HISTORY OF THE 98TH ATTACK BATTALION

After the Battle of Christophis, the Republic Senate found the need to commission a new battalion with the reasoning that it took too long to bring backup to Generals Skywalker and Kenobi to the fact there was the lack of troops available. This new battalion had to be well rounded, prepared for anything. The 98th would be known as the most well-rounded battalion out of the entire Clone Army.

Led by their Jedi General Aayla Syko, the 98th Battalion became well known rather quickly for their adaptive abilities. They armor they wore had black markings.
