you are a student of Academy city from the series A certain magical index you can either be an esper or a magician (you can not be a level 5 esper, or anything stronger than a saint make sure that you OK your power with me first) everyone is apart of Nagatenjouki Academy (this is so we are all in the same place) classmate have started to go missing the past two years. and teachers are staying quiet about the whole thing.

This will take place after the main series timeline after everyone has passed. academy city has new boards of directors and they are returning to human experiments. the world is more high tech because of 100 years going by. cars fly, cyborgs are normal, and Anti-skill has advanced laser weapons.

power description: Riot Gear. he can alter his carbon composition so he can be run over by a car and be totally fine. he can also refract light, and conduct electricity through his body with minimal damage, as well as sharpen his nails to the point to where he can cut steel.

Bio: Hector lived with his mother in the U.K. until the age of 12 when he was sent to academy city to peruse a higher education. he is very accident prone constantly falling down stairs, slipping on wet floors, and even one time getting hit by a bus. however thanks to his esper power he has not once broken a signal bone. the field of his degree that he is perusing is in bio-engineering. he is a frequent member of the local gym.

Likes: music (has a device that has over 1000 songs on him at all times), a good work out, and video games.

Dislikes: Raw fish, Pain

Weaknesses: his defense dose have a limit to how much punishment it can take, and he is still suspect to the laws of the universe

Unimato Narikiki: aka Phase Warp

Gender:Male

Sexuality: Straight

Backstory: Many researchers believed the ability could be capable of many things due to it’s range of possibilities. Some thought it could potentially be used to shut off the part of one's brain that controls abilities or even boost one's level in a similar fashion. Others thought it was capable of doing almost instantaneous surgery. However, Unimato feared his own potential and in every experiment deliberately held back, even went as far as using his ability to alter what the researchers saw on the monitors, making it appear as if he was using every bit he could. In the end, they gave up on it as a failed experiment and labeled him as a lvl 4, but they still believed he had the potential to be lvl 5.

Personality: gentle, calm, and collective. Doesn’t do well with new people and takes a while to warm up to them, skeptical. Hates the idea of killing others, but will defend himself when needed.

Age: 16
Appearance: a few inches below average height and in general small/slim. Dark brown hair, medium length hair. Pale green eyes. Grey hoodie with cat ears that appears to be a little big, the right ear being torn. Left sleeve hoodie is pulled up whilst the right hides his hand. Dark blue, slightly worn jeans with the left leg rolled up a smidge and a band tied around his leg. Black boots.

Ability (Esper):

• Phase Warp (lvl 4): A form of teleportation that also phases the body to a point it cannot be affected by a physical object even if one were to accidentally teleport into a solid structure. The user is also capable of changing the state of an object without touching it, ranging from turning a doorknob from a far to something as complex as warping metal. This ability can also theoretically alter one’s perception or state of mind. However, since this ability gives a marginable amount of room for error and due to Unimato holding back, he tends to be inaccurate a lot of the time from rounding in his calculations. Most of it being on purpose since he doesn’t want to kill anyone, this causes the lvl to be labeled lower than one would think.

Weapons: Crowbar (as well as other blunt weapons) and syringes with sleeping agents.
