- dry. from his jokes to the way he speaks, isaac seems as though he simply could not give less of a shit. some find this endearing, while others find it rude.
- aloof. there's no other way to say it: he's just not a very inviting guy to be around. he seems detached, like he's hiding something at any given moment (which, in his unique case, he is).
- laid-back. despite the standoffish vibe he exudes, isaac can remain pretty relaxed in just about any situation. nothing really surprises him anymore, so it's difficult for any one person to break this atmosphere.
- impulsive. if he wants to do something, often times, he'll do it without thinking. this lands him into very .. unfortunate situations sometimes. unfortunate for him, at least. luckily, he isn't afraid of death, so it's not all that bad.
- hard-headed. were you planning on winning an argument with him? yikes, good luck with that. isaac hardly ever budges in what he knows or believes, and gets very heated in debates and arguments very quickly due to this.
- lonely. he really hates admitting to it, but there are times where he feels like he has no true friends, and it makes the whole world seem very empty to him. sometimes, he just wants a shoulder to lean on, just like any normal person might.
- forceful. if he wants to prove a point, he'll stretch to great lengths to do it. he'll willfully butt into someone's business if he feels he has to, and doesn't relent until what he wants is achieved.​

- attachments. he is terrified of being emotionally close to other people, believing that it makes him far more vulnerable than he's comfortable with. it's mostly why he acts like such an asshole all the time.
- hurting his friends. the few people that he does know and care about are very special to him, and he would never be able to forgive himself if he lost control or injured any of them, accidentally or not.
- clowns. they unnerve the hell out of him.​

attributes.​

- strength. being what he is, he has a natural boost of physical strength.
- enhanced senses. his eyesight, sense of smell, and hearing are all sharper than average.
- fangs. shockingly, the vampire can grow fangs at will when feeding on prey. nobody expected this.
- amnesiac. isaac's teeth are coated in a substance that, when put into contact with flesh and blood, becomes an anesthetic and an amnesiac to whoever's bloodstream it passes through. it's a temporary effect; it only erases a few hours of memory and makes someone pass out for twelve hours, at the most. once the allotted time has passed, it disappears from the victim's system and leaves no adverse effects whatsoever.
- shape-shifting. when threatened, blood-depraved, or especially pissed off, isaac morphs into what's called his blood-rage form. he sprouts webbed wings, grows claws, develops very big fangs, and grows in muscle mass. strength, speed, reflexes, and senses are all enhanced in this state. the downside is that he's guided less by human consciousness and more by instinct, resulting in mindless killing and an inability to fully control his actions. when he turns into this form at will, this effect is lessened, but still present.
- healing. his body heals itself at advanced rates, mending broken bones in days and healing smaller wounds in minutes. despite this, he cannot heal any burn scars he receives, and he is not exempt from any of the pain that the healing processes might bring. he also is susceptible to awful sunburns if exposed to the sun for too long, and they do not heal any quicker than they'd heal on a normal person.​

Fears​

Confined Spaces: Due to a very uncomfortable time in Kim's high school years, she has an incredibly vivid fear of being trapped in tight spaces. She can very easily handle short periods of time in smaller spaces (such as elevator rides or the subway), but once she feels like she has no escape, she can't keep herself calm.

Creepy-Crawlies: Kimberly really hates spiders; she really can't do any type of creepy crawlies very well.

Being Forgotten: The longer Kim finds herself doing the same routine over and over again, she fears that she'll never get to do what she wants with her life.

Attributes​

Speed: Having to run quite a bit in high school led to Kim being able to run quite faster than many of the other women her age. She keeps this skill by taking a jog through the neighborhood every afternoon before getting ready for work. In opposition to that, she really lacks in any upper body strength whatsoever.

Living

Lucas Jones (Brother): 10 year old. The most important person in Kim's world right now. Currently lives with their father (Charles Jones) in the home Kim grew up in. Usually is babysat by Kim who spends most of her afternoons with him before work.
Charles Jones (Father): Widowed. Over-worked data analyst as a small company in town. Can often be found passed out in his chair in the ling room after drinking himself into a stupor.
Mister Midnight (Pet): Kim's cat who watches over her apartment when she's not there.​

Deceased

Genevive Jones (Mother): Passed approximately 2 years ago. Disappeared one say with no word. Her body was found a week later in an alleyway two blocks from where she worked. The details of her mother's death were too gruesome, and her father refused to tell her.

Traits​

Stubborn: If there's one thing anyone will tell you about Kim, is that if she's set her mind on something, she's not going to stray from that path. God help anyone help anyone that tries to tell her that her opinion is wrong. People oftentimes confuse her open-minded nature with being easily persuaded, but that is definitely not the case with Kim.

Competitive: Whether it be pouring the best drinks in the bar or winning at a simple board game with her friends, the fun doesn't come from winning with Kim, it comes with knowing she's worked hard to get where she is.

Secretive: Everyone has secrets, and she prefers to keep them that way. Only her closest friends really know whats going on in her home life as she keeps very tight lipped about her family situation.

Workaholic: Most of this comes from her drive to keep Lucas taken care of, but even before things got rough for the family, Kimberly would find herself up at all hours of the night trying to work to get school projects perfect. Oftentimes, it leads to unneeded stress and a lack of sleep, but Kim prefers it that way.

Loyal: Even to the loosest of acquaintances, Kimberly feels the need to protect the people around her from any harm that she might be able to stop.

Punctual: To be on time is to be late, and to be late is unforgivable. If Kimberly hasn't made it where she needs to be on time, then something has gone horribly wrong.

Sociable: Although people get oftentimes get the wrong idea from Kim's tight-lipped nature, she's not all bad. When she's got the time, she really does enjoy hanging out with her friends and just relaxing. Her job at the bar gives her ample opportunity to meet new people, and she really loves it.

Friendly: That's probably what earns her the most tips out of all the other tenders.

Other​

Kimberly was horrendously bullied in high school due to her odd style of dress and awkward teenage ways. It got to the point where she was locked in the trunk of a car in the parking lot of her high school for over six and a half hours before the on-site police officer doing patrols heard her crying. It wasn't soon after that Kim changed schools. Still, everything that happened to her made her stronger, and, although they left scars she refuses to talk about, she's only who she is now because of those ignorant girls.
