found a kindred spirit in the one who could finally beat her. Her newly forged motivation to face the Swordsman again drives her to remove all obstacles and distractions, her birthright of the throne being among them. This drove her to find one of the few things she could truly enjoy in the world and so went out to seek it leaving her past behind.

"Hear me then, not as a pirate or marine but simply you. Against you I need to bring my all to bear, I need to burn through the candle of my life. This is the sole pleasure I know, and the sole pleasure I have to share."

    Character Strengths:
Demetria holds a highly refined skill within swordsmanship that makes the most of her physical ability but forgoes any flair in favour of direct precision and somewhat brutal efficiency that can be seen to others as underhanded as she rarely places options off limits within a fight. This also extends however in martial prowess as she is not above employing such alongside her blade skills. Even among the more absurd denizens of the world, the woman's physical abilities far exceed what should be possible rendering her a physical juggernaut, which when combined with her relentless nature and willpower creates a force of nature within conflict. If not for her equally strong self-control refining her approach she would be prone to causing excessive damage upon a wild rampage. She holds a natural talent for combat, holding high levels of Perception which allow her advanced analytical and pattern recognition abilities within a fight allowing her to adapt and adjust freely.

Skill-wise, Demetria is well-read and has expansive knowledge, particularly when it comes to logistical, accountancy and general bookkeeping having experience managing large supply lines and kingdom matters during campaigns. This also includes being quite the gifted navigator having spent considerable time going over trade route maps and more, but may also be aided by her unique sword style giving her a high affinity to sensing the weather. Finally, while it may not appear such at first glance, she is highly knowledgeable and practised in a wide array of regal decorum, etiquette and protocol for interacting with people in a more refined manner, if she chooses to use any of these however is another matter entirely.

    Character Flaws: (TO BE EXPANDED)
Demetria is highly reluctant to engage in anything but what she deems a fair fight much to her detriment, going to greater lengths to ensure her opponent is fighting at their full capacity, or even handicap herself to reduce them closer to their level. This, however, is not to be mistaken for an honourable action but closer to a selfish one, wanting the challenger to be free of any detraction so can go all out for a greater fight, and so that upon their defeat they have no regret nor excuse. Despite this though she is also averse to placing restrictions upon the clash itself, but will concede to terms on the outcome, terms she will keep to the letter.

Her honesty extends far beyond just combat however, she will ensure her word is kept regardless, honouring her agreements to the letter. She is however also literal in this to a fault as well as exhibiting other obsessive-compulsive tendencies in her organisation and general way of living. This combined with her structured royal upbringing can make her appear quite stiff and socially awkward in more informal interactions which she lacks experience handling, however adding on to her prideful nature it is very unlikely she will admit such. Regardless of all of this, her pride may be her greatest vice, leading to her being extremely stubborn and uncompromising at times, especially once her mind has been set on a course of action.

Likes: Challange, Duels, Poetry, Puzzles, Reading, Cigarettes
Dislikes: Children, Ceremony, Cowardice, Deception, Manipulation, Procrastination

    Eye Color: Amber
    Hair Color: Black
    Height: 6' 2" (188cm)
    Weight: 210lbs
General Description: A tall woman with refined regal features and athletic build. The most striking feature of her appearance is her darkened yet piercing eyes, intense and likened to those of a predator against the backdrop of an otherwise stone face. Despite dressing in high-quality clothing it is often worn in a haphazard and casual manner, in a bizarre mix of high and low effort. The same goes for her hair messy and cut roughly by a blade rather than a stylist.

Description of Attire/Style: Large overcoats or suit jackets with dress shirts are a common trend in her attire, always lose fitting and being of noticeable quality. She is drawn towards simple formal styles in black and white, though tends to also hold golden trims and accessories on these outfits.
